啱啱收工路經粉嶺花都廣場,見有少少餓,又未到晚飯時間,於是喺附近搵間食店食啲少食頂吓肚,見到間鴻仔記車仔麵,入去坐底叫咗淨餸:淨牛肚$15,淨大腸$15,淨辣水魷$12, 再叫個白灼油菜$12,要蠔油。 幾分鐘後一碗熱辣辣嘅淨餸放喺我面前,我放牛肚入口及大腸入口,喂~個口感甘似我打邊爐時,啲料喺湯裡面滾到尾甘冧嘅?再食埋個魷魚,唉!下次一定唔會再嚟食,其實都緊要,都冇期望咗味道唔會有咩出乎意料,但係出乎意料嘅係,當個油菜嚟到係生菜時,我多口問問句我剛才係 order生菜唔係菜心時,位年青人用一種想開佢年嘅口吻同我道:「係你自己點生菜架嘛!」,我答:「啊~好呀唔該。」 而呢間店我相信都暫時唔會再幫襯,祝佢地生意興隆重啦。ps: 食物質數冇乜值得去影,但有興趣嘅朋友可以去挑戰吓,最底消費 $25~完…Read More

難忘慢煮T骨牛扒

今日收工有朋友邀約食晚飯聚舊,一行四人連同太太到了大圍,原先打算食火鍋,於駕車時沿途看見一間西餐廳便將車泊一邊看過究竟;M3 Italian ~俾我印象似足喺上環沿海旁的西餐廳格局,於是我地決定由原先食火鍋念頭轉為一試食好西(餐). 侍應招呼帶位坐底,環觀場内環境及裝修氣氛,絕不比上環中環嘅西餐廳遜色。打開 menu, 主菜牛扒類別看見" 慢煮T骨美國牛扒" ($438), 足 18 安士,所以order了~,另外點了 Parma Ham火箭菜 pizza ($138) , 炸雜錦三式($108) 及一份招牌M3沙律($148), 飲品方面,我和朋友都喜歡飲紅酒,所以 order了一瓶 Chile嘅紅酒,大約二百蚊左右。 頭盆先上咗 M3 沙律及炸雜錦三式;沙律配搭有煙三文魚,風乾火腿及香草烤雞外,還有極具特色口味的三款沙律醬~! 另外細味一嚐還有羊奶芝士味道的回香~(下次再來必 re-order~❣); 而炸雜錦三式則不過不失~❣(still delicious) ~港人致愛三寶:薯角~炸蝦~烤雞中翼~❣(配沙律醬&茄汁係必然). 食到差唔多嘅時候~pizza嚟啦~! 原來黑松露遇熱後會有意想不到嘅馥郁香味(即時再有胃口), 再配搭Parma Ham嘅咬口~三個字:巧滿足~!❣,應該再食唔落呱~! 唯有同朋友嘆幾口紅酒回味回味~順便借酒精消消滯~! 誰知原來仲有剛才點嘅主菜:慢煮 T 骨美國牛扒~❣ T骨牛扒一上,賣相與一般西冷肉眼牛扒大不相同;外觀質感結實敦厚~誰知我親自落刀平分卻為何如此輕鬆~? 慢煮也~❣一般牛扒要煎要焗都好難煮得淋及鬆身~! 而慢煮~!!!! 須要用攝氏 54 度左右溫度慢煮烹調最少 50 分鐘或以上才可將肉質纖細化~! 之後要用火力封存肉汁及脆化外層係另一層次功力~❣朋友食到唔識講粗口,只係識得邊食邊飲智利紅酒~❣ 總括而言唔評分(好想俾 99.99分)~!!但下次會再帶多幾個嘴鵰嘅朋友嚟嘆多次~! 起碼唔使自己帶紅酒嚟~! …Read More

 是日要於港島區出勤,收工時亦得知太太亦於銅鑼灣整頭,便相約晚上於港島區晚膳。 我兩比較喜歡打邊爐,便於 openrice search到有間於北角新開嘅"滾得囍宮庭火鍋",見離銅鑼灣唔係太遠,搭港鐵都係幾個站到,於是 book 咗 8pm. 一上到去店門外,看見裝修佈置檯椅確實有種"古代裝橫"feel,  現場背景音樂則以中樂播放時代曲,入席時侍應都熱情款待及有禮貌,坐底時仲聽到"射雕英雄傳"音樂,即時有種拍緊古裝片嘅感覺~XD. 打開 Menu,  湯底有14款,選擇嘅種類算是多及湯底起名都有用心諗過(夠古代) ,經侍應推介點選咗一款叫:慈禧酒香麻油雞湯鍋($138 跟半隻雞_個名好鬼長), 主菜火鍋料叫咗:飛驒牛肉刺身($388/12塊), 台式鴨紅($32),黑松露墨魚滑($48),菜蕊苗($28),除咗個牛刺身銀碼略為高但合理,但要放落口品嚐先知值唔值。 首先鍋底嚟過銅製外形嘅雙龍頭鍋,認真夠特色;侍應先倒黃酒入鍋及於鍋內點火,再加入藥膳食材炒香,後開啟電爐電源加入湯底;"龍鍋"即時昇起紅紅烈火且帶出藥材酒香。 至於飛驒牛刺身,以木架像用蒜泥白肉嘅方式掛起,旁邊放著一小碟原來是黑醋以點牛肉刺身用,起初我倆都有少少戰戰兢兢的感覺(畢竟唔係喺日本食牛刺嘛),甘 gentleman嘅野梗係我試食先,夾起一塊點一吓黑醋後大口地咬咗半塊~依喂!牛油香及黑醋味道啱啱好中和咗無肥膩嘅感覺,口覺滑又易溶化,雖然肉被切得略厚(2mm 内) ,但肉味及口感用'清香實在'嘅感覺形容就最貼切;太太問:「得唔得?」,我答:「試多塊再話妳知~], 佢即係恐防有詐甘夾嚟食話:「甘奸架妳~!]  至於黑松露墨魚滑食落去又幾有回香及彈牙嘅感覺,可以用"冇甘悶"嚟形容~!而鴨紅又真係幾底食,佢比豬血無甘易散且有咬口,不過我個人認為下次如果要食鴨紅,都係配返麻辣湯底夾啲~ 是次晚餐費用,兩人費用都係唔過1K,以環景,服務,食材~算係合理價錢,因為覺得個飛驒牛係值得一試,而家問返店員啲飛驒牛係直接喺日本攞返嚟(怪唔之得啦。 食完之後,同太太話下次嚟食可以叫多啲人過嚟試多啲野,另外提提,新張期内,部份啤酒及氣水全免(我個人獨飲 3 支 😆), 其實可以再飲,不過太太話夠啦~! 下次嚟嘅時候再飲~! …Read More
