今日同老公去YOHO的Glasshouse覓食,試咗個超值套餐$448兩位,包兩前菜、兩餐湯、兩主菜、兩甜品同兩杯普通茶或咖啡,餐牌八成菜式可選,選擇豐富。前菜點了牛油果吞拿魚沙律同炸魷魚。沙律用意大利醋調味,醒胃開胃,配料新鮮;炸魷魚香酥脆口,油控得剛好,唔會膩。主菜選了四重芝士pizza同脆鴨黑松露炒飯。Pizza芝士量足,藍芝士香濃突出,餅底薄脆;炒飯更是驚喜,黑松露香氣十足,脆鴨皮酥肉嫩,飯炒得乾身入味,一啖接一啖停唔到口。甜品有藍莓蛋糕同士多啤梨撻,兩款都係house-made,誠意十足。藍莓蛋糕用上新鮮藍莓,酸甜平衡;士多啤梨撻甜度適中,啱晒怕甜嘅香港人口味。可惜美食體驗被一位男侍應嘅服務態度大打折扣。落單時只有五枱客,人手充足,但他態度急躁,堅持要客人用編號點餐,語氣欠耐性;點飲品時更不停催促,令人用餐心情受影響。老實講,食物再好食,服務唔到位,整體體驗都扣分。希望餐廳注意前線培訓,唔好浪費咁好嘅食物質素。…Read More
