Caprice

環境，服務，食物都對得住Michelin三粒星。由make reservation, arrival到bill都令人覺得好輕鬆愉快。Waiters were very observant and sincere. They knew when and what to serve throughout the dining experience.

雖然dinner係貴side既Michelin, 而lunch相對係a good bargain, 不過兩個menu唔一樣，有啲我地想食既dishes係dinner exclusive (😆We actually went there in April 2021, too lazy to ✍️🙊).

Overall, 未試絕對要試（except wine😂). 試過可以再去（我去嗰晚有幾枱係常客😆）。大家都好識食。

Complimentary appetizers 

佢既bar  tender同cocktail  drink  list一向出名，名老實講我唔記得喇！唔好睇佢細細杯，味道非常突出，餐前傾計慢慢飲，幾浪漫架。

由品酒師介紹，唔識欣賞，即刻飲，air左一陣再飲，配野食再飲，都係水水同酸味偏重，不喜歡。

必吃，不過係有啲貴

Very big portion. 無比較無傷害，但食個Arbor既caramelised  quail,  Caprice既賣相味道同質量都比下去。😆我自己都估唔到。

I  like  the  combination,  both  taste  and  layering. 

Good  as  usual  and  again,  it’s  huge. 

Too  full  to  try  everything  but  it’s  an  eye  candy  anyway.
