三叔喺東大街已經一段時間,客人唔算多,不過佢嘅小食其實係做得唔錯嘅~今日買咗佢嘅甜餅同撈麵做午餐, 兩樣都係即叫即做,等咗約十分鐘.甜餅攞到返屋企仲好熱辣,咬落去好軟熟,花生涵料香口,欣賞佢用錫紙包一包塊餅,好似西餅咁精緻,食嗰陣又唔會整污糟隻手,值得一讚!:)打開盒撈麵,又有驚喜,配料款式多,樣樣都有啲,豬頸肉,魚片,腩碎,春卷,牙菜,排得靚靚仔仔 ,味道整體都算唔錯,賣廿五蚊我覺得係抵食!…Read More

程班長飲食集團 湯底好重味精, 食完超口渴~ ????我的中央廚房,有各報記者實地採訪,我的湯頭用大量牛骨熬製過十個鐘,沒放任何味精,很多客人一來再來的原因都是稱讚吃了口不渴,我很堅持保持傳統風味,湯不放味精,肉不放蘇打或木瓜粉等軟化劑,是我的原則:)謝謝批評

昨午跟baby去了西環辦年貨, 之後走回去上環搭地鐵. 途經上環街市, 乾脆就上去食晚餐, 反正附近的選擇不多了.街市外係冷冷清清的, 走進去又是另一番新景象, 我們好不容易, 婉拒了其他店舖的招來, 轉了一個大彎入到最偏僻的角落, 終於找到了"泰之味".當晚有團体包場, 但還未入座, 所以人不算多, 店員安排我們坐一張坐五人枱, 很闊落.我們坐下, 翻看著餐牌上的菜式, 這小店的菜式種類也不亞於大型餐館, 厚厚的一本餐牌, 我們想了十分鐘, 才決定點了: 1.) 豬頸肉沙律: 上菜時被嚇了一跳, 一碟滿滿的, 份量可真驚人. 雖然沙律主要都是菜, 但豬頸肉的份量也不少! 而且用料新鮮, 醬汁酸辣醒胃, 不錯!2.) 四季骨: 將醃好的金沙骨炸香後, 再淋上用咸金吉製成的醬汁, 咸中帶甜, 甜中帶甘, 比老是吃咕嚕肉來得有新意.3.) 椰青海鮮炒飯: 賣相吸引, 飯充滿著椰青味, 海鮮用料一般, 椰青保溫效果很好, 吃到最後一粒飯都還是熱的!此店的厨師都是泰國人, 味道正宗. 店員的服務也很殷勤, 所以值得推介! 最後我還從店員伯伯口中認識到什麼是"飛天"芥蘭呢!:)…Read More

龍鳳檸樂 我真係覺得d炸魚蛋同炸魚片好彈牙,好脆;尤其係炸魚片好香口,應該係剛炸完就立即拎出來買俾客人,所以食落特別好味呀! ^ ^
