這次我來體驗日本的Omakase,餐廳的師傅都會很詳細地介紹每一道菜!希望客人能夠品嘗美食之餘都對該食材有所了解。餐廳的前菜是清湯蟹肉,春野菜,配上白麵士豆腐。清湯蟹肉整成果凍模樣味道清甜配上一梳梳鮮甜的蟹肉令人胃口大增,日本的沙律菜清甜開胃更可以清清口腔預備刺身環節。刺身包括有深海池魚,赤貝和北寄貝和獅魚和等,每一款我都非常滿意,首先深海池魚肉質鮮厚,魚片透明色澤潤口感爽口鮮甜,赤貝和北寄貝味道甜美,而北寄貝就更為爽口煙韌!獅魚的肉质细腻,口感非常鲜嫩。熱食是銀雪魚BB,煎香過的銀雪魚脂肪更為豐富一上菜已經聞到很香的魚油味道。銀雪魚魚肉雪白,油份適中,肉質很幼嫩不知不覺就吃完了。接下來的壽司有金目鯛,梳子魚,吞拿魚,北海道帶子和海膽,金目鯛魚肉非常鮮甜可口,魚肉紮實,味道香甜。梳子魚比较清淡爽口,帶子厚身又細密,味道濃郁鮮甜永遠不會令人失望。吞拿魚豐腴甘美香味濃郁。海膽手卷師傅給很多海膽!!海膽幾乎入口即溶鮮甜無比。最後還有汁煮鮑魚配海膽,鮑魚煮過後加上醬汁味道更為濃郁,配上海膽一齊吃鮮甜的味道提升了不少,仿佛整個口腔都是海水鮮甜的味道。最後更有餐湯及甜品,總而言這次廚師精心準備的美食給我留下了深刻印象。刺身、壽司各種都展現出了日本料理獨特而精湛的技巧。如果你想要品嚐正宗的日本料理,這絕對是一個值得推薦的地方。…Read More

高質日本餐廳!!如心廣場開了一間新的日式餐廳,鍾意食日本菜的我當然不能錯過!原來餐廳除了有單點的日本菜式還有席前鐵板燒、席前天婦羅和omakase!不過由於當天都頗多客人,加上我沒有預約所以先試試餐廳的二人套餐。帆立貝蟹籽沙律:北海道帆立貝非常鮮甜配上蟹籽更添口感和鮮味,沙律菜醬汁是檸檬柚子味道酸酸甜甜非常開胃。接下來有日本生蠔,赤貝,大拖羅,深海池魚和鯖魚刺身,刺身每件都都新鮮肥美,其中大拖羅和日本生蠔更是我的最愛!大拖羅魚油脂味道甘香而且入口即溶,濃郁的味道在口腔久久不散。日本生蠔口感爽口清新,先是感受到海水的味道,然後甜味慢慢滲出味道餘韻長久。天婦羅拼盤:天婦羅每一件炸得都非常出色外皮不會太厚,帶脆感之餘即使不點醬汁都不會感到油膩,海老天婦羅口感彈牙而且非常鮮甜,炸魚天婦羅人口非常嫩滑!魚肉和骨全部可一拼食用,天婦羅點上岩鹽後和炸魚魚油的味道互相融合,滋味無窮。備長碳燒炭燒澳洲M5和牛和虎海老黑豚肉紫蘇卷從遠處就味道香味!和牛肉質鬆軟,牛味濃郁。虎海老黑豚肉紫蘇卷口感非常豐富,外層是焦香帶脆的豚肉,内裏是彈牙的鮮甜的海老!配搭頗新鮮。蒲燒鰻魚飯非常出色,鰻魚的醬汁調教的剛剛好!一點都不鹹。鰻魚配上飽滿香甜的日本珍珠剛剛好能中和燒鰻魚的油膩,配上香葱鷄蛋絲等令口感更為有層次。值得一讚!連我不吃鰻魚的朋友都説好吃。最後更有香草雪糕做甜品!這間日本餐廳食物質數高價錢不貴,值得下次再來試試席前料理。…Read More

今日和朋友到餐廳遖食Lunch omakase,餐廳環境非常雅致,安靜店員都非常有禮貌,lunch omakase有3款選擇,我們選擇了中間價錢的!有前菜一款,12件時令壽司,吸物,湯品和甜品。仲有師傅席前表演!前菜: 水雲啫喱,食落味道酸酸地好開胃糯米炸魚,炸後魚味道更香脆,加上面頭的炸糯米粒粒非常有口感日本長野蕃茄, 新鮮又多汁!平衡了剛食完炸物的油膩感。12款壽司令壽司包括有,包括有八爪魚,魷魚,島蝦,愛女魚,深海池魚,目鯛,油鯛,肩魚,小肌,赤身,拖羅魚蓉和松葉蟹等壽司。師傅安排次序得宜,味道由淡到濃味!令客人能吃到每一件壽司背後的用心。常見的八爪魚,魷魚,島蝦,和深海池魚等的壽司就不做詳細的介紹。愛女魚是日本春季和夏季的當造時期!係香港較爲少見。愛女魚肉色潔白、味道淡雅清甜鮮味是高級白身魚。目鯛魚肉帶少少黏口,肉質粉嫩帶彈性,味道鮮甜美。赤身是吞拿魚近魚背位置,魚的脂肪比例較少,口感質感較為結實,魚味比較濃。拖羅蓉手卷口感軟綿綿,魚脂肪較為豐富!食物落拖羅蓉味道甘香無比味道鮮甜。魚蓉材料充足食材方面毫不吝嗇。還有我最愛的松葉蟹壽司,和葉蟹茶碗蒸!沒有一樣都能品嘗到來松葉蟹肉咸鮮無比的又帶點甜的味道。最後餐廳奉上更有湯品和自家制的黑芝麻雪糕,黑芝麻雪糕味道非常濃郁,餐廳整體令我們很滿意!也非常滿足。…Read More

咁今日呢就同朋友嚟到一間位於尖沙咀嘅高質日式料理餐廳---鮨鱗我咁小編喺香港大大話話都食過唔少嘅日式料理餐廳,但係今次嘅體驗同以往有少少唔同,相信大家都知道日式料理其中一個特色就係師傅會同客人保持住溝通,令到客人對食材有更深嘅了解之餘仲可以更加輕鬆咁樣去享受佢哋嘅美食。而今次鮨鱗點解會令我留下深刻印象,其中一個原因就係今次同師傅嘅交流之中,除咗亦對食材有更深認識之餘,師傅仲講咗好多關於佢哋點樣入行同埋呢種日式料理嘅文化係兩地之間存在着咩差異。相信大家睇到呢度可能覺得有少少離題,但係我夠膽講每間唔同嘅日式料理餐廳都總有佢嘅特別之處,能夠更深入咁去了解呢一樣文化,點可以唔好好記住,留下美好回憶呢?咁廢話唔多講,我哋直接由第一步才開始講起啦!首先第一道菜就係用八爪魚油去煮嘅法式慢煮鴨胸伴芥末,再配上日本茄子 。第一道菜係非常重要,而呢一味菜就充分體現左廚師嘅心機,鴨胸非常嫩滑,配上芥末會令食慾更佳,師傅用蒸既方式將日本茄子嘅香味同味道發揮出來。然後第二道菜就係皮膜魚配上可食用花,花大有紫蘇葉嘅香味,而師傅仲用咗皮膜魚嘅肝做醬汁撈埋一齊食,完全唔需要外在嘅調味料,又菜式本身去到醬汁都係用魚嘅身體結構去完成,非常特別!跟住落嚟就係有北海道口岸珍蠔,珍蠔好似手掌咁大隻,肉質爽甜,海水味非常濃郁。秋刀魚係時令食材,師傅有心機咁用咗八梅切,賣相精緻,秋刀魚配上薑蔥豉油能夠帶出秋刀魚嘅鮮甜,魚味濃郁。另外,令我最難忘嘅一道菜就係香箱蟹,aka,雌性松葉蟹,香箱蟹的蟹肉、蟹膏和蟹子攪拌食用,鮮味無比,蟹味齒頰留香。大拖羅經過火炙後,濃郁嘅吞拿魚油撲鼻而來,包住紫菜食用,可減低油膩感。大拖羅油份充裕,肉質非常鮮嫩,入口即溶。食完刺身後師傅為我哋送上一道熟食,就係千葉原產地嘅赤鮑魚,鮑魚口感軟淋帶有彈性,伴上自家製嘅鮑魚肝醬,味道甘甜。壽司方面,師傅安排咗蜜柑鯛,青海老,石門貝,深海大池魚, 赤鱸魚。蜜柑鯛沒有魚腥味而且還帶有淡淡橘香,魚味十分清甜。石門貝非常特別,同樣都是夏門限定的時令菜式,師傅在放上碟前會拍幾下石門貝令其馬上收縮,口感脆口,肉質鮮甜。食完壽司後師傅為我哋準備咗最後一道熱食,燉藍龍蝦伴日本豆腐, 龍蝦肉質鮮甜,口感彈牙, 龍蝦味極度濃郁,豆腐嫩滑不易散,口感極佳!最後甜品有餐廳自家製嘅抹茶奶凍,為晚餐畫上圓滿句號。…Read More

疫情下的旺角吃好西

疫情底下最佳既娛樂節目除左收工同女朋友食好西,我都諗唔到仲有咩做了。咁今日收工就來到旺角人氣商場T.O.P既lab eat食返個精繳晚餐,小編鍾已經不是第一次來呢到了,就係鍾意呢到既環境,比到人一種chill and relaxed既感覺。廢話唔多講,一黎就當然整番個我的最愛頭盤!唔整番兩隻新鮮生蠔作為頭炮又點叫食西餐!生蠔都係一貫既出色的鮮甜,完全唔洗落cocktail sauce 或者檸檬,連海水味一併吞落去先舒服。整完個starter就開始今晚既set!我就揀左意大利牛奶軟心芝士,牛油果及黑松露橄欖醬小編就一直都係芝士痴黎,見到有芝士我都知唔洗揀架啦,今次合埋眼都知唔會揀錯,因為仲有配上我最鍾意既牛油果同truffle,冇咩輸既空間。而味道的確冇令我失望,芝士加牛油果呢個組合可以話係美味得來又唔會太膩。個人建議食既時侯可以細啖芝士大啖牛油果加少少黑松露放落口,咁樣個味蕾唔會太繁忙又岩岩好平衡到。再來main course就係緊係12小時低溫慢煮澳洲m5和牛肋骨!小編知道好多人認為慢煮同普通煮根本分別唔大,呢個rib 就剛好話你聽點解,肉質柔軟,肉汁充足,最容易睇就係d肉好易脫骨,肉呈粉紅色,牛肉亦唔會太熱。整個菜由伴碟至主菜本身都出色,值得一試!最後甜品就揀左好喜歡的法式燉蛋,蛋上邊都係有芝士碎,稍為燒溶少少食落口感覺仲過癮!由於全程食既野可能都相對較heavy,所以小編就揀左最愛的西茶,伯爵茶解解膩!…Read More

驚喜pizza之旅

pizza express, 叫外賣pizza就好多次了,但入去坐底食就係第1次,原來都會有驚喜!咁我地就點左個set,叫左個南瓜湯,然後頭盤就係牛油焗包,同埋我最鍾愛食嘅凱撒沙律!呢度凱撒沙律係非常之足料,無論雞肉,麵包糠定煙肉碎,份量都十分充足,味道清甜仲好開胃添主菜當然唔少得意粉同埋Pizza啦!意粉就係烤雞蝴蝶意粉,和蜜糖芥茉雞肉pizza!意粉有大size同普通size,我地有4個人食所以叫左大size。上碟的時候我地都忍不住哇左一聲,因爲蝴蝶粉上面係有原個烤雞,非常豐富。烤鷄鷄肉嫩滑又惹味加上意粉的醬汁非常creami,味道好香好入味,加埋忌廉都完全唔覺得會好膩。而呢個蜜糖芥茉雞肉pizza係薄脆皮,食落口感頗脆口,餡料十足,絕對係可以成為四人份量嘅一個Pizza,每一塊pizza完全唔會覺得好大舊放落口,仲熱辣辣添!鷄肉同個醬汁好夾口感非常豐富,令人食唔停口。最後點少得甜品呀,tiramisu同Gelato又點會走得甩呢!甜而不膩,真係心情都好啲!仲有好值得一讚嘅就係呢度嘅薑茶同埋refillable嘅檸檬茶!!!! 呢一餐我地都好滿足呀!…Read More
