2025年9月15日 星期一今晚難得約到舊同事食飯聚下,當然要搵返間火鍋店一齊烚吓烚吓吹水傾計啦餐廳選擇咗位於銅鑼灣核心地段,大家都方便去到,而且餐廳裝修得好有特色,恍如置身於宮廷之中,連圍裙都整到好似古代嘅肚兜咁,玩味十足餐牌整到好似以前嘅報紙咁幾特別,上面有好多食物同湯底可以選擇,豬牛雞、丸類、蔬菜應有盡有,最後我哋決定每種食物要少少,唔夠食先再叫,以免浪費餐廳有一個位置放滿咗唔同既調味料,可以自己調配專屬醬汁,除咗有一般火鍋店會提供嘅調味料之外,仲有麻辣紅油、辣椒粉同指天椒添,啱晒鍾意食辣嘅人士點完餐等左一陣鴛鴦湯底就首先黎到,一邊係秘製沙爹湯,另一邊係甘筍粟米白蘿蔔豬骨湯,兩邊風味截然不同秘製沙爹湯一入口就有濃郁花生香,微辣帶少少甜,啱晒鍾意重口味嘅人香料層次分明,滲透食材之餘又唔會搶味,食到尾仲有少少回甘添而甘筍粟米白蘿蔔豬骨湯就清甜得嚟又夠暖胃,啲蔬菜煲到出晒味,豬骨湯底飲落滑口唔油膩之後有美國手切牛頸脊,呢碟牛頸脊真係靚到冇得輸,油花分佈得靚靚哋,涮一涮就即刻釋放出濃郁肉香入口柔嫩又唔失咬口,啖啖都係牛脂嘅甘香,唔使點醬都夠味呢個係手打蝦滑,質感彈牙得嚟又唔失鮮味,一啖咬落去有種爆汁嘅感覺,蝦肉味濃而唔腥,口感滑溜得嚟仲帶少少爽脆落鍋涮一涮,啱啱熟就最正,食完有種唔夠喉嘅衝動跟住係手打牛丸,牛丸咬落去夠晒彈性,唔係嗰種機器壓出嚟嘅死實口感,而係有啲筋、有啲肉,啖啖都食得出手工嘅誠意牛味濃郁,涮完之後仲保留住肉汁,咬開仲有少少爆汁感添最後有脆爆苔條響鈴,一咬落去就「咔」一聲,外皮酥脆到癲,裏面包住紫菜香氣,鹹香中帶少少海味,口感層次好豐富唔使落湯,淨食都已經好有風味埋單每人五百幾蚊左右,食到勁滿足!!…Read More

2025年9月9日 星期二今日放工經過尖沙咀,突然間好掛住hashtag b既包,之前食過一直念念不忘,於是忍唔住走咗去加拿分道餐廳仍然係人山人海,好多人幫襯,好彩唔需要排太耐就到我食物櫃同之前一樣擺滿咗各式各樣嘅包類,十分豐富,而且店員仲不斷添加熱辣辣嘅包落去添見到側邊寫住有新口味既黑糖麻糬撻已經即時心心眼,仲要係期間限定,所以一於買黎試下,另外再加幾個包返屋企同公司食!!一買完已經即刻拎個撻出嚟食,呢款撻一入口就感受到黑糖既濃郁香氣,帶點焦香,甜而不膩麻糬部分煙韌得剛剛好,咬下去有種「啵」一下既彈性,口感層次豐富,而且酥皮微脆之後有伯爵忌廉芝士貝果,貝果外層微脆、內裡煙韌,咬下去有實在感忌廉芝士滑到好似係嘴裡融化,鹹香中帶點奶味,配上伯爵茶既淡淡茶香,整體味道優雅而不造作呢個係士多啤梨菠蘿包,外層菠蘿皮酥脆香甜,咬下去即感受到草莓既果香爆發,酸甜平衡得恰到好處內餡滑順,好似草莓果醬同忌廉既混合體,口感豐富又不膩最後有呢款抹茶紅莓鬆餅,外層焗到微焦,帶點酥香,入面綠得自然,一睇就知用咗真材實料嘅抹茶粉咬落去鬆軟得嚟又唔會太乾,抹茶味唔係苦澀嗰種,反而有種淡淡茶香慢慢滲出紅莓粒就係點睛之筆,酸酸哋中和咗抹茶嘅沉穩,令整體味道有層次又唔會膩…Read More

2025年9月5日 星期五仲有一個月左右就已經到中秋節,又係時候要準備月餅送俾屋企人,聽日放工之後就去咗銅鑼灣希慎廣場睇吓有乜嘢月餅吸引咁啱見到呢間店舖應該新開張冇耐,主打係麻糬戚風蛋糕,同店員傾開先知道原來店舖仲有提供月餅賣添,係新推出嘅月餅口味店員介紹嘅就係呢一款黑芝麻月餅,只要用焗爐或者氣炸鍋翻熱大約5分鐘就食得,味道比起就咁食層次更加豐富,而且裏面可以做到留心嘅效果,充滿濃郁嘅黑芝麻,聽落去都非常吸引,所以買咗一盒返去試吓另外見到餐廳凍櫃上面擺放咗各式各樣嘅蛋糕,其中一款叫抹茶之森,即時吸引咗我眼球,因為本身我係抹茶控,睇到蛋糕描述仲用咗低油低糖配方黎整,夠晒健康,一於買埋返去同屋企人分享返到屋企已經急不及待想切開個蛋糕嚟食,一切開就發現裏面每一層都好分明,最底層有煙靭嘅麻糬,中間嗰一層係紅豆蓉,側邊仲抹上濃厚抹茶忌廉添,食落去就好似食緊宇治金時咁,紅豆蓉嘅甜味同抹茶嘅味苦好夾,再加上麻糬嘅煙韌令到味道層次更上一層樓,而且店舖用咗低糖低油配方,食完都唔覺得好膩,性價比非常高…Read More

2025年9月5日 星期五終於放完大假呢幾日開始返工真係有啲攰,而且天氣實在太熱,連屋企人都無心機煮飯,於是乎夜晚直接出街食飯最後選擇左稻香既晚市,因為餐廳到8點半後入座火鍋湯底有半價優惠,而且其他食物都只係3.8折,真係抵到爛,回歸90年代既價錢,所以就決定齊齊打邊爐同場仲有小活動環節,只要$48就可以參加一次,需要30秒內用單手任拎啤酒,能夠堅持10秒就得,拎幾多支就送幾多支,而且如果拎到7支就可以另外用$9.9加購一隻新鮮龍蝦添,真係好吸引我哋當然唔執輸即刻排隊參加,最後都好彩成功拎到5支,平均每支啤酒都只係$9左右,夠抵飲講返個火鍋,我哋要左菌皇竹笙鍋,一打開蓋就聞到陣陣菇香,湯底清澈但味道濃郁,而且帶有淡淡草本氣息竹笙爽脆,吸收晒菇湯精華,各款菇類都層次分明,口感由嫩到彈,齒頰留香,飲完湯有種身心舒暢嘅感覺唔洗幾耐所有野食都已經到齊,十分豐富,擺滿晒成張枱當中最吸引既當然係呢個安格斯牛盤,除咗因為價錢由$168到現在優惠價$68之外,牛肉切得薄而均勻,油花分佈靚到好似大理石咁,落鍋一燙即熟,入口嫩滑得嚟又唔失牛味,啖啖都係肉香同脂香交織嘅享受配埋牛筋、牛肚同肉丸,口感層次豐富,好似黎左一次牛肉界巡禮咁之後有五福蔬菜籃,色彩繽紛又新鮮,菇菌香氣自然,粟米甜得嚟又有啲脆,南瓜綿密帶些微甘,白菜爽口唔澀,仲有啲生菜同蕃茄點綴,落鍋一煮,湯底即刻升級,清新得嚟又唔失層次,啱晒打邊爐時平衡油膩呢個係半隻地雞,雞皮呈天然黃金色,睇落已經好吸引淥熟之後,雞肉嫩滑得嚟又有咬口,唔會粉粉地脂肪分布平均,食落唔油膩但又夠香,冇腥味,啖啖都係雞味,唔靠醬料都好好食最後由左至右分別係手打蝦滑、墨魚滑同手打鯪魚滑,蝦滑入口爽彈,蝦肉鮮甜得嚟帶少少海水味,咬落去有啲爆汁感,唔使點醬都夠味,啖啖都係真材實料,而墨魚滑就質感煙韌,咬落去有啲彈牙,味道偏清淡但有淡淡海鮮香,啲墨魚粒粒分佈平均,口感層次豐富鯪魚滑則比較粗獷,魚味濃郁,仲有啲微微嘅薑香,口感冇咁滑但好實在,啲魚骨已經打碎晒,食落唔怕卡喉埋單五個人都唔使$600,真係好抵食!!…Read More

2025年8月21日 星期四今晚個肚仲脹脹地,想食得清淡少少,所以就係石門既呢間餐廳食下粥餐牌除咗粥品之外,仲有提供小食同麵,而且粥品都分開咗,即熟粥同生滾粥,款式頗多,價錢都好平民,我哋就每人叫左一碗粥,另外再加豆漿同炸兩一黎到既係生菜粟米瘦肉粥,粥底煮到綿密滑溜,入口即化,粟米粒粒香甜,帶出天然鮮味,而瘦肉就切得薄身,冇筋唔鞋口,吸晒粥香至於生菜爽脆,加添左清新感,整體味道溫和舒服另一個粥就係窩蛋碎牛粥,係港式粥品入面嘅人氣之選,簡單但滋味十足。呢碗粥用生滾粥底,米粒煮到化開,呈奶白色,入口滑溜,碎牛肉經過醃製,肉香撲鼻,完全唔會有腥味而最吸睛嘅係中間嗰隻窩蛋,蛋黃半熟,輕輕攪拌後令整碗粥變得更加香濃順口呢個係餐廳人氣炸兩腸粉,炸兩入口即化,腸粉皮滑得似絲綢,油炸鬼酥脆鬆化,咬落去有種輕微爆裂感而甜豉油滲透每層,鹹甜交錯,令整體味道更有層次,每啖都帶點煙韌與香脆交織,食落去唔會膩,反而愈食愈開胃最後仲有豆漿,入口順滑,豆香濃郁但唔會過火,帶有天然甘甜,飲落去清爽又唔膩冰凍版本就特別醒神,啱晒配粥或者炸物,有種溫柔中和嘅效果埋單一百蚊都唔洗,真係好抵!!…Read More

2025年7月30日 星期三今晚同屋企人係顯田游泳池游完水見肚餓,就諗住係附近餐廳食飯,咁岩屋企人想飲夜茶,所以就入左呢間餐廳餐廳除咗提供自家製手工點心之外,仲有晚市套餐同小菜食添,見到餐牌上既菜式全部都好吸引,於是就分別叫左唔同既點心加一個炒飯同走地雞試下等左一陣點心就陸續送上嚟,全部都新鮮熱辣,不斷有熱氣升上黎當中最吸晴既就係呢個和發子母鮮蝦餃,從來無見過有餐廳既蝦餃係有大粒同細粒,真係好似母子咁,加加埋埋成6粒咁多,每粒既外層都有晶瑩剔透嘅蝦餃皮,裡面餡料充足,食得到粒粒蝦肉,鮮甜又彈牙之後有回味蜜餞叉燒包,一口咬落,甜香四溢,唔係一般茶樓嗰種死甜叉燒,而係用咗蜜餞醬汁去醃製叉燒,令到內餡多咗一份果香同層次感包皮鬆軟綿密,蒸得啱啱好,唔會濕笠笠最正係一打開就見到爆餡,叉燒汁滲到包皮入面,食落每一啖都好有回甘飲茶當然唔少得有燒賣啦,黃金外皮包住豬肉同蝦膠,頂部仲加咗少少蟹籽,賣相靚之餘,口感都好有層次咬落去唔會太油,蝦肉鮮甜,豬肉香而不膩,仲有少少胡椒味提香,完全睇得出呢間店真係主打手工製作,唔係工廠貨!煎蘿蔔糕方面同樣出色,餐廳加上XO醬炒香之後,蘿蔔糕煎得金黃香脆,外皮微焦但唔會乾,入面仍然保持嫩滑口感XO醬炒得夠火喉,香辣中帶有海鮮乾貨嘅鮮味,每一啖都好惹味呢個係餐廳推介焗香茅走地雞,無諗過只係半隻雞份量都咁多,一打開就已經聞到陣陣香茅味,真係令人食慾大開走地雞肉質結實但唔韌,焗得啱啱好,皮微脆、肉嫩滑,仲有少少雞油滲出嚟,好香口香茅味唔會太霸道,反而係淡淡地滲入雞肉入面,食落清新又唔膩就連雞腳都處理得好乾淨,啱晒鍾意啃骨嘅人最後有揚州炒飯,飯粒分明唔黏笠,炒得夠鑊氣,香味十足入面有蝦仁、叉燒粒、火腿、蛋花同青蔥,材料夠足,色彩繽紛,睇落已經好吸引而且蝦仁爽口,叉燒微甜,蛋香撲鼻,每一啖都食得出心機埋單食左咁多野竟然只係四百幾蚊,真係勁抵!!…Read More

2025年7月16日 星期三呢日咁岩出咗去灣仔拎野,之後就想買外賣返屋企食見到駱克道呢間小店裝修得幾有特色,感覺似係台灣傳統老店既裝修咁門口周圍都貼左餐牌,餐廳主要推介土茯苓陳皮老鴨湯,聲稱可以去濕解毒,舒緩皮膚痕癢,仲可以潤喉益肺添,咁岩呢排把聲沙沙地,就積管試下除此之外仲有唔少食物選擇,價錢都唔算太貴,於是除咗湯,我仲要左個飯同甜品,另外再要咗一杯飲品一邊返屋企一邊飲呢杯係芒果沙冰,賣相非常吸引,膠杯盛載住鮮黃芒果沙冰,店家仲用心設計咗個粉紅色杯柄,方便拎住周街行,沙冰芒果味香濃自然,絕非一般芒果香精,飲落去好似真係食緊新鮮芒果蓉咁,清甜而不膩,而且沙冰口感細膩,冇雪粒感,唔會越飲越苦或越水,飲落真係透心涼,係炎熱天氣嘅最佳拍檔返到屋企已經急不及待想嘗試個土茯苓陳皮老鴨湯,仲係熱辣辣,湯色深棕、聞落好香,好有傳統藥膳湯嘅味道,老鴨湯底濃郁,入口甘香土茯苓有清熱解毒、祛濕健脾功效,而陳皮則有理氣健胃嘅作用,呢碗湯真係養身之選鴨肉煮到夠腍,啖啖肉滑,不過唔會爛到冇口感,啱晒鍾意食肉又想養生嘅人味道方面湯味濃而不膩,草藥香氣自然流露,冇嗰種過份苦澀或者太重藥味飲落之後,真係有種由內至外嘅放鬆感,好似身體排咗啲濕氣咁!!呢個係咖喱牛腩飯,牛腩炆得夠腍,入口香濃,脂肪分佈得宜,冇柴口,而咖喱微辣帶甜,唔係印度那種勁香料型,反而更適合大眾口味配菜方面,滷蛋入味、醃蘿蔔爽口、白飯煙韌,整體配搭唔油膩又夠豐富最後甜品有楊枝甘露,如果話芒果沙冰係「消暑神物」,咁楊枝甘露就一定係「港式甜品女神」!主角有芒果蓉 + 西米 + 柚子肉,再加椰奶混合,口感層次非常豐富芒果香味突出,而且唔太甜,有種自然果香,唔似坊間加過多糖漿嗰種,而且柚子果肉帶少少酸,啱啱好可以中和芒果蓉嘅甜膩,成個味道超balance!!再加埋西米煙韌唔冧身,有凍凍哋嘅口感,真係一啖接一啖停唔到埋單大約二百幾蚊,份量十足,食到好飽…Read More

2025年10月22日 星期三最近發現新城市廣場三期開咗一間樂天皇朝,之前喺旺角曾經食過,一直好回味佢嘅八色小籠包,於是呢晚一於再去試吓餐廳非常容易搵到,一落到去一樓就即刻見到,門口可以見到好多師傅喺廚房整緊野食,不斷包緊小籠包,果然夠晒新鮮,唔係預製菜坐低左慢慢睇餐牌除咗有出名既八色小籠包外,仲有好多唔同款式既上海菜,近期推介既更有用蟹入饌既菜式,凈係睇圖片都花多眼亂,於是決定每個類別都試少少唔洗一陣間食物已經熱辣辣送到,熱氣仲不斷飄出黎添,賣相非常吸引首先有芝麻醬油麥菜,呢道菜睇落好似普通沙律,但食落口就完全唔簡單油麥菜爽脆得嚟唔會太生,仲有條青瓜絲綁住,好似小禮物咁精緻最精彩係個芝麻醬,香濃得嚟唔會太膩,帶少少甜味,仲有啲似花生醬嘅口感,同菜式一齊食真係好夾之後有京醬肉絲,呢道菜啖啖都係濃郁醬香肉絲炒得好滑,唔會乾柴,每條都均勻地掛住甜中帶鹹嘅京醬,仲有少少煙韌口感,好有層次底下墊住啲爽脆洋蔥絲,食落去有啲清新感,唔會太膩配埋旁邊啲薄餅皮一齊食,包住肉絲同洋蔥,咬落去又香又滑,好似食緊北京烤鴨咁有儀式感終於到左餐廳推薦菜式小籠包,招牌原味真係最經典皮薄得嚟唔會穿,輕輕夾起仲見到入面啲湯汁喺度搖搖欲滴咬開一口,先係爆湯,熱辣辣又鮮甜,完全唔油膩;之後係肉餡,豬肉好嫩滑,調味啱啱好,唔會搶走湯嘅鮮味成個口感由湯到肉再到皮,層次分明,好有滿足感呢個係菜肉雲吞豬骨湯拉麵,一上枱就聞到香味,湯底係重點,豬骨湯煲得夠火候,飲落去濃郁又唔會太油拉麵係偏幼身,唔會太硬,掛湯力十足,每啖都吸晒精華,而雲吞就更加唔可以忽略,皮薄餡靚,菜肉比例啱啱好,唔會太重口味,啱晒配濃湯最後甜品有宮廷驢打滾,呢款甜品睇落簡單,但食落去層次好豐富外層係黃豆粉,香氣十足,入口即化,帶少少焦香味;入面係糯米皮,煙韌得嚟唔黐牙,咬落去有啲彈性,好有口感中間仲包住紅豆餡,唔會太甜,豆香濃郁,同外層嘅豆粉好夾埋單五百蚊都唔洗,食到勁飽!!…Read More

大圍半自助晚餐

2025年10月15日 星期三今晚收工已經唔想買餸煮飯,一於同老婆兩個人係大圍搵間餐廳食就算行過圍方竟然見到呢間餐廳有半自助晚餐食,主菜都有幾多款式可以選擇,而且價錢都唔太貴,一於就入去試下餐廳環境都裝修得幾有風格,感覺好文青,用左大量木製傢俬,而且仲貼近萬聖節嘅關係,掛滿咗萬聖節嘅裝飾,充滿氣氛餐廳行到最入就有自助海鮮沙律吧,擺滿左各類食物,沙律都有6款菜可以揀,仲配有唔同醬汁,而且雖然海鮮只有幾款,不過全部都好新鮮,啲蝦勁大隻,完全唔黐殼,青口都好鮮甜我每樣都拎咗少少嚟試吓,煙三文魚幾厚身,煙熏味幾重,唔會太鹹,醃蕃茄同紅菜頭食完之後酸酸地更加開胃主菜我哋就要咗黑松露煙肉卡邦尼手工意大利粉,呢碟意粉一上枱就已經好吸睛,手工意粉煮得啱啱好,唔會太腍亦唔會太硬,口感有啲彈牙,咬落去有種「啖啖實在」嘅感覺醬汁方面,黑松露味唔會太霸道,但夠香,係種慢慢滲出嚟嘅幽香,配埋煙肉嘅鹹香同油脂,成件事好有層次煙肉煎到微微焦脆,上面仲有啲微型菜苗同食用花點綴,唔止靚,仲有少少清新感,令味道更平衡之後有白酒忌廉蟹肉手工粗管麵,粗管麵煮得啱啱好,外層滑身,入面仲保留到少少咬口,醬汁係白酒同忌廉混合,唔會太濃膩,反而有種淡淡酒香,令整體味道更有層次蟹肉份量唔算少,撈埋醬汁一齊食,鮮味即刻湧出嚟,好似喺口腔度爆開咁,唔係嗰種死鹹嘅海鮮味,而係清新又有深度上面灑咗啲香草同花瓣,唔止靚,仲有少少草本香氣,令味道更平衡甜品方面我哋要左是日雪糕,係北海道牛乳雪糕,雪糕質地超滑,唔係嗰種硬邦邦嘅冰感,而係柔軟得嚟又夠挺身,入口即化,仲帶住陣陣奶香,好似飲緊一杯高質牛奶咁味道方面,唔係死甜嗰種,而係有層次嘅甜味,前段係清新奶香,中段開始滲出微微乳脂嘅濃郁,食到尾仲有少少回甘,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖最後埋單大約七百蚊左右,食到勁飽!!…Read More

2025年9月25日 星期四今晚難得同太太兩個人食飯,於是選擇咗一間比較有情調嘅餐廳,就係位於灣仔軒尼詩道餐廳裝修得非常有格調,無論燈光、音樂同氣氛都好浪漫,非常適合兩個人拍拖黎到餐牌有晚市套餐可以選擇,一個價錢就包咗幾個前菜同主食,而主食仲有好多唔同肉嘅部位可以揀,仲有餐飲添,於是我哋就每人叫左一個set點完餐之後等左一陣食物就開始陸續送到,首先有前菜凱撒沙律,沙律味道清爽,生菜脆口,煙肉鹹香微脆,配上濃郁芝士粉同香滑凱撒醬,層次分明麵包粒酥脆不硬,而水煮蛋更令整體更滑順,口感豐富又開胃餐湯有蘑菇湯,個湯質感濃滑,入口即化,帶有淡淡奶香同蘑菇既天然鮮味香草點綴提升層次,令整體味道更有深度每一口都暖胃又舒服,簡單但令人回味呢個係自家製百里香蒜蓉牛油餐包,餐包外皮金黃微脆,內裡鬆軟帶微微煙韌,咬開即滲出香濃牛油百里香清香淡雅,蒜蓉味濃而唔太霸道,完美融合,令人一口接一口停唔到主菜方面我哋分別要左230g安格斯牛頸脊牛扒同230g 美國平鐵牛扒,兩樣都要大約5成熟,牛扒外層煎至微焦,鎖住肉汁,切開時肉質嫩滑多汁,帶有濃郁牛香而安格斯牛特有既油花令口感更豐富,配上香草與醬汁,味道層次分明,令人回味無窮美國平鐵牛扒就肉味濃郁,油脂分布均勻,煎至外層微焦,內裡仍然保持嫩滑每口都帶有焦香同牛肉本身既鮮味,口感紮實但不韌,啱晒鍾意原汁原味嘅牛魔王最後埋單每人四百幾蚊左右,食得好滿足…Read More

2025年7月3日 星期四今晚專登去到啟德既airside食飯,仲已經一早揀左呢間餐廳,因為見到網上面話性價比十分高,特別係片皮鴨好抵食,所以就吸引左我呢個片皮鴨愛好者餐牌有好多食物可以選擇,種類繁多,價錢又真係好貼地,半隻片皮鴨連一份大約20塊既摩摩皮都只係$168,所以我哋叫左呢樣再加少少野食應該就夠晒一點完餐等左一陣飲品就黎到,係檸檬益力多,飲落去酸酸甜甜,檸檬味清新,乳酸味唔太重,似係益力多加咗檸檬汁咁,飲完即刻解晒膩,好適合配上重口味菜式之後有黃金芥蘭,鹹蛋黃炒到似金沙咁黏住芥蘭,每啖都食到鹹香同菜嘅清甜芥蘭爽脆冇渣,鹹蛋黃唔會太鹹,反而有種奶油感,令到整道菜口感好豐富跟住到我最期待既菜式出場,北京填鴨配摩摩皮,呢道菜上枱時已經聞到陣陣香氣,鴨皮金黃酥脆,咬落去「卜」一聲,油脂唔多但香氣十足,鴨肉細嫩而且冇腥味,啖啖都係濃郁鴨香摩摩皮方面,薄身煙韌,唔會太乾或太厚,包住鴨肉、青瓜、大蔥同甜麵醬,一啖咬落去層次分明,甜、鹹、香、脆、嫩一次過爆發,真係好有滿足感!!之後有呢碗秘製牛奔麵,一上枱就見到深色濃郁嘅湯底,滲出陣陣香料味,令人未食已經期待爆棚湯底應該用咗多種香料慢火熬製,入口香辣中帶微微甘甜,唔會太油膩,反而好順喉牛肉方面,真係「奔」得有誠意——有牛腩、牛筋、牛肚三種部位,牛腩炆得夠腍但唔散,牛筋煙韌有咬口,牛肚爽口冇腥味,每啖都食到唔同口感,好有層次感麵條係偏粗身,掛湯力強,唔會食到尾變淋,仲有啲爽口感添最後有呢碟白菜豬肉餃,睇落簡單,但味道絕對唔馬虎,餃子皮係偏薄身但唔易爛,入口煙韌,包住嘅餡料係鮮甜白菜同嫩滑豬肉,比例剛剛好,唔會太油亦唔會太乾咬落去有種自然嘅肉汁滲出,白菜帶出清新感,令到整體味道更加平衡食左咁多野人均消費都不過係二百蚊唔洗,真係好抵食!!…Read More

用心製作甜品

呢日放工準備返屋企既時候突然間好想食下甜野,最後等埋老婆收工一齊去幫襯芋圓屋,因為之前都曾經食過,一直念念不忘佢既自家製芋圓餐廳麻雀雖小,但五臟俱全,除咗售賣甜品同飲品之外,仲會賣埋蔬果添,店員全部都好親切,又會好似朋友咁介紹唔同既甜品俾我哋餐牌除咗主打芋圓之外,仲有紫薯同芋泥推介,可惜呢日去咁啱芋泥暫停,唯有要左其他甜品share黎食我哋一共要左3款甜品,全部都係即叫即整,而且份量仲好多添,啲配料多到差啲流出黎首先有佢哋嘅招牌甜品「紫薯・開心・大滿足」,真係名副其實,一食落去成個心情都變好咗!碗入面有成八種配料,睇落已經超吸引:三色芋圓好煙韌、紫薯波勁香又飽滿、仲有滑嘟嘟嘅愛玉凍、仙草、珍珠、西米、寒天晶球同三色椰果,咬落去啖啖都唔悶,層次感爆棚!重點係個椰奶花奶底香濃又唔會膩口,成碗甜品食完都唔覺heavy,反而好似畀人甜蜜抱住咁~服務又貼心,仲可以調整甜度添之後有呢碗「紅豆滑嘟嘟」,簡直係甜品界嘅小溫柔,每啖都有驚喜紅豆煮得啱啱好,唔會太甜又入口綿;牛奶手工麻糬香滑煙韌,咬落去有幸福感;再加上仙草凍同愛玉凍冰涼清爽,完全唔膩口;荔枝椰果仲帶微微果香,整體勁有層次!椰奶底同配料融合得啱啱好,滑嘟嘟嘅質感真係會令人忍唔住一匙接一匙~甜品唔一定要華麗,簡單而有心足夠夠叫人回味最後有「爆脆芒果西米撈」,一上枱已經充滿陽光氣息:金黃色芒果粒鮮甜多汁,配上芒果沙冰冰涼綿滑,瞬間降溫口感方面更係層層驚喜:西米脆脆咬落去脆卜卜,芒果爆爆珠一咬即爆,酸酸甜甜超過癮!整體味道唔會太甜,果香味重得嚟又夠清爽,芒果香氣同冷凍口感完美結合,係炎炎夏日嘅最佳解暑之選…Read More

2025年10月9日 星期四時間過左中秋節,就代表到左一年一度食大閘蟹既季節啦,呢晚就約左成班朋友一齊去到灣仔既鍾菜館食返餐大閘蟹宴呢個套餐$1888包晒12位既食物,當中每人可以分到2隻大閘蟹,而且仲有江南五小碟、小菜、糯米飯同甜品添,簡直係經濟抵食由於店員話蒸大閘蟹需時約30分鐘,所以一叫左起菜就黎左江南五小碟先,呢個係陳醋雲耳,一上枱就聞到陣陣酸香,雲耳爽脆得嚟唔會乾柴,咬落去有種彈牙感,配埋微微辛辣既洋蔥絲,口感層次即刻升級陳醋味道夠濃但唔會搶味,酸中帶甜,仲有少少蒜香滲出嚟,令人一啖接一啖之後有沙薑豬手,沙薑味濃郁但唔霸道,啱啱好咁滲入豬手入面豬手炆得夠腍,皮同筋位啖啖膠質,入口即化又唔會太油膩醬汁微鹹帶香,拌飯一流然後有宮廷蘿蔔,一睇就知係心機之作,切得薄薄一片,擺盤好似花瓣咁精緻,視覺上已經加分入口清甜,質感爽滑,唔會太硬亦唔會太腍,啱啱好醃得好入味,仲有微微鹹香,令蘿蔔本身嘅清新味道更加突出仲有雞絲粉皮,粉皮滑溜透亮,唔會黏口,冰涼爽口,一啖落去即刻醒神雞絲嫩滑,冇雪藏味,配埋青瓜絲同香脆松子,口感層次好豐富醬汁麻香,唔會太重手,啱晒大熱天時食嚟開胃跟住有瑤柱花膠海參羹,入口就感受到瑤柱嘅鮮香,唔係死鹹嗰種,而係有層次、有深度花膠滑得嚟又有啲黏口膠質感,啱晒想補身又唔想太油膩嘅人海參炆得夠腍,冇腥味,仲帶少少彈性,咬落去好滿足成碗羹濃而不膩,飲落暖笠笠又滋味呢個係餐廳既招牌菜古銅芝麻雞,一上枱就好吸睛,外層鋪滿香脆芝麻,金黃得嚟又唔油膩,咬落去有種酥脆聲響,超治癒雞肉本身醃得入味,鹹香中帶少少甜,肉質嫩滑唔鞋口最正係外脆內嫩,層次分明,食落有啲似炸雞但又多咗芝麻香氣,令人食完仲想再嚟一件接住有XO醬花枝冰山蚌,呢道菜真係色香味俱全,花枝爽彈,冰山蚌清甜,兩者一齊炒就好似海洋同冰川嘅邂逅XO醬香辣夠勁,唔會太鹹,反而帶出海鮮嘅鮮味,仲有啲微微煙燻感添陳皮欖角蒸龍躉件,魚肉嫩滑,蒸得啱啱好,陳皮清香滲入其中,欖角鹹香濃郁,提升整體層次而且醬汁收得靚,唔油膩,拌飯一流,係一道清新又有深度嘅粵式蒸菜終於到主角登場,嚟到嘅時候真係嚇咗一跳,大閘蟹蟹膏香濃幼滑,入口即化,帶點甘香回味;蟹肉鮮甜細嫩,啖啖都係秋天嘅滋味加上蒸得啱啱好,保留原汁原味,唔需要多餘調味已經夠出色,屬於真正既蟹中之皇最後有窩心薑茶湯圓,薑茶香辣暖胃,入口即時驅寒,甜度適中唔會膩而湯圓外皮煙韌,內餡香甜流心,咬開果一刻好治癒,一碗落肚,身心都窩心12個人食,每人$200都唔使,性價比非常高!!…Read More

夏日假期有得食又有得玩

2025年7月26日 星期日星期日再加上放暑假,當然要出去好好玩返一日啦,放足一日電真係覺得勁肚餓,於是就打算係新世紀廣場食飯行過Terrace in seaside,發現餐廳有Summer Time “Terrace Passport” 活動,簡單黎講就係首先問店員拎本餐廳特有既Passport,之後到任何分店消費,即可得到1個悠閒印章當集滿3個悠閒印章,就可以獲得Game Tour挑戰資格,前往8間指定挑戰分店參與趣味挑戰,每日每店首位完成挑戰者,更即場可獲得$1,000旅避禮券添而當集滿挑戰印章,就可於活動結束後換取限定獎賞咁我哋當然唔會執輸即刻拎左本passport,喺呢間分店消費,賺取第一個印章啦睇一睇餐牌,發現有新菜式,仲要係我最鍾意嘅蜜瓜味,於是急不及待點咗嚟試吓,另外再要咗幾款食物,一定足夠兩個人食話咁快菜式同飲品就已經全部送上,甜品可以食完主菜後另外再起首先有韓式燉牛肋骨配飯,牛肋骨燉得超入味,醬汁係偏甜中帶微辣,啱晒香港人口味牛肉一夾就散,完全唔使出力,入口即化配埋白飯一齊食,真係每啖都好滿足而且佢仲加咗蛋絲、紅蘿蔔同蔥花做配料,唔單止令賣相更靚,仲有層次感黑芝麻點綴令整體香氣提升,細節位都做得好足之後有雞蛋多過飯的蛋飯卷,呢款飯卷真係名副其實雞蛋多過飯!一上枱就見到厚厚嘅蛋包住紫菜同飯,視覺上已經好吸睛,影相打卡一流食落去蛋香超濃郁,口感滑嫩但唔會太油入面包住少量白飯,加埋爽脆嘅青瓜、紅蘿蔔絲,仲有少少醃菜,食落去層次好豐富每一啖都係蛋香同蔬菜清新感,唔會太 heavy,啱晒唔想食太飽但又想有口感嘅人呢個係玫瑰醬海鮮年糕,玫瑰醬其實係由番茄醬加上忌廉同少少辣醬混合而成,味道溫和又香濃,唔會太辣但勁掛汁年糕煙韌得嚟唔會太硬,吸收晒醬汁真係每啖都好滿足海鮮方面有蝦、青口、魷魚等,全部都新鮮彈牙,唔會有雪藏味加埋 arugula 同芝士碎,令到整體味道更有層次,仲有少少西式感覺添飲品方面有飲完唔會手指指餅咖啡,呢杯咖啡真係有啲玩味!唔止係一杯普通冰咖啡,上面仲加咗鮮忌廉同可可粉,最搶眼當然係上面插住一條 迷你手指餅,打卡一流,飲落又有驚喜底層係冰凍咖啡,唔會太甜,帶少少微苦,啱晒鍾意咖啡原味嘅人至於忌廉滑到不得了,配埋可可粉有種 mocha 嘅感覺最正係支手指餅,外脆內軟,仲有肉桂香,食完唔會太膩,反而有種「甜品+飲品」二合一嘅滿足感另一杯就係圓碌碌蜜瓜沙冰,呢杯冰凍蜜瓜沙冰真係透心涼,沙冰入口清甜,蜜瓜味好天然,唔會有假果香而且口感綿密但唔會太膩,飲落去有種即刻降溫嘅感覺上面仲有幾粒蜜瓜球,圓碌碌咁坐喺沙冰上面,好似夏日果園咁療癒。最後有比初戀還要甜的蜜瓜窩夫,呢個窩夫唔止係味道,連賣相都好似一場夏日戀愛一上枱就見到金黃窩夫疊得靚靚地,上面鋪滿蜜瓜果肉、忌廉、莓果,仲有可食用花點綴,真係靚到唔捨得食!窩夫味道外脆內鬆,牛油香好濃郁,唔會太乾蜜瓜果肉清甜多汁,配埋滑滑忌廉,入口即化仲有士多啤梨、藍莓、蜜瓜球,酸甜交錯,令整體味道好有層次埋單每人三百幾蚊左右,食得十分滿足…Read More
