一次就夠了,衛生同侍應態度都要改善

星期六晚上7點幾到達,排左一個鐘終於去到部點餐機個位。點了300g 牛柳和300g 西冷。等多10分鐘被安排入座。坐定定後出去拎餐具,湯同沙律。餐具潔淨程度有待改善,總之飯碗,沙律碟,醬油碟,湯碗同水杯全部都有啲野痴左晌上面,最好拎返埋位自己用水再抹一次先好拎出去裝野。沙律正常,湯比較啖口但又好油。等多20分鐘左右call 機響,可以出去拎食物。生熟程度自己控制,不過呢啲地方食野,其實都唔咁食太生。肉質就一般啦。待應收拾緊隔離檯時倒瀉野,湯汁倒晒落我隻腳度。望住佢,佢仲要話「乜有整到你咩」。駛唔駛等位都好,以後都唔會再黎。想想食平既去快餐店食鐵板,想食好既就比多少少去其他餐廳食好過。…Read More

平日晚上8點幾到達。兩個都叫左任選:1. 豬軟骨魚腐白菜三色飯(魚湯)2. 豬潤魚片勝瓜米線(魚湯)分別都加9蚊加左泰式雞槌同瑞士雞翼。湯不錯,沒有(或者好少)味精,喝了整碗也不口渴,所以不用配飲品也可以。配菜都正常。但衰在米線手上,淋到唔想食。如果真係想食麵,配米粉或者加錢配淮山麵比較穩妥。另外雞槌同雞翼都有點搵笨,9蚊2隻發育不良咁樣,雖然味道正常但係唔會再叫。得意既係原來張單會寫明各樣配菜既分量,例如白菜6條,魚片4塊咁,但係餐牌又無寫。黎到數一數都 match,都算均真了。另外上菜較慢,趕時間就唔好黎了。…Read More

roy_nkf 多謝你的建議,已經知道原因在哪,冬蔭公配河粉在於晚市推售欠佳,由於晚上是小菜,所有都是即炒即制,因此河粉的冬陰宮是已制成的湯底質量未符合預期,至於例湯本身是免費,同事們也忽略左免費也要做得好一些,會改善的,謝謝🙏🏻🙏🏻

roy_nkf 其實是有分別,由於晚上小菜為主,冬蔭公例牌是68元,即煮的,新鮮D,冬蔭公配河粉是已經製成,質量差D,不過已作出改善,應該冇問題了。至於中湯咸的原因是廚師冇試味😬
