🌙 星期六晚同女友睇完戲,揀咗荃灣Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant做晚餐收尾。間餐廳燈光偏暗,帶啲工業風設計,枱面擺咗小蠟燭,幾有格調。坐低嗰陣,聽到背景播住輕爵士樂,唔會太嘈,傾計都舒服。服務生幾有禮貌,介紹菜式時仲會提議點樣配酒,幾貼心。👉🏻德國豬手拼烤雜腸拼盤配青木瓜沙律 4/5豬手皮脆肉嫩,咬落去仲有肉汁,唔會乾爭爭。烤雜腸有兩款,一款辣一款唔辣,腸衣脆卜卜,幾香口。青木瓜沙律酸酸甜甜,可以中和吓肉嘅油膩感。不過份量真係幾大,兩個人食到差唔多飽咗一半。👉🏻忌廉芝士焗西蘭花 3.5/5西蘭花焗得啱啱好,唔會太淋,忌廉芝士汁夠濃郁,但係略嫌多咗少少,食多兩啖有啲漏。如果芝士可以輕手啲,可能更加平衡。👉🏻法式焗紙包海鮮 4.2/5一打開焗紙,香氣撲鼻,入面有蝦、青口、魷魚同埋三文魚,全部都好新鮮。醬汁係用白酒同香草煮成,帶少少甜味,海鮮吸晒啲精華,好入味。唯一係三文魚有少少過熟,如果生多一分鐘就完美。👉🏻焦糖菠蘿雪葩 4.5/5呢個真係全晚最正!菠蘿雪葩冰涼清爽,焦糖燒到脆脆哋,一啖咬落去,冷熱交織,口感好過癮。甜度剛好,唔會膩,女友仲話想encore多個。 呢餐飯整體幾滿意,食物質素唔錯,環境同服務都加分。豬手同海鮮拼盤夠晒份量,雪葩就係完美句號。唯一係芝士西蘭花可以再輕手啲。如果鍾意食海鮮同埋想試吓唔同口感,呢度係個唔錯嘅選擇。🍴…Read More
