住左深水埗幾十年,唔會對呢啲平民小食有乜感覺,但啲朋友一提到深水埗,唔多唔少總會有一兩聲提到呢間冷巷旁小店身為深水埗地膽,未試過連天水圍朋友都食過既呢間小店,又實在過份今日趁放假,下午茶時間去光顧下原來平日都唔少慕名而來既朋友及街坊,除左外賣長龍,店內亦群情汹湧好辛苦先搵到位攝入其中,眼看張餐枱上污煙瘴氣,見到就已經唔開胃,等左十分鐘都冇阿姐黎執枱,其他枱既客人想“請”阿姐抹一抹枱,亦被報以冷言,我在旁都感難受我坐在收銀處前張枱,由於收銀位置鬼鼠,好多食客都以為出門口車仔檔俾錢,都一一被收銀阿姐喝停返轉頭,有啲客人問“唔係門口俾錢咩”,阿姐就以極度煩厭語氣回覆“有眼你睇呢度寫住收銀處啦”及後,阿姐仲不斷低聲咒罵,難為我坐收銀前,聽鬧都聽飽點左幾個普通到極點既小食:腸粉,魚蛋蘿蔔同粉果我唔知點解盒益泰會咁出名,自問由細食呢啲下欄野食到大,可能啲食慣好野既食家先會感受到佢既風味腸粉醬油芝麻自己任加,呢個可能係比其他檔口優勝既地方掛?我諗唔到其他了, sorry... 蘿蔔係幾入味既,但自己在屋企亦不難做到,魚蛋粉果亦只屬好一般唔知點解出左名,叫飛上枝頭,啲客就湧住黎試,老細已經唔憂做,客人黎到有得食,仲要多謝返老細咁款,我自問由細食到大呢啲雜食,就唔會再黎排住隊受氣。喂,普通街邊野黎姐,駛唔駛排長龍兼受氣先食到先?…Read More

在openrice睇到呢間新開既自助餐廳, 主打海鮮, 都有幾個好既食評; 新年前, 女友生日就不如試下呢間... 又話有多款龍蝦海鮮任食, 聽到口水流... 早成個星期就book定位, 但... book位嗰陣已經有少少唔不愉快... 點解食都未食就咁不愉快 無他既... 訂位時候, 位操鄉音既阿姐... 似乎好唔耐煩喎...我: "唔該, 我想訂1月21號晚自助餐兩位"佢: "你食邊場先得格" (好唔耐煩咁)我: "下 有咩場揀呀" (鬼知你有邊場咩! )佢: "哎也! 有好多場家嘛! 午餐, 下午茶, 晚市同宵夜架!" (我欠左佢咁)...經過一輪來回問答後, 終於book好左六點... (後來再上openrice睇多次, 哦... 原來係國外集團, 唔怪得服務都比較重內地口味 )---到左1月21日, 差唔多五點半已經到左銅鑼灣, 見早左咁多, 之前位阿姐話晚市係5點至9點... 咁不如早啲入去啦! 去到後, 已經見到有條大隊... 嘩! 唔係掛! 望一望個場入面, 咦, 無乜人咋喎 (應該係好多位先真, 個場真係好大)心諗, 唔通條隊係walk in 好彩自己有訂位... 點知, 登記完先發現, 條隊就係book左六點班客... 下! 咁無彈性架 人地早黎左, 入面又有位... 好心俾人入去先啦唔該!等左廿分鐘, 終於入得去, 裡面真係好大... 我地被安排坐到最入咁滯... 都好既, 遠遠地都有窗景, 算有街望下... (之後就知奶野, 每次出去拎野食, 真係好似百萬行咁! 腳都軟! )間廳餐既格局, 真係堅似酒樓... 或food court, 枱凳坐得唔多舒服, 心諗... 每位$398仲要加一架... 賣相已經唔值, 希望啲野食低返條數啦... ---首要目標一: 睇完網友既食評, 當然要主攻龍蝦, 條隊都唔短, 大大話話都有十幾人排緊, 但... 唔郁喎... 阿姐安慰排隊既食客, 煮緊架啦~ 要等下...原來, 海鮮攤檔長期一堆人排隊既原因係, 出野都唔算快... 好多時龍蝦同鮑魚都要排十幾分鐘先有得食, 所以長期都排住一條龍... 另一個問題(我覺得好嚴重), 就係... 每人只限拿一份... 咩叫人份呢 就係... 龍蝦半隻或鮑魚一粒... 就叫一份... 原意係唔想啲人一次拎得太多, 攪到人地無得拎... 但... 你地有冇考慮過我呢啲人呢 兩個人黎, 一個人要坐係度看管財物, 一個去拎野... 排一次要十分鐘... 兩個人點一齊食野呢可好心啦... 唔好多, 一個人最多拿兩份好唔好, 照顧下我呢類人, 唔好要人地一個食一個排好唔好 ---好, 講返啲野食先...(排場夠晒勁, 放左勁多海鮮出黎, 有龍蝦, 鮑魚, 海蝦, 善貝, 魚之類, 但竟然仲有唔少其他無人會食既野都放埋出黎, 丸呀, 菜呀, 魚蛋, 魚片之類... 家陣打邊爐咩... )不過, 原來放出黎既海鮮只係"裝飾"黎, 你地食既, 都由廚房拿出黎... 都係既, 個場可以坐幾百人, 得枱面嗰啲, 點會夠分呢又...餐廳引以自豪既主打項目 - 龍蝦! 廣告話有五種食法, 我搵黎搵去, 都只係數到四種咋喎 (白灼, 蒜蓉, 芝士焗, 鐵板燒... 另外, 真係搵唔到第五款)另一個餐廳最多人食既, 應該係鮑魚同蠔... 鮑魚唔錯, 但想食佢, 要排條隊真係恐怖... 唔好彩剛派完, 等一轉隨時要15-20分鐘, 每次出我諗大約有30-40隻, 但真係一人一隻都好快派晒... 要食都一定要等...蠔就有兩款, 芝士焗同燒蠔, 燒蠔比較好食... 焗蠔就真係不敢恭維, 可能全部唔靚既蠔都拎晒去焗... 點解 因為粒肉"細"囉... 搵多啲汁遮住佢... 咁咪唔覺得難睇囉... 食嗰陣, 真係感覺唔到粒蠔仔在那裡啊 燒蠔就好OK下... 可能燒... 無得遮遮掩掩, 點都要搵返啲大粒啲既蠔出黎俾人食... 即場燒, 熱辣辣, 推介... 另外, 值得食既係蒸蝦, 幾好食... 但多數人都顧住食龍蝦, 忽略左呢味... 鵝肝都幾好, 不過... 真係小家左啲, 每人每次只可以拎一少塊 ( 細過五蚊銀) 我呢啲兩個人去, 又坐得遠, 來回排兩次先可以一齊嘆下塊鵝肝 仲有個炒規, 簡直係無人問津... 但係炒得好香, 幾好食! 不過, 竟然炒到有三份一都未開的 仲有佢既所謂"滋補燉湯", 老實講我唔知佢有幾補, 但味道... 同茶記既例湯一樣 推介既反而係佢個雞絲翅, 好快派晒, 下次唔該等半個鐘... 頭兩次派貨我都miss左, 後來索性不斷來回"監視"個廚師幾時出翅, 終於食到... 唔知係唔係恨得耐, 覺得特別好食 ---前前後後, 又要排隊, 又次次山長水遠出去拎野食... 食飽都原來八點! 嘩... 連續無停食足兩個鐘咁滯... 唔算捧住個肚走(可能真係運動量太大!)埋單好慢, 差唔多埋左20分鐘... 鬼咩, 一個職員負責埋單only... 個場幾百人呀! 個個都係咁上下時間走... 最後, 要提一提一件趣事... 就係埋單後, 服務員付上了一封利是(裡面竟然係, 情人節coupon, 復活節coupon, 母親節coupon, 父親節coupon, 最頂佢唔順係Ladies Night Coupon!!!!!!! 笑到牙都軟) 唔知邊個marketing諗既呢, 真係要升佢職!另外仲有兩張咭... 初頭諗, 咦 唔通咁快就醒兩張vip咭俾我 (我都幾受呢啲咁既虛榮) 不過, 服務員話喎... 原來呢兩張係"惠顧咭", 出門口要交俾門口位職員, 証明你已經俾左錢, 咁先走得... 否則... 可能唔俾你走 (有啲人想落街買雜誌或食煙咁點算呢可!)---唔... 呢間自助餐... 講野食款式, 真係唔多, 幾齋下... 如果你唔係好鍾意食龍蝦, 未必會鍾意呢度, 因為主要食物都只係龍蝦, 其他... 乜鬼燒味/點心/粉麵之類, 你唔會俾四百幾蚊黎食囉! 重複多次, 要我俾四百幾蚊食多次, 真係唔會啦, 今晚後, 短期內我都對龍蝦產生恐懼...另外, 你都要體能幾好先可以頂得到兩粒鐘... 因為去拎食物同排長龍都會花費你唔少氣力, 或者帶個體貼既男友去都OK既...---最後評語係: 食自助餐, 唔應該咁辛苦的, 食呢兩粒鐘, 真係好唔enjoy; 唔係話啲野食唔好味, 而係好食既款式太少, 所以啲客都聚晒去同一個地點, 造成經常擠塞... 同等... 等... 等... 等... …Read More

夜晚去APM食飯, 經過呢間名叫樂家蒸籠料理既餐廳...睇門面就係日式餐廳風格, 睇餐牌介紹就話有"特色蒸籠菜式"同埋"特色烏冬", 諗住試下新野, 兩個人咁就入左去! 一入到去, 晚上七點幾既APM, 間間食肆都排晒大隊, 唯獨是呢間人都唔多個, 仲有位揀... 心知不妙 餐牌選擇唔算多, 總括黎講係有炸物, 爐端燒, 蒸籠食品, 火煱同烏冬咁上下唔知口碑如何, 就是但點幾個菜試下叫左蒸籠雞+白飯+麵豉湯, 豚肉烏冬, 吉列炸蠔同埋一支波子汽水特別一提, 佢地波子汽水有好多款式, 貪得意揀左泡菜味既波子汽水... 一飲之下...
