好朋友一早book左朗屏嘅omakase同我慶生日,超幸福~ 小店雖然得十幾個位,日系簡單裝修好舒服,空間感亦非常唔錯。Lunch set有兩款,都有茶碗蒸、湯、甜品,$780 set就跟3款前菜、1款燒物、10貫壽司同卷物,$480 set就跟12貫壽司。首先係茶碗蒸,非常幼滑鮮甜。接著就係3款前菜 - 鱈魚白子同兩款刺身。白子係是魚類的精巢,話說好補同有營養。平時好少食,入口順滑有d似creme,一d都唔腥,係特別嘅,不過鐘唔鐘意就見仁見智~ 刺身有兩款,有我最係鐘意嘅赤貝,非常爽甜~接著就係10貫壽司,分別伊佐木、帆立貝、真鯛、縞鰺、池魚、鰆魚、甜蝦、鯖魚、中拖羅同海膽。比較特別嘅係第一次食縞鰺,係上等嘅深海池魚王,肉質比池魚更有彈性而且肥美。款款食材都好新鮮,鍾愛三款非伊佐木、帆立貝、中拖羅莫熟。伊佐木顏色好靚白裡透紅,魚身鮮甜得嚟加埋柚子胡椒醬更加清香~ 一向都鍾情帆立貝,那豐厚肥美而白雪雪嘅帆立貝簡直令人想encore~ 中拖羅入口軟綿綿油香滿瀉嘅滿足感真係不得了!海膽都好出色。卷物干瓢卷唔常見,葫蘆瓜以醬油醃製,非常爽脆有咬口,簡單嘅食材亦能成一番美味。燒物炸蝦天婦羅嘅麵衣非常薄,酥脆而不膩,連蝦尾都脆卜卜食得。仲有麵豉湯同勁香濃芝麻雪糕,食完超滿足。食物高質,遺憾嘅地方係整個用餐體驗十分趕,十二點準時去到入座,坐左十分鐘都未夠只係食緊第一道茶碗蒸已經同我地講要食快少少因為個半鐘內要還台…其實仲有客都係啱啱到… 好趕客… 我地剛剛先開始咋喔~ 如果用餐時間長返d d會更佳~…Read More

學左法文有好一段日子,好鐘意法國嘅文化,今年生日就同屋企人去食法國大餐~ Bouillon位於小斜巷嘅角落,由法國廚師打理,侍應生都係法國人,亦有唔少法國人嚟呢度覓食,地方唔大座位比較密,牆身仲有黑白投影片播放昔日法國新聞/專題特輯,好有feel~一坐低就為我地送上一籃法包同牛油,法包仲有微溫,外皮微脆而不硬,唔錯~首先上係Entrée頭盤嘅經典之作Escargot à la Bourguignonne,Escargot係法國蝸牛,六隻都嚟自Burgundy話說體質比較大,伴蒜蓉、牛油、香芹parsley真係香氣十足,超入味~ 媽媽超鐘意個牛油蒜香芹醬,話咁快就KO左籃法包要encore~ 我試過係citxsxper買過法國蝸牛返屋企焗發覺真係完全兩回事,蝸牛嘅質感同牛油蒜香完全比唔上!Bouillon escargots真係必試~接著上嘅Os à moelle法式香烤牛骨髓仲令人驚豔,一條牛骨撥開兩邊超大,離遠已經香到暈,牛骨髓好滑,油脂係個口內蕩漾,好味到上天堂,全家都嘩嘩聲~ 伴法包食簡直係人間美味,感覺冇咁膩~ 份量超巨,兩個人食有d多,四個人食啱啱好!法包控媽媽當然又encore多次包點汁啦hahah (Bouillon唔少菜色嘅醬汁都好吸引,同法包簡直係絕配,奉勸各位包/sauce控唔好一開頭就食太多,可留肚)Les choses sérieuses照字面解係 serious things,其實就係mains。Mains當然唔少得油封鴨Cuisse de canard 啦,係法國西南部嘅signature dish。鴨肉先用鹽醃製,再封存係油內,既可保存得耐,肉質和味道亦更嫩更香。鴨肉係我食過幾間duck confit裡面最腍嘅,出奇地唔算太鹹/乾,但我最鐘意反而係個伴碟嘅野莓醬,點鴨肉酸酸地好fresh~ Side dish加$78有薯條過過口癮~Main course to share我地揀左嚟自法國800g嘅小牛肉架Côte de veau ,雖然承惠一千蚊,但絕對物有所值,分量好多每人食到至少4大塊,最難得除左小牛肉外,個sauce同菇都超好味,食到我地捧住個肚~ 小牛肉比較粉嫩同滑,完全冇筋、超級tender!而且yellow wine做嘅醬非常濃郁,我地又再次抵擋唔到,法包又要出動! 哈哈~ 餐廳最impress我嘅地方係除左主菜,其他配菜同醬汁都採用多種少見嘅法國食材,一d都唔馬虎。配菜嘅morel mushroom令人驚嘆~ 網狀嘅羊肚菌口感同竹笙有幾分相似,同yellow wine sauce超夾,第一次食就愛上!最後當然唔少得甜品啦,第一次食用熱情果盛住Crème brûlée,酸酸地好特別,一人一粒啱啱好~ 餐廳仲好貼心咁寫左birthday message,呢個birthday cake 夠哂特別~ Crème citron 用玻璃杯上,檸檬吉士好醒胃,蛋白霜入口即融!C’est parfait~雖然坐得有d迫,同tap water要每位承惠$30,但新鮮同特別嘅食材,正宗法國菜真係超高質,性價比高,必定encore~Menu-…Read More

細佬傾心葡萄牙,揀左Casa Lisbao Gastronomia Portuguesa同佢慶生,24/25號淨係serve Christmas Menu,一於食豪dd~我地獲安排到偏廊近窗邊嘅位置,牆上掛滿葡萄牙瓷磚碟同馬賽克拼湊成嘅馬介休mackerel畫,十分地道有氣氛~Aperitivo 餐前開胃菜點少得麵包同橄欖House marinated olives and rustic bread ~ 麵包仲熱嘅非常鬆軟,除左配橄欖,我比較鐘意點Chicken pate with truffle oil,雞肝醬非常香滑。Gambas Rosa tartare with pepper and citrus 蝦他他配橙紅椒牛油果醬加少少酸酸嘅橘子汁非常醒胃。Entradas/ starter預左每人一小份,完全唔洗爭。六款裡面有好幾款都有令人想再添嘅意欲,款色多,賣相精緻,色香味俱全。個人認為Entradas完全係當晚嘅highlight,甚至比Main更出色~六款裡面最愛當然係Codfish cakes with parsley and garlic mayonnaise,一絲絲馬介休同薯仔完美混合,每一啖都食到絲質嘅馬介休,一粒粒波炸得十分香口,正!食完終於明點解細佬去完葡萄牙返嚟成日都話要食馬介休波波,一試愛上。細佬都話Casa Lisbao嘅馬介休波波勁似佢係葡萄牙食嘅味道同質感~ Perfeito~我覺得Garlic octopus, chili olive oil and Vinho Verde 同Scallops cured in orange and honey sauce, brioche croutons, sea urchin foam同樣impressive,分唔出高下~ Garlic octopus用傳統葡萄牙啡色陶瓷砵端上,由於高溫橄欖油仲瘋狂咁出氣泡兼咕噜咕噜聲候超震撼,八爪魚爽口而且蒜味濃郁,感覺超爽。Scallops cured in orange and honey sauce嘅帶子刺身非常新鮮,第一次試橙、蜜糖sauce呢個配搭,清新兼帶微微甜味,唔錯唔錯~ 四個人share兩碟,每人有五片非常闊綽~第一次試Pork cheeks cabbage “Trouxa” in a red pot and truffle sauce 覺得好特別,係一個比較重口味嘅starter。椰菜包著啖啖豬臉頰肉絲啱哂我呢d懶人,黑松露醬汁非常濃郁~Salted cod and smoked cod roe pate係classic之作,Clams with Murganheira sauce就略嫌d蜆有少少沙。有五款Main course我地除左seafood juicy rice (兩人份)外order曬其餘四款,以Slow braised USDA beef short ribs, spinach Esparregado, grass potatoes, caramelized shallots最為出色。牛小排一根粗但肉質好腍,輕輕用刀一切就骨肉分離,四個人份都食到唔少。Salad旁嘅綠色醬原來係spinach Esparregado,用菠菜製成嘅蓉,伴牛小排肉食都唔錯~Traditional roasted suckling pig “bairrada” style就算唔係即刻食放涼左一陣個外皮都仲超脆,實在難得~當晚冇cod fish鱈魚要以seabass代替有少少失望Oven baked Seabass with roasted cauliflower puree and grill baby asparagus and sea urchin and olive sauce,海鱸魚煎得都脆身,不過不失。慢煮羊Cabrito, baby goat slow roasted, roasted sweet potato puree, sautéed wild mushrooms, kale相對其他main course就有d失色,肉好乾好硬有d overcooked。三款甜品每款各一加多一個portion葡撻(total 4個),最出色兼最具備聖誕氣氛非Pastel de Nata, Portuguese mini egg tarts莫屬,玉桂加raspberry超christmassy~ 葡撻酥化,配雪糕一流~Pera Bebeda, port wine drunken pear with cheesecake texture and port wine reduction用肉桂、葡萄牙砵酒、砂糖汁慢煮成嘅梨超軟超入味~ 餐廳仲為每位客人送上一杯小葡萄牙砵酒port wine,超貼心~餐廳仲好貼心幫忙係Christmas Serradura – macerated peach in muscatel and nuts寫上birthday message,仲唱埋生日歌~ 有氣氛,食物尤其starter有質素,雖然Xmas Menu 有固定餐單冇得a la carte揀最想試嘅菜,都物有所值~ 最緊要壽星仔同兩老食得開心~…Read More

對上一次book信記已經係一月嘅事,之後就因為疫情禁堂食所以擱置,差唔多成年之後終於成事💃🏻晚市分6-8pm / 8-10pm 兩個時段,我地放咗工去所以揀後者。套餐唔包飲品,可以自攜飲品唔收開瓶費,我地一行四人預早少少約左去買嘢飲之後就去到銅鑼灣避風塘碼頭等接駁艇家載我地去信記~短短幾分鐘嘅船程我哋已經雀躍萬分,好似去旅行咁,海風吹埋好chill好舒服,相都未影完就已經到左信記。我地一早已經預訂咗四人餐$1680,首先登場嘅就係白灼基圍蝦同白灼東風螺,正常發揮,冇乜大驚喜。跟住就係蒜蓉蒸蟶子王,另外加蒜蓉粉絲蒸大扇貝。蟶子王同大扇貝個size其實唔係好大,蟶子王有少少沙,扇貝未完全離殼,不過蒜蓉豉油熟油同粉絲夠晒香,都OK。跟住灼油菜一碟,清清味蕾再食濃味嘢唔錯。壓軸嘅係避風塘炒肉蟹、避風塘豉椒炒蜆、招牌蟹油炒麵,係成餐飯嘅highlight。避風塘炒肉蟹有水準,叫咗小辣唔係好辣,蟹肉滑嫩又多,重點係佢d炸蒜好正,真係可以空口食佢d邪惡脆脆,攞嚟撈蟹油炒麵簡直一流!避風塘豉椒炒蜆比炒肉蟹辣,豉椒汁比較濃味,係重口味之選,不過嚟到船上食就係食呢種風味!食物一般,炒肉蟹比較出色,但係有幾可會去船上邊食晚飯,適逢就嚟聖誕節沿岸有好多聖誕燈飾,望住個海同好朋友吹吓水敘舊係好chill好過癮嘅體驗,值得一試!姐姐喺船頭逐隻逐隻船跨過將d餸送到去唔同船都幾特別,每經過一次船身都會搖晃,有時都幾暈😂不過都係一個有趣嘅體驗~夏天應該會幾熱,開始入秋呢段時間嚟係一個唔錯嘅選擇!同行有朋友生日,喺船上食蛋糕慶祝生日真係一個特別而難忘嘅經歷💃🏻💃🏻…Read More
