我係一個好食懶飛嘅死肥妹,自細立志希望食盡天下美食,細個最鍾意睇世界各地嘅美食同烹飪節目,去旅行就最鍾意去街市同超級市場了解當地人嘅生活同文化,我嘅興趣除咗食就係玩同瞓覺,各位請多多指教! 不過食嘢個個口味唔同,所以本人寫嘅食評都係我自己嘅感覺同觀察所得,好味同唔好味嘅我都會坦白話返比大家知㗎😌,不過如果你要我影相放上嚟就有啲難度,我係習慣自己食先🤷🏻‍♀️ 仲有,我最唔鍾意人哋浪費食物,煮啲嘢唔好食,唔用心,呢啲都係浪費食物!係唔要得嘅行為!!!😡

呢間又係見到傳媒報道,分別食過旺角嗰間同埋呢一間,之前食過旺角嗰間覺得佢哋整嘅豬扒炸得好脆,牛舌心又煮得好嫩又夠多,先至嚟銅鑼灣食多次,食完之後非常之失望。當日銅鑼灣我哋叫咗雞棒,首先條雞棒係完全唔熱,好似係煮熟咗好耐,然後拼埋個生雞蛋,食果一刻有啲擔心,因為怕佢連啲雞蛋都係一早放咗響個碗度,希望唔係啦。跟住就係牛舌心,夠熱,但係覺得細碟咗好多,而啲牛舌塊塊都切到不規則嘅大小,雖然佢未至於咬唔開,但係有啲切得比較細嘅都要花一啲時間咀嚼,調味都可以,但係當你咀嚼太耐嘅時候你就會聞到少少牛脷「腥」味。然後到個炸豬扒,食咗第一啖,我就決定淨係食裏面啲肉,因為外邊嗰層炸粉我覺得有啲硬,應該又係炸左一段時間,上到枱都已經唔熱,至於裏面啲豬肉我就覺得佢哋炸得有啲過火,有啲老。咁有樣嘢想讚嘅,係啲侍應加單、加茶都好快手,全部都非常之有禮貌嘅,但係咁嘅價錢同咁嘅質素,我都係果句:其實有好多更加好嘅選擇。同埋我覺得有部份餐廳開咗分店之後食物嘅水準會下降,其實係咪響廚房管理方面出咗問題?定係因為開咗分店成本要去返喺顧客身上面(或 將貨就價)呢?如果加價可以令食物保持到水準我哋做顧客嘅係非常樂意再嚟幫襯,大前提係啲嘢真係好食要保持水準先得架。…Read More

學術問題 : 香港食嘢,人多係咪通常都係伏?

又係媒體介紹去食,其實食過兩次,第一次去食試咗佢嘅蘋果薄餅,味道真係幾特別,第二次去食就覺得麻麻地,首先一入去就同我講用餐時間係75分鐘,冇錯啲食物係好快,但係,呢間野經常都好多人㗎啦,入邊又嘈,啲枱又迫,又要食到趕頭趕命,好似去咗茶餐廳咁😥當日叫咗一個T-Rex pizza 🍕, 另外再叫多個招牌推介嘅香辣海鮮粗意粉,食咗第一啖我覺得意粉嗰個味好似茶餐廳炒出黎嘅意粉,係叫做啲意粉粗啲,同埋啲海鮮係幾新鮮嘅。至於啲Pizza,新鮮出爐咁,都係ok嘅不過啲料就少咗啲囉。有啲舖頭經媒體報道,或者有啲名人加持過跟住就會勁多人去食,然後分店就會越開越多,其實啲人究竟去打卡定係去食嘢㗎?啲嘢係咪真係好食?係咪真係唔重要呢?老實講其實佢價錢唔算好平囉。…Read More

呢間印度菜我其實食咗好多次,今日終於忍唔住要寫個食評俾佢哋,坦白講我唔係一個鍾意打卡嘅人,出嚟食嘢我會比較着重食物嘅質素同埋環境乾唔乾淨,仲有廚師對食物嘅尊重,如果你哋係想搵地方打卡嘅呢一篇食評你哋可以略過唔使睇,但係如果你哋真係想搵一間印度餐廳食一啲比較地道(唔係港式/略你水)嘅印度菜,呢一間我覺得已經唔錯。同區嘅印度餐廳收費同佢差唔多,你哋可以試完再比較下😉首先佢係開響街市嘅頂樓,環境未算係惡劣,但係比較地痞,夏天可能冷氣未算係好涼,隔離嘅中國海鮮菜可能會比較嘈,但係佢哋嘅食物的確係有心機。(佢哋貼咗廚師嘅剪報你哋可以睇吓佢哋嘅背景。)首先坐低佢哋會比一啲薄脆你哋,每一次都會送,出邊裝修得好靚嘅印度餐廳呢啲係會額外收費嘅,不過出邊餐廳枱面一大盤嘅香料同乳酪佢哋就欠奉,但係佢哋嘅咖喱係非常之足料,講緊嘅足料,你係食到個咖喱底係用蔬菜同香料煮出嚟,而唔係出邊嗰啲求其買啲咖喱粉煮出嚟糊狀嘅物體(即係食落去啲咖喱汁係有香料蔬果精華有渣嘅),佢哋嘅烤餅非常之新鮮,唔係嗰啲食落去好似返熱左好多次垂死嘅烤餅(其實佢哋唔係好識得Social,可能係言語不通唔知係咪咁所以冇乜生意)我會同你地推介佢哋嘅咖喱牛腩,同埋咖喱雞,佢啲牛肉煮咗咁耐但係一啲都唔韌,咖喱雞啲啲雞肉都幾香滑,仲有佢哋嘅Masala 奶茶,我每一次去都會叫,因為佢哋係即刻煮杯茶你都會好熱,D香料俾得好足。雖然佢係出名烤爐食物,但係我又好似未叫過,因為我實在太掛住佢嘅咖喱次次都係叫嗰幾樣野,睇吓下次有冇機會/記得食再寫😂喺香港食印度菜我覺得出邊好多時都係Hea做,因為真正嘅印度菜係需要好多材料準備,唔知係咪好多餐廳因為要就香港人口味佢哋會落少啲香料?同埋其實響印度因為省份太多每一個省佢哋煮嘅咖喱配搭味道都會唔一樣,但係好香港食嘅來來去去都係嗰陣味,呢一間都算係我喺香港食過算有水準㗎喇。…Read More

呢間野聽個名就知道佢係食生蠔🦪,咁佢哋嘅蠔都OK嘅,大約叫左本打,其中有一隻唔係好新鮮有少少臭佢哋都肯換過隻新比我。響香港食生蠔,食唔到蠔殼已經係我最低要求,而且本地好多舖頭好多時佢哋為咗方便會沖走晒啲海水,要知道食生蠔除咗佢新唔新鮮,肉嘅質地之外,飲一啖海水呢個都係一種享受,我就比較鍾意一開始飲少少海水,然後先開始處理隻蠔,我都好少落檸檬汁,同其他調味料,比較鍾意原汁原味。食完生蠔就嗌左一個佢菜單上面推介嘅清酒煮蜆,碗湯一嚟到我就覺得出事,首先啲湯勁多,湯嘅材料有西芹洋蔥同埋有啲紅蘿蔔碎,就咁睇啲材料你會以為係西式嘅煮法,然後再聞一聞,就有好大浸牛油味,飲一啖湯完全冇清酒味,但係啲蜆就好大隻係新鮮嘅。講返碗湯,呢個不倫不類唔知西式定日式嘅湯,我覺得浪費咗啲咁新鮮嘅蜆,其實清酒煮蜆(好似)係日本菜,你加一啲牛油炒香嘅食材呢個配搭似乎係多咗,啲蜆應該本身好鮮甜,加啲咁嘅牛油雜菜落去咪嵌着晒啲味囉。最後叫咗一個龍蝦意粉,一聞到浸味我就覺得好似酒樓食嘅芝士龍蝦伊麵,不過佢係轉左扁意粉,同埋又係蜆湯嗰啲牛油炒雜菜,坦白講,呢啲港式嘅意粉煮法其實啱香港人口味,其實唔算難食,其實幾好味幾有親切感,不過你唔會覺得自己食緊西餐,但係如果你真係好想食西餐(我講緊嘅係真係西人食(烹調手法)嗰隻西餐,唔係港式煮法西式材料嘅西餐)有時你響香港食西餐就經常都有呢種情況,唔知大家有冇呢個感覺呢?…Read More

我見到OpenRice有咁多好評於是就諗住試吓啦,之前響香港食過都試過有好食嘅西班牙菜,有好多餐廳嘅西班牙海鮮飯求其攞個鑊仔,焗返熱就比人,又有一啲餐廳真係會攞個鑊仔煮,呢一間就係前者。佢個海鮮飯一上枱都係嗰啲鑊仔嘅擺盆,見到啲飯好平死氣沉沉咁瞓喺個鑊上面,我就知道都係翻熱野,佢個飯都有色水同埋啲海鮮都有排過下,一入口個飯係冇味,而D飯係一餅餅咁可以一塊塊咁食,啲海鮮都唔算好難食,D蜆其實都新鮮,但係收我二佰幾呢個價錢食啲咁樣嘅飯我就覺得唔合格,啲飯咁樣真係好頹囉😞當日仲嗌左個炸魷魚圈,一上枱啲魷魚見到切到好似豉椒鮮魷咁闊,咬落去D炸粉會即刻甩出嚟,啲魷魚完全冇味,淨係得個咸字。佢仲有一個小食(西班牙Tapas)加一杯飲品嘅組合,佢當日就比咗一碟炸芝士波咁嘅物體,一咬開臭嘅啲芝士(我明白你哋想講乜,呢個世界係有D芝士係臭嘅。)但係佢嗰種臭味唔係芝士嗰浸味,係油(膱/膉)味加埋一啲麵粉溝埋有啲似臭豆腐味嘅芝士物體嘅粉團,咬咗一啖就已經唔想再食。嗰晚食咗三樣嘢已經四百幾蚊,先唔同佢講環境好嘈,裏面非常之應聲,座位都幾迫,淨係咁樣嘅食物質素本人就覺得四百幾蚊唔值。你話搵個地方坐低飲杯啤酒OK嘅,食物方面,你畀得起咁嘅價錢就去第二度食啦。…Read More

講起港式奶茶,每一間茶餐廳嘅茶水佢哋沖出嚟手勢都有啲唔同,正因為咁樣我好鍾意周圍去茶餐廳飲下唔同師傅手勢嘅奶茶㗎。我自己飲奶茶就比較鍾意茶味重過奶味,出邊有啲茶餐廳嘅奶茶色水好靚但係飲落去冇茶香味,只有好重嘅奶味,亦都有一啲茶餐廳佢哋沖嘅奶茶唔知係咪茶膽比較濃,沖出嚟嘅奶茶會比較澀口(即係飲完個口會有少少鞋鞋地嘅感覺。)通常第一次去茶餐廳食嘢就會叫杯熱奶茶,如果覺得熱奶茶好飲就會記住間舖頭,下次再去嘅時候再試埋佢嘅茶走,上面講嘅都係我飲港式熱奶茶嘅少少經驗。通常飲奶茶都係當(附送)餐飲,其實奶茶如果沖得好嘅如果要我額外加錢嘅話我係絕對唔介意,因為呢一門藝術真係好代表到我哋香港嘅飲食文化;講咗咁耐其實我想講呢一間嘅奶茶算係我近年喺香港飲過算係幾好飲嘅奶茶,首先如果你經過門口嘅話會聞到一浸浸好香好新鮮嘅茶味,而響水吧嘅師傅,佢嗰種自信,同埋佢會主動同啲客人講解奶茶嘅小歷史同知識,最緊要嘅係佢唔係淨係識吹水佢真係識得沖茶。師傅對奶茶嘅執着,同埋熱誠,我呢一個肥妹係完全感受到㗎。依家嘅香港咖啡室(Cafe)珍珠奶茶開到成行成市,而港式奶茶一路都只係響茶餐廳度有時做吓跟餐飲品,又或者奶茶癮發作求其搵間茶餐廳叫一杯頂住,想搵啲有茶香嘅奶茶已經好難嘞。呢一間以奶茶為主打嘅餐廳,雖然鋪仔細,經常都有好多人專登揸車過嚟飲奶茶(因為做嘢關係成日都經過呢區😛,經過而又有時間又有位嘅話我都會入去整返杯飲㗎),題外話:其實如果你用心同勞力去經營一件事情,係真係會有人發現㗎,希望香港有更加多好味嘅餐廳同小店😋…Read More

呢間小店空間唔大,因為佢喺內街嘅關係其實都唔容易發現,坐低餐牌食物唔算好多選擇,入邊係會播緊一啲以前嘅外國流行音樂,第一次食嘅時候心諗香港D拉麵來來去去都係咁嘅味㗎啦,咁我就求其點咗有牛油嘅札幌拉麵,因為之前喺香港食嘅札幌拉麵全部都唔係日本食嗰回事,點知碗野一嚟到我一飲啖湯,個心「嘩」咗出嚟~係呢浸味道啦!首先佢個湯嘅味道,濃郁嘅白味噌味道,再加上豬骨湯,然後舊牛油慢慢溶化,湯同埋牛油沾上拉麵,拉麵有淡淡的鹼水味(如果我冇食錯嘅話),碗麵嘅椰菜份量都幾多,椰菜都有處理過軟身加埋啲湯汁都幾好味,最好味就係啲粟米,牛油味噌粟米好好味,但係佢舊叉燒有就麻麻地,有D乾,不過因為呢個出色嘅味噌湯,同埋嗰一磚好大舊嘅牛油,我係會再食去嘅!同埋因為小店嘅關係入邊嘅侍應唔多,如果人多嘅話就要耐心等吓。…Read More
