8月的呢一晚,一路搭車,一路掃下“開飯”,睇下太子呢頭附近有冇啲平平地既日式鋪,可以食個拉麵或者定食之類之後去打機,跟住就睇到呢間佐禾町居食屋啲巴打絲打既食評同食物照片,我就比佢共中一樣野吸引左,就決定係佢10點收鋪前去試試。去到本來想試壽司定食,可惜賣晒。跟住就即刻睇餐牌,就決定做番個食肉獸,叫個吉列豬扒定食。由於星期日晚,仲要係收鋪前一個鐘左右,所以唔需要等位。點完餐大約10分鐘內就上菜,我當時一路好忙按下手機,但係就感受到塊豬扒即炸好同切開既香味同熱力,之後我少有咁第一口係咬件豬扒試味,一咬落去,啲肉汁有鎖住,脆漿唔係好厚,但都黐住塊豬扒,肉味保持到,即刻就夾少少飯送口,混埋一齊好正。之後就試餃子同麵豉湯,兩樣都正常發揮,之後就係我黎既重點,就係個凍豆腐,食左熱野即刻食一啖木魚麻醬凍豆腐,即刻個人爽番晒,由熱變番冷。結果成餐我少少嘆慢版,用左25分鐘先至食完清晒,冇骨既,我平時係會食得快啲,但今次件吉列豬扒同個凍豆腐令我想慢少少落黎。最後飲埋幾杯茶,篤下手機都去到9點45分先至叫埋單起身走人。另外晚飯時間係有加一既,以平民化既小店黎講,真係可以值得一試再試。…Read More

希慎FOOT COURT久唔久都會換一啲新既食店,同埋會搵一啲本身就係有鋪頭既店加盟,而呢間最近11樓位置新開兩個月左右既“潮大人”,就係賣正宗潮式牛腩魚蛋粉麵既店,本身係OPENRICE見此店名本鋪係大角咀,見到個招牌設計,應該係同一間無誤。今日由於工作繁忙,5點幾都曾經食左個工作人員既飯盒,但係夜左屋企個頭又冇好野食,而家8點半又已經好快開始見肚餓了,就索性係9點前上到希慎FOOD COURT覓食,食完返工屋企就休息訓陣至打手機遊戲。之前曾經試左夜晚食佢牛腩飯都唔錯(後面會附上飯的照片),所以今次想試食佢粉麵同試下佢湯底如何。今晚叫左金牌牛腩河($52),佢有套餐優惠,+$10可以冷熱飲品,或者好似我鍾意+$20就有齊一份油菜及飲品,總數都只係$72。由於係FOOD COURT黎,所以就要自己等號碼叫拎,同埋要搵好位坐,夜晚唔多人,佢製作食品速度都算快速,日抖食就建議搵好位至好去落單。由於上次食過佢牛腩飯($60),所以今次食粉第一樣就係試佢湯頭,一飲就覺得好清甜,冇個種鹹既感覺,雖然係有腩汁係入面,但絕對冇個種OVER既感覺,搞到飲飲下就完全忘我,飲左差唔多1/4既湯去,先至開始食佢河粉同啲主菜。牛腩河牛腩大約有8-10件左右,肉質夠彈性,入味,又夠淋,易咬口,食完係一啲渣都冇,而且今晚師傅咁岩切到瘦啲既部位,所以冇多餘既白色肥膏。河粉係底部,睇得出師傅有心機整齊排好啲河粉,所以賣相都會令人有食慾。蠔油生菜同凍奶茶都正常發揮,個人水準之上。(奶茶各人口味都不同)總體以銅鑼灣同區計,以呢個價位有埋菜同飲品既潮式粉麵唔算多,我個人就鍾意食飯全套滿足型個種。呢間用心製作,食物有質素,值回票價,絕對值得回頭。下次有機會試下佢湯飯或者係雞類食品…Read More

近來收工後去開呢頭打機多,但有時未食飯,想搵下野食,呢度附近多數都收10點前左右,咁岩今晚未食飯9點左右過到黎,每次路過見到呢間扒房都坐滿人,今日午餐食左車仔麵,想食番餐肉飽滿下,今晚就決定單拖試試。想食得舒服唔怕有根有骨,所以點左鐵板牛柳,7成熟,白湯餐包,另外8元配個意粉。白湯味道可以,唔太濃又唔太稀,水分比唔重,值75分,如果入面有多啲粟米粒就有啲口感,可能我9點都差唔多埋尾。餐包就稍為唔“札實”😂,不過都夠熱夠香,會提供雪條棒搽牛油。牛柳上枱,呢度得兩走汁,黑椒汁或者燒汁,我一向不吃辣或者刺激性嘅食物,所以係燒汁。一淋上去,熱辣辣吱吱聲,佢呢度有紙巾供應所以唔驚啲汁會彈到身。意粉係香草意粉,唔會味道太DRY。7成熟牛柳肉質夠滑,肉汁亦都鎖得好,塊牛柳見到些許血色係面頭,切開非常易,唔會太熟又唔會太生,兩件牛柳都一樣咁靚。薯條有十零條,用扭紋薯條,落左汁之後都唔太淋,有口感。最後食完差唔多,侍應突然奉上啫哩做甜品,我見餐牌本身係冇,但佢每枱客人都會有。如果唔要奶記得同佢地講聲。啫喱正常發揮,唔會係甜品店水準,但絕對唔會失望。杯奶茶稍微茶味偏淡,但水吧落個奶量撞隻茶又岩岩好。總結,久唔久食一次鐵板回味下係值得,由其係細細個以前去開銅鑼灣某一已結業既老店,想回味下新鮮鐵板上菜淋汁既滋味。至少本人今次兩塊扒絕對對得住個價錢唔會跌錢!👍🏻PS:記得係有加一服務費,侍應服務都幾好…Read More

老細年尾慰勞既自助餐

之前11月都打風,點知就係打風既晚上,我老細一早想年尾請我地成班伙記食飯慰勞一下,就漏夜第二日唔使返工上網睇下啲網站或者酒店餐廳既自助餐優惠,跟住叫埋我幫手睇下,睇左幾日睇左好多間之後,就選左呢間既優惠,因為12個人,地點係尖沙咀碼頭,附近有地鐵又有停車場就到各人由港九新界出黎。由於真係可能唔多人睇到個優惠兼我地食餐呢晚係平日星期一,呢晚大約全場只有50-60人左右,除左我地最多人之外,另外就有一枱係附近西裝放工既10人枱同另一家8人枱為最多人。由於唔多人,所以食物好充裕,冷盤有龍蝦,蟹腳,蝦等等,龍蝦鉗會先分開左同打左少少個殼,所以有D龍蝦身都會拎左先,剩低啲鉗,不過REFILL都迅速。新鮮程度好好,龍蝦肉鮮甜冇梅,蟹腳海水味濃郁,咸度好好又唔蓋過啲蟹味。蝦都好新鮮湯飲左磨菇湯連肉粒,味道好。刺身有5種,三文魚,油甘魚,甜蝦,馬刀貝同仿鮑魚。5種都好靚,油甘魚油脂感好,馬刀貝就好爽口彈牙,壽司冇食留番個肚。熱食有唔少,比較出色有個焗三文魚柳同埋炆牛尾肉,燒牛肉同咸豬手都入味又唔會咸,有個蒸扇貝就不過不失,有粉絲同蒜蓉。甜品食左佢唔少種類,有木糠布甸唔同種類嘅蛋糕同mousse,佢做啲芒果系既都做得好好。雪糕Haggan-Daz3種口味。飲品都唔錯,有無限量橙汁,罐裝汽水有檸檬茶橙汁雪碧可樂,另外仲有一般嘅咖啡奶茶而且仲係有凍嘅選擇(備好凍紅茶)。如果有少許冰粒提供會仲好。總體有優惠以呢個價錢食係性價比高,有基本飲品無限量提供。如果地點再近啲地鐵站或者冇咁隱蔽啲就可能多啲人旺場啲。當晚最麻煩就係去洗手間,因為同一層個洗手間唔能夠用所以要去酒店第二個地方嘅洗手間先用到。希望盡快整番好。…Read More

今日放假訓到6點幾,尋日阿媽已經同我講今日會黎黃竹坑食小籠包拉麵,結果等埋阿媽係海怡半島游完乾水就搭地鐵去黃竹坑同埋阿妹收工去食了。B出口去番黃竹坑道方向天橋,點知落左橋係地下行道暗門電梯上,後尾點完野食行下就問保安,原來橋既盡頭𨋢後面落橋位有個側門出到去天橋樓梯。由於都係新開張關係所以晚間都唔多人,亦都比較早收。但午飯時間因為佢隔離仲有間姊妹店coffee shop所以應該都會好多人最先點左兩個餐FULLSET麵跟冷盤小食厚炸豬扒清湯+20,4件小籠包+10,雞絲粉皮+7(98蚊餐再加錢)牛肉麵+20,“我無醉“雞+7,春卷(98蚊餐)另外叫左兩隻流心蛋,同一份菜有熱茶提供先上小食同冷盤,春卷夠熱,雖然長但入面多料,口感豐富。菜夠清淡,湯底會激出娃娃菜既甜味。醉雞夠香又酒味唔會太刺激,雞絲粉皮正常,麻醬濃郁。小籠包我媽覺得皮厚左少少,後尾因為塊炸豬扒太好食,叫多一份餐,後面個份小籠包兩隻就好啲同埋入面湯水都多啲。流心蛋OK正常。麵就上海麵,我地3個人要SHARE食,所以店方好好比一把大較剪我地可以我同我個妹同媽夾麵,因為手工拉麵真係好長,順便可以剪開塊豬扒再細件啲,如果一人食,店方已經好好將豬扒剪開,骨肉分離,食得乾淨。牛肉好淋又唔韌,食落完全無渣。炸豬扒皮薄厚肉,肉味香濃,所以導致要多一塊散叫,但最後我太大食,所以要叫多份餐。總結食物味道真係好好,塊豬扒係好令人難忘,呢個價位可以值得去一嚐。…Read More

朋友返夜想搵人陪食飯,結果搵埋我去試下呢間。雖然都開左唔短時間,但鋪面其實唔搶眼,由其係門口其他鋪頭排隊既人龍會遮住添。特別係呢條希雲街既夜晚。用QR掃CODE睇餐牌落單,不過我係度返工其實附近接收網路麻麻,開連結都比較慢同埋載入都唔快,希望店家會留意,會唔會考慮整個免費WIFI,睇餐牌落單就快趣啲。坐位就因為鋪頭其實唔算大,20個坐位左右,多數都係2人枱。但我都坐得埋邊靠牆既梳化位。由於試新野,唔想試單一樣野,所以選左豚三寶蕃茄湯上海麵。食物上檯用盤載住,方便乾淨,左匙右筷在食物兩旁。賣相太吸引人又餓了就一下拎匙羹試湯底,結果少少熱到自己個咀,但湯底濃厚得黎個種熱唔會燙傷個嘴,但個湯溫度亦能KEEP得好好,好在我飲開啲熱湯既食物,慣左,所以各位如果試湯真係最好匙羹吹兩下先好放入口。湯味濃郁,鹹甜適中,唔會偏向是但一面。第一下起掛湯,湯汁留得係上海麵上面,麵身夠軟。3寶先食豬扒,肉質嫩滑,豚肉片油分唔多,爽口,最後豬軟骨,入口即溶,香味特別濃郁,值得推薦。最後我清埋個湯底,但對於我呢啲巨無霸身形又係工作一整日既人黎講,只有5成飽(人人身形同狀態不同,純粹個人意見),但如果係女仕們去絕對正常份量,唔會OVER亦唔會少。…Read More

非常失望既任食串燒

今晚晚飯前滿心歡喜,早兩日有同事住銅鑼灣,佢推介船皇晚市叫一碗麵食(大碗)有得+68蚊任食串燒。我呢啲大大隻既男仕緊係想試一試龍與鳳,今日午餐都有留肚唔食咁多。去到都會叫碗正常既船面,要左碗雞翼雞絲河粉。兩個同事都叫左牛系湯河同乾撈。每人都叫左一份飲品,可樂,凍奶茶同青檸梳打。船麵湯底同河粉都同之前食過既水準一樣杯,杯青檸梳打都好香既青檸味又唔會太酸。到主打戲肉任食串燒。首先牛舌已經賣晒,冇緊要,我地3位男士,因為都未見過串燒既大細,第一次寫單當然都叫保守啲,不想浪費食物,想睇下份量,所以我寫左岩岩好20串,結果黎左16串,入單用左大約15分鐘左右食物上台。,見到肉類如豬肉牛肉雞肉3種都比較薄身細份啲所以諗住一次過叫多少少,食埋一轉,叫埋其餘未點過既牛丸,貢丸,鮮菇等等,點左約30串左右,最後黎左十餘串,足數既有茄子同菠蘿,但牛丸貢丸同鮮菇呢3樣都係一串都冇黎到。最後到落第三轉前侍應提我地差不多時間(用餐時間60分鐘),就酌量寫多數串肉類及魚蛋於點餐紙上。最重要黎第三轉個時,隔離枱三個女仔個碟係有好幾串燒菇係度。串燒食物質素部份我唔覺得差,如陳皮魚蛋,魷魚鬚確係如之前有些食評所提一樣入味。但如果要做到任食,呢個水準(點單後出品不同紙上寫的數量),我覺得就不及格。當然加68蚊每一位呢個價錢,雖不能苛求,但起碼做到冇太大遺漏。如果食麵同粉我會食,但我就絕唔會回頭加錢再試呢個任食串燒。…Read More

一早十幾日前已經約定今晚去一幻係佢331搬鋪前試下佢蝦湯拉麵兼且第2碗半價。平日差唔多9點度仲要大道東真係冇咩人,得2個客食緊,所以唔使等輕鬆任坐。4人坐位其實唔多,多數都平排位,想傾住計食都真係睇運數,唔知佢遲啲搬去世貿商場鋪會唔會唔同,多番啲對坐既位。枱上有水有杯提供,筷子紙巾都齊全。侍應都有時間介紹下我地點樣點菜同推介啲套餐。我地3個人所以叫左3個有飲品同小食既套餐,3個都蝦湯麵,另外叫一個叉燒拌麵。3樣小食要左薯仔沙律,木耳同埋筍,3樣都好食,而且冇辣味岩晒我呢啲唔食辣既人。薯仔沙律上面有啲粉紅色既卜卜脆既粒粒但好夾好食,學啲韓國飲食節目咁講,有食感唔會純沙律糊係個口咁。木耳同筍咸淡都岩岩好,作為醒胃小食真係值得推介。我試左鹽味全蝦湯幼麵。湯味都夠晒濃,蝦味夠突出,而且其他特殊味道。證明呢煲湯既蝦都夠新鮮。麵條爽口又彈牙,150G份量亦都幾多,我呢啲重量級既人都覺得食極都好似仲有咁,當然仲有個叉燒拌麵,粒垃叉燒夠晒咸味入味,一定要配住麵食咁就岩岩好,否則單食一粒有些人可能會覺得偏咸啊。最後個支要成個套餐加35蚊既靜岡柑橘梳打真係好飲(可樂+15),覺得呢個35蚊呢支梳打值回票價。唔會太甜,而且柑橘味好香,你慢慢飲完一啖都會好想一放低又要拎番起佢再飲。最後一樣就係今晚食好彩係唔需要飲大量既水,飲支果汁足夠清除你覺得口渴既,因為驚萬一個湯底唔靚就要係咁飲水,發現自己成晚食住碗湯麵同拌麵都只係飲過一次水,因為食湯麵後中途食第一口拌麵個陣想過左湯麵既味試個拌麵,之後食完晒先至飲支果汁梳打。希望佢搬去世貿後都保持水準。…Read More

難得5月限聚令增加至8人,咁就可以出街食下飯,5月十幾號開始搵左好多間自助餐想同阿妹食生日飯,因為大家都做優惠,好多都滿之下,搵番就腳既Parklane食,又方便又有優惠,個時仲做緊7折/買大送細。環境都算大家同埋每張枱都分開一定距離,拎食物要帶口罩同埋食物都多數有蓋蓋住。刺身有油甘魚,帶子,三文魚,吞拿魚,䲞魚同埋甜蝦,試齊咁多種,都有平均以上既水準同新鮮,最突出真係油甘魚,鮮色,光澤,味道亦一流。三文魚亦都肥美,冇雪味。之後冷盤有蟹腳同龍蝦,亦都冇雪味同發霉,枱上亦都有齊鉸剪2把可用。跟住沙律,有67種菜選擇,可點自己配搭唔同花款,火腿更加有4種熟食有唔少日式泰式系,我試左佢天婦羅,炸得非常好,落漿唔會過多,蝦,南瓜同茄子都好食中式有點心,燒味,點心都可以不過拿取就有點難,因為太熱個人推介一定要食佢既西冷,當晚我食左佢3件唔同既西冷,3件都好有水準甜品我都係雪糕系既,盡食佢唔同味道,當晚有茅台味,確實係好突出既茅台酒香,變成雪糕都唔會太難入口,同少少雲呢拿味夾,會中和個味道更香。另外個軟雪糕既咖啡味都香濃同滑。侍應生既密度都非常足,每1至2分鐘都會有人行過望望執拾,總體非常滿足,食生蠔既朋友會更岩,有得供應。…Read More

阿爸呢個星期生日,原本度左諗住成家去灣仔某間餐廳食中菜,點知屋企有人被公司局住唔得閒去,結果得番我同阿爸兩個食人。其實住得南區都知呢間非連鎖日式料理既小店來歷,但開左咁耐今次係第一次就到時候去。專登等晚市6點開門去,鋪頭員工準備好已經有唔少客入左去,過左15分鐘已經滿座,因為只得三十幾個位左右。員工都好好,見有啲客如果拎啲個人物品唔方便,佢地可以幫你拎入去放好唔使阻住路同阻住食野。今晚叫左3份三文魚刺身($49/4切),炒野菜,燒鯖魚,鰻魚蛋飯同雞扒蕎麥麵。刺身冇影相,不過呢間鋪啲刺身一向係厚切,壽司份料都係長餡,所以其實幾大件抵食,今晚啲刺身都好鮮同好肥。望到隔離左近啲甜蝦同帶子都ok。鰻魚蛋飯啲洋蔥好香,蛋汁都做得好好,唔會太咸。炒野菜唔會太乾,濕炒唔錯。蕎麥麵個湯底係咁多樣最清淡既,麵幾彈牙,浸耐左食唔會發漲同淋晒。雞扒就入味又唔太肥,係個照燒汁淡左少少。整體上菜速度如炸物或者照燒雞扒可能要等下,但普遍食品上菜都快,如飯,鍋物,員工執拾食完既碟同加茶都會方便時候會主動見到幫你。希望小店能繼續經營落去,畢竟都維持左超過十幾20年。…Read More

前一輪由秋天到新年幾個月都冇去食自助餐或者放題,到最近3月頭電話收到LIS Café既Message話今個月平日一至四有7折快閃優惠,成人350,長者只係要190,見好耐冇去就話完比屋企人聽,佢地睇到訊息之後就即刻度期睇下邊日得閒去叫我訂枱。結果就用手機一個星期前訂定15號晚食,本身訂8個,後尾加多個爸媽朋友既孫仔變9個,3長者6成人。當晚去到未夠6點3已經坐左超過一半人,仲諗住平日未必太多,可能真係有優惠吸引,成個場有一半望埋去都係“老友記”黎。有間房16位全部都係添。如果唔一早訂可能就要坐廳位。我地8個人,餐廳預早編左一個房比我地,個度大約可以間3間16人房出黎,我地8人就可以間多兩間小房。房既好處係唔會太嘈吵,但取食物既位置係最遠。但我覺得有房坐會係較好。多人數既預訂會比房既機會較大。今次主題係龍蝦,每人送半隻,到齊人就會問客人要用上湯焗定芝士焗。我怕太膩,所以要上湯。上湯既比較快到,所以好快有得食。食落的確冇咁油膩感,而且佢個汁岩岩好,我地平時食開配伊麵底,都話呢個上湯焗既汁如果有伊麵一定好入味。龍蝦肉唔韌,好易就咬開,亦都冇雪味。之後芝士焗既上就見到有些焗夠就有黑點係芝士上。我食左少少,亦都唔錯,芝士香味夠,而且比較濃啲。刺身冇大唔同都係5種,但今期冇生蠔供應,但多左個4色迷你刺身丼,刺身內必有帶子,大甜蝦及三文魚,其他配料一開頭有油甘魚,之後個輪有原隻鮑魚。呢間餐廳由於係南區,食海鮮為主,所以有多海鮮既食品,蒸魚開頭係條大約2斤既沙巴躉,但好快比人清左,我食左之後個輪出兩條斤零重既青斑,通常比人話養魚肉韌有渣,當晚食既好彩冇晒個兩個情況。當晚有中西湯,西湯係意大利雜菜湯。但我選擇左蟹粥,我第一次去拎個時個鍋仲有半鍋粥但蟹就得番兩三件,好彩都試到一碗,啲粥個晚好錦,而且入味,我叫其他人試一試都讚同我既講法。蟹就用大隻啲既三點蟹,食落都有肉。之後個次個配料換左做波士頓龍蝦,可惜個時我已經食到一半飽🤣,試下其他食物。之後試西冷,前後食左三件,當晚主理烤板師傅會將西冷燒至7成熟左右,切開會見到肉中間有少少粉紅色,真係好juicey同入味。如果想要全熟記得同師傅講聲幫你煎多陣😉。熟食有咖喱牛腩,柚子骨,炆豬手同埋特別有個焗波士頓龍蝦。個波士頓龍蝦都唔少肉。柚子骨就酸酸甜甜,佢整個柚子味好甘香。冷盤就試左唔同既肉,唯一冇試既就係啲海鮮,因為每次一出蟹腳或者之後出開邊凍龍蝦都會比人一陣就掃晒😂😂😂。所以想食凍盤既朋友仔記得把握時機。最後甜品食左Hagendaz雪糕,食左雲尼拿同咖啡味,同時食岩岩好。當晚人手足夠,我地坐房既換碟亦夠密。而家自助飲品有埋凍熱水供應,變相服務生唔再好似以前咁幫客人加水,變相多左時間換食物,換新碟。呢樣野亦有比前進步同服務更有效率。最後個人覺得,呢期真係會比較多長者去,現場好多食客都帶同佢地自己既父母去,建議大家去前最好預訂或者打電話/whatapps查詢有冇位。如果有人生日,就要提前預訂,佢地會送一個類似火焰雪山既甜品,好似蛋糕咁,可以問下佢地查詢。…Read More

因為返開夜晚工,要放假至有機會同屋企人食飯。咁岩尋晚阿媽同阿妹一個話聽晚唔煮飯,一個就想收工係銅鑼灣買野,就諗住係銅鑼灣食。尋晚結果深夜係呢個網搵食,想搵D唔係連鎖店既日本料理,要付合"未去過","銅鑼灣","一定要有鰻魚既飯",呢3個條件為先,睇左成晚覺得呢間符合晒要求。上到去6點40分,我地尚算早,所以入面唔係好多客人,我地一家4個人就安排坐門口對入第2張卡位。入面地方都算大,而且有兩間係有間隔既小廳,樓底高而且通道同坐位都夠闊。4人比兩SET餐牌睇可以慢慢一齊睇。睇左餐牌之後,4個人既想食壽司,又想食熟食同飯所以叫左"精選壽司,牛肉烏冬定食","銀鱈魚西京燒定食"同埋"鰻魚釜飯定食"。另外叫左荵吞拿魚文碎卷,鹽燒油甘魚鮫,燒牛舌,燒雞翼,燒合鴨大荵雞肉,炸軟殼蟹同埋一杯青檸梳打。由於我地早黎,上餐時間都快,唔使等太耐,最先到既係精選壽司,牛肉烏冬同文碎卷,燒物,串燒同炸軟殼蟹都算快,釜飯既制作係店門口設置,可以睇到製作過程。壽司臺有5個人同時準備。今次冇影太多食物既相,但有特別影樣野燒油甘魚鮫$98一份,一件有手掌咁大同長,冇影既軟殼蟹$58比平時係某黃色招牌既連鎖店既份量起碼多2倍以上,大過我呢D巨人手掌。呢兩樣食物我覺得性價比夠晒高,特別係軟殼蟹,係出面一定好難搵到咁大碟同份量夠軟殼蟹夠大件炸漿唔厚,一份4個人食都夠分。而且炸物同燒物都唔見好多燒過多火變黑晒既位。魚鮫勁多肉,由於定食有飯,配飯一流。牛舌夠淋唔韌而且食完冇渣,我地前後分兩次叫,第一份既肉較瘦,而第二份就有少少肥肉,但係燒出黎既賣相冇分別,證明師傅係多左單做既時候食物同手勢都不失水準。成晚食物唯一失左水準既係牛肉烏冬D烏冬,有少許偏淋左。壽司方面,每件都夠新鮮,我食左赤身,三文魚腩,拖羅,油甘魚,金目鯛,牡丹蝦,上面既料全部都夠凍而下面既飯夾既時候唔散同有微暖。味道以赤身為最深印象,入口後味道會留好長久,牡丹蝦夠大件,油甘魚油味夠香濃,金目鯛夠清香,所以大家食高級壽司時,食既次序真係最好由淡至濃。而每份熟食定食既剌身有甜蝦,帶子同三文魚各一件,甜蝦同帶子好鮮甜而且冇雪味,三文魚就夠油份同冇根。釜飯就係日式既煲仔飯,上菜既時候,侍應會比個一分鐘既沙漏同埋飯潷,飯匙,當沙漏漏完就可以開左個釜蓋。鰻魚味道夠晒香同岩味,我媽今晚食到比平時佢食既份量多,而且鮮味到我地更唔使加醬汁落鰻魚度,而釜飯底既飯焦易拎出黎。定食配既沙律係柚子醋沙律,清甜爽口,而且有份黃色既醃蘿蔔,可以開胃。味噌湯細細碗,咸淡適中。銀鱈魚燒至金黃,肉質唔韌,用筷子好易就可能跟紋夾出而不散肉。定食既甜點可以4選1,我地選左2杯凍咖啡同一杯雪糕,凍咖啡只配奶,冇糖水配。我飲開奶茶而冇飲開咖啡,而且係即過濾呢種,所以感覺覺得會唔夠甜,但我都感受到種咖啡香味,而雪糕就係Ha-Daz既曲奇味,夠晒凍。侍應補茶同執拾既密度都足夠。整晚唯一較甩拖既係要再問多次至黎好耐未到既雪糕。但整體黎講,我一定會再黎呢度食。今晚自己有樣特別既就係,我自己今晚除左食之前飲左啖茶之後,除左飲味噌湯,我到食完所有食物等餐飲前至需要再飲茶,如果食物有味精同好油膩,我一定會係咁飲茶同水,呢個係我最後至發現。…Read More

難忘既預祝生日晚飯老細既風趣令人食得開心

其實到今日先寫可能太遲,但係就係試下係apps度寫一次。食呢次之前試過同屋企人食一次,所以今次其實都預早一個星期訂位,因為我都知星期日會比較多人,不過最後都係兩日前confirmed一次。一早訂左十二個人,六點鐘,所以餐廳方面就留左最入面最大張圓枱比我。由於呢日係星期日所以店主當日係鋪頭,我同朋友亦都早少少到去拎位同睇下餐牌。佢見我地坐齊人就問我地今日係慶祝咩日子,跟住就同佢講預祝我生日既,然後就問我比個預算佢,佢就order廚房整野食比我地,咁我地就唔使諗太多。其實整出黎既食物總額我覺得係完全值得既,就算比我比多兩成價錢一個我都覺得值得,因為食物既質素同員工既服務都做得好好另外仲有喇沙,多寶魚,炒飯仲有燒羊架冇影到 特別係羊架,羊架少少既羶味係佢應有既,而且老細亦問我地有幾多個唔食羊,我地都按番我地食既人數要左9份。最後老細仲送左梳乎里,雪糕,cheese cake同焦糖布丁做甜品,湯,頭盤,飲品一人一份而且飲品可添飲,我地最後食到好回味,亦都怕老細會繼續出,所以我地都唔會浪費食物,足夠食飽就ok,叫老細停,大家要注意啊!同晚亦都有好多枱客慶祝生日,餐廳亦會準備生日歌,如果你有特別既歌佢都會盡量幫忙,老細更會親自出馬為你慶祝及奉上蛋糕。成晚慢慢食下食下都坐左成三個鐘頭。PS:老細其實係好好人而且好健談,亦更有風趣,當晚我地有小朋友,開頭見到老細非常之怕,因為 老細個樣嚇一嚇小朋友(希望老細見到此post唔好見怪,在此先致歉 ),但係食下食下老細出動發光公仔,加埋老細既風趣同幽默感令小妹妹笑起來,令我諗起,係呢個時代係呢個地方經營一間西餐廳可以做到咁多年係有幾咁艱難,員工們既服務亦到好好,我希望呢間餐廳會一路長做長有。以後有機會都會抽時間再黎。…Read More

今日咁岩個fd叫我去沙龍打機~~之前去過一次食過一次,今次一日食兩次早餐食左個銀針粉,係有湯既我外賣拎番入機鋪食一打開有青豆,肉碎,蛋絲,蔥花.同火腿,眼前一亮個湯幾好飲架,唔太lou~~配料幾好,五顏六色,青豆夠稔,肉碎易咬口,銀針粉夠晒爽,唔會chi牙,淨係呢3樣已經令我精神晒因為係第2度食過chi住d牙真係想死~~~配杯凍奶茶,我覺得算抵食~~~晚餐,2選一叫左焗豬扒飯,大大件豬扒,唔韌之餘,茄汁夠晒多,冇焗lun,飯係炒底飯,算過得去,埋豬扒補晒分羅宋湯夠濃,有紅蘿蔔,肉粒,同菜,略略菜少d~~~其餘兩樣都足夠,可能係因為隻碗唔大,所以唔放太多菜渣。可以理解。呢個餐普通人(一男一女)兩個人食都足夠。因為個碗真係幾大,而且飯又夠,豬扒又夠大,佢切開左7件,每份都長過隻中指,又夠厚~~~總結,早餐個銀針粉比一個南記外賣碗細少少,不過夠滿,不過個主角真係好食晚餐,塊豬扒最正呢度有電視睇,有直播波,不過食晚飯個時未有~~~不過座位充足夠光同多卡位中午飯個時借個廁所人山人海~~~…Read More

聽阿媽講食串燒,平時路過都見到,終於呢晚阿媽帶左我去試一試。一共5人,兩對母女加埋我呢個男既。鋪頭雖小,但係幾整齊,有部plasma電視,呢晚冇咩人,主要既格局係2人枱,所以可以合3張枱比我地坐。服務方面,唯一要彈既就係,呢間係主要食串燒既,對客人黎講水係好重要,可惜連水都冇就真係~~~~其他樣樣野都冇問題,禮貌招呼,同上菜都好好,執空碟都快手到食野,有兩個set,2人同4人,不過阿媽話選擇散叫,因為個set唔係樣樣都人人合口味所以我叫左一個晚餐,係龍脷煙肉卷+牛柳+鮮菇連白飯。有個燒蕃薯同柚子沙律,包一杯飲品,另叫左杯菊花茶同3支汽水。叫左兩串雞翼,兩串黑椒牛柳,兩串金菇牛肉卷,一燒汁牛柳,一燒鱔,一翠玉瓜,一客餃子,一蕃薯,一燒雞腎,兩條秋力魚,兩碗拉面同一細烏冬。最好食同抵食既係秋刀魚,長過紙巾盒,又有肉,淋上檸檬汁,最正翠玉瓜水份夠,燒鱔ok,餃子個邊有少少焦左,雞翼一份兩件亦係夠水準,內在夠熟而外面唔會太焦,拉面個湯一般,烏冬就好好多~~~我食個件牛肉卷入面d金菇咬唔開,但係我妹個件就ok到我個餐,牛柳係原條,所以唔會一下可以拉出黎,肉汁保留到,亦唔太焦,,亦唔un龍脷卷既煙肉唔係太肥膩,鹹味適中,配飯一流,冬菇有4隻,易咬之餘,佢同翠玉瓜一樣,點左少少燒汁上去,幾好食。白飯份量唔算太大,不過夠食既,蕃薯夠肉又甜甜地,必讚另外每人會有一份蒜蓉酸辣醬同埋好似係花生醬黎,兩個都有試,我比較喜歡蒜蓉個個,我本身唔食辣,不過佢辣味唔太重,蒜蓉係最香既~~~柚子沙律係上先既,細細個但係幾好食,入面既柚肉都夠多少少似凱撒feel,怕酸既朋友就~~~埋單4xx,如果係男仔多一定唔止同唔夠食,如果有男女一半就岩岩好~~~好似我既食量一定唔會覺得夠,但係普通身形既人就ok~~~有部份既係抵食,如秋刀魚,最唔抵既,應該係拉面~~~~唯一冇叫黎食既就係羊架~~~當然冇水比黎飲,要焗你叫飲品係九優一濁,但係食物同招呼方面既水準就係唔錯架。…Read More
