上星期日要去㕵角睇戲,所以去咗嗰邊覓食,就揀咗想食好耐嘅阿木台灣麵。我哋唔知道原來可以用The Gulu攞定飛,去到拎咗82號飛,當時叫飛叫到64號。本來都好擔心會食唔切,點知中間叫咗好多張飛都無人應🤪最後我哋等咗大概10分鐘就可以入座啦☺️主食同飲品方面,我揀咗紅燒牛肉牛筋麵同金鑽鳳梨汁,老公就揀咗鹽酥雞便當同珍珠奶茶。我哋仲揀咗台灣小香腸同台式炸大腸做小食。牛肉牛筋麵有兩大舊牛肉同兩舊牛筋,牛肉煮得好稔,口感唔錯!麵係幼身嘅麵,質感普通,幼麵唔係好吸到湯🙈我都係鍾意粗麵多啲,早知加3蚊轉粗手工關廟麵。湯底唔算好濃味,味道不過不失,值得一讚係食完唔會口渴!鹽酥雞啲雞肉就比較乾,質素一般。小香腸啲邊煎到有啲香脆,加埋啲蒜片好好味😋(好彩而家戴住口罩,食咗蒜都唔怕臭親人🤪)大腸外皮炸到脆卜卜,夠哂邪惡香口☺️仲記得嗰日天氣好熱(係有記錄以來最熱5月☀️🔥),好彩有杯金鑽鳳梨汁解吓渴🙈鳳梨汁入面有啲鳳梨肉,味道好清新☺️ 可能因為天氣實在太熱,舖頭嘅冷氣唔係好夠,就算店入面已經開哂風扇,都食到身水身汗💦怕熱嘅人士去食就可能辛苦啲啦🙈…Read More

喺油麻地返工之後,因為呢頭好食嘅日本餐廳唔係好多,所以LUNCH都少左食日本嘢。今次同事就發掘左一間喺佐敦嘅日本餐廳,我身為一個魚生愛好者,當然舉腳贊成去試下!今次我同同事兩個去食,好彩同事醒目一早訂左位,坐左一陣就已經全場滿座。四國午餐嘅選擇有好多,無論係淨係食熟食嘅同事,定係淨係食刺身嘅我,都花多眼亂,心大心細。最後我揀左特盛什錦魚生飯($108),同事就食夏日便丼(花)($90)。前菜有中華沙律,味道正常。麵豉湯都係正常水準。可惜唔記得影個沙律,沙律嘅份量同味道都係唔錯嘅!至於個夏日便丼,鐘意胡麻醬加蕃茄嘅話真係不可錯過,有一大個蕃茄滿足你,淨係賣相都爆哂分。嗰日個便丼係跟牛肉薄燒,食肉獸就未必滿意三小塊嘅份量啦!雖然我無親口食,但我都訪問左同事架,同事覺得整體味道都好好!到我嘅摯愛刺身飯,見到個賣相就垂涎欲滴飯嘅份量剛剛好,帶有醋香。刺身種類都好啱我口味,不過食落鮮味就唔太突出啦,以呢個價錢黎講就唔算好抵啦。總括而言,四國嘅價錢喺同區而言較高,刺身味道未算十分突出,不過同事對熟食嘅評價甚高,而且勝在有好多選擇,值得再去試下佢其他嘢食…Read More

同事買過好麵線嘅外賣之後讚不絕口,我呢個業餘食評人當然要去一探虛實。可能因為附近學校放暑假,所以就見唔到同事所講座無虛席嘅畫面。一入去見到得小貓兩三隻,仲以為自己去錯地方雖然有唔同嘅套餐可以揀,但因為我唔太好出面啲豆漿,又想揀多幾個餸,所以我都係就咁叫小鍋。上次同事話我知有鴨血食嘅時候,我已經好興奮!所以諗都唔洗諗就揀左嫩滑鴨血,再配搭多兩個清啲餸—竹笙同海帶結。湯底方面有4個選擇:上湯、清水、酸辣同麻辣。由於我第一次試呢間店,所以辣度方面唔敢太進取,今次就試住小麻辣蕃薯粉先。蕃薯粉係屬於粗身嗰種,食落幾滑同有韌勁。湯底就係清湯再加一啲麻辣汁,唔似平時成碗都係紅油嘅麻辣湯底,相對比較清淡,無咁重口味。不過小麻辣就真係唔夠辣,連我呢個唔係好食得辣嘅人,都覺得一啲都唔夠辣。鴨血食落真係嫩滑,海帶結食落口感都好好咬口。湯底肉碎偏少,所以就冇為湯底加分。整體黎講,味道未至於驚為天人,但個湯底清清地無乜味精,食完全日都冇口乾,配搭嘅餸幾特別,有平時少見嘅鴨血、海帶結、鵪鶉蛋等等,係大型連鎖米線店以外嘅好選擇。…Read More

意想不到的朱古力加普洱

今日同咖喱包喺荃灣睇完《軍艦島》(係我心愛嘅宋仲基呀),諗唔到食乜之際,諗起同事介紹過一間名字相當特別嘅餐廳—普洱,決定走去試下!普洱呢個名為大家帶黎美麗嘅誤會,我地企喺門口等嘅時候,有一對夫婦行過嘅時候話:「哦普洱係飲茶嘅。」睇黎大家要睇睇餐牌先會知道普洱嘅乾坤。其實普洱主要係食米線同埋飯,相信普洱呢個名係來自佢呢度一款好特別嘅特飲—唔同口味嘅普洱。咁特別嘅飲品真係好大嘅誘惑,令我都忍唔住要破戒點一杯凍飲—凍朱古力普洱專一嘅咖喱包就繼續飲佢嘅至愛—椰汁紅豆冰。嘢食方面,選擇都好多,由涼拌到不同湯底嘅熱食,通心米線到紅薯粉,林林總總嘅配菜,都要費煞思量先下到決定。夏日炎炎特別想食涼浸嘅嘢,最後我就揀左滇醬骨春城豆花涼拌紅薯粉,咖喱包就揀左花枝丸三鮮清湯米線。過左一陣,打頭陣嘅就係特飲。朱古力普洱嘅朱古力味好香濃,茶味相對比較淡,普洱味唔太明顯,感覺似平時台式飯品中嘅朱古力奶茶;椰汁紅豆冰椰汁味幾香,唔會過甜。過左一陣主菜登場。滇醬骨春城豆花涼拌紅薯粉係幼身嗰種,都幾爽口。涼拌嘅汁味道普通,唔夠酸唔夠辣,冇左涼拌比較開胃嘅作用,不過配合生嘅青瓜蘿蔔絲,口感清新爽脆。春城豆花其實就係辣肉碎配滑豆腐,同涼拌都幾夾,不過如果用黎放湯,唔知會唔會夾兩夾就散哂喺啲湯度。滇醬骨煮得幾入味,不過可能我嗰兩舊都比較瘦,所以食落有啲鞋。(呢啲係健康嘅口感,ok?)豆腐同滇醬骨份量略嫌較少。至於咖喱包嘅花枝丸三鮮清湯米線,由於佢比較獨食,所以我都冇機會試下味,就冇得評論啦。總括而言,普洱無論係飲品同食物選擇都好多,而且好多都好新奇,令我都幾想再去多次,試下今次走漏眼嘅通心米線。價錢方面都幾實惠,呢個價錢包埋特飲真係好抵,而且星期日都有下午茶,兩點半就開始啦,可惜我地食完行出去先發現我地差少少就可以食下午茶啦。下次再黎普洱「飲茶」!…Read More

今日自己出去快食一個lunch,醒起朋友最近食過新仙清湯腩,就一於自己去試下。一坐低咖喱味撲鼻啦,不過見佢啲飯份量好多,而且咖喱好似太heavy,所以都係唔食住啦!雖然佢有常餐可以有嘢飲送,不過牛腩嘅選擇太少啦!所以我都係就咁叫粉面。粉面入面牛都有好多variation,本來好想食JUMBO牛五寶湯河架,有齊哂我最鐘意食嘅脷肚腩筋尾!不過成$62一碗真係唔捨得食呀,惟有食住牛坑腩河($46)先啦。唔洗5分鐘碗河粉就黎啦~讚:舊蘿蔔真係好好味!夠林得黎吸哂清湯嘅甜味!食完真係好想encore蘿蔔!湯底好清唔油膩,我忍唔住飲左大半碗,而且食完成日都冇口渴,通過人肉味精測試。彈:整體份量太少啦,牛腩得4小粒,食完都冇印象,蘿蔔得一舊,成碗都用7分鐘就食得乾乾淨淨.........以呢個價錢食碗粉,真係唔抵食。可能因為價錢唔親民,所以午飯時間都冇乜人食,就算入黎食嘅人都多數係食咖喱飯,可見佢啲粉面嘅份量真係不受油麻地打工一族青睞......總括而言,如果我下次再黎,我比較想就咁食一碟$16嘅腩汁蘿蔔算啦.........(如果真係有下次)…Read More

旺角果然係勇士嘅聚集地

今日男朋友咖喱包話要好好慶祝佢暫時遠離小人,所以要食好嘢,但係有人又冇一早諗好要食乜,臨急抱佛腳R爆頭嘅情況底下,最後決定試下有磯燒海鮮嘅放題。上網隨手用左「旺角 放題 磯燒」做關鍵字搜尋,就搵到呢間御.八幡屋日本料理。 去到旺角放題集中地兆萬中心地下,已經俾御.八幡屋個妹妹捉住左sell .佢話御.八幡屋仲有好多位,可以坐得舒服啲,本來見到7:30入場要$X1,1=每位要$305真係想打退堂鼓.........我地企喺街邊睇多兩篇食評見到質素幾好,個妹妹又話有位,我地就不虞有詐,開始闖入龍潭虎穴......上到三樓之後,先發現原來已經冇乜位,結果要坐喺門口動物園位同等位嘅人你眼望我眼咁食.......我地惟有進入一個超然嘅境界,對每對行過「欣賞」我地個磯燒爐嘅目光視若無睹啦。(點解我地會咁睇唔開接受呢個開放式飯枱......)呢度飲品係自己去雪櫃拎嘅,基本嘅可樂、C+、烏龍茶都有嘅(仲有第一次見嘅鴻福堂檸檬茶),酒精類有hite啤酒同清酒,種類都算OK啦。等左一陣之後海鮮拼盤就出現啦。拼盤有大赤蝦、鮑魚、半殼扇貝同蟹蓋。如果之後再追加呢啲海鮮,就要加錢架啦。價錢可以參考返下面嘅點菜紙,在此不贅啦。燒緊海鮮之際,我地就努力揀其他嘢食啦。點菜紙就有好多張,不過每樣嘅種類都唔係好多,第一輪揀野食主攻刺身,我地就緊係乜都劃哂啦哈哈我地落左單之後等左好耐都冇嘢食(偷聽到店員話有啲枱一樣嘢都未黎過......),好彩我地有磯燒啲海鮮頂住先,先不至於喺度乾等......除左有一隻扇貝唔知點解黃黃地色好似萎縮左之外,呢個拼盤嘅海鮮都幾好味嘅。當中最出色係個蟹蓋,蟹肉撈埋啲沙律醬燒完之後好香。扇貝就真係冇乜味啦.......之後可以任叫嘅海鮮都黎左,唔洗加錢嘅選擇得5樣,基本上我地都全部叫哂。海蝦同青口都還可以嘅,蟶子由於比較細隻,所以都食唔出係咩味......生蠔嘅質素真係比較差,食落感覺唔太新鮮。清酒煮硯就由頭到尾都冇出現過。望穿秋水,第一輪落嘅單終於黎左4成左右。啲刺身都冇乜鮮味,除左三文魚比較好食之外,其他都乏善可陳......而吞拿魚就更加可一不可再,真係一啲魚味都冇!!!(樂觀啲諗可能冇味好過有味)連號稱食物清道夫嘅我,都冇辦法掃哂佢落肚......食開放題都慣左俾人漏單架啦,所以都係再落單算啦。之後再落嘅嘢食基本上都黎齊,由於刺身真係唔太好食,我地呢輪主要食壽司同熟食。雖然舊壽司一夾就散同火炙到啲飯都燶埋,壽司中火炙三文魚腩同火炙汁燒左口魚裙邊算幾好食架啦:)!最尾都有encore左兩件。海膽幾好食,起碼唔苦唔腥,紫菜就一如所料唔脆嘅......不過手卷有咁多飯咁飽肚,所以食左一件就冇再食啦。赤貝味道都OK,但海膽赤蝦真係一啲味都冇,好失望。辣汁煮螺味道都唔錯,只係啲汁有啲似韓國辛辣麵嘅湯汁。而家大部分放題都有小蕃薯,幾甜幾好食,我食左兩串架!燒冬菇一串有兩隻,我食左一舊先記得影相。不過燒冬菇普普通通,冇乜香味。燒羊架都幾好味,啲肉夠淋同有羊味。(好味嘅嘢多數食左先醒起冇影相)本來話咬一啖就分俾咖喱包食.....點知因為啲肉好淋,我一啖就咬哂成舊肉出黎......我惟有獨食啦。最後就食埋甜品同炸物。榴槤炸彈同香芋丸都幾好食,熱辣辣係無得輸嘅。櫻花奶凍同楊枝金露都唔錯,算係成餐入面幾滿意架啦。後面仲有舊隱藏嘅西瓜,同酒樓果盤差唔多味啦。甜品其實仲有可以自己去雪櫃拎嘅雀巢雪糕同牛奶樂雪條,不過已經飽飽就冇再食啦。臨食完先黎嘅帶子裙邊,本來想食埋佢,不過真係太咸啦!為左腎臟健康着想,惟有做一次大嘥鬼......總括而言,食物質素真係比較低,以過三百大洋一位黎講,真係唔值。如果大概二百蚊一位,先叫可以接受。我地坐喺門口動物園位,見到不停有人喺度等位,真係心諗,旺角真係多勇士,咁多人黎闖呢個龍潭虎穴......惟一值得一讚嘅係店員嘅態度都好好,好有耐性咁教我地呢啲燒海鮮生手點燒啲海鮮,有一個男店員喺我地每次講唔該嘅時候都會話唔洗客氣應該嘅,見佢地不停傳菜同俾人追啲野食,都保持到好嘅態度,真係值得一讚。由於呢篇食評俾左個喊樣,相信都唔會排得咁前。如果你有幸睇到呢篇食評,希望可以幫到你下英明嘅決定......…Read More

最近心情持續喺低氣壓狀態.........諗諗下決定要食返杯雪糕cheer up 自己!我同表弟袁仔1:20pm左右去到Via Tokyo,店入面仲有唔少吉位,果然喺香港想食炙手可熱嘅甜品又唔想排長龍嘅話,一定要反其道而行,人地食lunch 我地就食甜品先!記住如果要堂食嘅話,每位至少要嗌一樣野食架!去到點餐處,真係花多眼亂得黎又好似款款都差唔多,主要睇下你想食抹茶、牛奶定係抹茶+牛奶雪糕啦,同埋配料想要乜啦,要一個cone定一個碗。我係一個不折不扣嘅抹茶控,當然就想食綠茶雪糕啦,最後我揀左蕨餅抹茶雪糕($53),袁仔揀左白玉紅豆雪糕($45)。俾左錢之後就可以乖乖地坐喺位等啦!過左十幾分鐘左右,店員就送上我地嘅雪糕!蕨餅抹茶雪糕除左有蕨餅之外,仲有一粒栗子同紅豆。抹茶雪糕有香濃抹茶同牛奶味,口感好濃厚軟滑!天時暑熱食一啖透心涼嘅雪糕,真係爽到極!由於抹茶味有啲甘苦,所以夾埋比較甜嘅紅豆一齊食就啱啱好啦。由於佢牛奶成份比較多,食到一半就會覺得有少少膩,同埋食哂啲紅豆之後,抹茶雪糕就會比較苦,建議嗜甜嘅人(或者唔識欣賞苦瓜嘅人xD)食抹茶+牛奶雪糕平衝返啲甘苦味會較好。至於蕨餅就煙煙韌韌,主要係食佢個口感,味道就冇乜特別。白玉紅豆雪糕都有十足嘅牛奶味,白玉就有少少似湯圓咁,用雪糕送湯圓係幾搞笑!偷左袁仔幾啖雪糕之後,我諗我下次都係會食抹茶+牛奶雪糕!食完甜品之後,真係心情靚返哂!下次唔開心嗰陣我搵到方法治療啦P.S.我地大概2點左右食完走人,門口已經有條小小嘅人龍等位,「人食飯時我地食雪糕」作戰策略大成功!…Read More

期望過高嘅芝士蘑菇釀雞翼

一星期一度同同事出街食lunch 嘅Happy Friday 又到啦!今次就試下之前行過覺得門面幾靚嘅壹.咖啡店試下啦!(上次行過嗰陣同事同我地分享過佢試過食食下成間舖停電啲燈熄哂嘅經歷.........好彩我地食嗰陣一切順利。)我地今次一行三人,去到嘅時候(大概1點)全場滿座,所以都要喺門口排左6—7分鐘,先有位安排我地入座,好彩佢門口有大大個餐牌,方便有選擇困難症嘅人預先諗下食乜。午市套餐有廿一個選擇,平時係選擇困難症重症患者嘅我今次居然冇病發!我嘅靈魂一早就俾806芝士蘑菇釀雞翼蛋包飯攝走左啦!!見到有釀雞翼真係覺得好驚喜!釀雞翼要拆骨咁麻煩,居然喺lunch都可以食到,真係不得不支持下!(店員都喺落單時特意提醒呢個餐要等得比較耐)落完單之後首先黎左熱檸水,白湯同蒜蓉包,白湯質地太杰啦,再杰多少少就變意粉嘅白汁架啦!同事們飲左幾啖已經覺得好飽....... 味道就冇乜特別啦.......蒜蓉包烘得唔夠脆,味道麻麻......檸水就當然唔係驚為天人嘅O水啦,不過我覺得個枱面幾靚所以先影低。等左15分鐘左右,主菜終於黎啦!芝士蘑菇釀雞翼蛋包飯的賣相唔錯,可惜蛋就有點過老,所以食嘅時候飯就冇乜蛋嘅味道......好彩有足夠嘅茄汁,所以個飯未至於太乾。飯好似有加入紅米,如果紅米嘅比例多啲就好啦。至於主角釀雞翼呢,就有少少令人失望。芝士同蘑菇好似都只係薄薄一層塗喺雞翼上面,咬左面嗰層之後就好似食緊普通無骨雞翼咁,冇乜過人之處。總括而言,食物味道一般,不過勝左多選擇,而且價錢唔算貴又唔洗加一,下次都可以試嘅。P.S.  餐廳環境比較擠逼,兩個人坐一邊都只係剛剛好......坐到中途加左一個人入黎搭枱,同一個陌生人咁逼咁坐一邊卡位感覺有啲尷尬.......下次都係集合4個人先去食啦…Read More

大角咀近年開左好多小小嘅cafe,今次就Enter Press Enter 同好友共聚。我同朋友點左什錦海鮮龍蝦燴意大利闊條麵($168) 同 火山石燒巴拉圭肉眼牛扒 (原價要$188, 而家做緊優惠$99) 落單嘅時候店員話我地知可以揀3、5或7成熟,我地都係茹毛飲血愛好者,所以毫不猶豫揀左3成熟是日餐湯為大蒜薯仔湯,雖然加左蒜落去,但味道唔算太濃烈,飲完可以放心同隔離嗰個傾計,唔駛怕有口氣XD湯嘅質地略為稀,不過都食到湯入面有打爛左嘅薯仔。西湯黎講我偏好忌廉湯質地濃稠嘅湯,所以我覺得呢個湯不過不失。過左一陣朋友點嘅凍焙茶latte就黎到啦,一見到杯嘢我地都好驚喜!係不銹鋼飲管!係不銹鋼飲管!係不銹鋼飲管呀!(很重要所以要講三次),估唔到呢間小店都係環保小先鋒,願意為環保多花心機去處理不銹鋼飲管呢啲可循環再用嘅餐具,對一間小店黎講真係要花一定嘅人力心力,呢份心意真係好難得,嗰啲堂食都用即棄餐具嘅大財團點可以唔慚愧?!主菜火山石燒巴拉圭肉眼牛扒 (三成熟)同不銹鋼飲管相比,就冇乜驚喜啦。肉質比較un,肉味唔太濃,醬汁味道偏淡。配菜薯蓉好似冇調味咁,食食下大家都遺忘左佢,最後要我呢個食物清道夫掃哂佢入口另一道主菜係什錦海鮮龍蝦燴意大利闊條麵,一如以往,我見到有龍蝦就心心眼架啦,可惜龍蝦肉比較少,唔太食到鮮味,雖說係什錦海鮮,我主要就只係食到魷魚同魚柳,味道都唔算好出色,比較抵讚嘅地方係闊條麵軟硬適中,龍蝦汁夠多,所以每條闊條麵都掛到汁。最後飲埋杯熱焙茶latte,焙茶味道香濃,甜度適中,唔加糖都已經夠甜。Press Enter食物味道一般,飲品就唔錯,不過用不銹鋼飲管嘅心意實在係一大亮點,希望之後食物嘅質素會有進步。PS. 餐廳22:00打烊,可能店員想早啲完成一日嘅工作,21:25就開始清潔店面,噴清潔劑抹枱。不過由於每張枱嘅距離好近,當店員抹我地隔離張枱嗰陣,我地就好似用清潔劑送闊條麵咁,掩蓋哂啲龍蝦味啦。希望店家下次可以注意下,避免喺有人食嘢嘅附近用氣味濃烈嘅清潔劑清潔,令顧客有更愉快嘅用餐經驗。…Read More

同事由美食沙漠馬鞍山帶黎叮噹(Opssssss出賣年齡)嘅至愛—豆沙包(又名銅鑼燒)啱啱食完早餐都要食埋佢當brunch成個銅鑼燒我最欣賞佢個餅皮,唔會太甜,而且好鬆軟之餘又好滑,唔會好粗糙有多多粒粒跌到周圍都係。入面啲餡料都相當出色,尤其係啲忌廉!唔會好膩或者太甜,配搭埋啲紅豆恰到好處!啲餡嘅份量一啲都唔孤寒,食完好滿足☺呢個銅鑼燒我俾100分佢不過佢啲分店就唔多就腳,幾時開喺我屋企附近呀?而家暫時靠我同事外賣俾我啦…Read More
