今日同朋友去酒吧飲酒,一杯啤酒落肚覺得有肚餓,於是我地兩個人都決定唔好再行嚟行去,一於係酒吧食埋嘢酒吧啤酒都算有幾多選擇,我同朋友一個點咗杯西班牙啤酒,一個就點咗德國啤,兩杯酒飲得出係有分別,唯一相同係麥味都好濃飲住酒,我地叫咗一盤送啤酒佳品德國腸,總共有三隻唔同口味,款款都咁香口,如果齋食可能會覺得鹹咗少少,送埋啤酒一齊食就啱啱好板燒西班牙黑豚扒,入口都幾嫩滑,略嫌啱啱食完德國腸後覺得淡口咗少少,夾埋扒上面燒汁食,雖然味道嚟講未係話好完美,但對於鐘意食肉嘅人嚟講都不失為一個不錯嘅選擇M3和牛西冷扒,因為去得酒吧都係預咗淨係摸下酒杯底吹下水,原本對喝度嘅食物都唔抱太大期望,我同朋友點咗5成熟,一上枱目測塊扒都應該已經有7成熟,都已經心諗唔慌會好食同埋會靭,但唔知係咪佢地真係用咗澳洲和牛,塊牛扒肉味雖則係削咗少少兼且有少少"over cooked",但係肉質一啲都唔靭而且燒得都幾香,配埋佢地自家製醬汁一齊食都幾有風味,不錯對於作為一間酒吧嚟講,食物佢都算唔錯,有少少水準,當然仲有可改善空間。但佢最好係侍應嘅服務態度,一見我地枱面嘅nuts食完就即刻幫我地refill,仲要refill係no pay嘅,真係唔話得…Read More

本人一向都好喜愛日本事物,就連對食物亦都一樣,今晚我同友人就去咗尖沙咀呢間連裝修都充滿日本風格嘅居酒屋食晚飯首先點咗啲小食先,辛辣八爪魚,八爪魚夠彈牙,加上少少辣醬一齊食,醒胃之餘又唔會好辣,如果唔食得嘅朋友建議可以食啲青瓜解下辣芝蔴雞翼,雞翼上枱果陣仲熱辣辣,咬落外皮香脆,內裡又唔會好鞋口,芝蔴油香同雞翼脂肪十分配合牛油燒八爪魚,八爪魚略嫌燒得耐咗少少,有少少太乾身,肉汁有點不足,但因為用咗牛油去燒,就夠晒香,同之前嘅辛辣八爪魚比又係另一種風味特上刺身拼盤,每款刺身都好新鮮,本人尤其欣賞其中嘅劍魚腩、吞拿魚腩同帶子,無他嘅因為呢三款係入面特別鮮甜味美,雖然每樣刺身都好新鮮,但就全部都只得兩至三片,份量多啲會更好特選什錦壽司,食材新鮮,件件都整到啱啱好一啖可以放入口,女仔食都唔會尷尬,除咗上面刺身講話好味嘅款式外,三文魚籽壽司都做得好好,入口唔會好腥,誠意之作燒鰻魚,鰻魚外表略為入口有點焦味,些微苦味稍稍影響整體感覺,唔會太多燒汁令到太咸,不錯燒羊扒,羊扒上枱時啱啱七成熟,食落唔會乾身,啖啖肉汁,肉質嫩滑,加埋黃芥茉一齊食,仲可以辟除埋羊本身嘅羶味…Read More

朋友聚會有咩好得過一齊食韓燒輕鬆下呢?今次我地去咗呢間連個名都好有韓國氣息嘅Running燒。食物:食物方面有好多選擇,有熟食又有生嘅食物,可以滿足喜愛即食人士同埋慢慢燒過程嘅人士。種類多之餘,又新鮮。海鮮方面,蠔夠晒大隻,帶子又係大大粒啖啖肉,多春魚同埋其他魚都夠新鮮,唔會燒一燒就黐晒底,蝦都好新鮮,肉質夠晒彈牙。仲要有其他地方好難搵到嘅咖哩魷魚。肉嘅種類多到有啲眼花繚亂,淨係牛肉都分牛仔肉、牛肋肉、牛柳等。豬肉又分咩豬頸肉、豬腩肉、五花腩、豬扒等。麵食冷烏冬都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,上枱時仲有冰係入面,名符其實係冷烏冬。飲品方面就差少少,雖然選擇都唔少,但就補充唔切,食到後期可能無凍飲品了。甜品就行配給制度,一個party得一張紙仔,每人一條雪條,如果以一間任食韓燒嚟講真係小家咗少少。服務:Order咗嘅食物上得都算快,係可能人手唔係幾夠,有時要求侍應拎水或處理其他嘢就可能要叫多幾次。環境:現場環境所見,食客比較多,但空間有限,所以有時難免同隔離枱出現背靠背嘅情況,同埋會比較嘈吵,喜歡寧靜用餐嘅朋友會比較難適應如斯用膳環境。環境衞生乾淨程度理想,可以給予食客信心去享用食物。仲奉上一塊蘿白俾大家可以自行清潔爐具之用。…Read More

其實本人有時幾鍾意食放題,一來選擇多、二來份量唔多,唔駛驚食唔晒,完全唔駛理其他人,鍾意點咩食就點咩食⋯⋯今日朋友知我鍾意食放題就帶咗我去位於山林道嘅平成22,呢度主要分炸物、卷物、和食、壽司、刺身、小食、燒物等⋯⋯小食方面我地點咗啲墨魚、螺肉同埋帶子裙邊等,雖然全部都係醃製食物,但係唔會話太重口味,加上係我角度全部份量都啱啱好,食完開下胃又可以食其他嘢刺身方面就比較精彩,各樣刺身都幾新鮮,無乜雪味之餘又唔會雪到成舊冰咁咬都咬唔入。班馬瀨尿蝦一人一隻大大隻唔駛爭,不過可惜嘅係食完無得再點。特大甘海老真係幾大隻,又鮮甜,無腥味,但要自己剝殼呢下差少少。帶子原粒上,大粒得大嚟肉質甜美,一入口差唔多就自己滑落去喉嚨。其他刺身,好似北寄貝、三文魚、吞拿魚等都新鮮可口壽司我地要咗霜降牛肉、花之戀同埋鰻魚壽司,霜降牛肉唔會靭,但係本人覺得牛肉太生,賣相有點兒可怕,如果接受唔到嘅朋友建議唔好點。花之戀魚生同刺生三文魚整,夠新鮮。鰻魚壽司雖然細細粒,但勝在燒得啱啱好,入口仲有餘溫之餘仲好嫩滑和食方面,牛油燒帆立貝,牛油味同帆立貝好夾,而且帆立貝細細粒一啖一粒,女士可以唔駛兼顧儀態之餘食多兩粒都唔會好膩。蒜片炒牛肋肉,一道好有家的感覺嘅食物,牛肋肉炒得唔會好靭,同蒜片味好夾。香煎鵝肝係必食之選,鵝肝煎香鎖住肉汁,外脆內嫩,正,但重點係平時食日式放題點會有鵝肝可以食。如果唔夠喉仲可以點個碗仔翅食燒物,冬菇唔似其他放題咁燒到乾晒,似食海綿多過食冬菇,海蝦用嘅蝦都算新鮮,唔會一拎上手個頭已經甩咗,同埋啲肉都仲係幾結實唔會梅,菠蘿燒完仲有少少酸,不過都仲慶幸唔係用加工糖水菠蘿去燒,雞翼好有心思咁𠝹開先燒,令到雞翼易啲熟同均勻啲,唔會外表燶晒但入面仲有少少血水炸物方面,用嘅漿雖然可以話係多咗少少,但係勝在夠乾身,唔會炸完放入口仲係成口油。本人最欣賞係多春魚,放入口後多春魚嘅魚仲好juicy,好似仲充滿生命力咁甜品方面我揀咗青少年時期嘅回憶「苯na na」,雖然無乜特色,但勝在係我嘅回憶總評今餐放題食物方面唔錯,但係環境方面見到當日食客質素較低,猶如置身嘈吵街市用餐一般。再者,如果侍應工作態度可以作出改善的話定能吸引更多食客回頭幫襯…Read More

今日同朋友去完尖沙咀行,辛苦咗一日朋友話要食返啲高檔日本菜補充一下,於是我地就去咗極盡視覺同味覺享受嘅『心』鐵板燒食,呢度最大等點係廚師係客人面前即燒,有得睇表演之餘又有得食,簡直雙重享受由於行完街咁攰咁辛苦,我地一入到去都唔想諗咁多,見到個二人餐都幾豐富幾多嘢食,就點咗個鐵板精選二人套餐嚟食刺身沙律刺身沙律用上新鮮北海道帶子同吞拿魚配上蔬菜,帶子同吞拿魚入口鮮甜,同蔬菜一齊食,用嚟做夏口頭盤確係開胃醒神龍蝦湯、松露蘑菇湯龍蝦湯一如西餐一樣,加埋龍蝦殼一齊煮成,雖然有別於日式料理,但鮮味十足。松露蘑菇湯用料充足,成個湯充滿住黑松露嘅香氣,但略嫌黑松露味道太霸道,傅到蘑菇味唔夠突出意大利多士多士用鐵板烤至脆身,再加上他他醬,令到脆身嘅多士同他他醬入口形成一剛一柔嘅對比,口感特別香草牛油焗銀鱈魚銀鱈魚肉質結實而幼嫩,煎至輕微金黃,再配上醬汁焗製而成,清淡嘅口味同香草牛油出奇地夾慢煮南非鮑魚配柚子海苔泡泡一隻隻南非鮑魚放於透明玻璃水箱中任君選擇,揀啱心水再由廚師係大家面前用醬汁慢煮而成,上碟還伴隨住柚子海苔泡泡,雖然本人覺得泡泡可有可無,但慢煮而成嘅鮑魚口感嫩滑細膩,一啲都唔靭牛肉三味採用美國牛柳肉、和牛牛肩肉、牛舌分別用鐵板烤製而成,美國牛柳肉牛味濃郁,和牛牛肩肉滿口油香,牛舌煙靭彈牙,三個牛唔同嘅部位食出三種不同口感,如要挑剔,只能話份量太小季節野菜呢期季節野菜為燒燈籠椒、節瓜、茄子,用鐵皮燒完後,更能充分鎖住蔬菜嘅汁,食落更加鮮甜味美小女子炒飯炒飯用上日本珍珠米,配上蛋花蔥花一齊炒,每粒珍珠米都好乾身,唔會有任何多餘油分,仲有炒野菜一齊食海鹽雪糕、叮噹銅鑼燒海鹽味雪糕唔係每間餐廳都有得食,感覺比較特別,入口味道比較淡口,啱晒食完一餐飯後用嚟清一清口腔油膩感,配上即製叮噹銅鑼燒一齊食,一冷一熱嘅對比唔錯…Read More

今日收工後同朋友去灣仔行下街食下飯,行完街放完血就去咗Aroma食西餐Lemon Grass Soda + Estrella Draught (Beer)大熱天時有咩好得過一坐低就飲返杯冰凍飲品,我點咗香茅梳打,而朋友就鍾意飲啤酒,香茅梳打唔會太甜,入口清清地,啱晒用嚟解渴,而朋友就話連比較少見嘅西班牙啤酒都有得點,唔錯!Chicken Wings先嚟頭盤雞翼,雞翼先炸,再用鹹蛋做汁返煮,香口得嚟唔會好熱氣,加上鹹蛋味道同炸雞翼好夾,最有誠意係落咗好多鹹蛋,令到啲雞翼好夠味,必試!Pork And Chicken Liver Rolls豬肉雞肝卷,講真一開始睇個賣相真係估唔到係乜,後來睇返menu先知自己點咗乜,豬肉加埋雞肝入口細膩,雖然味道唔係好突出,但一試無妨。Spring Rolls豬肉春卷,雖然又係豬肉做,但肉嘅份量唔會太多,加上炸得好香口,唔會好滯,食完仲食得落其他嘅。Fries炸薯條,係熱辣辣嘅薯條上面加上鹹香十足嘅芝士,再點埋餐廳提供嘅芝士醬,真係令人忍唔到口,食完一條又一條,加上用粗薯,咬落啖啖薯仔肉,不錯。US Rib Eye Steak美國肉眼扒,當肉眼扒一上枱果刻其實我有少少失望,因為我期待嘅係一大塊啖啖肉嘅肉眼扒,但食落又有少少驚喜,因為用嘅係美國穀飼牛,肉質細嫩得嚟又肉味濃郁,加上煮到五成熟充滿肉汁,配埋餐廳特製嘅腐乳薯蓉一齊食真係啱啱好。Amadai海鱸魚意大利飯,海鱸魚肉質結實幼滑,較為清淡,絕對適合炎炎夏日無乜胃口嘅大家,加上芫茜泡沫做醬汁,食完肉眼扒,用嚟清一清濃郁嘅肉味確實不錯。Aroma Sundae黑色芝麻雪糕綿滑,白滑忌廉入口甜而不膩,加埋紅肉火龍果,同埋襯托用嘅金色朱古力粒,唔講味覺,只係睇外觀都會覺得係視覺享受。Candied Apple蘋果煮到入晒味,好淰,但又不失蘋果本身嘅香甜味,加埋忌廉一齊食,味道好夾。…Read More

收工後同老細食飯當然唔可以失禮,又要近又要食得招績,於是我地一行兩人就去咗銅鑼灣嘅漁獲梹燒。天口熱飲返支冷凍嘅清酒的確係可以醒一醒神,所以我地點咗呢支叫真澄嘅清酒,入口都好醇,唔會好苦,酒精又唔會太高,飲完第日一早返工都唔駛擔心會頭痛。沙律就入口清新,加埋芝麻醬,入口香味濃郁之餘又好夾,的確風味一絕。芝麻雞翼隻隻都炸得好脆好香口,但又唔會有一絲絲油膩感,張墊底紙係無乜油嘅,加埋一粒粒飽滿嘅芝麻一齊入口,香騷嫩滑。刺身盛合,呢個刺身拼盤有8樣刺身,有吞拿魚腩、牡丹蝦、馬糞海膽、油甘魚、三文魚、帆立貝、赤貝。吞拿魚腩夠肥美,肥而不膩,牡丹蝦新鮮彈牙,馬糞海膽鮮甜味美,油甘魚肉質緊緻,三文魚入口爽滑,帆立貝鮮味濃郁,赤貝新鮮得還有一絲淡淡嘅海水味特上漁獲浜燒盛合(二人前),珍寶大蝦、松葉蟹腳、鮑魚、蠔、帆立貝。珍寶大蝦足足係長過手掌咁長,仲要蝦肉新鮮彈牙,隻蝦吸收晒啲炭燒味,風味十足。松葉蟹腳肉質細緻嫩滑,不過美中不足係要自己剝殻,同埋份量唔係幾夠。鮑魚成隻拎去放係炭上面燒,一路睇住隻鮑魚由生變熟係咁掙扎,雖然係有d殘忍,但一放入口果下真係覺得好食到不得了,加上師傅好細心咁切到一件件咁上,就算女士都唔會話食得好狼狽,正!蠔都係連殻一齊燒,燒到啱啱好,入口嫩滑多汁,加上隻蠔個size都幾大,蠔味十足。帆立貝大大隻,用牛油蒜蓉去燒簡直係perfect match,入口有香濃牛油蒜蓉香味,加埋厚實嘅帆立貝肉一齊食,無得頂!燒鰻魚,真係估唔到鰻魚都可以燒到咁脆口,真係可以燒到咬落有少少「嗦嗦」聲,但又唔會好似樹皮咁乾,好味。椰子雪芭,入口有好濃嘅椰子味,食一啖就好似咬咗一啖原個椰子肉一樣,鮮甜味美。…Read More

正所謂食在旺角,所以身為香港人都知道要食嘢去邊度揾最快靚正。正因為咁,今日同同事一收工就走咗去旺角揾好嘢食,同事話想食新嘢,但又唔想食垃圾,咁所以我就提議佢地上網揾下,揾下揾下就揾到大和豚啦⋯⋯一開始我就叫咗杯青蘋果梳打特飲,杯飲品青新得嚟又唔會好甜,再加埋有汽嘅梳打,最啱啱啱收工行到身水身汗嘅我地。而平日都鍾意飲少少酒精飲品嘅朋友就叫咗杯蘋果汁紅酒冰特飲,我朋友話酸甜開胃嘅蘋果汁再加埋紅酒獨特嘅香味,真係夾到一絕,爭啲再叫多杯咁話。雜錦刺身用新鮮三文魚、鯛魚、吞拿魚⋯⋯等等做成刺身,有啲仲要俾埋魚腩位,每片刺身都鮮嫰彈牙,加上仲要切得都幾厚,真係一放入口就啖啖肉,食到停唔到口。食完頭先啲刺身攪到有啲膩口,於是我地即刻點返個大和青龍卷中和下,用牛油果包着三文魚飯卷,令人食完感到清新之餘又唔會話因為食得太多三文魚而覺得太油膩,加上青龍卷做型手趣緻,真係有得食有柚子椒鹽雞翼,成碟雞翼一上枱賣相其實同某間專賣炸雞嘅舖頭啲嘢食差唔多,所以原本都唔抱有咩期望,但求塞飽個肚算數。但一放入就食出佢獨特嘅地方,就係除咗椒鹽之外仲有淡淡嘅柚子味。蒜香辣味豬手,豬手整得好淋,而且無加任何調味料去整,整完先淋上辣油同蒜,感覺上同蒜泥白肉好似,但更上一層樓嘅係佢多咗豬手特有嘅果份膠質,令到豬手更加彈牙煙靭。豚肉野菜飛魚鍋,豚肉嘅彈牙、野菜嘅清新、飛魚嘅鮮甜,將三者合而為一就係呢個鍋嘅特色,如果你要我形容呢個鍋,我都只能夠講兩個字:好味!…Read More

呢間餐廳門口用上粉紅色,當然好容易就吸引到我嘅注意,所以決定同朋友入去試一試佢,睇下佢啲嘢食係咪同裝修一樣咁吸引我地每人點咗一個set dinner,首先上嘅當然係餐包同餐湯,佢地嘅餐包標榜嘅係每日自家新鮮製作,每片麵包入口都好脆好香,不論加上淡淡嘅牛油或者濃厚嘅吞拿魚醬都好match。而餐湯就有兩種選擇,就係材料豐富嘅羅宋湯或者係層次豐富嘅忌廉湯主菜我地點咗肉眼扒,我地點肉眼扒原因除咗貪佢啖啖肉之外,當然仲有濃郁嘅肉味,所以我地亦都好順理成章咁點咗5成熟,牛扒當然無令我地失望啦,而佢嘅波浪薯條亦係牛扒嘅好拍檔,脆口得嚟夠乾身另一主菜我地點咗德國菜代表,豬手。豬手皮脆肉嫩,肉連皮一齊食只係感到好似食緊薯片咁,又唔會好肥,加埋啖啖肉嘅薯角一齊食,只能講句絕對係perfect match甜品環節我地有cheese cake,一啖咬落去首先就感到好鬆軟,之後一絲絲淡淡嘅芝士味就慢慢充斥住口中每粒味蕾,令到我地想再要多件,可惜係因為實在太飽,所以食埋件cake我地即係埋單走人…Read More

由於細佬係邊爐魔,所以同慶祝佢生日,當然要搵番間岩壽星仔口味既火鍋店啦 左搵右搵終於比我搵到間食評吾錯既放題火鍋店一行四人準時六點去到拎位,好快就安排左個梳化卡位比我地,講番環境先,座位十分闊落,裝修鮮明,冷氣亦都好夠,媽子仲覺得有少少凍添,有位侍應姐姐聽到都主動較細左個冷氣,仲話之後食落熱可以再幫我地調較番適合的溫度,相信陣間食到熱辣辣都無有怕,甘細心真係要比個like佢 食物方面,主要有和牛及牛小排二個套餐提供,都是任食二個鐘,最後我地決定揀牛小排試下先,而套餐的內容都好豐富,有刺身、餐前小食、火鍋配料和甜品。湯底方面,我地叫左個清熱冬瓜皮蛋莞茜鍋,賣相同冬瓜盅十分相似,一圈冬瓜加上厚厚既皮蛋,莞茜亦絕不孤寒,甘多料湯底當然好味啦 由於火鍋要等,所以我地叫左D刺身食住食,三文魚入口即溶,肥美之餘又厚身,帶子味道鮮甜,八爪魚有淡淡的海水味,肉質通透,北寄貝和象拔蚌都非常爽口,感覺新鮮,整體不俗 主角終於出場,由於我地都係食肉獸,所以都點左好多肉食: 牛小排: 色澤鮮紅,脂肪比例適中,食落淋身,牛味濃郁 豬肉片: 肉質粉嫩新鮮,雖然薄身但肉質彈牙 雞件: 嫩滑肥美,吾會有雪藏味另外,我地仲嘗試左好夕特色丸類和配料: 手打鵝肝鮮牛肉: 鮮牛肉配上滿滿的鵝肝,入口多汁,鵝肝的油香令人更為回味 芝士牛丸: 牛丸外脆內軟,芝士味十足,食既時候小心芝士汁會噴出黎 芋蓉水晶包+豆沙水晶包: 點心就食得多,打邊爐都係第一次,內裡軟熟香甜,芋香和豆沙味不算突出,加上外皮較厚,食多二粒已經有d滯 年糕福袋:年糕煙煙韌韌,湯汁濃而不膩 黑松露鮮豚肉滑: 豚肉爽滑,黑松露味重 墨魚滑+蝦滑:可能係手打,令到肉質更爽脆彈牙,食得出用料新鮮甜品方面,選擇不多,不過勝左質素高,我推介:  朱古力心太軟配雪糕:放題好少有機會食到,由於細佬生日,所以廚房好貼心甘幫我地寫埋字,擺設得靚靚地,心太軟雖然係迷你版,但都外層都係熱辣辣香噴噴,鬆軟十足,輕輕一切香濃的朱古力醬已經慢慢流出,加上口感似雪芭的自家製雪糕,味道香甜清新,中和左朱古力的甜膩感,確實出色 餐廳整體的環境和食物都不錯,而且價錢合理,有機會一定會再encore …Read More
