同佬公慶祝生日x米芝蓮摘星之旅香港四大名雞之一既黃油雞是好吃的,不過唔止黃油雞好食,由bread basket(bread is fresh but not significant, incomparable to Joel R.)既nutty butter cream, appetizers 到desserts 我地都覺得幾好食。黃油雞成set其實份量睇落唔覺咁多,不過一食落都覺得at least for 3,我地兩個人食唔晒,最後pack左半份番屋企。我地去Louise 當日係星期日,食Sunday brunch,book嗰時remark左揀上層balcony,好彩當日冇太陽係陰天,如果唔係會太熱相信秋天會正好多。Conclusion: 一定會再嚟,menu仲有其他dishes 想試。Remark: Recommend一行四人黎,環境幾chill, 啱幾個朋友傾計,名雞值得一試不過多啲人分嚟食比二人適合。…Read More

預早一個月前book,星期六夜晚6:00/8:00pm兩場(呢下港式D),揀左6:00pm等多啲時間落格。我哋2個人去,安排坐4人枱,有足夠空間,如果想坐海景則邊既位book時要講定。我地一人一個梅Set,食壽喜燒,其中一個set追加左一件A5西冷和牛肉片(highly recommend),A la carte加左一份蘆筍燒牛舌(好食不過以份量計算貴)同兩份和牛三吃壽司(都值得試),飽到上心口。日山出名食牛同壽喜燒,所以睇完幾個set既details, 梅包3塊A5和牛肉片,其他set(貴啲)但係都係包2塊,多左既係sashimi,時令魚等,如果你鍾意試唔同類型嘅嘢食,其他sets唔錯。不過如果主要黎食牛壽喜燒(同我地一樣),直接揀梅Set性價比最高。服務好好(雖然你會feel到佢哋有時有啲趕,擔心趕唔切下一場開始),不過D staff趕極其實都好有禮貌,keep住留意每一枱既客有咩需要。Conclusion: 一定會再幫襯。…Read More

環境,服務,食物都對得住Michelin三粒星。由make reservation, arrival到bill都令人覺得好輕鬆愉快。Waiters were very observant and sincere. 睇完michelin報導,知道Arbor短時間內就取得2星,再加上見到部份客人甚至覺得Arbor可以上3星,令我對Arbor充滿期望,不過整餐晚飯既體驗,Arbor作為一間2星餐廳OK,但係要上3星既話,著實要改進服務質素同坐位編排。我哋一星期前book位慶祝生日,揀左6:30pm。當晚我地係第一枱客人,經過暗暗既走廊入到去見到落地玻璃,燈光配合餐廳牆身色調好和諧,本身感覺良好,直到個staff lead我哋去到角落既一組二人座位(兩張凳加上一張比較貼近茶几size既圓枱),喺我哋身邊其餘3組梳化座配上寬闊既四方枱既映襯下,我終於明白另一個review所指既「臨時座位」係咩意思⋯⋯整個seating plan望落去,我當時第一個impression係有臨時加枱既感覺,而且我坐既位置剛好貼住幅curtain🤧,有少少擔心會有蟎引起鼻敏感。其實我扒文發覺呢一組二人枱喺2018年已經存在,而對佢既評論都比較負面,希望Arbor將來會有rearrangement啦。黎緊book Arbor既客人可以考慮喺make reservation個時request定梳化座既window seats,咁就可以避免呢組角落中的臨時座位😅喇。除咗座位問題,我會用未成熟去形容Arbor既服務質素。Arbor既staff其實好有禮貌,當晚既sommelier好用心介紹每支酒,不過唔知係米佢帶住口罩既關係,好多時我都聽唔清楚佢講到邊,餐前酒係當晚既selection,唔喺wine list, 所以要靠睇wine label既資料去估佢講咩,之後餐酒有番wine list睇住,起碼最基本跟得到佢幾時講緊邊個酒名同介紹緊邊支酒😆。另外當晚serve我哋既waiter年資應該比較少,佢其實好俾心機,不過serving既細節上係有待改善,例如開頭喺我哋伸手去bread basket攞 🍞 既時候,放緊麵包入口個陣,或者之後用餐間我哋伸緊手攞酒杯🍷既時候,咁啱要上/換餐具🍴既話,只係幾秒既空間,其實可以等一等(事緣餐具擺放位置喺貼窗既一邊)⋯⋯不過當晚有另外一位負責上菜既staff,無論上菜時間既控制,對每個dish既解釋都好流暢清楚,為Arbor既服務加番分🤓。至於食物同酒既質素,Arbor is comparable with restaurants awarded with 3 Michelin stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . 我地兩個本身都鐘意食日本同法國菜,所以一知道Arbor係日法fusion菜就即刻check it on the list. 我地當晚兩個都叫左full course, main course一個揀fish另一個揀pigeon, pigeon is definitely the dish of the night 😋. 另外sashimi鯖魚非常新鮮,鮑魚用昆布marinate過質地幼軟,不過呢兩個dish喺預備米方有少少美中不足既地方,對於食開日本米或者omakase既朋友黎講對Arbor處理米方面係有比下去既情況。甜品方面,加埋petite four it’s more like a palette, It’s all soy size非常大,佢本身比較甜,我咬兩口已經食唔落,可能2-3 pcs in bite size會好過一大件,自己食唔晒可以分俾其他人食,無咁浪費。整體黎講,5星食品,4星服務(staff既誠懇態度),4星環境(5星餐廳設計,但有令人唔想俾星既seating arrangement)。…Read More

同同事喺附近買完嘢諗住食個下午茶先番屋企,去完每次到新蒲崗都必去既享樂X焙買麵包之後,見近近地試吓呢間台式餐廳四季,一試就出事。入到去先發現無下午茶餐,剩做午餐同散叫,同事叫左午餐set有麵/飯包$8或以下小食一款,加$11有餐飲,我自己唔肚餓就散叫左一碟甜不辣同凍飲蜜桃茶少冰。同事覺得佢個份餐都正正常常,不過我哋兩個見到份甜不辣就呆左⋯⋯如圖所見,一整碟「甜不辣」係一堆切片炸左既花枝丸,我忍唔住再問左舖面既伙記碟花枝丸片係咪就係佢地既甜不辣,伙記確實答「係」⋯我只能講一個字:服(伏)!其實個頭附近好少餐廳,可能質素好唔好都有生意啦,不過喺香港呢個飲食天堂開得舖,都希望有番基本質素,而且碟細過手掌既「甜不辣」價值$28,無論交出嚟既食物同份量都令我有入左🖤店既感覺。…Read More

其實早在今年四月尾食既一餐生日晚飯,不過太懶所以而家先寫食評參考完呢度同Trip Advisor既食評之後決定order A la carte,我覺得無揀錯,主要原因係set dinner裡面無包到signature dish: truffle tagliolini同部份其他食評家highlight既必試菜。以下係我地當晚試左既drink and dishes:老公揸車所以得我自己飲,本身請serve個位waiter介紹(其實諗住佢會請番在場負責wine pairing既staff過嚟,點知佢自己喺個drink menu度指左杯italian exclusive既wine⋯)結果,味度同點既appetizer唔係好夾,酒味偏酸,只能說not my cup of tea餐廳送既appetizer ,佢哋既tasting menu都有既hors d‘oeuvre,有好重既牛肝菌味,入口好香,very italian其實海膽fans對呢個dish既海膽唔好抱太大期望,佢新鮮不過味道比較清淡,Scampy新鮮挺彈牙seafood soup,必試!龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙係基本,不過佢既湯底濃得黎唔會太咸,質地順滑唔會太watery or thick,飲完一碗好想encoreBrittany blue lobster,必吃!唔知係米對truffle tagliolini期望太大,睇住staff原隻french truffle片片落dish其實visually效果好吸引,不過食落呢隻truffle其實無乜香味,反而尖沙咀既sabatini ristorante italino仲impressive. Homemade tagliolini食到italy新鮮即造既質素。Short rib and beef tenderloin,😆I would say it’s tender and juicy as expected but nothing special. 食開日本各prefectures既牛肉的話,呢個dish實在無太大驚喜,typical quality standard. Chocolate soufflé with dark choco ice-creamPerfect for chocolate lover.
