今日嚟開旺角,試下呢間同事介紹話相當有特色嘅越南餐廳,餐廳位於旺角銀座式大廈彌敦道726嘅一樓,座位寬敞,環境舒適。焦糖雲朵咖啡,呢個焦糖雲朵咖啡味道相當特別,下層係湯力汽水,同上層嘅越南咖啡撞埋一齊,風味獨特,值得一試。南越蟹肉醬配脆球餅,脆球餅有少少似印度嘅其中一款脆餅,不過做成中空球形,等你可以不啲蟹肉入去一齊食, 蟹肉味道鮮甜,裏頭有少少甘筍絲同埋香草,有少少似沙律,同個脆餅味道好夾。脆米紙薄餅,米紙薄餅上面嘅係蘿蔔青瓜同埋一隻好似臘腸嘅肉粒,面頭灑滿炸蒜同埋番紅花,個肉粒勁好味,加埋啲配菜酸酸地,相當開胃。嫲嫲南越湯招牌金邊粉,碗金邊粉一嚟到見到個湯嘅顏色已經覺得有少少似泰式船河,即刻呷一啖湯底,果然有少少似,帶有好濃烈嘅肉香,呢個招牌金邊粉有好多餸,分別有牛肉片、牛面珠、牛筋、牛尾、牛肉丸同埋油條,牛尾嘅香酥脂質感覺,我到執筆嘅呢一刻都非常回味。…Read More

西菁街嘅呢一間老掌櫃開咗唔係好耐,猶記得佢當初喺大角咀開店一直都躍躍欲試,今次分店開到入嚟元朗,係機會喇小志強。口水雞,口水雞上面佈滿密密麻麻嘅豆豉、香蒜、薑蓉同埋辣椒,味道正宗,惹味非常,雞肉嫩滑,認真無敵。豆角燒茄子,豆角同茄子經過爆炒,每一條都被濃濃嘅醬汁重重包圍,重口味嘅朋友表示高興。排骨擔擔麵,排骨炸得香脆,鍾意佢分開上唔會俾啲湯浸到腍哂,若然厚切一啲相信個口感會更加好,擔擔麵麵條口感爽身,湯汁香中帶辣,屬水準之作。…Read More

米芝蓮今日公佈咗必比登推介名單,必比登推介即係用四百蚊能夠嗌到三樣嘢嘅 "平民" 美食餐廳,咁啱喺大圍呢頭要搵食,又嚟碰碰運氣睇吓要罰幾耐企。到逹時為平日1319,門口有五六個人等緊位,好明顯米芝蓮效應未到,最終等咗十五分鐘入得,喺門口等位期間,見廚師係四季酒店法國餐廳嘅大廚,喺大圍一碗陽春麵賣過百蚊,不無道理;由諗住去到等位到坐低到等碗麵嚟都一直思考緊人生,究竟過百蚊食一碗陽春麵,係戇定係值呢,不過人生苦短,還是及時行樂吧。揀咗第二貴嘅海龍皇湯,盛惠130個大元,上枱係有氣勢嘅,兩隻大海蝦、兩隻北海道帶子同為數不少嘅藍蟹肉,加上撲鼻嘅龍蝦香氣令人食指大動,先呷一啖湯底,龍蝦味係濃,但係不至於驚為天人,麵條口感少腍夠彈;海蝦極度新鮮,從蝦頭啲膏就可以領略得到;北海道帶子煮到八分熟,係半溏心嘅狀態,雖則唔係我至愛嘅五成熟但係食麵食到半溏心嘅帶子令人喜出望外;藍蟹肉可能因濃湯關係鮮味未能盡嚐。整體感覺初時覺得都係一試無妨,但係再試又未至於投降嗰隻,及後試埋友人嘅棉花雞湯底,雖然雞嘅嫩滑程度絶對要再下苦功,但係個湯底有如城中我最愛嘅花膠雞湯底一樣有咁高嘅輸出,食碗麵有打咗個花膠雞湯底邊爐一樣嘅感受,再回頭過番去個海龍皇湯,未知係咪因為無啱啱上枱咁滾燙嘅關係,個龍蝦味竟然再出多兩倍,此時,便覺得物有所值鳥。睇番介紹,呢度嘅湯底要用半日時間,以五六十斤材料煮成,客人嗌唔同湯麵,廚房再喺湯底中加入不同嘅配料如牛骨湯、牛尾汁、牛臉肉等再煮;成本高,價錢自然貴,每碗麵賣過百元仍然客人不絕,仲經常喺下晝四五點賣哂。由於湯底數量有限,每日所有湯麵合共只係賣二百至二百五十碗。今次意猶未盡,仲有嗰堆好頭好尾雙冬羊肉想試,令我未行出呢個門口已經諗緊下次要幾時再嚟,第一次俾米芝蓮搞到我有咁高嘅滿足感,係時候認真咁硏究吓全個必比登推介名單喇。…Read More

Follow 開 DE ODD 見佢有幫呢間餐廳嘅老闆影相,走入去佢 OR 睇下見啲米線又幾似樣喎,之前 bookmark 咗一直想試,今日過開嚟大圍做嘢,機會嚟喇飛雲。餐廳喺大圍田心嘅一條小街,唔係陀地嘅話相信都要做定啲功課,到達時為星期六1252,門口已經有兩個人喺度等緊位,小店坐位唔多,為數十零個,不過咁早個 flow 都尚算ok,等咗大約十分鐘就有位。今日氣溫大約十八度,但係一入到去餐廳就好似帶咗你去咗八月咁,我好鐘意食辣,我食辣係會出好多汗嘅,就算得幾度都會出汗,曾經一度掙扎好唔好嗌外賣即蓆喺門口長櫈度食,以享受番個十八度嘅清涼天氣,不過因為唔捨得張枱同付出咗嘅等位時間而打消咗呢個念頭,初時以為係冬天有人怕凍而熄咗個冷氣,及後睇番其它食友嘅食評,見佢八月去都話間舖又係熱辣辣嘅,作為一個西伯利亞人,實在極為難受,希望佢去到第伍年唔會都係長年 keep 住喺八月呢個溫度啦。揀咗佢哋嘅招牌滷鴨片,湯底揀咗酸辣中辣,個辣度同譚仔相若,面頭層油極厚,自然比譚仔更香,不過亦都更見邪惡,葱嘅份量好多,啱 feel;湯底好味,夠酸夠辣,心裏不期然將佢同四陂坊及香車街街市比較;肉碎比坊間一般大粒,亦異常咁入味,係全碗米線令我最驚喜嘅部份;到佢地嘅招牌滷鴨片,肉質鞋靱仲要加上厚切,同滷沒有半點關係,屬地獄中嘅地獄,對於位列招牌感到十分費解。初次到訪加咗個小食麥芽滷大腸拼雞腎,小食比米線早到幾分鐘,架撐跟米線先嚟但見店員忙緊都係不便打擾,就等埋個米線先一併品嚐,架撐一如之前食友所述攞到嚟係濕立立嘅,係少見嘅核突,不過呢個滷味將分數挽回,雞腎應該滷咗好耐所以有啲硬,但係亦可能因為咁而更加入味,雞腎能夠入味到咁真係少有,雞腎比大腸滷得更甜,正中我鐘意滷得夠甜嘅下懷,坊間好少滷店會較到咁甜嘅,果然麥芽。另外仲打包咗個麻香酸菜雞絲同麻辣口水雞翼,前者個辣油辣中帶甜,風味獨特;後者個雞翼係滷過再口水嘅,比起坊間九成白烚純粹靠個口水汁亦都更見誠意,唯一可以扣分嘅就係個外賣碗同蓋油淋淋,拆完個外賣對手油哂。離開時為1350,有十幾人喺門口等緊位,我估我仲會嚟試埋佢個麻辣湯底同其他小食,鐘意滷得嚟 sweet sweet 地嘅朋友一定要嚟品評一吓。…Read More

喺公司附近嘅呢個位又有新餐廳開咗,開咗兩個零禮拜經過幾次次次都無乜人,無乜人通常唔係貴就係難食,不過疫情底下嘅無乜人就會變得有啲吸引,even 要有中伏嘅準備。餐廳裝潢簡約,帶點無印風,係幾舒適嘅,今日嚟試吓個早餐,價錢都有番咁上下,最平嘅堂食食物古早炒米粉 30 蚊,單點蛋餅最平 35 蚊,套餐最平 41 蚊,包個炒米粉、刈包同飲品。因為想試吓個刈包嘅關係我揀咗起司爆蛋刈包餐,貪心加咗五蚊雞絲米粉湯,刈包上面鋪咗啲花生碎同菜圃,不過淨係喺中間有,唔咬中間先啲碎就會跌到週圍都係,咬中間先咁你就淨係得第一啖有花生碎同菜圃,我想問係預人點食嘅呢 ?菜圃有少少酸,都幾好味,不過可惜得第一啖有,起司份量好少,而且集中哂喺底部,爆蛋就 ok 嫩滑,不過個包咁厚始終都唔係好夠味送,剩低啲包太淡食唔到;雞絲米粉湯味道清淡,要問哥哥仔拎啲辣椒油先夠味,哥哥仔好似未有客問佢拎過辣椒油咁要問廚房,而個辣椒油又真係由廚房不出嚟喎,攞個辣椒油都要驚動廚房,咁個廚房咪好唔得閒 !?睇番其他食友午市啲相,佢呢度啲飯麵都好似幾靚嘅,搵日食商務午餐可以再俾多一次機會佢,而早市無乜人嘅原因,我估係因為CP值低。…Read More

今日過嚟呢邊啲雜貨舖搵即熱邊爐,原本諗住去南記食,不過見時日無多,又見到門口有皮皮,就膽粗粗九衝咗入去呢間一碗車仔麵度試吓。餐廳嘅牆身非常復古,不只限於所張貼嘅 poster,連嗰個油漆剝落嘅殘破感都還原到周璇嗰個年代,入場聽到楊采妮嘅不會哭於你面前,我諗播番天涯歌女應該會更加夾,我未能夠分辨到牆身個殘破感係歲月嘅洗禮定係名師嘅設計,睇番OR最舊嗰篇食評係2017年,又唔多以係百年嘅老字號喎。餐牌上極多餸揀,數番一共有45款餸,仲未計小食,真係好多,有水吧嘅車仔麵檔係有分加嘅,雖然我今日無飲到,兩餸28三餸33,喺今時今日嚟講都算幾抵。揀咗個香茅豬頸肉牛筋豬腸甜酸齋河粉,甜酸齋分上阿姐無黑面,辣度揀咗大辣,豬頸肉要加兩蚊所以有多少期望。河粉基本嘢,個湯都係,跟住試啖牛筋,炆得極腍,心中暗喜;跟手嘅香茅豬頸肉,把你迅間落地獄、硬到癲之餘仲同香芧沒有半點關係;跟住試舊豬腸,難得嘅充滿豬味,好耐無食過咁有豬味嘅豬腸喇;隨後將個辣撈勻,又令我有少少懷疑人生,個辣有陣怪味,食多十幾啖至諗到嗰陣味有少少似南孔味,得嚟又有少少鹹香,係奇怪,不過都夠辣嘅;甜酸齋於我嚟講從來都係用嚟解吓辣,呢度嘅甜酸齋甜咗啲又酸咗啲,不過不失。呢度嘅餸份量好多,人間代表豬腸有成七八舊,牛筋有五六舊,地獄系嘅豬頸肉都有四五舊,不過食完有少少口渴,但係屬於可接受嘅程度。…Read More

一直都好鐘意食南記,由重口味嘅小鍋酸辣到清湯招牌河 (清湯先可以落辣椒油,小鍋酸辣落咗都遮哂,同埋佢本身都夠哂味) 我都好鐘意,雖然餸方面我淨係鐘情腩肉 (唔知點解近年餐牌改咗叫辣豬肉) 同埋春卷,幾乎來來去去都係揀呢兩樣餸咁滯,但係都無損我對佢嘅熱情,自從年零前嘅新湯底麻酸辣 (我覺得呢個湯底太鹹) 之後,今日如常去南記發現又有新湯底喇,就係酸菜魚湯底,酸菜石班魚米線套餐跟杯豆漿盛惠53,呢個湯底味道夠哂酸,非常頂癮,本身唔係好辣所以有條件落辣椒油,落完之後嗰個酸度同辣度係我至愛嘅水平,餸菜方面,收得你嗰53蚊,個”石班”魚係點相信都會有心理準備,比較特別嘅係入面有花生芽(雖則我唔係好好) 同幾舊醃過嘅酸蘿蔔,夠哂誠意,暫時呢個酸菜魚湯底成為咗我喺南記嘅飛佛。…Read More
