最近發現銅鑼灣有間隱世串燒新店,專玩乾式熟成技術,仲要係全港首間自設熟成櫃嘅燒鳥店!用本地三黃雞同日本土雞,裝修走日式居酒屋風格,昏黃燈光加吧檯位,可以睇住師傅即燒,氣氛幾chill~最正係晚市有免費鴿翼送,未點菜已經有得食!今次試咗幾款招牌熟成串燒,「熟成特上鴿皇胸腿肉」真係一試難忘!乳鴿經過48小時熟成,肉質粉嫩多汁,外皮燒到脆卜卜,鴿味濃到似食緊迷你版燒鵝,絕對係全場MVP!「三黃雞腿肉」分前後腿四件,雞皮香脆肉質嫩滑,店員教路後腿要包紫蘇葉食,果然清新解膩~「自家製月見免治雞肉棒」沾滿蛋黃同醬油,口感豐富,係完美嘅comfort food!其他串燒都各有特色,「明太子翠肉瓜」明太子鹹香配多汁翠肉瓜,平衡得剛好;「本地活豬玻璃肉」肥瘦均勻,燒到脂肪透明如玻璃,入口即化!主食「特濃花膠雞白湯烏冬」超抵食,湯底熬足12小時,奶白色濃郁到黏嘴唇,花膠份量唔孤寒~飲品推薦「桔仔薄荷鴨屎香茶」,清新解膩,同串燒出奇地夾!整體嚟講,串燒火候控制得好好,熟成技術真係令肉質提升不少,價錢合理(仲有Sapporo買一送一!)。但缺點係稀有部位有時賣晒,旺場服務稍忙亂。聽聞老闆之前喺Nadagogo學藝,質素有保證。…Read More

唔講唔知,原來啟德體育園地下開咗間輕奢泰菜,裝修走曼谷Thonglor區公寓風格,仲有藝術家Kristopher Ho嘅壁畫,坐低個feel幾chill,唔使飛泰國都有少少度假vibe~今次試咗個雙人嘗鮮menu,有齊前菜、沙律、燒物、蔬菜、咖喱同甜品,性價比高!前菜「蕃茄交響曲」個名好浮誇,但食落真係有驚喜!炸腐皮脆到似食緊薯片,加埋自家製辣椒醬、酸酸甜甜嘅蕃茄同西柚,口感層次多到似聽緊交響樂(笑)。跟住個「香蕉花沙律」更加係香港罕見!香蕉花切絲後爽口到似食緊筍絲,混埋鹹蛋黃、荔枝、雞絲同虎蝦,味道酸辣中帶清甜,個汁調到啱啱好,唔會搶咗食材原味~主菜部分,「泰式燒春天」隻春雞燒得皮脆肉嫩,重點係個homemade醬汁!唔係普通甜酸醬,而係用魚露同香茅調製,帶少少酸辣,好開胃!「農夫椰芯」用咗泰國直送椰芯,口感似嫩筍,加金不換同豬腩肉一齊炒,鑊氣十足~ 而咖喱「蘇美白日夢」用新鮮蟹肉同椰汁煮成,香濃得嚟唔膩,配埋炸鱸魚同蔬菜條蘸咖喱食,正宗泰式玩法,好有泰國街頭風味~甜品「真西米露」同平時食開嘅完全唔同,西米係從樹取嘅天然版本,口感更軟糯,椰香濃郁但唔甜;脆薄餅就脆脆地加椰子忌廉,鹹甜餡料玩味十足,完美作結!整體嚟講,呢間泰菜人均三百幾蚊食到咁多手工菜,值!環境chill,菜式有驚喜,唔係得個「辣」字,食材同做法都好有心思,尤其係用咗唔少香港少見嘅泰國食材(香蕉花、椰芯、天然西米),鍾意試新嘢嘅foodie應該會開心到彈起!服務態度友善,環境舒服,唯獨位置有少少難找(體育園地下舖,要睇清楚指示)。下次睇演唱會前,可以嚟試吓佢個四人嘗鮮menu,個「泰公館咖喱」用生榴槤煮,聽講好過癮~…Read More
