Tried “Binger Gelato” today — a new ice cream shop that opened just a few months ago, in January 2025. My daughter actually spotted it back in February, and I finally got around to trying it!I had one scoop of Pistachio Trinacria in a cone — freshly made in-house, super creamy, and full of rich pistachio flavour. Really yummy The shop is small but welcoming, with a clean, modern look. It’s a self-serve kiosk and they don’t take cash, so make sure you have your Octopus card or another digital payment method ready. You can even see the gelato being made on-site, which adds a nice touch of freshness and care.One thing I really liked — they placed a pretty floral-shaped paper sleeve around the cone to catch any drips.
