今晚三個人嚟食晚餐。佢有提供walk in menu，即係不需要提前預約可以即叫即整嘅餸。Overall, 我覺得食物質素係唔錯嘅！係好食嘅都幾有水準，係大師級級數！只係服務態度麻麻哋，服務員講嘢比較無尾音同埋寸。完全反映到佢哋係「打工仔，洗乜對你咁好，我又唔係間鋪頭老細，錢又不入自己袋」的處事方式，所以咁諗之下，完全覺得佢哋嘅服務態度係好合理！哩到無咩生客，佢係好似私房菜營式咁營運。所以價錢都有返咁上下。…Read More

The food is quite expensive. especially for those one bite appetisers. However the foie gras lollipop is quite nice. I do not recommend the crab apple one.For main, we have ordered the toothfish, halibut, roasted chicken and the carbonara. I was attracted by the wordings in the menu for carbonara as it says that they will serve it from the wheel. However, after we ordered, the waitress said that they will have it prepared outside (which is a far distance from our table, basically we can’t see how the pasta is prepared). Anyway, that’s fine. We understand that the place is just too small to have the cheese wheel in front of you. I personally quite like the roasted chicken. Portion is good for 4 persons. Crispy skin and tender/juicy meat. Yet I’m not attracted by the 2 fish dishes. Totally not a big wow. I think you guys should order beef rather than fish. For the dessert we ordered the campfire, where there’s oven baked mash mellow with chocolate. It’s really nice. Overall, price is expensive, but with the location, perhaps everywhere shares similar price. Would suggest to visit it on Monday with the super Monday discount. Standard Japanese with fusion. Food quality up to standard. good for westerners not Asian. No surprise at all and nothing special. Yet, one dish which I would recommend is the wagyu beef, perfectly cooked. However, it’s pretty noisy here. There’s a table of guests treating the restaurant like a karaoke room, shouting all night. I understand that there’s nothing much that the staff could do, but the quality of guests seem ..... a bit low. Can’t see any respect given to other guests at all. They are so loud that we could hardly talk. Service: good service overall. Yet, The waiters are better than the waitress. There’s one waitress just leave the food and spells out the name in high speed. Well, I know her job is done, but we as guests could hardly here what she said. Improvements are needed. 星期日十二點嚟到，完全無其他客人，包場，但之後都有幾枱客。見到無人都有啲驚驚，當然繼續抱著勇敢的心去試試佢啦。服務態度就好好，只係我想叫coke light時，有個staff話無喎，只得原味，但我明明听到對面檯啱啱有人嗌，唔知係唔係玩嘢，可能真係唔熟書。價錢: 就咁睇menu價錢，我覺得唔貴算合理。但當啲餸嚟到，看到份量，再同價錢作比較，就覺得性價比好低。因為岀面收這價錢，至少份量會大小小。問我會否在嚟？我估短期內都唔會。…Read More

覺得無其他人所講咁誇張好味，但係有家的感覺嘅小菜，因爲唔係好覺有味精。晚市嚟食，嗌咗兩個晚餐加一個醉卷雞。晚餐都好抵食。有湯、小菜同飯或麵。鹵水牛展: 好食！煮得好"淋"，都幾入味，但唔係好濃。如果滷水味重啲會比較好！豉油雞: 都係唔係好濃味，豉油味唔係好入到隻雞到。但雞煮得好滑，如果再入味啲就好。醉雞卷: 無咩酒味，所以覺得唔係好醉雞感覺。但雞肉係滑嘅，但我自己覺得普通啦。基本上，味道偏淡，可能係比較健康嘅煮法。但性價比都算高，所以都值得試試。今晚因爲叉燒沽清，所以試唔到佢哋嘅皇牌。…Read More

行過灣仔天橋，見到哩間新開的日本餐廳。第二晚決定上嚟試試！哩間餐廳主打omakase，亦分了好幾種價錢。有$600, $800, $1000 & $1200。因為$800已有十二件，我就揀咗$800哩個。食物種類好豐富。刺身好新鮮！見到師傅係真係有認真選購食材。飯，師傅選用了赤醋來加入飯到，令到飯無咁酸同中和魚嘅油脂。蒸鮑魚好入味！但因為一心想嚟食白子，可惜師傅話賣哂，所以有啲遺憾。基本上所有食物都不錯，師傅在某啲刺身上也會安排不同食法，令你可以試岀魚生的鮮味！食完好飽！真係抵食！魚湯好rich，taste到真係煲咗好耐！Ken師傅好有心機好sincere，態度非常專業！這種熱誠同堅持希望能繼續落去！會繼續支持用心經營的小店。…Read More

Everything is just perfect in here. Service is really good. All the staff here are kind and nice. Food: absolutely delicious. I didn't go for the extra top up offered for the main dish. I stick with the original menu. The lamb is brilliantly cooked. Their signature dish, sea urchin, is a big wow. Every single dish has its own specialty and taste. I can't find any defect from their dishes. Since it's a birthday celebration dinner, the restaurant offered a cute "roasted pig" choco cake. It's a big surprise and it's way too creative!! 今晚嚟到古琴，一坐低就叫了一位男服務員來點菜。我們點了鵝片、煎蠔餅及沙嗲牛肉芥蘭。咁等咗大約十分鐘，我地諗住啲餸差唔多嚟，就再叫一位女服務員同我哋點了一個細嘅方魚肉碎粥。個粥好快就送到嚟，我哋食到一半，嗰時都差唔多等咗廿幾分鐘，就發覺點解其他餸未嚟，就同職員講幫我哋跟一跟啲餸。職員覆返話跟咗。咁我哋咪再等。再等差唔多十多分鐘(total等咗多過半個鐘)，我哋再同職員講點解啲食物仲未嚟？？佢哋嘅答覆係無落過order！我即時嘅反應係咩事呀？？你哋啱啱先仲同我哋講你追咗單，而家同我哋講無落過單？？咁姐係之前叫你追單，你係hea我哋啦？？咩服務態度呀？？我哋話確實有一個男服務員同我哋落咗單㗎喎！！之後我哋已經唔想再食，而佢哋即刻再落單，我哋話算啦無意思唔食，埋單走。點知佢哋成班人走咗去，掉低我哋。要我哋自己去櫃檯埋單走，之後先話，個男服務員寫咗order，張order單就俾咗另外一個追緊其他單嗰位同事，之後無落到我哋已張單。咁點解要扮幫我追單？hea我話跟咗？個service真係好唔掂，佢哋並無作岀合理服務行業應該有嘅態度，無追究，無解釋，一啲都無覺得唔好意思個方魚肉碎粥嘅味道ok啦，啲料都足，但普通嘢無難度，所以唔會衰得去邊。但service咁樣樣，服務態度咁差，食物再好我都唔會再嚟！…Read More

新開的麵鋪，在他們差不多關鋪時入了去食。點了他們的招牌拉麵。麵鼓湯底、蛋及wasabi味炸雞。湯底唔油，味道just right啱啱好！咸味適中，幾好飲㗎！麵煮得啱啱好！al dente 叉燒真係有熏過的味道，同平時食嘅唔同，係突別之處。麵裡還會有菜，really like this，有菜嘅拉麵真係好難得！Wasabi炸雞好食，份量唔係好多，炸得幾crispy但雞肉都係tender。配埋個wasabi醬辣辣地好夾呀個味道。但可惜原來店家無上到蛋，我都係俾哂錢岀哂門口先醒起無食到蛋。不過朋友話人哋都埋緊數就算數。基本上係一個另類不錯的選擇，會推薦。…Read More
