今天男朋友帶我來吃日本菜,環境開揚,可見到香港夜景,很浪漫呀。男友點了$1180一位的菊。第一道前菜是冰菜。第一次吃冰菜,外邊的水珠是凝固,入口很爽脆,加上日本芝麻醬,味道很好層次吃過前菜後,送來了一塊鹽板。粉嫩的鹽板原來是用來點之後的刺身。十分有創意。海紅鯛味道甘香,熟的銀雪魚吃得多,原來可以生吃的。青魚很鮮味、爽口。深海池魚十分肥美,金目鯛一試難忘。拖羅的脂肪多,入口即溶,滑入喉嚨。手握壽司4款。膠魚、赤貝、baby tuna、海膽軍艦。海膽是我的最愛,配上脆脆的紫菜,海膽特別鮮甜。很新鮮baby tuna 沒有刺身般肥美,但也是很甘香。燒左口魚邊壽司很香口,飯有少少醋味,跟我在日本吃的味道差不多。最後是麵豉湯,咸味剛好,蜆肉很大隻,成隻碗咁大,很鮮甜呀。甜品是檸檬雪葩,不太酸,非常清新。多謝男朋友帶我來吃了一頓豐盛晚餐…Read More

朋友介紹這間在銅鑼灣的bar,除了環境不錯外還有食物也不錯的。我們幾個人7點來到,應該時間尚早所以我們是第一檯客人,這裡也可以在大廳裡唱k,另外也有一個大房間,店員說有private party 也可以在他們這裡book房。一個有很多selection的bar,看到有不同的cocktail, wine, whiskey等等食物menu selection有大概有10款,都是小碟的,我們點了幾款和一杯cocktailmeeze 7 party, 味道挺甜,酒味也挺濃煎和牛,很香多汁,略加了一點海鹽,還有用來點牛肉的醬汁,味道有點酸挺開胃這是蕎麥麵配海膽,不怎麼吃海膽的我也嘗了一口,很新鮮不腥,蕎麥麵的湯還喝了幾口,很清甜巴馬火腿配無花果,從未食過無花果的我,覺得這道菜味道很特別,因為在火腿下還有厚切芝士,這種芝士奶味不濃不鹹,可以和火腿一起吃香煎帶子有黑魚子,也是巴馬火腿在外層,帶子大大粒,帶子肉也很軟熟。帶子下是雞冠草,口感像海帶,也是爽脆的鮑魚也不算細隻,醬汁比較鹹,不過整體味道還好這是smoked salmon 芝士配沙律,芝士和三文魚配合得很好,因為芝士是不鹹的,一口三文魚芝士一口沙律,很清新很脆口的炸薯角,外脆內熱,一個一個的吃著不用5分鐘就給我們清光了我們下單的時候服務員告知這裡9點到11點會有歌手來唱歌,這位菲律賓籍歌手唱的挺有感情我們也享受著聽出耳油了。最後我經侍應介紹下也喝了幾款 whiskey, 每款味道也不一樣,喜歡喝scotch 的朋友也可來試試…Read More

從來不這麼吃素的我知道在觀塘開了一家素菜館,想清清腸胃的關係我們就來這裡食飯之前食開的齋菜都是用麵筋之類的食材再染色和加味,但食完這家後令我想不到原來齋菜不是清一色吃麵筋和下色素的點了重慶粉絲,麻婆豆腐,一品窩,藥膳珍菌,咕嚕魔芋,上湯娃娃菜不太能吃辣的我們點了小辣,粉絲和豆腐都做到不太辣和有麻辣效果,很惹味咕嚕魔芋外型像芋頭,吃下去真的好像在吃咕嚕肉一樣,酸中帶甜,也是開胃菜之一,喜歡吃酸的朋友可以試試這個一品窩的湯底有藥膳味,和一些很健康的菜包括有秋葵竹笙等等,湯也很好喝很暖胃藥膳珍菌醬汁比較稠,鹹度適中,這個反而藥膳味沒有一品窩的濃,不過送飯一流,可以中和粉絲和麻婆豆腐的辣味娃娃菜是配上湯,除了娃娃菜還有雪耳,菜的味道很清甜最後我們還點了一個芝麻卷冷盤,味道不太甜剛剛好,芝麻味也挺濃口感像大菜糕,不錯(沒有拍照)…Read More

朋友們想吃海鮮,就揀了這間餐廳去試一試, 我們選了個較經濟的餐,每人398元, 想不到的是 那些食材真是挺新鮮和大件這間餐廳是已蒸為主的,起初我還以為是自己蒸的,心想我根本不知道每一款海鮮要蒸多久 肯定會浪費了食物, 幸好是店員會為我們蒸每一道菜, 而且用計時器去計著, 那蒸的時間就好準確了首先是蒸蜆 ,蜆不算細隻,最緊要是沒有沙, 因為很多時候吃蜆都有沙, 我就會吐出來不想吃這隻蠔真是十分大隻,有成隻手掌這般大, 吃下去真是淡淡肉不得不提的是,這個龍蝦和扇貝真是十分美味,龍蝦的肉很有彈性,而那個扇貝加上粉絲真是絕配這款冰菜,我是第一次嘗試,可能是清蒸的關係,吃下去是挺爽口的當海鮮吃得七七八八時,感覺不是太飽,但最底層還有一碗粥,那就滿足了…Read More

今日去megabox睇傢俬,見到這間餐廳裝修都可以就入去試一試了成日都係食凱撒沙律,所以今次叫了個蜜桃榛子醬沙律 , 這個沙律味道也算可以,甜甜的蜜桃配上榛子醬沙律也有另一番風味第二道菜,三文魚芝士菠菜煎薄餅 這個真是要讚一讚,因為平時吃開的薄餅都是很傳統的,今次這個餅底是薄薄的,而且不是很大件,我們兩人吃剛剛好的,三文魚加上菠菜,芝士,這種配搭真是值得一試,味道很好第三道菜, 三文魚醬麵包條, 這個醬是挺鮮味的, 不過這個醬份量真是很多,但麵包條只有六條, 如果有多幾條麵包條就會好一點,可以把這個醬也吃完最後一道菜是黑松露意粉, 這個就跟想像中的差不多,黑松露味道很重 ,唔錯唔錯最後順帶一提的這兒有手工啤酒我也要了一杯涼爽一爽…Read More

今天逛完模型街後見到這間餐廳,門口看到menu有dinner set,跟湯或沙律,也可多加一點錢加配其他小食,覺得挺化算就進去吃。店面比較小,兩排長長的卡位,牆上的裝飾也挺特別。我們兩人點了一份牛柳粒鑊仔,一份軟殼蟹椰汁意大利飯dinner 再加$39 換了一客芝士薯條。dinner set有跟餐湯,是甜忌廉粟米蓉湯,加了多士一起喝特別好味。牛柳粒鑊仔,滿佈熱熔芝士令這個薯仔牛柳粒更惹味,不過薯仔是炸的不是煎的,感覺有一點點油膩,牛柳粒比想像中柔軟,不錯軟殼蟹椰汁意大利飯,是原隻炸軟殼蟹,再加上甜甜的椰汁飯味道挺新鮮,椰汁飯還有菠蘿粒芝士薯條,淡淡的芝士香沒有一般的鹹,薯條也炸得剛好沒有太硬本來想試他們的雪山熱香餅,不過因為份量不小的關係我們已經太飽了,唯有下次再試…Read More

上次試過工廠區的餐廳 覺得唔錯 今次再試 另一間 這杯juice是幫助排毒的 beetroot配上薑的味道也挺開胃首先我們選了這個牛骨髓配多士 牛骨髓是煮得挺好食的 配上脆多士真是 食下去有一種又脆又軟的感覺也選了一個特別的沙律就是沙田柚青木瓜藜麥沙律 這個配搭真是第一次嘗試 沙田柚偏酸 反而青木瓜和藜麥加上甜甜的沙律汁配搭新鮮 總好過成日吃那些傳統的沙律至於黑松露雞肉米型粉配溫泉蛋 那個黑松露的味道很濃烈 真是十分之香 感覺像risotto 但米型粉沒有意大利飯黏 反而更好咀嚼這個魷魚墨汁意大利飯 用魷魚捲著飯就好像壽司一樣 味道是挺特別的 不過最好使用 匙羹食用 因為用叉就會夾散那些飯 另外這個味噌三文魚配炸豆腐 三文魚不會煮得十分熟 半生熟的 口感一流 炸豆腐是日本炸豆腐 外皮沒有傳統的炸粉 反而是黏黏的 豆腐旁邊是一種黑色醬汁 配豆腐一流最後這個菠蘿三味的甜品 真是值得推介 因為甜品的外圍是暖暖的 但是內心有一粒菠蘿果凍是冰的 所以吃下去有一種外暖內冷 的感覺 十分新奇這間餐廳的食物整體上都比預期的好 而且價錢又公道…Read More
