anson662002 只想回應一點：如果照片入面影住既係 閣下當日食既，你口中既’’parma ham‘’，甘我可以話你知，你當日食既其實唔係parma ham, 而係coppa ham。以我所知，呢間pici都多serve coppa ham 而非parma ham，閣下可能一時無留意到餐牌姐。同parma ham唔同（parma ham係用豬脾來整），coppa ham係用豬頸到肩中間既肉整成。
