啱啱澳洲返嚟,朋友介紹咗我去尖沙咀呢間Charcoal bar,果然冇令我失望😍我哋3個人叫咗2個主菜加幾個小食。小食想健康啲,食少啲肉,所以揀咗燒粟米🌽、燒茄子、西蘭花苗🥦同青椒。燒茄子🍆好味好香口,點埋汁仲好食好多,平時唔係特別食茄子都覺得好食,個人覺得茄子同青椒🫑最出色😋主菜一個叫咗牛扒,我同另外個friend就share燒雞🍗。燒雞入面放咗辣肉腸,辣辣地幾惹味,雞皮燒得好脆唔油。雖然我唔食牛,但牛扒一上枱,就聞到超香嘅炭燒味,朋友話牛肉質好juicy 好嫩~最後點少得甜品:Apple crumble🥧 加vanilla ice-cream,份量好大,crumble 好香好脆,好好食😋Chocolate cake 中間有流心朱古力,又唔係好甜,啱晒香港人口味😙呢度嘅 service都好好,所有 staff 都好 nice,特別係Leo(希望冇記錯)好有耐性咁介紹嘢食比我哋。下次返香港一定再嚟👍…Read More

經朋友介紹下,嚟到上環呢間上樓私竇,試試手沖咖啡。有別於一般咖啡店,呢度嘅裝潢好raw好簡約,枱都幾乎無張,一入到去最吸晴嘅就係咖啡吧上嘅唱碟機。預約咗下午三點一節,咖啡師先問我哋想飲手沖咖啡、冷泡咖啡定冰滴咖啡,我哋揀咗手沖咖啡,之後佢再介紹有邊幾款咖啡豆可以揀,因應你想試嘅味道沖調。前後試咗兩款,一款係深焙咖啡豆,味道帶點果仁味,aftertaste帶少少酸;另一款淺焙咖啡豆,味道相對無咁濃,略帶花香。睇住整個沖調嘅過程非常治癒,由量度咖啡豆份量、研磨咖啡豆、準備適當溫度同容量嘅熱水、澆濕濾紙到濾沖咖啡,每個步驟都係咖啡師嘅心機,亦直接影響到咖啡嘅味道,所以就算用同一款豆,每次沖調嘅味道都會有所不同。最後再試埋cold brew,口感好順滑,無一般凍咖啡嘅酸澀,感覺好似飲緊冷泡茶。…Read More

所謂懷舊冰室嘅人情味,係呢間華樂完全搵唔到,阿姐大支嘢唔俾影舖頭入面,驚死影蝕咁食物款式唔算太多,同家姐各叫咗個豬扒炒意粉同雞翼炒意粉,唔駛兩分鐘已經上枱,感覺係一早已經整好哂,一有人落單就即出。理解豬扒同雞翼一般都會煎定,但無諗過炒意粉都咁快上枱。豬扒同雞翼味道其實都okay,豬扒食得出有用香茅醃製,都幾香口亦唔會好乾,而且size都算大塊。但個炒意粉完全唔掂,未試過食咁難嘅炒意粉😣 通常餐記都會烚定意粉先,之後有人order就會即炒,但好明顯佢哋係一早炒定個意粉,所以勁快可以上枱同埋溫度係微溫,而且成個口感係勁粉,啲豉油汁俾啲意粉吸到乾晒,成碟嘢乾爭爭,食咗兩啖完全食唔落去🤢好在個餐跟一份多士,有別於一般餐記/冰室,呢度有得揀唔同嘅口味,例如奶油多、奶醬多,我哋咁啱都想食油占多。多士用一般方包,唔係厚多士,味道okay,但唔太香脆。算好有塊包可以食下,唔係真係唔夠飽😣飲品就叫咗茶走,都達一般standard,但食物真係唔掂,都好難會再幫襯第二次。…Read More

次次經過伊利近街小巷,都見到好多人排緊隊等食呢間小店,仲話閒閒地要等粒半鐘😣 難得放假特登約埋家姐去試吓,咁啱呢日唔多人等咗20分鐘就有位,不過要坐outdoor,夏天真係💦💦家姐一向都食素,所以呢度都有好多啱佢嘅選擇,最後佢揀咗Hipsters Say Hello(HK$105),清新creamy嘅牛油果配搭酸酸甜甜嘅Salsa非常開胃,啱晒夏天食😋 當然唔少得sourdough係底,外脆內軟配埋Salsa食夠晒惹味!而我就揀咗其中一款非常signature嘅open sandwich — Big Boss (HK$198)! 平時睇見人哋啲相都流晒口水🤤 Sourdough上面先舖一大片半溶嘅車打芝士,然後排滿一片片嘅新西蘭西冷牛扒,大約6成熟,再上面就有大大粒嘅portobello,滿滿嘅肉汁加埋焦糖化洋蔥,最後最頂仲有一大堆勁fresh嘅火箭菜,完全係my favourite!牛扒軟腍,配搭芝士大啡菇一齊食口感超豐富,sourdough沾滿香濃肉汁,但唔會搞到淋bat bat,加埋火箭菜同洋蔥超夾超好味!雖然價錢略貴,但真心好食,同埋份量十足👍不過飲品方面就爭少少,Iced Earl Grey($30) 非常普通,仲要冰都無粒,而Iced Coconut Latte($40)就略甜,椰子味亦唔算香濃。家姐最後仲外賣咗個Sourdough Cinnamon Bun ($60),佢食完都話超正,好味過啲open sandwich,下次有機會都要買嚟試吓😋…Read More

西營盤除咗阿元來了,近期又開多咗間台灣小店,就係位於英華台嘅請坐。短短兩星期我已經幫襯咗兩次,小店裝潢簡約,目測都有十幾張枱,兩次都係排咗15分鐘左右。台灣菜又點少得滷肉飯同紅燒牛肉麵!滷肉飯雖然只係$28,但份量絕對唔少,女仔食一定夠飽!滷肉肥瘦參半,撈埋菜埔食唔會油膩,仲好有口感!而紅燒牛肉麵嘅份量都唔細,湯底夠晒香濃,但麵嘅質感就稍為淋咗少少,可以煙韌啲!留意番飯同埋麵係可以添架!一般香港台灣嘢食比較少有嘅蛋餅呢度都有,仲有成八款口味咁多!一路食呢個肉鬆蛋餅,一路就覺得自己去咗台灣咁!不過個蛋餅可以再香脆啲,但都好好味!另外就再叫咗兩款小食—皮蛋豆腐同埋椒鹽雞腿,不過椒鹽雞腿嘅味道就比較普通。呢度飲品嘅選擇都有好多,價錢都係廿零蚊左右,而且都算大杯!小區難得搵到嘅台灣古早味,仲有正宗台灣嬸嬸坐鎮!…Read More

【工廈新食力】荔枝角高質有機意菜

有一段時間無去D2 Place,發現二期個邊多咗好多新餐廳,間間都有好feel好chill。行到近街尾發現呢間叫Si Simply Italian嘅意大利餐廳,開揚簡約,就決定入去試一試!雖然都有set lunch揀,不過我地一行4人可以散叫幾款唔同菜式share。嚟得食意大利菜,cold cut platter又點少得呢!點咗個「全有機意大利火腿拼盤」,一見到就覺得不得了喇!首先價錢唔貴,以$228嚟講有咁大盤咁多塊,簡直係非常抵食!Platter有3款火腿,左邊帶有少少肥嘅係Mora火腿,係一種非常矜貴嘅火腿,因為呢種豬全球得唔夠1000隻,所以一般香港嘅意大利餐廳係唔會食到。味道比平時Parma Ham濃同嫩滑,非常好味!另外兩款火腿都係用天然材料腌製,雖然味道無Mora咁香濃,但搭配頭盤麵包一齊食都十分好味!另外點咗「牛肉薄切配吞拿魚水瓜柳沙律醬」($118),用上牛仔腰肉,以中溫浸煮,肉質非常鮮嫩,完全唔鞋口,加埋吞拿魚、水瓜柳攪蓉做醬汁,味道清新帶少少酸味,做前菜非常適合!主菜極度推介「焗千層意大利茄子配水牛芝士」($88),eggplant parmigiana係一道好傳統嘅意菜,同一般做法唔同,餐廳相反將茄子薄切,沾上薄薄麵粉,配以新鮮意大利蕃茄同水牛芝士整成千層再焗,口感唔覺膩之餘,仲食到每層茄子嘅香脆,清甜蕃茄同香濃芝士味再為呢道菜加分!Must try dish!其他意菜餐廳較少有嘅牛骨髓呢度都有,價錢親民而且份量足。呢個「牛仔骨髓番紅花意大利飯」賣相非常特別,除咗中間嚿牛骨髓,risotto都用番紅花同牛骨髓嘅湯烹調,每啖飯都食到陣陣牛香,口感又夠彈牙,飯面仲擺咗幾片金箔裝飾,$178真係好抵食!最後點埋大廚親手炮製嘅鳥結糖,質感非常軟熟,唔會太痴牙,糖面仲加上一片薄薄威化,配埋香口果仁,口感非常豐富!今餐真係大滿足,難得搵到間性價比咁高嘅意大利餐廳,材料仲要全部由意大利入口,夠哂正宗原味!下次晚餐都可以再嚟一試!…Read More

雖然唔係特別食得辣,但我就係鍾意食口水雞呀棒棒雞,總之四川風味的辣我就好buy! 今次咁啱有朋友仔帶咗我去四川菜大平伙食brunch set! 真係無諗過連川菜都可以有呢個玩法! 不過留意番嘞又係只限weekend!同一般川菜餐廳唔同,四川菜大平伙本身係一間私房菜,晚市會為客人度身訂做唔同款式的川菜,就連辣度都可加可減。除此之外,呢度個環境非常有格調,牆身掛有多幅由前老闆所畫的畫,細心留意餐廳仲會播放remix版的經典懷舊歌曲,好似何日君再來、等著你回來等等….以中環黎講$180 的brunch set 都算好抵食,頭盤有酸辣粉同賣飛佛口水雞,主菜就有紅燒牛肉、炒手撕椰菜同埋招牌擔擔麵,當然仲有甜品同飲品喇,飲品可以揀豆漿同酸梅湯!咁多道菜我認為酸辣粉算係最辣,不過我覺得還okay,再辣多少少都仲頂到。略嫌質感太淋,不過我係鍾意食煙韌D既~口水雞好食,雞肉夠嫩滑,味道夠濃,但唔算太辣。王太太紅燒牛肉係我覺得最好食的一道菜,係前老闆娘的招牌菜,牛肉肉質軟腍,非常入味,好鍾意個陣花椒八角的麻香,「紅燒」味香濃!炒手撕椰菜睇落無咩特別,亦唔係辣,不過剛好可以中和返之前幾道辣菜。招牌擔擔麵賣相非常吸引,重點係可以無限追加!!! 比較大食的朋友絕對唔驚會食唔飽! 不過麵質偏軟同扁身,唔似平時食開個D,同埋麻醬味可以再濃D! 不過任添係堅抵食既!最後甜品又係驚喜! 超級冰凍的雪耳豆腐花,解辣一流! 豆花非常香滑,堅係瀡入喉嚨,除咗雪耳仲有糖冬瓜的甜味,非常好食,不過對我黎講就甜咗些少,但好消暑解辣!!可能平時行過嘉咸街都未必會留意到呢間私房菜,仲要行落地牢,所以當日我食個陣都係得兩三枱人。鍾意食川菜的朋友不妨去試下喇~~…Read More

近年手工啤熱潮越吹越勁,本土日本美國等的手工啤酒吧越開越多,包括呢間位於中環Soho的The Roundhouse Taproom﹗雖然舖仔細細,不過深受一眾鬼佬同中環白領OL的歡迎,一放工就黎happy hour啤啤佢~The Roundhouse Taproom有超過20款來自世界各地的手工精釀啤酒供應,其中更與本地手工啤品牌「少爺麥啤」合作釀製。20幾款啤酒咁多唔知點揀,可以試點Beer Platter,係啤酒menu任揀6款,細細杯試下味。如果女士們飲得唔多,點個platter share又得~店員會比張紙仔你mark低個啤酒number幫你落單,之後就會比返張紙仔你等你可以對返個menu,知道邊杯打邊杯。除咗一系列的手工啤之外,當然唔少得送酒美食喇﹗係The Roundhouse Taproom就可以一嚐多款充滿美國南部風味的小食﹗比較signature的就有德州BBQ烤肉,可以揀牛肉、豬肉同煙燻肉腸,portion分為1/4磅、1/2磅同1磅,唔太大食可以每樣點少少試下,過下口癮~ 今次點咗烤手撕豬肉同smoked sausage,伴碟仲有我最鍾意的酸瓜同生洋蔥圈,店員亦會擺低6款唔同口味的醬汁比你搭配﹗烤手撕豬肉肉味濃郁又夠juicy,略帶少少肥膏,唔會太鞋太乾,點埋hot spicy sauce加埋酸瓜一齊食,夠哂惹味﹗煙燻肉腸味道就一般,唔特別有驚喜~美式小食當然要食Buffalo wings喇﹗呢度供應的係Boneless Chicken Wings ($88),除咗Buffalo,仲可以揀Lemon Pepper、Honey Garlic同Explosive 的口味。Boneless wings食落比較似炸雞塊多過雞翼,而且Buffalo辣醬汁太少,唔係嚿嚿都平均沾到,同埋亦稱唔上辣,下次可以要食Explosive至得﹗仲有肥仔到爆的Brisket Fries ($68),熱辣辣的溶芝士加上德州烤牛肉粒粒配埋香脆薯條,實在太太太evil喇﹗不過真係好好味 份量都唔細架﹗…Read More

食all day breakfast 或者點心all-you-can-eat brunch就食得多,K-brunch都係第一次食﹗開業一年的新派韓國菜餐廳MOMOJEIN早排推出半自助形式weekend K-brunch,仲有型男Oppa大廚坐陣,經已加哂分﹗加上餐廳位於灣仔旺中帶靜的QRE Plaza,23樓高層望住靚景,自然陽光照入餐廳,令人心情大佳兼胃口大增﹗半自助形式的早午餐($350)由中午12點開始,25款韓式fusion頭盤任食,主菜就6揀1,最後仲有甜品拼盤﹗每款頭盤的賣相都非常精緻吸引,連擺放都超有心思,Oppa大廚仲會出黎親自擺放頭盤架﹗咁多款我就最鍾意韓式炸年糕串燒,年糕質感夠哂煙韌,外層脆口但唔油膩,加埋肉鬆碎碎,非常可口,追加咗好幾串架﹗ 為咗配合港人口味,MOMOJEIN特別加入三文魚刺身,而同平時唔同的係大廚特登用香菇同醃菜調製韓式醬汁,代替豉油同wasabi,令三文魚刺身的味道更加鮮甜﹗另一款非常欣賞的小食就係三文魚刺身配辣醬八爪魚粒炒飯,口感軟糯的八爪魚粒同意大利米(好似係)混合再加微辣韓式辣醬,夠哂惹味開胃,salmon lovers一定岩食。特別鍾意佢地每款小食都細細份,客人可以每樣試D﹗好似韮菜煎餅同泡菜煎餅咁,細細塊唔會食到好膩好飽﹗鍾意飲湯的朋友,記住試埋呢度的牛肉蘿蔔湯呀,牛肉味非常濃郁﹗其實食下食下D頭盤已經開始飽,不過仲有主菜架﹗因為多人一齊食的關係,可以每款主菜都食到D。6款主菜包括︰韓燒牛肋肉、燒鯧魚、韓式烤牛肉、香燒羊排(另加$80)、鮑魚石頭窩飯同埋韓式慢煮豬腩肉。個人認為牛肋肉同豬腩肉係必食的﹗用美國上等牛肋肉配秘製韓式烤汁,肉質軟腍,肉味香濃。豬腩肉唔算太肥膩,配埋醃菜同惹味醬汁非常好食。反而鮑魚石頭窩飯對我來講就最麻麻,味道略太清淡。最後甜品拼盤都好有驚喜,有棉花糖、水果、芝麻雪糕、mochi、脆焦糖蕃薯等,賣相十分精美。如果有邊款覺得好食仲可以同店員講追加架﹗加埋$400有找呢個K-brunch絕對抵食,淨係食頭盤都值回票價喇﹗如果想豪D可以加多$120任飲韓國米酒、soju sangria同啤酒添﹗…Read More

Lobster Roll熱潮席捲香港,梗係要試試中環新開兩個月的Lobster Central。選用足一磅重的鮮活波士頓龍蝦,Lobster Central每日拆肉製成足料啖啖肉的招牌龍蝦包 ($138),以檸檬汁、蛋黃醬同香草簡單調味,保持龍蝦肉的鮮味之餘,味道夠哂清新,麵包塗上牛油煎香,外脆內軟,夾著啖啖鮮龍蝦肉一D都唔覺得膩,仲好好味添呀﹗招牌果然係招牌!Lobster Central另外仲有兩款海鮮包Crab Roll同Shrimp Roll! Crab Roll ($118) 用上蟹箝肉,加入蛋黃醬同黑椒等調味料,味道較為濃郁,不過分量係咁足﹗我自己就鍾意Lobster Roll多D,龍蝦肉夠哂清新鮮甜又唔會鞋口,反而蟹肉包的調味太濃,唔係好食到蟹肉的味。除咗海鮮包之外,仲有其他sides﹗我梗係唔會錯過試龍蝦湯喇,不過就有少少失望。雖然龍蝦味都好香濃,質感都幾creamy,不過就一粒龍蝦肉都無>< 售價雖然只係$48,但人家老麥的小龍蝦湯都有幾粒肉食下呀! 同埋湯的調味可以濃少少,如果可以加返D黑椒同brandy就更加好飲嘞! Truffle Fries的松露蛋黃醬濃郁好味,為薯條添加唔少分數,不過我個人就prefer食粗薯條多D﹗想一次過試哂3款包就可以點The EasyOption,套餐包半份3款海鮮包、2隻蟹拑、1包薯片同一杯汽水!不過Lobster Central舖位細細,以自助快餐形式經營,所以座位唔多得靠牆bar枱座位,所以要食就最好避開lunch hour喇!最不得不提係個個黑面收銀男,態度、語氣其差,好似個個都得罪咗佢咁,仲要呼喝D客人,完全唔想撈咁=.=…Read More

【明星熱捧】西營盤高街潮食嗱喳麵

最近西營盤區越開越多新食肆,其中呢間高街麵霸的車仔麵小店開業三個月,已經迅速成為天后Sammi 同容祖兒熱捧的麵店!雖然幫襯當日無捕獲明星,不過店內的牆上都掛上唔少明星幫襯幫襯後的留影。麵店設計簡約帶點懷舊,以灰色、紅色為主調,樓底又夠高,同一般麵舖好唔同!除咗一般車仔麵店都有的配料之外,呢度最特別就係有多款滷水的餸揀選,好似滷水雞子、滷水糖心蛋同滷水坑腩等等,仲有長洲大魚蛋添!不過一款餸都要$9起,最少要點3款,麵底亦要另外加錢。講開麵底最正係刀削麵都有,不過幫襯當日咁啱賣哂><同男友一人點咗一碗,我就無要麵,揀咗豬紅、魚蛋、蘿蔔同滷水豬頸肉。我認為睇間車仔麵舖好唔好食,就要食最基本的餸。不過黎到見到碗餸勁細、勁少咁,都覺得唏噓== 好似食神星爺話齋魚蛋無魚味,又唔彈牙,完全唔知佢係邊度入貨,另外個幾款就普通,無咩特別。湯底點咗腩汁加咖哩小辣,但係咖哩味唔夠突出。男友揀咗豬大腸、雞子同坑腩配粗麵、腩汁加麻辣,基本上3款餸都係滷水,3款都好味,特別係雞子,夠入味又唔會太淋,極度建議大家揀滷水餸!鍾意食雞子既不妨叫一碟做小食!不過就算男友個碗加埋個麵感覺都係好細碗。可能因為份量較少的原故,所以呢度都有好幾款小食提供,等大家可以叫多d野掛∼ 所以我地另外都叫咗懷舊蛋花炒腸粉同七味雞槌,老闆特別推介腸粉,因為佢話個醬係佢唧上去架喎!但係呢味腸粉可以話係全店最好食既,雖然都好難唔好食,不過起碼腸粉有口感,唔會煎到太淋pat pat散收收咁。而雞槌就非常普通,同一般炸雞槌無分別,食唔出七味粉的味。我諗要淨係食碗車仔麵要食得飽的話,都要起碼5、60蚊喇,如果唔係就要叫小食,因為份量真係少得有點離譜。如果想撞下明星都可以黎碰碰運氣,但真係想食碗親民地道的車仔麵都係食番新記/榮記開心d!…Read More

【新派雪糕】波士頓過江龍雪糕巨無霸

聽咗好耐的層層疊雪糕店上週終於由波士頓殺到黎香港喇﹗全店貫徹外國分店裝潢以紫色為主調,店內擺設同設計style都非常hippie﹗Emack & Bolio's 的雪糕、雪果、乳酪全部由當地直送到港,口味超過30款,色彩夠哂繽紛夢幻,仲有多款配料自由配搭,最正係僭建雪糕球的數量基本上係無上限,不過現場見到多數人都係疊咗4球左右,睇起來已經覺得好危危乎﹗今次揀咗serious chocolate同peanut butter oreo,朱古力味尚算香滑濃郁,仲有粒粒朱古力碎,而peanut butter oreo質感非常rich加埋oreo碎更加有咬口,感覺相當肥仔﹗因為唔係好多地方有peanut butter味,不過真係食一啖都覺得肥XD 單球雪糕價錢由$43起,每加一球就extra加多$20。而呢度另一個特別的地方就係連個脆皮甜筒的口味都有得揀﹗除咗原味waffle cone之前,仲有彩虹朱古力針、彩虹粟米脆片、果仁粒、Oreo脆脆味等等的甜筒選擇,為成杯雪糕增加口感之餘,仲增加埋視覺效果,絕對啱哂鍾意影相呃Like的港人﹗不過因為剛開業的關係,唔係款款特色甜筒都有齊貨,所以啱啱都係得返彩虹粟米脆片可以揀,我就覺得味道太甜,反而影響本身個脆皮cone的味道,建議大家揀返普通waffle cone,或者下次有機會就試試朱古力杏仁,味道應該無咁甜同漏﹗留意番影相的時候記得快手少少,唔係影完之後杯雪糕都溶咗一半架喇﹗…Read More

【觀塘工廈新據點】當Vintage遇上Cafe – 潮人咖啡店Oldish

觀塘工廈的cafe越開越多,越開越有特色同賣點!就好似呢間位於巧明工廠大廈5樓新開的Oldish,相信一班蒲開觀塘的潮人文青一定去過呢個單位,因為之前久唔久都會搞d pop-up sale,好似start from zero呢d品牌等。宜家呢度就變身成為潮玩復古同工業風的cafe,集手作工作室、時裝店同咖啡店於一身,將vintage融合cafe。Oldish面積過萬呎,比起一般咖啡店寬敞得多,用上唔同設計同款式的木系枱櫈,raw味十足。廚房設計亦非常開揚,坐正沿邊位置仲可以望住店員為你烹調美食添﹗暫時只做午市的Oldish lunch menu就有6款選擇,價錢大約$120-150左右,當然食材同質素都有番咁上下喇,仲配餐湯同套餐飲品,非常實惠。是日餐湯係周打蜆湯,一向唔太鍾意飲白湯的我係好怕D湯開粉煲/沖,會食到D一嚿嚿的未溶粉團,不過呢個湯就完全唔會,而且用料十足,啖啖蜆肉,好好喝喔~男友點咗Oldish All Day Breakfast,當然係signature加穩陣之選喇﹗份量亦非常足秤,基本炒蛋、煙肉、蕃茄、蘑菇、腸同薯餅都有齊,最正係有埋煙三文魚,雖然唔係話好大片,不過過下口癮都幾happy呀﹗另外,想特別一提的係嚿Ciabatta包,微溫唔乾,夠哂鬆軟,仲有應該係開心果的果仁碎,令個意大利包更香更有口感﹗而我就揀咗香煎澳洲肉眼扒配薯條迷你沙律,點咗5成熟,來到一睇到已經「嘩」一聲,因為塊扒的size唔細,而且明顯厚切。之後切開見到中間D肉仲帶點血紅紅,仲有血色肉汁流出來,出面一般café或西餐廳通常都會煎得過熟,而呢度就做到啱啱好,非常有驚喜﹗肉質非常鮮嫩帶少少煙韌,但唔會太淋或鞋口,不過牛肉味就唔係好濃,但呢個價錢完全係合乎水準兼夾係喜出望外之選﹗食完野飽飽地可以去埋後面的工作室同時裝店行下睇野,鍾意vintage的潮人們千祈唔好錯過呀,話唔定會搵到心頭好添架﹗…Read More
