主人與奴隸獸很喜歡吃印度菜,尤其是奴隸獸更加情有獨鍾,今次與朋友在澳門銀河酒店的印度餐廳香草園(Spice Garden)吃晚飯,想不到味道好得令人感動,實在很值得推介。這款 Samosa 頗為出色,酥皮又薄又鬆又脆,餡料的薯仔粒不會是硬實實的,味道及口感真是很不錯。又是一道味道好得難以形容的小食,香料的味道很重,奴隸獸愛極了,吃了一件又一件,停不了口。餐廳特別推介的菜式。湯的香料味道極度濃郁,而且辣得有點嗆喉,不過此湯會刺激你的味蕾,很有層次,越喝味道越好,令人有點欲罷不能。這款烤餅非吃不可,質感 QQ 的,非常軟熟。味道帶有絲絲的甜味,蘸著咖哩汁一起吃,味道超~~讚~~呀!!這兩款烤餅就有點兒令人失望,比較乾比較硬,不過蘸著咖哩汁吃還可以吧!!這款咖哩質感幼滑,雖然豆蔻的味道不算濃郁,但仍然十分好味,瞬間將它一掃而空。當這小鍋子飯端上桌時,香味已撲鼻而來,非常誘人。看著這小鍋子,我們都以為它的飯量不會太多,(因為大家都吃得有點兒飽。)但是我們實在太小覤這鍋子了,想不到盛的飯量著實不少。不過,我們仍然將它吃光光,因為飯炒得非常爽身,而且香料味道濃郁,令人食慾大增,味道太讚喇!!香草園(Spice Garden)@ 澳門銀河酒店…Read More

主人與奴隸獸看了不少台灣網友的網誌,對澳門永利酒店的『京花軒』非常讚賞。『京花軒』除了有京、川、魯菜式外,還有『譚家官府菜』,成為最吸引主人與奴隸獸的主因,當然要專程光顧。餐廳裝璜都是由歐洲名師設計,金碧輝煌,頗有氣派,座位亦非常寬敞舒適。迎客茶:高杯是用來聞茶香,然後倒進矮杯品嚐。各瓷具器皿都是由香港名設計師陳幼堅先生(Alan Chan)設計。荔枝紅茶 10 克分成兩杯來沖泡。等一杯喝到差不多無味了,就會換另一杯來沖泡。茶香撲鼻,茶味香濃,很不錯。餐前小食是茄子,甜甜酸酸辣辣,蠻好味的。珊瑚白菜卷是『京花軒』的招牌小食,大白菜又嫩又爽脆,味道酸中帶甜,甜中又有少少辣,是一道非常不錯的開胃菜。話梅貴妃雞帶有淡淡話梅及花彫酒的味道,很特別。鍋塌帶子夾將巨型帶子上下切開兩半,中間夾上蝦膠,用蛋包著帶子,煎之。煎蛋食落口感鬆軟,味道甘香可口,帶子蝦膠多汁鮮甜,頂級的好味道。荀衣燴豆苗鮮竹荀切得薄薄的,再用上湯煨過,非常鮮嫩可口。此菜式雖然簡單,但廚師煮出食物的真味道,很~~讚~~呀!!褡褳火燒其實是牛肉卷,外層餅皮煎得非常香脆,內層牛肉非常多汁,小心燙咀。宮廷四小點京式點心,賣相很吸引,甜品墊著的是自製的蘋果乾。女侍告訴我們可以由碗豆黃、云豆糕、驢打滾及艾窩窩,順序味道由淡至濃,逐一品嚐。『京花軒』為每檯客人送上一本紀念帖。內裡是由書法家用毛筆寫上當晚客人所點的菜式作為紀念,非常有心思。…Read More

看到這食店只有十多篇食評,令主人與奴隸獸感到有點兒詫異,莫非食蟲蟲真是會令人卻步嗎?其實此食店的食物水準很不錯,絕對值得幫襯。椒鹽炸蜂蛹:原本想試蠍子或和味龍,但當天只有蜂蛹及竹蟲。所以就揀選了蜂蛹。一碟蟲蟲只有二兩重,但要索價九十多元,有點貴吧!主人與奴隸獸想像所食的蟲蟲會不會『爆漿』,心中頗為忐忑。其實食落是外脆內粉粉的,口感有點兒像M記的炸薯條。非常非常清淡的烚蛋味道,雖然稱不上美味,但一試亦無坊。必吃生炒骨:還是第一次食到脆口的生炒骨,味道不錯,有驚喜。艇王炒花甲:炒得乾身入味,豉椒的香味完全滲入蜆肉內,好好味。上海炸臭豆腐:這道炸臭豆腐一上桌,就聞到陣陣『香味』,令人食指大動,食落外脆內軟,正呀!!南乳田雞:炸田雞外脆內軟滑,香口惹味,送啤酒的絕佳美食。薑蔥炒及第:很有鑊氣,味道不錯,可惜豬內臟炒得過了火,扣分。椒絲腐乳炒通菜:大廚加了切幼的薑絲,令普通的一道菜,變得更美味,超讚!!和味館的營業時間:下午四時半至凌晨三時。…Read More

主人與奴隸獸總是覺得,大部份粵菜食肆的素菜款式選擇不多,而且都是千篇一律,例如:清炒時菜,北菇扒時蔬,羅漢齋,鼎湖上素,椒鹽豆腐.....等等,真是了無新意。所以今次光顧澳門的永利軒,他們的素菜就帶給我們不少的驚喜。除味道絕佳外,還頗有心思創意。觀自在素燻腐皮:煙燻的味道恰到好處,不會有一股難以下嚥的焦味。腐皮口感軟身,饀料亦分佈均勻,好味。芝香豆蓉紫菜酥:層層疊疊的腐皮,兩面各有芝麻紫菜,炸之。食落香脆惹味,但又不會覺得油膩。彩椒燴糖醋油條:油條內釀了荔芋,油條香脆,芋蓉又粉又幼滑,味道亦濃,糖醋汁的味道不太甜不太酸,剛剛好。夏果露荀炒素丁:用料十分新鮮,有素菜的新鮮味道。特式綠豆沙:侍應的特別推介,去殼綠豆,昆布,海底椰,蓮子,紅棗配以椰漿,口感又爽又绵,想不到各種食材如此配合,十分好味。杏汁海底椰燉木瓜:味道亦不錯,可惜與綠豆沙相比,就較為失色了。永利軒的環境氣氛不錯,服務只屬一般,但仍可尚算是米芝蓮的一星食肆吧!…Read More

主人與奴隸獸約了朋友吃晚飯,經商量後決定光顧就近的容記小菜王。可能時間尚早,很容易就找到位子。招牌腐皮卷:既然寫明是『招牌』,當然要點喇!味道可算是OK,但腐皮無豆味又『煙韌』,餡料只記得有大量芋頭條,所以吃了兩件,肚子也飽了五成。菲式蒜香骨:一上枱就聞到香氣撲鼻,但食落又是另一回事了。排骨不夠入味,肉質太硬,不夠鬆軟,而且有部份近骨的豬肉還未熟透,令人食慾大減。椒絲腐乳茄子:完全沒有腐乳的味道,勝在茄子尚算新鮮,還可以入口。總體來說,此食店還需要付出多些努力及誠意才可以稱為『小菜王』吧!…Read More

Lurk I went there last week because of the "chicken cake and dried pork: Wa the shop is so old and lack of decoration but the food out of my expectation so yummy. The girl keeper was so nice and patient to introduce the food to me. The walnuts I could not stop myself from eating so crispy
