今日與朋友經過佐敦吳松街,誤打誤撞見倒【捌壹公館】,餐牌頗為吸引,又有特色咖啡及多款Cocktail,便來試試。前菜叫左挪威煙三文魚沙律配牛油果 ($118),三文魚捲成花花賣相好靚,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,牛油果熟度口啱啱好,口感順滑。小食黑松露薯條配特調黑松露蛋黃醬 ($68)大大碟炸得乾爽唔會油,配埋黑松露蛋黃醬食好惹味。店長推介麻香海鮮扁意粉 ($128),話青醬係自家調配,食落唔辣但有輕輕麻香好特別。意粉煮得彈牙,每條都包裹滿醬汁好香濃,面頭放左D松子仁口感更好。見倒餐牌有COCKTAIL當然要叫番杯試下,Caribbean Pirate ($108) 有Vodka、Cream De Cassis、菠蘿汁同紅莓,飲落果味突出,酒精度唔算高。用骷髏頭杯裝打卡一流。特色咖啡成個渡假Feel都翻返嚟 ($48)用椰青水結合咖啡,飲落好refreshing真係有d渡假感覺。面頭奶蓋用椰子奶打成,唔鍾意飲牛奶嘅朋友都可以飲下。餐廳服務都好唔錯,加上裝修同座位都好舒服,好適合朋友或者情侶嚟飲杯酒,食個飯,談談心。下次經過會再嚟試下其他菜式。…Read More

天后懷舊大牌檔主題港式火鍋

以舊式大牌檔為主題的火鍋店【叁不館】是天后西日Fushion良心餐廳【叁嘗Sheep and Pig】之兄弟檔,4月於同區新食廈金輪天地開幕,大賣正宗港式風味,當然要來支持一下。餐廳佈局用上大排檔經典摺枱木櫈,然一碗一筷之配搭,卻又粗獷中不失雅致。牆身手繪電影海報、懷舊街招、仿圍村廟門之包廂房.以至報紙式餐牌,全部玩味十足,非常IG-able。湯底共12款選擇,「今晚卜卜蜆鍋」及「咯咯雞花膠湯」是店內招牌。家人喜歡清甜口味,選了"莫生氣椰椰雞湯",湯底以鮮雞熬製12小時,上枱時再加入原個椰清水,邊爐前喝一碗熱騰騰的湯頭,滋潤不油膩。醬料價錢每位為$18,除了常見的麻醬、指天椒、芫茜、青蔥、蒜蓉、炸蒜、芝麻,還有自家製蔥頭油、辣油及沙嗲醬共10款。特別推介充滿爆香乾蔥絲的"蔥頭油"及加入陳皮絲的"沙嗲醬"。"餐前小食"是咸香脆口的南乳花生和微辣的手拍青瓜雲耳。點了撚手小吃"椒鹽粟米",即叫即製鑊氣十足,多汁粟米加上香口椒鹽,鹹鹹甜甜非常惹味。嚐過椰子雞湯後,店員幫忙加入雞件,還叮囑滾數分鐘便可食用,甚是貼心。隨湯底附送的雞件份量頗多,椰青清甜滲透在鮮雞之中,入口鮮美嫩滑。點了例牌"頂級安格斯牛頸脊",牛肉油脂分佈均勻,輕輕一涮吃下肉質腍滑,脂香豐腴,不蘸醬汁更能突出牛肉原味。手打肉丸和餃類都可雙拼,人少少也可多試幾款。"雙籽鮮蝦雲吞 拼 韭菜餃"粒粒飽滿,皮薄餡鮮。"雜菜拼盤"包括油麥菜、娃娃菜、白菜仔、蕃茄、粟米、木耳、萵筍片和鮮淮山,不但外表光亮,充滿水分,擺盤襯色也很吸引,吃下新鮮高質,絕對冇渣。"稻庭烏冬"感地爽滑有嚼勁,不小心煮得久了,口感依然煙靭爽口。飲品點了"檸檬薏米水"和"竹蔗茅根海底椰",大大一榨可斟5、6杯,甚是划算。飲品甜度不高,喝下清熱生津,正好中和一下邊爐的熱氣。…Read More

西營盤曾是英軍的「西部營地」,自2014年港島線延伸,並安裝了戶外扶手電梯,高街由寧靜街巷變成新派食街。【Zenith Bar & Grill】今年2月進駐,裝潢以藍紅為主色,土耳其馬賽克燈加上阿拉伯式幾何牆身,充滿中東異國風情。餐牌選擇非常豐富,主打中東菜及燒烤菜式,也有不少西式料理和素食選擇,單是酒品也整整3頁,看得令人選擇困難症發作。很適合大班朋友共聚,分享美食,開懷暢飲。Fattoush 沙律 ($125)又稱阿拉伯蔬菜沙律。除了沙律常見的新鮮蔬菜、車厘茄、青瓜及甜椒,最特別是加入烤得香脆的彼得包(Pita bread)片,尤像西式凱撒沙律中的麵包粒,為沙律帶來酥脆滋味,有畫龍點睛之神來。醬汁以酸而不澀,富果香的鹽膚木(Sumac)加上香甜的石榴醬調製,吃下清爽微酸,炎炎夏日吃起來特別醒胃。炸豆丸子 ($78)Falafel 是中東常見的街頭小吃,鷹嘴豆打勻後加入蔬菜香料,搓成球狀油炸而成。這裡的是長棗型,面層沾滿白芝麻,吃下內軟外酥帶顆粒感,充滿孜然獨特香氣。店員教我們蘸些濃稠帶堅果香中東芝麻醬(Tahini Sauce),加些蔬菜,夾在中東包中同吃,又別有一番滋味。薯條配帕馬森芝士及黑松露 ($75)滿滿一大兜,作為佐酒小食非常划算。薯條炸得香脆,刨上Parmesan Cheese 絲及黑松露更添鹹香,要趁熱吃才可嚐到外脆內軟的滋味。希臘羊肉披薩 ($158)份量巨型令人嘩然,長型Pizza切成10分,足夠3-4分享。餅底即叫即搓,厚薄適中微脆煙韌,上面舖滿切碎的羊肉,肉味濃而不羶。配料有墨西哥辣椒、紅洋蔥、甜椒、水牛芝士及番茄醬,加上鮮嫩火箭菜,口感和味道都很有層次。Strawberry Frozen Margarita ($60)餐廳不單食物份量慷慨,飲品同是大杯吸晴。"Strawberry Frozen Margarita"打成冰沙,士多啤梨搭配龍舌蘭酒,加上沾有細鹽的杯邊,喝起來酸酸甜甜,酒味均衡,非常清爽。Mango Smoothies ($48) 打得細滑,頂層繞上厚厚的忌廉,再插上小雨傘裝飾,賣相誘人,簡直是透心涼的消暑佳品!…Read More

放工後與友人到太子酒吧街晚飯小酌,看到新開的餐廳酒吧【MUZE MOZZ】,主打西班牙菜,餐牌上小食、冷盤和下酒菜則混合了不少泰式元素。加上Cocktail與Mocktail的配搭甚具特色,便來嚐嚐。餐廳坐擁兩個相連舖位,一邊是以橙紅為主調,配上馬賽克磁磚及壁畫,極具地中海風味的餐廳【MOZZ】。另一邊是走型格工業風的酒吧【MUZE】,入面位置還設舞台及音響設備,相信疫情後會有現場樂隊表演。Tiramuze ($92)朋友喜歡奶類調酒,選了以Baileys 為基底的"Tiramuze"。Cocktail加入榛子甜酒、咖啡酒和牛奶打成奶昔狀,酒味不重很易入口。內裡還有Bacardi黑Rum酒成份,慢慢品嚐可享受微醺之快感。Earl Grey Martini ($108)上面有持久高聳的泡沫,賣相吸引,打卡一流。自家浸泡的伯爵茶Vodka充滿佛手柑香氣,加入檸檬、青檸及蜜糖清新怡人,喝下酸爽醒胃,茶香四溢,悶熱天氣來一杯暑氣全消。香煎鵝肝配紅酒蘋果 ($78)一客2件,鵝肝厚切煎得金黃,外層脆身內裡豐腴甘香。襯上紅酒蘋果醬,以天然酒甜和果酸平衡油香,有畫龍點睛之神來。德國香腸拼盤 ($128)拼盤相當豐富,有微辛惹味的辣肉腸、脆皮流心的芝士腸、珍寶巨型的法蘭克福腸、小巧而充滿胡椒蒜香的紐倫堡腸及富百里香氣味的香草雞肉腸。香腸味道濃重,配搭酸椰菜及醃青瓜可中和肉腸的油膩感。墊在底部的薄薯塊也一絲不苟煎得香口微脆,薯肉吸收了香腸鹹香,意想不到的可口,不自覺地吃個精光。MOZZ黑松露醬薯條 ($58)滿滿一大兜,作為佐酒小食非常划算。薯條炸得金黃香脆毫不油膩,吃下外脆內軟,涼了也不會變淋。薯條灑滿香草辣粉,單吃已經很滋味,蘸些黑松露醬層次再提升。西班牙辣肉腸嫰雞燴飯 ($168)以寬淺的Paella Pan奉上,米粒薄薄一層火力均勻,面層焗得香脆微焦。米飯吸收了高湯的精華,香濃惹味,口感煙韌帶嚼勁。雞肉非常嫰滑,配上辣肉腸及煮得軟淋的洋蔥和青紅椒,飽肚滋味。想不到誤打誤撞也吃到高質美食,餐點份量之巨型,亦是看價錢點餐時始料不及。吃得滿足的朋友,已盤算下星期要約多些朋友來一起分享。…Read More

【Casa Di Luna】 是銅鑼灣區新開的意大利餐廳,店名在意大利文中有「月亮的家」之意。店內裝潢充滿太空元素,意念在外太空氛圍中營造家居溫暖感覺。每月的農曆十五,每位顧客還可享有八五折優惠。餐廳以亮白為主調,天花吊滿大大小小的月亮燈,2排大窗飽覽城景及海景,感覺開揚放鬆。牆上有文案燈牌,太空投影及太空人畫作,門外更有大型彎月攝影棚,處處都是打卡位。座位分佈距離充裕,空間感十足,予人舒適之感。最喜歡2組六人梳化卡位,雲石枱面偌大,很適合限聚令放寬後,良朋把酒共聚談談天,慢慢吃。餐具設計亦一絲不苟,刀叉羹刻有餐廳Logo,更顯尊貴。在現行防疫規例下,餐廳4月21日前只提供6款午市套餐,由12 :00至17 :00都可享用。三道菜午餐價位由$88至$138,有雞、魚、羊架、意大利粉/飯可選,加$40還可配上精緻甜點。是日餐湯是蕃茄濃湯,熱辣辣的稠度適中,滑溜中又可嚐到一些洋蔥微粒,增加了層次感,味道酸酸甜甜的不會太飽膩。沙律菜新鮮脆綠,配搭柚子汁及西柚清爽醒胃。雜菌忌廉意⼤利飯 ($98)甫上枱便傳來陣陣菇菌香氣,意⼤利飯質地Creamy,口感細緻綿密中帶煙韌彈性,做到all'onda口感。忌廉汁濃而不膩,雜菌肥美鮮嫩無腥,令人不住一啖接一啖吃下去。煎三⽂⿂拼西班牙紅花忌廉汁 ($108)三文魚不算肥美但煎得剛剛好,不會太乾太柴,蘸些紅花忌廉汁同吃更能突出魚的鮮香。魚皮完整微焦,薄薄帶點脆,配菜薯蓉滑溜帶牛油香。朱古力心太軟 (午餐+$40)即叫即製,朱古力蛋糕的外層香脆,內裡朱古力漿呈流心狀但不會過於澎湃。朱古力味道濃而不苦,亦不會過甜,伴著雲呢拿雪糕同吃冰火交纏,衝擊味蕾。最後來杯咖啡作結,咖啡杯底碟圖案精美,旁邊放上2粒咖啡方糖,細節位令人產生莫名的好感,有再光顧的衝動。…Read More

店如其名,【野玩田店】Something Wild - The Farm 走的是健康田園風,店家嚴選健康食材入饌,包括自家種植的「微菜苗」、多款超級食物及來自美國、加拿大等地的無激素肉類,打造多款美味而健康的菜式。尖沙咀iSQUARE新店以白色為主調,配上淺色木材傢俱,加上各款植物裝飾,予人舒適悠閒感覺。餐牌選擇豐富,除了各款肉扒,素菜款式比一般餐廳多,很適合食肉獸與喜歡素食的朋友聚餐。小食拼盤配他他醬 ($258)有咸蛋淮山條、炸薯絲蝦、炸流心海膽餅、香烤秋葵、芝士蘑菇釀雞翼。當中淮山條鹹香爽脆,海膽餅忌廉餡料絲滑流心,釀雞翼外皮煎得香脆,漲卜卜的塞滿半溶芝士及蘑菇,加上啖啖嫰滑雞肉,叫人吃得滿足。燒雜錦蔬菜串配黑蒜汁 2串 ($78)有意大利青瓜與黃色青瓜、茄子及車厘茄,顏色配搭繽紛。蔬菜烤得邊緣略焦,吃下爽口JUICY,調味不多吃得出原來的清甜。蘸些自家製黑蒜汁,別具風味。蟹肉蘆筍闊意大利麵配忌廉汁 ($178)放上紅黃花瓣,擺盤精緻。闊意大利麵吃下彈牙富嚼勁,做到「Al dente」效果。麵條掛汁力強,忌廉汁帶蒜香。蟹肉份量下得慷慨,加上鮮嫰無渣的蘆筍,鮮香味美。店內有多款本地特色手工啤可選,"Jo Sun Hazy IPA"以早晨為題,富熱帶水果汁味道,感覺清新。"Fall In Love"加入Sauvignon Blanc長相思釀製,予人輕盈、活潑的感覺,像極了愛情。…Read More
