是夜係我同老公o既一個小小紀念日,諗住唔煮飯出去外食,於是上openrice搵下有咩好食,見到角落餐廳食評一置向好,於是由市中心搭輕鐵前往。餐廳於啟豐商場一個好角落位置,唔睇水牌都唔知o係邊,去到門口望入去食店入面好細,望一望餐牌食物款式都算多而且價錢唔算平(一般都90蚊以上),諗住收得呢個價應該唔會差得去邊,於是入去坐低order野食。我地叫左一個美式什扒(鐵板)配薯菜、鵝肝醬西冷扒配扁意粉,餐湯要周打蜆湯同牛肉湯(辣)。正期待住美味扒餐之時,侍應叔叔送上餐湯,一望落去唔使入口就知係超級麵粉糊=口=",周打蜆湯入面冇蜆,而且重有一粒粒未溶得曬o既麵粒,牛肉湯老公話有少少辣但係都係屬麵粉糊類。到主菜,美式什扒有雞扒、牛扒、豬扒柳同煙肉腸仔卷各一,由於我唔食牛,於是將牛扒改為豬柳。鐵板上檯後我O咀了,件"扒"細件得可憐,極其量只可叫件(雞件,豬件),煙肉腸仔卷個腸仔咸到喊,好在有好大堆熱辣辣薯條可以頂下肚,叫做食得飽另外老公食o既鵝肝醬西冷扒配闊扁意粉,因有牛肉我冇食到,不過老公order牛扒要六成熟,一切開我見已經係八成熟。埋單200蚊食茶餐廳o既質數,茶餐廳都不如o既鋪面(牆紙已經發曬霉),只怪我信錯食評同怪我唔好彩。…Read More
