秋風起,又係食火鍋的季節,同屋企人一行7人去左呢間有機火鍋的餐廳開餐,訂呢間試因為想試下有機菜,因為新開張,有7折優惠。1)黃豆苦瓜排骨湯(唔記得影相)我阿爸一飲就知無味精,又有苦瓜甘味,值得一試2)蕃茄金雕魚鍋是用gas 爐煲住食吃到新鮮的有機野生魚同蕃茄,另外又有薯粉,海帶及豆腐干片做配料,有水準3)鮮黑草羊腩煲由店長推介,羊腩唔羶,連我呢D長期唔食羊嘅人都食左幾舊。4)椰子走地雞煲好香的椰子味,有特別食法,D雞又嫩又滑,記住飲D湯。5)口水走地雞(半份)叫左辣油分開上,因為屋企人有人唔食辣油,D雞肉幾彈牙,鍾意食口水雞記得試第一次食有機菜,原來真係幾甜,原來一直食梗D帶有苦味的農藥菜廿幾年,係時候要叫阿媽開始買,餐廳近門口位置有一包包有機菜放喺凍櫃,價錢睇過唔貴$1x/包下次會再來試其他菜式。埋單$150/人…Read More

學生時代喺金馬倫道做part time,隔晚都會食星林居,最鐘意佢d腩肉。嗰個年代譚仔都唔知開左未。出左嚟做野,對食有多左要求,少左返黎,一年都無一次。今晚有事要喺TST食自己,決定探訪以前的味道。叫左湯米線,油麥菜,腩肉,小酸,小辣。不好酸的我見隔離台叫左碗酸菜,個心定左定,我叫小酸應該冇死。米線到左,食一口,what?有冇酸左d?我叫左小酸!每一口都係酸菜,酸菜唔使錢定點,使唔使咁重手?隱若聽到左右隔離都話個米線好酸。然後我一度以為我叫錯左肥牛,點解腩肉又薄又無辣嘅?OH no......美好回憶幻滅了。不忘提吓老闆娘,多年都keep到差不多,我意思係個態度,黑住面收錢,多謝唔使諗,最好你多謝返佢賜你食物,no next time, sorry, 完。…Read More

今天放假上午有事到西貢,一時許才到市區,友人提議食酒店下午茶自助餐,搜了一輪開飯網,發現平日只有寥寥可數的酒店供應下午茶自助餐,打電話到the cafe訂位卻得到滿座的回覆。我們試試去碰碰運氣,看看有沒有walk in位。太高興了,一到埗被安排坐近沙律吧!餐廳滿滿都是人,但難得都是本地人,久違了的感覺😭未食前先巡遊一圈,食物實在超乎想象的豐富😍😍😍因為餓了,先拿熱盤,有點心,應該是外來貨,有水準,個人喜歡牛肉燒賣,可惜只出一轉,小籠包已扁塌塌很攪笑,蒸太久了吧。吃完一𨍭飽了肚再戰sushi, 奇怪全程只見三文魚出現2次,每次約4件??!友人拿了碗細蓉,我偷吃了一粒云呑,幾口面,足料,面比坊間的好吃很多,如不是胃口有限,我一定自己吃一碗。熱盤種類非常多,比不少酒店的午餐還多,云云眾多選擇中我最喜歡炸物,我足足吃了4隻炸蝴蝶蝦,配上他他醬簡直完美。吃了幾轉到水果甜品時間,恕小妹孤漏寡聞,頭一次見自助餐提供蓮霧--我的最愛,我應該起碼吃了8塊,還有士多啤梨和車厘子。甜品拿了另一最愛面包布甸,但有點失色,不夠香滑。雪糕是haagen daz,有一位姐姐幫忙𢳂,不用𢳂到手痛。飽到捧著肚子,晚餐也可免了。最後埋單一人不用$200,簡直超值!!!十級推薦!…Read More

約了友人在淘大開餐,貪這兒比德福人少,本來想光顧另一間日本餐廳,但舖面太細,不便聊天,於是轉換地點。這店挾著在日本有500間分店的名堂,時間尚早而未見人龍,一試無妨。掀了幾遍餐牌,裡面就只得幾款選擇,以champdon(不知有否串錯)打正旗號,champdon看來像是油麪走油。最後小妹與友人點了二人餐,選了炒champdon,double野菜champdon。Double野菜champdon先到,野菜份量十足,可惜大部分是我們不喜歡的椰菜。侍應介紹2隻調味汁-薑汁和柚子汁,攪不懂怎樣調味,我們已急不及待起筷,試了一口,小妺與友人不約而同認為味道普通,不算好味亦不算難吃,椰菜也不夠諗。不久,炒面亦上桌,配料基本上和野菜champdon一樣-蝦幾粒,魚條幾條,菜十足,肉幾微粒,不太油膩,味道亦未見突出。反而全晚最吸引的是熱抹茶拿鐵,茶味濃郁而不澀,奶滑不甜。結論:champdon正是油麪走油…Read More

I came to visit this restaurant for its exclusive offer.  Frankly speaking, the quality and variety were in proportion to the price.The restaurant was overwhelmed by people. Luckily enough all are local with good self discipline.The food was rather disappointing though I did mot expect much. The sashimi chef may need some more practise - sometimes the sashimi was paper like 😰 The most anticipating dish was laksa as loads of people were queuing from the begining till the end. 下午茶時間在旺角搵食,想遠離自由行唯有找樓上舖,上一次光顧這店的時候仍然是日本餐廳。本來被安排搭枱,但不想坐得太擠迫,後來被調到門口附近的四人桌,自成一角。午餐還未消化,我選擇了輕量級西多士餐,友人點了魚柳包拼炸薯角餐。平時點炸物好比抽獎,通常有一半機會中伏,不是炸得過火、就是用萬年油。西多士先到,鋪排得很細心,牛油半融、糖漿另上,還有幾塊沙律菜配黑醋,魚柳包切半。吃一口西多,裡面有厚厚的粗粒花生醬,囗感複雜豐厚,相比一般茶餐廳,花生醬只有幾微米厚,差點以為自己在吃炸包,簡直無可比擬!蛋漿完全包裹西多,又沒有炸過火燶邊的情況。魚柳包也很有水準,包是烘過已塗牛油的豬仔包,脆脆的,魚柳更出色,大大塊熱辣辣脆卜卜,友人感歎如此價錢竟然有此等享受,難怪人客絡繹不絕!題外話,因為坐在點餐電腦旁,幾個侍應經常經過,其中有位貌似經理的帥哥,非常勤快,態度又好,請到他幫忙是老闆的福份!…Read More

「為口奔馳」這麼多年,都因為一個懶字從未寫過食評,今天心血來潮,破例寫第一篇😆餐廳太多、人生太短,小妹向來不會再光顧已嘗試的餐廳。多年前曾嘗試太子分店,印象非常不錯,六時多經過這分店還有很多位,又忽然想吃雞煲,就翻兜吧!可惜,香辣雞煲比印象差太太太遠,味道很淡,懷疑上次試的是麻辣,小妹和友人始終喜歡重口味雞煲。後來鄰桌亦向店員投訴雞煲味淡,要求加$換麻辣,看來不只是我們的問題。湯底味淡如加了一丁點辣油的清湯,雞肉以雞胸佔多數,後悔莫及,唯有安慰自己吃的是普通火鍋,期待火鍋配料會有突破,例牌萵荀份量少得可憐,鯇魚片夠脆味道還可以,萬料不到全晩亮點是牛肉粒,油花均勻,肉味豐腴,友人喜歡其有嚼頭。後來因為湯汁越來越濃縮,由小辣變大辣,我投降了。後記,吃罷整晚都非常口喝,因為師傅下多了?那麼為什麼雞煲郤淡然無味?不解😰…Read More
