今天同M仔到咗土瓜灣掃街血拼,經過間叫“傳點心意”嘅茶餐廳,單單聽店名已經有一種傳統文化風韻嘅味道,於是興起想入去試下Water做嘢好俐索,鮑魚什錦蒸飯熱氣騰騰送到面前,米飯香軟幼細,鮑魚係特色,食入口爽滑IN韌,口感絕佳,排骨同鳳爪咸淡相宜,火侯得當蝦餃作為早點的必點名菜,自然有佢嘅特色,鮮蝦Q彈,餃皮晶瑩爽滑,每次嚟到都唔會少咗蝦餃,實在令人回味三分講到必點名菜又點可以少咗燒賣呢?呢度嘅蟹籽及黑松露燒賣口感比起蝦餃絲毫不遜色,爽嫩鮮一次過滿足對美食嘅要求花雕雲吞雞勝在創新,雲吞同雞肉嘅味道搭配天衣無縫,湯底鮮甜,雞肉軟爛,雲吞爽口,越食越滋味黃金翅頭響螺湯同屋企媽子煲嘅老火靚湯比起身都唔執輸,清甜鮮美,一飲就停唔到口了…Read More

今晚落咗班同HONEY過嚟韓日燒拾下拾下同埋食烤肉,我比較中意佢哋食材嘅擺放用一個大餐盆放住一款菜式分幾層擺放,肉類同蔬菜分兩個地方擺放,壽司小食及甜品兩個地方,酒飲類又另外一個地方,空間足夠大,羅嘢食果時唔使同人逼來夾去,I LIKE IT~蔬菜種類好多,有菇類、瓜類、葉類嘅蔬菜之餘,仲有新鮮水果任拎;肉類有排骨、牛扒、香腸、雞翼、五花肉、雞肉等等,睇到我眼花繚亂;至於酒飲,好多品種我都未試過,例如紅酒泡洋蔥、梅酒、桂花酒等,比較常飲嘅有熱清酒同菊花酒、玫瑰花酒,味道很香醇甘甜,花酒最啱女仔飲,補血氣;我哋要咗個火鍋,先放金針菇、白菜、炸腐竹、豆腐等煲滾先再放肉,咁樣湯底嘅味道會濃一D,等緊火鍋之餘我哋都烤咗幾只雞翼香腸嚟試下手勢,因為店家事前已經調了味,所以烤完之後試食咗一下味道都唔錯,雞肉好爽滑。至於小食類,炸大蝦同炸薯條味道唔錯,好香脆。 …Read More

今天同朋友來到新泰東南亞餐廳食嘢,剛行入嚟發現佢哋嘅裝修好有東南亞風格feel,有一面墻係唔同風格嘅瓷磚粘貼一齊,乍看比較有東南亞熱帶風情,樓梯間有一個展櫃擺設,上面嘅銅像人物也是泰國著裝,仲有其他飾品都佈置得原汁原味。冬蔭功係馬來西亞乃至全球都非常有知名道,來到點可以唔試下佢哋招牌菜,酸辣口感適中,味道唔會太濃太重口味,可以品嚐得到青檸同椰漿的香味;千層糕十分爽甜香滑,上面鋪咗濃滑嘅椰漿,食入口更加清香怡人;肉骨茶以前真無飲過,同我哋平時煲嘅藥材湯感覺差唔多,胡椒味比較重,藥材味都比較濃,湯底就好似品茶一樣可以不斷續杯,肉骨茶嘅歷史由來也是值得學習嘅。泰式青咖哩雞味道有點辣,雞肉幾嫩滑,馬鈴薯也夠軟爛,總體口味都唔錯;咸魚炒芥蘭味道好正,咸香爽脆,係我鐘意嘅味道;珍多冰椰香味好濃,加入椰果同水果之後都幾清甜,不會太膩。…Read More

今天同S妹過來新浦崗,發現呢邊有一間潮福蒸氣石鍋,對呢度既海鮮真系念念不忘咯。S妹都話好耐無食海鮮想試下,于是我地決定入去食返餐,我地懶得自己慢慢揀,選左一個蒸氣鍋海鮮餐,裡面有龍蝦、鮑魚、花蛤、雞同埋時蔬,配料自己隨意搭配。由於我之前有食过,已經比較老手了,所以點樣蒸法都系我來包辦,先蒸左個龍蝦先,蒸出來既肉質飽滿彈牙,好爽嫩。鮑魚蒸果時比左小小蟲草花一齊蒸,結果食落又幾好味,鮑魚肉質爽口之餘有D蟲草花既清甜,店家處理海鮮的手法好好,食甘多次都無食到好海腥味。花蛤當然唔少得粉絲蒜蓉呢兩個好基友喇,甘樣既搭配真系百食唔厭。至于滑雞想蒸得健康最好就加紅棗蟲草花喇,店家都識得藥膳搭配,所以次次都可以蒸到一鍋清香嫩滑的雞肉煲出來。至於時蔬蒸出來之後依然爽嫩新鮮,就算唔加醬料都已經好清甜了。今次S妹食得好滿意,話我無介紹喔,下次都要帶佢幫朋友過黎試下。…Read More

今天真係好忙,撲完九龍塘又要撲過來大埔見朋友,所以一定要佢穩定間好食嘅飯店嚟招呼我。結果來到佢話請我嚟食潮福蒸氣石鍋喔,之前好似有聽過嚇,但係未幫襯過,今次巖好可以試下係點味道喇!埋位時間早咗d,人流未算好多,我哋坐低之后,朋友點咗一份蒸龍躉斑片同埋蒸花竹蝦,佢話先點住兩個試下味。不過我覺得兩個人食已經足夠了,首先蒸我最中意食嘅大蝦先,按菜單提示花竹蝦蒸5分鐘就可以了,佢嘅石鍋可以設置時間自動停止,蒸緊果陣我哋兩個又可以來返一杯吹下水,果然,5分鐘之后攞出嚟睇下只只都色澤光亮,肉質飽滿,食落口清甜鮮美,爽口彈牙,好耐無食蝦食得咁滿足喇。跟住再試下個龍躉斑片,蒸果時加d蔥花調下味去腥,同樣蒸夠5分鐘,打開蓋之后蔥香撲鼻,魚吸收咗蔥香之后果然鮮嫩了很多,食起身唔會覺得太重魚腥味,今晚餐飯,一個字,夠鮮!…Read More
