陳金:香港都冇乜邊個唔中意打邊爐, 火鍋店成行成市, 不過台灣式一人一煱係香港都唔係好多,今日專程來試試.先講店面的感覺, 很清潔很企理, 放食物的地方也放得很整齊, 放雪藏食物的盤子沒有剩水, 食物上也沒有霜,單是這點已經對食客很尊重(對自己的店也很尊重), 不是隨便給你一堆食物任食食個飽就算.放蔬菜的一面也很骨子, 而且很新鮮,亦洗得很乾淨.點了一個「龍蝦海鮮二人餐」, 選了小羊捲和雞肉, 還有龍蝦一隻,廣島蠔2隻,帶子2隻,啤酒,雪糕都有,才$668, 價錢OK.海鮮:龍蝦的質素一般, 新鮮是新鮮的,不過熟了之後肉是散的,沒咬勁.廣島蠔和帶子則很好, 都是又新鮮又甜, 不錯.肉:小羊捲跟雞肉都好吃, 羊薄薄的,很有羊肉的香味, 肉質很好,給你的份量也很足夠, 是店子的大方吧.湯底:我點的是麻辣, 好味道呀, 我喜歡辣, 這個辣味不錯, 可惜不夠麻, 不夠麻吃肉不夠好玩過引, 再麻一點我會更喜歡.蔬菜:選擇很多, 小棠菜,波菜,皇帝菜,娃娃菜…都有!而且全部都好新鮮, 翠翠綠綠的, 我最欣賞火煱店提供好的菜蔬! 菜蔬可不是配菜呀!!醬料:很好, 胡椒,蒜,辣椒乾辣椒粉,麻油,醬油,芝麻,蔥花都有! 當然最重要是有醋!黑白都有, 還有甜醋!吃麻辣煱最好甚麼都不點, 點少少醋就好!飲品/甜品: 我沒有喝過台灣啤酒(基本上都少喝), 不過這個鳳梨味道的超好喝,亦是餐包括的就試試, 鳳梨味很重很香, 沒有啤酒的苦, 喝過也沒有肚子漲著的感覺, 不錯.最後雪糕是HAAGEN DAZS的, GOOD.很好呀, 店員也很有禮, 值得再去的台式火鍋店.…Read More

陳金:喜歡吃上海菜, 也喜歡去「老」一點的館子, 永遠覺得去老飯店好似係件「與世隔絕的事」,泊車係門口, 行落條樓梯, 就好似去左「以前」咁, 十年不變.出面係點, 有幾多幾多老店關門轉營, 老飯店都係如一.核桃燻蛋:有淡淡的燻味, 可是我覺得那個糖心吃上去不那麼香濃, 整體是好的可就差了那麼一點點.例是核桃好味道, 很脆很香甜的.家常豆腐:做得很正宗的, 青紅椒,荀,木耳…豆腐煎炸香了再扣, 裡面綿軟軟的好可愛,肉片有點肥肉剛好, 豆瓣醬的蠶豆香和花椒香…一般沒靈魂的豆瓣醬根本是沒有這個味道, 是必點的菜,ADAM愛吃.咸肉菜心:喜歡吃咸肉配菜, 覺得那種咸和淡的配搭豐富了菜的味道, 這裡的咸肉淡淡的香, 太咸我怕, 這裡的剛好.清炒蝦仁:我對炒蝦仁特別喜愛, 也要求很高, 這裡的蝦仁看手工就知道是做得很精心的, 不過水準很參半, 有時候爽脆滑嫩, 有時候又油多,膩了, 沒了那份清淨, 蝦仁倒是好的河蝦仁, 今天煮得糊了點, 是蛋太多太久?不知道. 不過我也喜歡吃.紅燒大排翅:去到上海館子我都喜歡吃翅, 試試高湯火侯嘛.這裡做得很濃郁, 說是「排翅」其實給你甚麼翅已經不清楚了, 真的排翅又沒有那麼平宜吧?入口感覺不錯, 綿的, 翅太爽反而不好, 才不用4百塊,也可以.都是常去的店之一, 喜歡.…Read More
