公司從尖沙搬到石門附近全都是茶餐廳早餐選擇沒在尖東時候的多間中就試一下不同茶記的早餐今天就買了華記的葡式早餐是之前偷吃同事R的同款早餐,覺得不錯才放心買的很多茶餐廳的羅宋湯頭都會弄的油油的華記的卻是清澈無比看到滿滿的蕃茄粒,巳經讓人心花怒放呷一下湯頭,是濃濃的蕃茄香,好好喝唷~螺絲粉煮的彈Q,配料有炆得軟稔不巳的牛腩牛筋,火腿片及玉米粒份量之大足夠變成我的早餐 + 下午茶滑蛋另外以小碗盛上,不像其他的茶餐廳直接放在湯麵上炒蛋沒有奶油香,但不會炒的過老,灑點鹽巴更添香氣炒蛋底還有蕃茄片及玉米粒整體感覺就是有質量的西式早餐哦!炒蛋厚度起碼有一公分只吃了三分之一巳經宣佈不行還好有同事R跟我共享,呵呵奶茶是我買早餐的重要原因之一華記的冰奶茶還算滿香醇順口的一個美味的早餐,足以分成上下場來吃及跟同事分享才HKD22完全超值勒!詳細良食評及照片請看:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/foodiebarbie/article?mid=4444…Read More

一直很想嚐一下Triple OHKD6X起跳的套餐價格就是捨不得去吃感謝團購網最近推出Triple O以$25買價值$50的優惠券也感謝朋友A願意跟我共享美食在大家都要上班的周一,我們來吃中餐嚕點了一個磨菇牛肉堡套餐,再單點一個魚堡原價HKD121,現在只要補回差價HKD22,差不多半價呢~拿著號碼單,等著叫號漢堡都是現做的,客人不多但也等了差不多近8分鐘忘了先要求把兩個漢堡包都切半讓店員把包好的漢堡包拿回廚房切半後再送上炸薯條比麥記的粗,帶皮的薯條多了一份粗糙感現炸的不過熱度卻不太夠也嫌不夠香脆個人覺得還是麥記的好吃點磨菇牛肉堡上有一片酸瓜看著那片酸瓜就巳經口水直流包子是簡單的黃色漢堡包,軟綿綿的很是香軟磨菇有先炒香過,吃的到那種微微的焦香份量也比Burger King的多很多(廢話,$49的包子當然要有相量份量的料丫)主角牛肉有厚度也很juicy!重點是有著濃濃的牛味!其Triple O sauce有洋葱、蕃茄及小黃瓜粒醬汁沒有均勻分佈,我拿的剛好是醬汁較多的一邊咬一口醬汁就奪手而出!再加上半溶的起司其美味絶對把麥記的至尊漢堡或Burger King的磨菇起司堡遠遠拋離!魚堡上有一片新鮮檸檬擠在魚柳上吃可以減去點油膩感翻開”上層”,就看到內餡泛著閃閃的油光很是嚇人魚柳像沾上炸粉後炸的,而不像麥記來貨巳經是含黃皮的那種急凍魚柳塊可是炸的不夠透心,肉質爛爛的沒有好好瀝油,讓內餡過於油膩,整個包子都要減分早知道魚堡是這個樣子的話就點燒牛肉堡或者煙肉起司漢堡滋味一定不會那麼難受…雖然個人對Triple O的磨菇牛肉漢堡評價很高但以原價來吃的話,個人覺得實在有點貴說真的,沒有優惠券的話這篇食評一定跑不出來...** 笑臉是給磨菇牛肉堡的 **詳細食評及照片請看:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/foodiebarbie/article?mid=4445…Read More

從旺角火車站走到花園街發現弼街新開了一家小吃店,主打是曾經很紅的旋轉薯塔!朋友忍不住買一支胡椒鹽口味的來回味一下龍捲風薯片(HKD20)油亮亮的撕一片下來,一邊微酥,另一邊卻是一點都不脆而且沒有馬鈴薯的香氣跟之前在台灣大溪吃到的差十萬八千里大溪的旋轉薯塔炸沒有泛油拎上手也不會有油膩感吃下去卡滋卡滋的,又酥又香,薯味十足的吃幾片再也受不了轉而買一杯低脂乳酪希望能替他挽回一點信心低脂乳酪也是以稱重的方式算費HKD15 / 100克只提供兩種口味:原味跟荔枝買了一杯荔枝口味的非常的冰霜感,完全沒有冰淇淋的結實質感乳酸味很淡,完全不及我的要求原來潮食坊就是在長洲賣龍捲風薯片賣到大排長龍的小店的分店可惜以這等味道及價位開在潮流先鋒及租金貴翻天的旺角希望它能撐到過年。。。詳細食評請看:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/foodiebarbie/article?mid=4413…Read More

川燒隱藏在有名的酒吧街赫德道中再往前走一點就是網路上有名的萬豚屋走日本風的木設計,看上去就像日式居酒居店裏吃的卻是重慶燒烤!一行六人在川燒為兩名友人慶生椅子及桌子均以木製坐上去其實不見得舒服座位之間的通路很窄坐裏面的,進去後儘量不要出來嚕花椒粉及孜然粉都是店家特地從重慶運到放在桌上隨意添加要知道孜然粉可是國內燒肉的靈魂哦!串燒全部HKD10起跳,價格比日式端爐燒來的便宜甫坐下便點的不亦樂乎可惜店家招牌手打海鮮棒晚上7點多巳孌沽清海鮮棒以墨魚及鮮蝦打成膠後再加入八爪魚粒,聽說彈牙又好吃的耶食物全部都是現點現烤,所以要耐心等待好料上場哦~個人推介:燒美國穀飼牛柳粒(HKD24)一支可拆成五小粒,灑上孜然粉又香又juicy!好吃得再encore燒蘇格蘭蟶子皇(HKD36/1只)蟶子皇以簡單的蒜泥及香葱烤的香氣迫人肉質彈牙味鮮,而且一點油都沒用上超好吃的說~汁燒原隻魷魚筒(HKD36)燒汁香甜,魷魚軟腍不會咬不爛稻庭冷烏冬(HKD24)幼細的烏冬很Q有彈性,但冷汁偏甜有點失色燒通菜(HKD14)加上了孜然粉的燒通菜,味道有點像蝦醬烤的香香,通菜爽口入味,好好吃!燒白鱔(HKD24)厚肉肥美,烤的外脆內軟,比日式烤鰻魚還要好吃燒原條生燒玉米(HKD16)只能說,沒吃過這般好吃的玉米燒玉米最後塗上點蜂蜜外皮稍脆卻不乾玉米清甜得如在喝甘露,而且怎麼啃都不會被玉米皮塞牙縫好吃得馬上encore!燒原條生燒茄子(HKD18)被切成一張紙的茄子,加上葱花及蒜泥去烤沒有茄子的獨特草腥味,不用油炸的茄子,味道天然軟腍好吃燒京葱雞柳串(HKD18)燒汁惹味,京葱烤的夠香,雞肉超嫩燒菠蘿(HKD12)超多汁的燒菠蘿,邊吃邊從咀裏噴汁燒羊肉(HKD12)羊肉羶味不算強烈,肉質有點鬆散加上很多的孜然粉後,找回那時在東門及上海時吃的味道雖然國內價格一串才2塊錢勒吃的儘興,埋單才HKD800左右雖說以重慶燒烤掛帥除卻自行添加的孜然粉及花粉,口味偏港式燒烤多一點值得再訪唷!詳細食評及照片請看:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/foodiebarbie/article?mid=3968…Read More

乳酪冰淇淋在香港巳經開的門庭若市這家來自美國的Tuttimelon選址在尖沙咀新開的大型商場The One暫時為全港店面最大,口味及toppings最多的一家乳酪由美國直送的乳酪粉,加入新鮮脫脂乳酪,脫脂奶及新鮮果汁打成,沒有另外加糖完全是無脂的乳酪冰淇淋乳酪口味每天供應10多種口味其中有原味、草莓、巨峰提子、荔枝、芒果、熱情果、香桃、番石榴、巧克力、西瓜、香芋等等單是自助冰淇淋機巳經有五台每台供應兩種口味,中間可擠出扭紋口味每款口味都有貼上標籤,列明軟硬度、甜度及細滑度Toppings選擇也比坊間的多很多特色toppings有德國手腕包Pretzel、韓國的七彩mochi、椰絲、巧克力鈕等等太多口味合我的胃口芋頭當然必先來擠一圈再來一圈番石榴及原味加了我最愛的granola,再加幾粒七彩mochi,一點蘆薈粒及奇異果稱重去HKD15/100克哇塞!!!這杯索價HKD42!!!之前在Funky擠的滿滿一杯,才不過HKD30左右勒~Tuttimelon的乳酪冰淇淋很有硬度冰淇淋在拍好照片後才開始品嚐冰淇淋還沒開始融化掉芋頭口味有淡淡的芋香絶不是用芋頭香油的那種假香氣比雀巢、晴天雪糕或手入之店的香芋冰淇淋來得清香好吃原味最能吃出乳酪的原始味道以原味來說,還是Best Berry的最酸最有乳酪味番石榴絶對有驚奇果然是加上新鮮番石榴而製非常的香濃清甜Toppings的granola脆而不黏牙,但甜度過高還是Yo Mama的自家granola最讚七彩mochi口感很軟Q,可惜只有一個甜字不同顏色也分不出口味來始終吃froyo還是配清爽的toppings最好呢雖然價格有點小貴零脂肪,比標準乳酪八倍的活益生菌及多款特色口味實在太吸引下次到訪希望有綠茶及黑巧克力口味勒~詳細食評及照片請看:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/foodiebarbie/article?mid=3973…Read More
