今次去到筲箕灣一間望個名以為係日本菜,點知係多國菜嘅餐廳。去到嘅時間已經晏,雖然唔使排隊但依然人頭湧湧,不自覺地對呢間舖頭有所期望,心諗夜媽媽都咁多人應該好食啦!先講裝修同間格,睇得出舖頭係有返心機去營造一個有格調嘅環境,但奈何主力做街坊街里生意,座位難免有啲迫夾。不過都擺明唔係打卡餐廳就冇所謂啦不得不讚就係個餐牌,真係要俾啲掌聲設計師!佢係少數令到食客食慾大增嘅餐牌,每道菜全部都影得好igable!其實睇樣真係好難揀,樣樣都好食咁。最後揀咗一款吸引我到黎開餐嘅籠仔糯米飯同石鍋飯蒲燒鰻魚籠仔糯米飯 $78 Cross-over有時係好,但事實證明真係唔係樣樣嘢夾。好食嘅糯米飯應該係軟身得黎帶點煙韌,味道上如果係荷葉包就最好有陣清幽嘅荷香味。可惜呢個糯米飯兩樣都冇,剩番嘅係一舊膠咁嘅冇味糯米飯。蒲燒鰻魚就正正常常完全合格,呢個價錢都係但求正常。但個汁本身係濃味嘢,配合埋個糯米飯就係食緊一個濃味嘅膠,感覺有啲奇怪黑松露蟹肉石鍋炒飯 $78 有咩慘得過中一次伏,就係中兩次伏。一睇個賣相就知道同menu有出入,說好的蟹肉碎變成咗一塊煎好嘅蟹肉(仲要個樣好似薯餅),食落係有少少蟹味,但質感完全唔似蟹肉,似係一塊蟹味嘅薯餅。其次就係黑松露,通常呢類型平價餐廳叫得黑松露嘅都預咗唔會比真正黑松露你,最多比醬你。但呢個炒飯好嘢喎,完全食唔出有黑松露。不過其實都幾好嘅,黑松露同炒飯本身都未必夾😂 反而飯係炒得幾甘香,粒粒分明仲有啲咬口,就咁蛋炒飯係幾好食。但最致命嘅係我叫嘅係炒飯,顧名思義即係炒埋一碟。但你而家飯還飯,蟹餅還蟹餅,咁我不如叫碟頭飯啦,食乜鬼炒飯喎總括而言,俾得呢個價錢其實都唔應該有咁多投訴,因為真係平同都食得落口嘅,創意係有,但實力就暫時未跟得上。呢間餐廳喺marketing上係做得幾好,餐牌/ 食物賣相真係有下心思。如果可以喺食飯上加多啲苦工,會更加做到性格比高嘅效果…Read More

渡船角驚喜嘅中東菜:異國風情。味道新奇。性價比高

今日去咗渡船角食晏,嗰度不嬲都有好多臥虎藏龍嘅小店,但估唔到連中東菜都有。之前食晏試過Walk in一次,但全場爆滿,所以今次一早透過OpenRice預訂咗。有興趣嘅朋友都記得一早預約定。其實門面一眼睇晒,唔算好大,都係坐到10鬆人左右。左邊幾張枱,右邊一個半開放式廚房,佈置簡單。但裝修絕對有花心機,大至燈光,細至枱面嘅餐墊。雖然未去到美輪美奐,但絕對感受到異國風情。細心一睇,其實menu未至於清一色好中東化,都配搭左幾道常見嘅西餐菜式。可能係店主知道中東菜口味比較偏鋒,未必個個啱食。但一場嚟到,就揀咗兩個比較中東嘅菜式試吓。中東串燒(羊+雞)配中東皮塔餅 $78兩款串燒非常入味,配搭咗中東菜特有嘅香料,十分惹味。可能比較少食中東菜,總係覺得皮塔餅Pita同印度烤餅Naan分別不大。後來google先知有咩分別:// 印度的naan多年前由中東波斯傳入,因此它跟pita的確十分相似,同樣是以麵粉加酵母經發酵後製成。然而pita所有材料比naan簡單,而且沒用印度的傳統tandoor烤爐烤焗,只在一塊圓拱形的石板上隔火烤成,pita因此沒有naan的鬆化,加上其餅身一般較厚,吃起來更具質感。烤焗後的pita,形成中空,中東人多把pita切開,然後將菜和肉放入兩層麵包皮中,做成一種「袋式三文治」,吃法跟naan明顯不同。 // 所以我估正確食法應該要將串燒嘅肉放入Pita包起食?(當然我係冇咁做啦)除咗中東皮塔餅,亦有沙律配搭秋葵燴羊配中東米 $78 羊十分之羶,同秋葵係一膩一爽嘅配搭。燴羊嘅獻汁冇得輸,濃得黎唔會太咸,好適合送飯。呢道菜可以配皮塔餅,但因為第二道菜已經有,所以就選擇咗中東米。中東米係「長米」,同香港嘅好不同,食落很鬆、完全唔黏又冇乜味道,但配合埋燴羊嘅獻汁就完全合拍!燴羊嘅獻汁冇得輸,濃得黎唔會太咸,好適合送飯。呢道菜可以配皮塔餅,但因為第二道菜已經有,所以就選擇咗中東米。中東米係「長米」,同香港嘅好不同,食落很鬆、完全唔黏又冇乜味道,但配合埋燴羊嘅獻汁就完全合拍!題外話,因為本人十分之喜愛食羊,所以對於兩道菜嘅羊都比較羶,覺得好好食😋 但怕羊太羶嘅朋友就要斟酌一下…Read More

元朗出位嘅黃店,就算星期日6點左右去到都已經要等位。店面較細,門外排隊等外賣嘅人都不少。好在大多數人等堂食嘅人都唔係太有耐性,拎咗飛未叫到就走咗,所以差不多半個小時就入得店面裝修正常,未算精緻又未算完全簡陋。不過明顯店面空間所限,坐得比較逼夾。可能我比較少食宜蘭菜,所以店面上張貼咗好多講解令下單少好多煩惱今晚晚餐冇叫主食,反而叫咗幾樣網民熱捧嘅:芋見紫薯多士 $45全晚最期待,但亦係最失望。麵包比較乾身,好似放咗好耐咁樣。而更重要嘅係不論係芋泥抑或紫薯,都食唔出芋頭/紫薯嘅香味、甜味,令到呢個多士變成一個乾爭爭、又冇乜味嘅麵包。最後我都係堅持唔到食完佢仙草芋圓2號(三色芋圓、白色小丸子、海燥水晶)$35 用料豐富,對得住價錢。但同芋見紫薯多士一樣,三色芋圓口感、味道相似,比起其更出色嘅芋圓大有人在羅東肉焿湯 $47 作為鎮店之寶,梗係要試吓啦。店舖亦都好貼心,有張貼告示作專門講解咩黎、食用方法。湯飲落係好重豬骨味,一讚。但肉質感覺鬆散,有啲梅梅地嘅口感。可能呢碗野係我唔識欣賞,覺得有啲名大於實古早冬瓜茶 $15 正常嘢冇伏冇驚喜其實都唔知係宜蘭唔啱我食,定係舖頭水準飄忽。所以今次有啲大失所望,有名大於實嘅感覺。如果每次都要等半個鐘先食到,就未必會再幫襯…Read More
