今日第一次到尖沙咀店,1點半到落單,到2點幾都未有得食。廚房有6、7人忙成一團糟,但一大堆食嘢客人企住齋等。終於決定放棄等,同老細話「有冇搞錯,食車仔麵,都要等咁耐,真係離譜。」老細話唔好意思,人手不足。好在佢地知理虧,退錢畀我。我奉勸佢地落單時,先溫馨提示要等好耐,咁嘛大家就唔會有誤會囉。希望佢地未來會搞好地。
另外,見到食客食嘅牛腩撈,地牛腩乾徙徙,更加覺得要等咁耐唔抵。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
