淡而無味的泰國菜

聽聞是泰國有名的過江龍餐廳,亦是新城市廣場唯一一間泰菜,星期日午飯時間等了一會就有位,即管試下。餐廳內部原來好大,裝修有泰國特色,座位間隔闊落,初步印象不錯。一坐低侍應就奉上一碟蝦片(盛惠$15),蝦片非常好食,亦是整餐最滿意的食物(食完蝦片後可免費繼加)。因為好肚餓,兩個人點了三樣食物:咸蛋青木瓜沙律($88)、泰式豬肉炒河($98)及泰式牛肉船麵($138),食物價錢略高。咸蛋青木瓜沙律($88)首先上菜的是木瓜沙律,青木瓜絲好新鮮,可惜沙律汁不辣也不酸,我懷疑自己叫錯了走辣(事實上無);沙律上有幾粒咸蛋,但沒有與沙律撈勻,結果沙律淡而無味,失望😞泰式牛肉船麵($138)船麵不是每間泰國餐廳都有,因為湯底需以多種香料和豬血煲成,頗考工夫,這裡有得食自然有點期望。第一口先試湯頭,怎知只有甜味,完全沒有香料的味道。配上的金邊粉尚算幼滑,但煮得太冧太軟沒有咬勁,也吸不到湯頭的味道,又是淡而無味。好在餸料夠豐富,有牛肉牛丸牛筋牛栢業及豬膶,味道也不錯,結果只食完餸就算。泰式豬肉炒河($98)正常發揮,河粉及豬肉夠味及夠熱,但只屬合格,不算出色。以往我絕少在九龍城以外食泰菜,因為價錢比較貴又不正宗,今次經驗又再一次提醒我,食泰菜應該去九龍城,不作他選。…Read More

觀塘APM 新開分店,就在觀塘站行入商場的第一個舖位,十分方便就腳。第一次光顧,點了最基本的漢堡包($75),加配菜及醬料毋須加錢,自然要盡加😂叫了All the ways, 即加入餐牌上黑色字的配料,有生菜、番茄、洋蔥、酸瓜、茄汁和芥末醬,好豐富;另外再點了中杯薯條($50)。漢堡包即叫即做,所以落單後需要等一段時間才有食物。薯條即叫即炸,取食物時薯條仍非常熱。漢堡包用錫紙包裝,漢堡包的醬汁不容易滴出來,食的時候比較方便。漢堡包有兩塊漢堡牛肉,加上配料十分豐富。漢堡牛肉看來有點乾,但食落仍有肉汁,只是肉味略淡,幸好麵包尚算厚實,加上配菜新鮮,整體味道不錯;不過兩塊漢堡肉實在太厚,吃到後期覺得有點滯。薯條反而有驚喜,因為即叫即炸,薯條十分脆口,而且每條都切所到短身容易入口,薯味十足,令人食不停口,雖然好飽仍然食了大半杯。總體來說,薯條比漢堡包好吃,但以這樣的價錢,不吸引。灣仔店開幕初期有任食免費花生,但觀塘店不知何故沒有提供免費花生,好失望,少了一個再去光顧的理由。…Read More
