星期六的中午, 很久沒去火炭吃午飯, 今天我和家人選擇去"火炭冰室"午饍, 叫了兩個套餐來嘗試。套餐包含羅宋湯、主菜和一杯飲品。這裡是掃碼點餐的, 點餐後不久,便送上羅宋湯,湯水挺不錯,湯中的配料豐富,酸甜微辣的味道令人愉悅,非常符合我的口味,也能增加食慾。家人點了"鹽焗去骨手撕雞飯",雖然大部份似是雞胸肉,但她認為味道入味肉質爽口,吃起來有咬勁。另一個主菜是"紅酒牛肋條意粉",牛肋條份量十足,汁水濃郁但不過重,味道均衡,散發出家常的風味。意粉的硬度正好,是我喜歡的口感。整體而言,這道菜的味道相當出色。餐廳的環境相當舒適,地面乾淨不黏腳。服務人員態度友好,價格合理。…Read More

望穿秋水,終於恢復晚市堂食。我同屋企人亦終於可以嘗一嘗呢間新店的晚市小菜。..首先,每位例湯一碗,是附送的。呢度啲例湯或者燉湯都一向清甜無比,是晚冬瓜湯清澈不混濁,家常湯的味道。..燒味三拼,我叫左叉燒、燒腩仔和燒鵝。其實先前禁晚巿堂食的日子,我都會有黎幫襯燒味外賣,但堂食燒味,始終好食過外賣,堂食切得靚、部位又正,而且溫度微暖又保持住肉汁。三拼最好味係燒腩肉,皮係脆的,唔係硬實嗰種,真係脆卜卜的。而佢地重點推介的燒鵝,我同家人就覺得偏鹹,這是個人口味有所不同吧,或許大家會覺得這叫惹味。..海鮮雜菜煲份量多(其實整晚菜式的份量都偏多),老婆最怕食清菜,呢道雜菜煲便岩佢,鮮甜湯汁入晒落啲菜,好味好多。..咕嚕肉擺盤賣相好靚,似一個彎彎的月亮,即時聯想到佢哋個彎月形嘅招牌。咕嚕肉成日食,但呢碟就與別不同啲,配料有喬頭同皮蛋,同啲酸甜汁好夾味,大家竟然好喜歡呢啲喬頭,比咕嚕肉本身更受歡迎。..呢度必叫之一係炒飯,之前係舊店,次次都會叫蛋白炒飯。入口飯粒分明,亦不油膩,配上不少帶子粒及瑤柱絲,好好食。而且依家仲加左沙律菜,額外好吃。..海味燴伊麵,啲麵汁都頗濃味,亦帶點甜甜的,我同家人覺得伊麵稍為有點軟淋,亦有點散。..呢度無咩甜品,我地次次都只叫杏仁茶,真心好味,叫一碗嫌太少。..是晚未能試晒舊店啲招牌菜,下次我想食酸菜魚!........…Read More

金悅軒已經搬了,新店叫金玥軒。作為金悅軒的粉絲,當然便急不及待前往新店試試。今日我們一行四人先試下佢嘅下午茶餐。..我叫咗干炒牛河,份量大,牛肉多。河粉有獲氣,惹味得黎又唔鹹。只係略嫌油了一點,碟底剩好多油。另外,餐茶我選了凍啡,相當唔錯。..老婆食星州炒米,一樣份量大,配料多。炒得非常出色,米粉有咬口,而且炒得鬆身,亦不油膩,保持舊店水準。..阿仔繼續揀佢最愛的肉絲炒麵,佢都係鍾情於油炸食品,卜卜脆嘅麵餅真係好有吸引力。阿仔吃後讚不絕口,整碟吃光。我本人不敢吃,除非唔怕生痱滋。..婆婆選了燒鴨瀨粉,食左一部份先記得影相。整體份量明顯較舊店時少,雖然今天很大方地上咗鴨脾,但肉質較實,變得有點難咀嚼,而且越食越鹹,婆婆不敢吃太多。另外,奶茶不熱,茶色也不均勻,婆婆不敢喝下去。..總括而言,新店的食物水平仍然唔錯而且抵食。但我較懷念舊店的食物,當時下午茶餐單有不少選擇,例如一口西多士,現在沒有了。..補充一下,新店比舊店大好多,而且座位舒適,希望盡快恢復晚巿堂食,便可去試試佢地嘅小菜!…Read More

呢日與同事前來吃個午餐,今天只有兩枱客,共四位客人,人太少了,可惜了美味的食物。..Lunch係semi-buffet,我率先拎一堆沙律菜及cold cuts,沙律菜真的非常新鮮,我不禁添了幾次。蘋果沙律也很好吃,相信另一枱食客也有同感,因為我發現這盆蘋果沙律消耗得好快。..奉上了餐包及西式濃湯。到餐包差不多吃完時才見到餐枱上其實有油醋.....主菜我點了西冷扒,肉質稍硬,肉味未算突出,但看看價錢之後就不會要求得太苛刻了。同事點了羊架,我未有試味,但看上去好像不錯。薯條係好味的!熱辣辣又夠香脆。..吃完主菜就開始吃甜品了,整體味道不錯,其中兩款panna cotta都好好味,滑滑嫩嫩的,奶香濃味十足。..最後食埋冰條!我找到了奇異果味,吃著覺得根本係冰狀的奇異果,味道真實到不得了。.然後吃豆腐味的冰球,袋裝來的,我不懂怎麼拿上手吃,用叉篤住佢的話,未幾又滑下來....臨走前拿走了菠蘿雪條,帶著吃。味道又係真菠蘿來的,極好吃。.今餐用左指定信用卡找數,有85折。…Read More
