I was drawn to this hole-in-the-wall by its rave reviews, which also brought my hopes up as I eagerly dug into its serving of Agent Eggy.I wasn't disappointed - the pork chop was served just right, well-marinated, juicy inside & not dry; the bottom layer fried rice was just right; and all topped by a layer of freshly baked cheese lightly browned.However, I was subsequently beset by a whole day of dry mouth & sleepiness. 今日第一次到尖沙咀店，1點半到落單，到2點幾都未有得食。廚房有6、7人忙成一團糟，但一大堆食嘢客人企住齋等。終於決定放棄等，同老細話「有冇搞錯，食車仔麵，都要等咁耐，真係離譜。」老細話唔好意思，人手不足。好在佢地知理虧，退錢畀我。我奉勸佢地落單時，先溫馨提示要等好耐，咁嘛大家就唔會有誤會囉。希望佢地未來會搞好地。另外，見到食客食嘅牛腩撈，地牛腩乾徙徙，更加覺得要等咁耐唔抵。…Read More
