一個鮮牛油雞尾包+一碟大蝦米腸(早餐$20有找)就是我早上的原動力。今日就跟大家介紹另一「好西」蝦米腸!稍移玉步到西貢舊墟那邊,有間紅色底黃色字招牌——金山粥店。腸粉做得非常出色,並且水準穩定。走到店前,不用害羞,叫粥叫腸粉就可以了。兩位靚姐都好Nice😄👍🏻我都算半個熟客仔,雖跟她們甚有交情,但評論絕不有半點偏私的😉我只會推介腸粉,特別是蝦米腸。我不吃粥的,有時才會勉強吃一碗。粥底味道偏清淡,即叫即煲的,有興趣可以一試!手製布拉腸粉👍🏻蝦米正、蔥粒香建議配搭:八成麻醬、兩成甜醬(按個人喜好加少少辣醬)此外豬潤腸、牛肉腸也是不錯!炸一/炸両沒太特別,本人建議吃炸一。好吃的炸両在柴灣,下次有機會再介紹。粥店的油器偏重身,尤其是牛脷酥,所以影響酥脆度,不吃也可。大家有時間來西貢不妨前來試試!!…Read More

百忙中抽空吃一餐便飯,新朋友提議去一間大家都未曾光臨的餐廳試菜。先戴頭盔,過程中我沒有給任何意見😬(預訂座位有折的)甫進餐廳,店內乾淨舒適、燈光偏暗,環境來說是個好地方。話雖如此,我絕對不講究環境,只會著重食物質素。對於「食環境」這個term,我就不太認同,但環境正當然是錦上添花。先望望價錢牌,價錢偏貴都是預料之中。平貴不是重點,最緊要好食。我跟友人看到海膽就雙眼發光,就點一份海膽意大利飯,然後就隨意點份小食。單說賣相真是不錯的。海膽新鮮👍🏻但味道方面就真是一般,應該說跟想像中味道不相配。個人認為有點浪費……反而這個薯仔條有點驚喜,醬汁調較得不俗。若果調得甜酸一點,味道就更加好。如上圖所見,心太軟細細個,Size非常好👍🏻心太軟不需要「大件夾抵食」,最重要做到濃縮流心。莓、雪糕也配搭得宜。個人推薦:食Dessert …Read More

香港百物騰貴,外出午餐平均消費也要$50或以上。在高端商業地區,甚至需要$80或以上,更遑論食物質素。西貢雖是半個遊客區,但平日午膳價錢一般可以控制到$50內,乃至$25一盒平價雙餸飯都有,豐儉由人。下次再發文點評$25飯的可貴之處;這次推介$70內吃一份飽足日式午餐!走遍西貢的大街小巷,Takka應該是唯一一間日本菜,頗受區內歡迎,所以請各位預早訂座。餐廳主要以黑色作佈置,看起來簡潔整齊。午餐提供定食、丼飯、拉麵等,通常選擇定食居多,皆因份量多賣相吸引,只看未吃也很滿足。定食套餐包括普通沙律、壽司、主食和飯,顧客可以按喜好加$5獲一份小食(如上圖所示的辣味螺肉)及轉配特色沙律。所有套餐均送麵豉湯、餐飲和甜品(雪糕/雪米滋)。女士若然覺得飯類太多,可要求飯轉為沙律,變相有兩份沙律。壽司也可以選擇轉熟壽司,非常彈性。聽到這裡,相信大家都感覺到非常豐富!食物質素大致跟一般日本餐廳相同,並非十分出眾,但勝在性價比高。同時照顧到需要飽肚感的男士和講求輕盈健康的女士。金菇牛肉和鐵板牛脷定食為限定供應。兩樣都並非特別,金菇牛肉普通水準;牛脷質感不算太軟嫩。反而,照燒牛和炸物定食是不錯的,份量算多。注意:照燒牛可能燒得略生,吃前先望一望,再視乎情況請店員再為你加熱😊店內人手不多,店員通常十分繁忙,還請先耐心等候,如久久未到再催促😬有緣來到西貢,不妨豪氣一次!記得提早致電訂座!…Read More

現代人會稱這個沾滿砂糖的金黃球體為「沙翁」,而我這位「老派」人士就沿用「蛋球」。不論它叫什麼名字也好,我只希望人們記住它的味道,讓它傳承下去便心滿意足😊每逢談起炸蛋球,不外乎想起一些懷舊冰室和傳統餅店。隨著時間流逝,不少老師傅都紛紛放棄製作蛋球。由水、牛油、麵粉、砂糖到製成一個蛋球,工序繁複,雖然材料簡單,但每個步驟都是時間和心機堆砌而成。吃過不少店舖的炸蛋球,我仍然會選大澳餅店居其首位。當然九龍城、西灣河等老牌冰室還是弄得不錯的!或許可能是大澳的環境增加了不少風味吧!一個接一個排隊等待新鮮炸起的蛋球沾上砂糖,放於紙袋中。讓我試試描述它的美味之處!我先拍一拍多餘的砂糖,咬一口,蛋香濃郁,蛋球內裡是非常「實在」,軟糯質感像厚實一點的梳乎厘。兩口、三口、四口,已經吃完了🤤我由$10吃到$13,都是兩三年間的事,價錢仍是相宜的。每次到大澳此地一遊,吃一個炸蛋球、一底炭燒雞蛋仔,是我的例行公事。可惜,大澳「雙絕」,雞蛋仔已成絕響,只留下蛋球的形單隻影,所以希望這個大澳傳奇能夠傳承下去!…Read More
