一直已blacklist 了這間鋪,因不好食,但今晚超大雨,諗住試多次睇下有冇改善,因平時都見有人去。今晚好多人提早吃母親節dinner... 可能求其整比我地d 散叫的⋯椒塩班馬瀨尿蝦$55/隻隻蝦好梅,出水Tim, 啱啱拿上手以為多油,極不新鮮,但未至於壞。炸米粉淋嘅用作墊底,加有兩湯匙份量的炸蒜及少量辣椒,一點也不惹味。瑤柱鮮菇海蔘$88全碟只有兩小片海蔘,加埋有一粒的瑤柱碎,同好多鮮草菇,但部分up 嘅。隻蠔油如真味的其他醬汁,不好味,e 碟如叫草菇炒草菇都不為過。鴨舌$40有花椒油味,冇特別好味或唔好味。加埋兩碗飯,三佰幾蚊,極唔值、唔飽又難食。早知自己煮,一定更好吃。走廊通道好油and slippery.又少一間食得嘅,早知行去東廣場食忘不了。…Read More

一直想試的店子,但中環不就腳。喜歡日式食品的我也不是所有日本食物都愛,喜歡little mermaid and Panash 的飽,但不愛yamasaki and A1. 由於一直未試此店的danish bread ,只好試其他如panash 及yamasaki 的。今天試了碎蛋飽便可作比較。bologne: 質鬆軟,crust 不苦,其中一嗒很甜(honey), 之後sweetness ok. 多層摺合的橫切面焗完更鬆,appearance v good. 牛油味不重。panash: 質也軟但沒bologne 鬆,crust 少少乾+苦,牛油味重,翻焗後尤其特出,sweetness ok.Yamasaki: 很苦,很難吃,結果只取飽心吃,no pt to comment about texture etc 因太苦。可能由於糖重so crust is bitter and has sour aftertaste. Yuck個人bologne and panash 各有各好,愛bologne 的質及不苦crust , but I don't like honey (personal preference), 經過都會再買,雖然貴了點。Panash 的牛油味香,淨食不用搽牛油,但放久了便需番焗(快乾),美味又平。兩者也愛, like panash a bit more. 今天堂食+買走,明天試overnight bologne danish bread。P. Cherry Napolein $38cherry 很酸, agricultural product 冇計。但餅焗過火,少少苦。最失敗是vanilla 餡,它比一般thick,但flavour 揀得不好(本人職業己試超過幾百隻食用香油),其實用回vanilla seed 會更好。希望會有改善。chocolate truffle :外層Chocolate 有 微酸aftertaste:(, 餅底脆脆好味,朱古力dessert 還是Vancouver Thomas Hass 最好,香港tThomas Hass 則未試。但玫瑰蛋糕真的很靚。唔知係佢地quality 不穩定還是什麼,唔似其他食評咁好。點都算試過吧。…Read More
