 這兩年香港興起了一陣探索大自然熱我和朋友都湊熱鬧，去了大埔睇螢火蟲，作為這個暑假的壓軸節目。睇完螢火蟲出來大埔都只不過9:00，於是領隊就帶我們去大埔搵好野食領隊極力推介陳漢記的水晶腸粉果然名不虛傳腸粉皮好薄好晶瑩剔透(果然是水晶腸粉)，而味道跟別家的完全不同，有淡淡的米香(我猜)，我真的沒有想過腸粉皮都有味，而且是好味，而且好好味。餡料跟傳聞一樣豐富。蟹粥好綿，好好食。爽滑魚皮，第一次食，之前真係聽都未聽過，唔係度度有得食。想不到魚皮可以咁爽口彈牙，拌上少少的醬油，很花惹味。佢地主打的煲仔飯反而有點失色，不過選擇勝在夠多。作為暑假的壓軸節目，這一餐真的很圓滿。 …Read More
