同朋友去觀塘搵食,發現呢間「潮薈軒」真係正!觀塘站行4分鐘就到,方便到爆。入到去環境光猛闊落,枱與枱之間空間充足,坐得好舒服。我哋四個叫咗個「海蝦翅餐」($788),人均$237食到超滿足,仲有驚喜甜品送! 必食重點明爐燒鵝(免費送!)而家佢哋做緊優惠,只要一坐低就會送燒鵝,我哋四個人送咗例牌燒鵝。唔好以為送嘅嘢就求其,相反啲皮脆到「咔嚓」聲,肉質嫩滑又多汁。最正係個皮同肉之間嘅油脂,入口即溶,配酸梅醬簡直絕配! 燒味三拼(水準高)- 脆皮燒腩仔:皮脆過薯片,三層肉肥瘦均勻,個皮可以脆足成餐飯,真係有啲料到。- 蜜汁叉燒:用脢頭肉,邊位燶燶哋,蜜汁香甜唔會過火,連平時唔鍾意食叉燒嘅,我都覺得好好味。- 涼拌海蜇:厚切爽脆,麻油香好突出。清蒸沙巴龍躉(鮮味爆燈!)條魚蒸得啱啱好,魚肉一夾就離骨,嫩滑到不得了!魚皮仲有層啫喱狀膠質,豉油調味恰到好處,蔥絲鋪面帶出鮮味。最驚喜係魚肉完全冇腥味,新鮮度滿分! 上湯海蝦伊麵(原來伊麵才是主角!)海蝦大大隻,蝦肉爽口彈牙。伊麵煮得剛好,索晒上湯嘅精華,湯底清甜唔會太重味精。 紅燒花膠海皇翅(足料到嚇親)湯羹入面真係睇到一疏疏魚翅,仲有花膠同埋粒粒蝦仁,飲完成個嘴都黏黏哋,膠質豐富到爆! 今次去咗中環大館入面呢間西班牙餐廳,真係好有驚喜!餐廳環境好有特色,原址係監獄,裝修保留咗歷史感之餘,又加入咗現代元素,坐喺度食飯好有feel。服務亦都好好,店員好細心,成日過嚟問我哋需唔需要幫忙,整體體驗好舒服!以下係我哋試咗嘅幾款嘢食,樣樣都好出色。前菜叫左個黑毛豬火腿球,外層炸到金黃酥脆,內裡creamy,火腿嘅鹹香同奶香完美結合,食落好有層次感,送酒一流!另外牛肉他他係今餐嘅亮點之一!牛肉粒切得啱啱好,調味用咗芥末、洋蔥同酸青瓜,味道層次豐富,上面加咗隻鵪鶉蛋黃,撈勻之後更加香滑,每一啖都充滿牛肉嘅鮮味,口感細膩,絕對係一道高質嘅前菜!小食就揀左兩款奄列,呢個西班牙地道薯仔奄列真係好正!薯仔煮到軟綿綿,蛋香濃郁,洋蔥帶少少甜味,整體口感好豐富,簡單得嚟又好味,係一道好經典嘅西班牙小食。而呢個墨汁薯仔奄列更出色,味道會濃郁啲,內裡都係夠軟滑,炸魷魚好香脆,辣味蛋黃醬帶少少刺激,整體口感好豐富,係一道好有創意嘅菜式!然後叫左個西班牙式炊雜菜配法包,呢個好有心思,紅椒、脆肉瓜、茄子同番茄煮到軟腍入味,上面加咗日本蛋黃,撈勻之後更加香滑,食落好清新,適合鍾意蔬菜嘅朋友。加左$28嘅法包係無限refill架。跟住個火腿些利酒炒蜆好香濃,蜆肉鮮甜,火腿嘅鹹香同些利酒嘅香氣完美結合,每一啖都充滿風味,配埋麵包點汁食更加正! 而且佢比起平時食到嘅白酒汁更好味,咸香味更能帶出蜆肉嘅鮮。最後唔少得嘅係1862 招牌西班牙海鮮飯,真係不得了!飯粒吸晒海鮮嘅精華,每一啖都充滿鮮味。蜆、青口、魷魚同帶子都好新鮮,份量十足,加埋啲檸檬汁更加提鮮,絕對係必試之選!咁開心當然要開支酒,揀左支La Linda Malbec 2024。呢支阿根廷紅酒好順滑,帶有濃郁嘅果香,單寧柔和,配搭海鮮同火腿都好好,提升咗成餐飯嘅層次感。呢間西班牙餐廳無論食物、服務定環境都好高質,特別係佢哋嘅海鮮飯同火腿球,絕對值得一試!如果你鍾意西班牙菜,或者想試吓喺歷史建築入面食飯,呢間餐廳絕對係一個好選擇,下次我都會再encore!…Read More

今次嚟食咁岩有元宵節雙人海鮮套餐,價錢同平時雙人餐差唔多, 但係就多左幾款食物, 所以職員都大推。首先係自家製魚皮作為開胃菜,呢道菜成功咁喚醒咗味蕾,魚皮嘅脆度控制得啱啱好,鹹香味道適中,唔會太膩, 而最最最重要係一啲油溢味都冇, 一定唔係同萬年油整。今次嚟蟹仙係好想食到龍蝦刺身, 宜加呢個元宵節雙套餐剛剛好有個刺身拼盆。包括澳洲青年龍蝦刺身, 加拿大帶子刺身, 另外仲送左兩隻大紅蝦。仲有個心心仙女棒, 真係儀式感滿滿。龍蝦肉質晶瑩剔透,鮮美嚟形容真係不為過, 因為佢個肉質係爽身, 龍蝦淡淡香味, 係好清新嘅感覺, 點小小芥末豉油會更吊到個鮮味出 嚟。而帶子嘅新鮮度好高,刺身嘅處理手法保留咗帶子嘅原汁原味,口感滑嫩,而且真係好厚身, 甜味喺口腔湧出來, 真係令人回味。而個大紅蝦都比平時食到的甜, 但相比之下我都係鍾意食爽身的龍蝦刺身多啲。另一樣好特別的係南非罕有紅寶石鮑魚, 重點係佢個殼真係好靚, 靚到要拎走做紀念。而講返隻鮑魚, 真係好大隻, 都好厚肉。清蒸完會有專人切片, 淡淡的香味, 口感彈牙, 咩都唔點係最好味。食完晒啲特別嘢, 仲有加拿大野生海蝦與大西洋野生青口, 樣樣都好大隻好厚肉, 最重要係樣樣都好新鮮。而個韓國蠔都好大隻, 好香海水味, 咩都唔洗點, 一啲都唔會腥,反而仲好解甜。呢個叫綠膏蟹, 但係我地抽唔中綠色, 不過膏黃真係好豐富, 味道好濃郁,蟹肉質地緊實細嫩鮮甜,鮮味十足。食完晒海鮮仲有滑雞件, 安格斯牛肉, 菜籃, 樣樣都係原味, 夠晒鮮。食完就到左個粥底, 呢個粥底真係不得了, 因為加左刺身頭, 而放落去果個下龍蝦頭係仲識郁架, 所以成個粥都好鮮甜。個粥好夠綿, 加小小菜莆就好夠。…Read More

上個禮拜同朋友去咗呢間浜燒餐廳,真係好正!餐廳環境好有feel,主要係吧枱位,坐喺度可以睇住師傅喺你面前燒嘢食,啲香味撲鼻,睇到都流口水!另外佢哋仲有幾張露台枱,不過位置唔多,所以如果想坐露台或者確保有位,真係要提早book位,特別係weekend,好多人㗎!食物方面,我哋嗌咗幾款嘢,樣樣都好出色。首先講咗好特別嘅兩款嘢食先。糯米雞肉棒呢個真係好特別!糯米雞肉棒外層香脆,內裡軟糯,糯米同雞肉嘅結合好有驚喜,必試!糯米嘅黏性同雞肉嘅鮮味完美結合,食落好有層次感,外脆內軟,令人一試難忘。而提燈係雞嘅卵巢連住未成熟嘅蛋,燒完之後口感好特別,粒蛋一擺落口爆開嘅時候蛋黃流晒出嚟,好有風味!提燈嘅獨特口感同燒烤嘅香氣完美結合,每一啖都充滿驚喜,係一道非常特別嘅料理。因為呢度係食雞為主,我哋都嗌咗另外幾款雞嘅串燒。雞心燒得啱啱好,外層微微焦香,內裡嫩滑,口感好豐富,送酒一流!雞心嘅獨特口感同燒烤嘅香氣完美結合,每一啖都充滿驚喜。雞頸肉好有咬口,燒到外脆內嫩,啖啖肉,好有滿足感!雞頸肉嘅油脂分布均勻,燒完之後香氣四溢,食落好juicy。雞上髀肉好嫩滑,燒得啱啱好,肉汁豐富,食落好juicy!最重要係佢個雞皮燒到脆卜卜,而雞肉嘅鮮味同燒烤嘅香氣完美結合,每一啖都充滿幸福感。而另外一個驚喜位係呢個水牛芝士煙肉卷。煙肉卷住水牛芝士,燒到芝士半溶,煙肉香脆,兩者夾埋超正,芝士控一定鍾意!煙肉嘅鹹香同芝士嘅濃郁完美結合,食落好有滿足感。燒秋葵好新鮮,外層微微脆,內裡滑溜,簡單加少少鹽已經好好味,健康又好食!秋葵嘅黏液燒完之後少咗,食落更加爽口,好適合鍾意清淡口味嘅人。燒蘆筍好鮮嫩,食落好清爽,燒得啱啱好,唔會太乾,仲keep到啲汁,正!蘆筍嘅清甜同燒烤嘅香氣結合得好好,食完之後口腔仲留有淡淡嘅清香。另外有個燒鱈魚干好香脆,送酒一流,食到停唔到口!鱈魚干嘅香脆口感同燒烤嘅香氣完美結合,每一啖都充滿幸福感。最後叫左個醬油燒飯糰,外層脆脆哋,醬油味好香,食完啲燒物之後食個飯糰,好滿足!飯糰嘅外層燒到微微焦香,內裡軟糯,醬油嘅香氣令人回味無窮。抹茶蕨餅作為最後嘅甜品,抹茶味好濃,蕨餅口感煙韌,完美收尾!抹茶嘅苦澀同蕨餅嘅甜味完美結合,食落好有層次感,令人一試難忘。佢哋星期一至三同埋星期六酒精類飲品係第二支半價!真係抵到爛,食串燒配清酒好開心!…Read More

今時今日任飲任食邊爐竟然可以$200有找,睇到個價錢我哋都完全唔相信。最重要係佢呢個價錢仲有超多嘅選擇,淨係湯底已經有18款,而所謂嘅湯底仲係包括烤魚雞煲酸菜魚呢一類足料鍋底。我哋今晚叫咗嘅係雞煲,佢個雞煲真係超好食,個汁暫時係我食過最好食嘅雞煲汁,而且佢啲雞仲好滑,但係又夠晒入味,嗌咗小辣啱啱好。佢個份量兩個人嘅話應該都係上咗半隻雞。然之後更加經驗嘅嘢就嚟啦,因為佢呢度叫其他火鍋料係唔會落單㗎,因為全部都擺晒喺出邊俾你自己揀。最基本嘅菇類丸類瓜瓜菜菜就必定㗎啦。但係估唔到海鮮同埋肉類都係擺晒喺度任你拎。種類仲要唔少添,淨係海鮮都至少有六款,肉類都至少有四五款。而且佢啲海鮮仲好新鮮,啲虎蝦都好大隻,最重要係夠晒新鮮爽口彈牙。最特別嘅係佢仲要泥鯭㖭啊。泥鯭打邊爐真係好鮮甜㗎。然之後呢個手切肥牛都係任拎㗎。然後佢哋只有自己醃嘅花雕雞件都係超級無敵勁嫩滑,我想講佢啲雞真係好出色。至於牛板鍵就每台會送一碟,肉質係真係比較嫩腍啲,但係以呢個價錢其他擺喺出邊任拎嘅肉都其實好高性價比。另一個驚喜位係佢個飲品櫃,除咗普通出邊買到嘅罐裝紙包飲品之外,仲有佢哋自家製嘅冷泡茶同埋檸檬茶。最最最最最最最重要嘅係呢度係有成五款唔同嘅啤酒任飲。坊間其他好多任食或者放題,就算有啤酒俾你任飲都可能只係得一兩款,但係呢度真係比足晒咁多款你慢慢嘆。就好似我哋咁樣儲齊咗五色戰隊,試勻晒邊一隻最好飲添。食完之後佢仲有生果俾你做埋飯後果,真係好貼心㗎。啲橙同埋西瓜都好甜,其實佢仲有雪糕同埋其他甜品,但係真係已經飽到食唔落啦。呢個價錢滿足咁多個願望真係不得了。…Read More
