小店在三湘大厦地铺，店面很小不起眼。朝早和中午时段都很繁忙，来的大多也是熟客。店员会很热情的和每一位客人打招呼，对于新客，会很耐心解释不同种类咖啡的冲法。他们的espresso base是四种不同咖啡豆混合，综合起来是medium偏浅小小，因为本身喜欢偏酸口味所以很和我心意。先说Flat White，奶泡打得很厚，奶的选择有full milk, skim milk, soy milk和oat milk。个人比较喜欢oat milk会带一点点甜味。给一家咖啡店打分的重点，当然要试试americano。冻斋啡有两种，iced espresso和iced Americano。Iced espresso是用shot加水加冰混合shaking之后制成，成品会滤去冰块；Iced Americano则是double shot直接倒入水和冰块。个人更喜欢Iced espresso。重点推荐Iced Latte，一般的咖啡铺做法是冻奶加冰再加shot，这家店的独特之处是不用ICE，而是用冻杯加冻奶最后加shot，shot会浮在上面，除了外观赏心悦目之外，最重要是保证了iced latte的浓度。除了咖啡之外，小店也提供bagel和sandwich。Order了salmon bagel，可以选择加不加cream cheese。Bage烘焙得热热地，外脆包体有嚼劲，加上salmon，onion，rocket一口咬下去好满足~整体来说是很棒的小店，价钱也很fair~…Read More
