團購了燒肉放題, $148任食, 連"原價" +1 $54, 限時個半鐘團購也要$200一位, 有點期望是梗的訂位沒難度裝修好特別, 比較似一家西裝廳話FUSION, 其實都係食果D普通燒肉野鹽燒 豬/牛/雞翼/翼尖/雞肉/雞軟骨, 同埋墨魚咀牛有牛味, 是否真如店家說是「和牛」則有保留, 可能是澳洲和牛吧豬, 店家說是黑豚, 坦白說吃不出有分別, 但「黑豚」豬頸肉比坊間泰菜店爽口甘香倒是真的 比較特別是香草雞肉, 是用PESTO醬調味西柚豬/牛 則食不出西柚味肉類來說雖說不特別(當然燒肉也很難有什麼特色), 但可說付合預期另有魚生供應, 但質素普通, 緊為超市貨色, 食左幾片便沒有再叫, 以免浪費肚皮熱食試了幾款黑松露炒蛋... 現在什麼食肆也來黑松露, 松露味是有的, 但炒蛋卻比較老, 而松露亦沒有均勻炒左蛋中白酒煮青口.... 真係求其煮熟左就THATS IT 淡而無味芥茉蟹柳沙律... 個汁相當有芥末味 韓風大豆芽.... 普通燒汁牛利, 這個不錯, 牛利煮得夠稔, 汁料亦洽到好處地入味 至於服務方便, 可能呢度插得太勁店方應已改善, 態度好左, 但做野依然慢.呢度目測得大約十二張台, 有三個WAITER, 一位經理, 其實人手理應好夠至於放題慣病, 即叫三樣野來兩樣, 亦有發生總結, 的確係比旺角百零蚊的好食但如果加一是"$54", 即正價要成$540一位, 就真係絕對唔抵食啦比得起$540一位, 就正正經經去燒肉店啦, 唔好放題啦至於原價如果唔係真係$540 (因坦白講在店外等電梯處的招牌也找不到價錢, 店方也沒主動介紹, $540食放題事實上也很叫人卻步)咁就抵你死啦, 取巧收$54服務費丫拿…Read More

雖然是買了團購券但這一家小店就只有我們一行五人分別點了 Kick-ass Burger, 兩個 Morning Glory 和兩個 最貴的burger另加兩份薯條, 及一份芝士薯條小店只由一位外籍店員主理, 收款煮食一腳踢可能因為咁搞到呢位姐姐黑口黑面對團購券用法十問九不應之餘還在take了四個order後便要"截單"一定要等她完成了手頭上四個漢堡才能收第五個order而她花了廿五分鐘才完成四個漢堡排在我們之後的食客問可否先落單, 他們閒逛後再回來取食物這位姐姐便很型地取出紙筆, 叫他們寫下order 完成四個burger後, 她材替我們第五位朋友落單前前後後花了三十五花鐘! 花了這麼長時間去等的一個快餐帶到店外的街頭吃 這塊紐西蘭安格斯漢堡咬下充滿肉味, 厚度適中(姐係又唔會burger king咁薄, 又唔會厚到要用刀叉食)醬汁濃郁芳香可是, 佢咁煎法 塊扒已呈十二成熟, 成了牛肉乾 我個morning glory塊培根, 就是豬肉乾再加上等久了, burger已涼了半截這位姐姐還很醒目的先做了芝士薯條結果芝士涼了, 薯條過份吸收芝士 變成了麵團 另外兩份薯條也半涼了感覺像吃麥當奴外賣般好地地一個上等的burger, 便被這一個couldn't careless的店員破壞了....…Read More

睡到三點才起身搵野食搞搞下五點先落到POPCORN一向都好南洋食物, 見土司工坊好多人於是上來二樓這家新店試試看來是先下單再搵位的設計去到收銀處見到四眼收銀哥哥自顧自的玩電話埋去請佢幫我落單, 佢望都冇望我就叫我搵位坐低先我以為改左由侍應落單, 坐低, 叫個侍應埋黎, 佢又叫返我出去落單 幾乎想走, 但抱著姑且一試的心態還是走返去個四眼哥哥度今次佢終於玩完電話啦, 仲同我講話 "驚你冇位便叫你搵位先"真係俾佢吹漲 我一支公, 搵到位再出黎咪又係冇左個位況且當時並非繁忙時間, 間餐廳大把位好啦, 有說"串"得起的小店通常都好好味更大期望了!!叫一碗海鮮喇沙, 一杯南洋奶茶佢問我南洋奶茶要咩味果陣已經心知不妙 南洋奶茶當然是煉奶啦此處居然有 淡奶和黑(想是走奶吧)的選擇似乎都不會是什麼正宗的南洋菜再者, 淡奶奶茶, 和港式奶茶有什麼分別但這裡卻有 "港式奶茶" 可供選擇坐下, 先來奶茶奶茶很濃, 但明顯不夠煉奶(看圖中色水便知)用那麼濃的茶但吝嗇煉奶,結果便是變為苦茶一杯加上不知明原因令奶熔得不好, 變為一粒粒的懸浮物(看圖)賣相, 味道都讓人噁心人客不多, 喇沙很快便到賣相是ok的, $55元一碗喇沙, 在如此貴租的商場有兩隻蝦, 兩隻青口, 兩粒魚蛋及兩塊魚片 總算配料上是對得住顧客可是湯底除了是黃色外, 完全欠缺喇沙的香味而且太過咸 除了咸味以外咖哩味嚴重不足更遑論椰香和海鮮味了誰說小店的味道一定做得比連鎖店出色?同一個商場, 另一家連鎖店這道菜和這杯奶茶都做得比亞來街好還提供套餐, 比只能"散叫"的亞來屋實惠呢…Read More

同家人及親戚食飯慶祝父親大人六十五歲大壽人數不多, 只是普通晚飯散座先說食物, 其實是不過不失, 水準合格的白灼蝦 算新鮮清蒸老虎班, 條班亦算新鮮, 而且火喉剛剛好 岩岩蒸到「離骨」大盤大砵雞, 用九層塔煮, 較乾身(似乎係煎過的)但好入味, 但老人家覺得比較鹹, 我就剛剛好蒸肉餅, 難得相當滑, 不似用機打的行貨, 抵讚 嚮螺頭瘦肉湯, 就普通左D, 好似例湯咁, 湯料亦比較少海折頭, 麻油香岩岩夠味, 碟頭亦算幾多仲有一個雜菜盤, 個盤就大, 但內置左個只在1CM左右既鐵盤, 而且好乾, 好睇唔好食寫到呢頭, 其實都應該俾一個OK, 什至值一個笑臉點知呢 真係俾一位侍應激死首先, 埋黎落單已經好唔耐煩開頭見MENU只有蝦球, 老人家最近腸胃不適, 問佢有冇唔炸既蝦佢夠膽答我, 「冇架啦係呢D架啦」再問佢有冇白灼蝦佢又話有 寫完幾味就好唔耐煩咁問, 「係咁多拿?」問佢夠唔夠食(第一次來所以對呢間酒樓既碟頭冇乜IDEA)佢張大個口, 居然唔識答最後老人家話取消一個乳豬佢居然大大聲話「好, 七樣野」喂大佬, 做中餐連呢D忌諱都唔識, 六送一湯都唔識講,如果唔係做生日, 我真係想兜口兜面問佢一句「你係咪好唔想做呀?」結果為意頭又夾硬叫多個壽包到埋單用AE咭七五折, 但特價食物冇折, 咁冇問題但黎到張單, 一睇, 個特價食物係貴過餐牌好多 (白灼蝦半斤$56, 但埋單黎收我$88)同佢拗左一輪, 佢地開頭死話岩, 係咁話一斤係$96 (完全九唔搭八) 佢先肯去改返 好地地一頓飯被一班不知所謂的侍應破壞了…Read More

自從添好運成功後, 這類點心店如雨後春筍好像茶餐廳布置加上傳統/懷舊點心便能吸金看到報紙介紹呢間新開的店 剛巧又有事要往旺角辦便招來六位好友試試 位置在較不就腳的黑布街 而且來到時已晚上九點故無須等位便拿到兩張四人台 但坐低即刻驚一驚因為不停聽到侍應講 唔好意思 "唔好意思 漏左單".. "唔好意思 支o急汁樽入錯豉油 (!)""唔好意思窩蛋牛肉飯隻蛋煎左(!!!)"跟住良久都未有人俾點心紙及茶等左五分鐘先有人求其掉低一壺香片卻從來沒有人問我地要咩茶我有朋友唔飲香片, 想要壺普洱侍應a端來一壺普洱, 侍應b即大叫(唔知向我地定侍應a啦) "我咪俾左茶囉"我答佢我地有人想飲普洱換來了今晚第一句"唔好意思"好啦唔坐都坐低左 而且係新店 服務有甩漏在所難免點菜吧先來 窩蛋牛肉飯好在我地隻蛋 係生的 牛肉食落滑口 美中不足的是豉油沒甜美墨西哥叉燒包 勝在夠熱 餡料略嫌不夠 而且包不脆推介的菜苗餃 餡料ok 但皮太"林" 不好咬口腸粉 吃了豬潤腸 叉燒腸 和 蝦腸 都切成細塊 夠心思腸粉滑係好滑 但完全沒有落味 十分之淡 單點豉油是不夠味的糯米雞 糯米就夠味啦 但係餡料十份之少 只有一兩件雞塊 幾乎只是荷葉包糯米 沒有吃糯米雞應有之滿足感乾蒸牛肉 太像山竹牛肉, 太林太大粒了鵪鶉蛋燒賣 嚴重overcook, 很鞋, 鵪鶉蛋如嚼蠟, 失敗乾炒牛河 沒鑊氣 普通茶餐廳水準鮮竹卷 居然有大大條薑絲! 完全蓋哂d味, 失敗蘿蔔糕則是最失敗 基本上是嚼粉 完全沒有蘿蔔味和口感結果也漏了兩項 棉花雞 和 大包 一來食物質素欠佳 也飽了 所以亦沒再追單吃了很多 收費不貴 但如此濫竽充數 如不多加改善很快便會被市場淘汰…Read More

因為唔太識路o黎到坐低朋友已經開緊餐叫樓面俾杯水同落單 佢即刻數下台面 "喂呢度咪夠水囉" 講返野食+30 要個沙律吧同餐湯忌廉西蘭花湯 冇西難花味冇奶味 不過渣車兜左十個圈先搵到呢個場 有d杰杰地o既熱野到肚求其了:(沙律吧出到去已經清得七七八八熱門野 生菜、吞拿魚、薯仔沙律、水蜜桃都冇因為只準出去一次見到沙律吧圍左成十個人係度呆等等左成十分鐘先fill返 當然, 對呢類沙律吧都唔可以有乜要求 但唔駛薯仔沙律冇薯仔味 d蝴蝶粉又好似冇落鹽咁淡車厘茄係最弱最冇味的貨色 水蜜桃就切到有咁細粒得咁細粒最好味係舊姐里主菜我食左個墨汁墨魚意粉個墨汁只係一個黑色既忌廉汁 全無墨魚味都算每一淡都留有一口福麵既搶喉感覺 是味精? 還是什麼不知名香料呢? 朋友的茄汁意大利飯飯亦冇意大利飯的口感, 好像普通的一個炒飯蕃茄汁亦冇蕃茄味, 反而有一種怪味, 好似香草溝福麵咁可能又係味精卦另一個朋友食既咖哩汁漢堡扒叫做有返咖哩味呢不過 咖哩都煮唔好的話 執左佢算啦餐飲咖啡, wow, 終於有咖啡味啦呢餐薯仔冇薯仔味, 西蘭花冇西蘭花味墨汁冇墨汁味 蕃茄冇蕃茄味難道ucc想向份子料理進發乎?希望係新開d人未熟手, 公平d講, 食過其他分店冇咁差的…Read More
