在荃灣路德圍有一間台灣料理店經常大排長龍,可能因為大多數人喜歡吃台灣菜,現時未能前去,加上此店為台灣人開設,故此吸引市民前來一試。餐牌非常簡潔,大部分人都會點套餐,因為包前菜及滷肉飯,加台式飲品只需15元,非常划算,是次點了藥膳排骨湯及花雕麻油雞湯兩款套餐,如果以肉骨茶跟藥膳排骨湯比較,則後者明顯清淡了少許,但用料充足,全是一字骨,藥味濃郁;花雕麻油雞湯則完全是台灣的味道,鮮甜味美,跟餐的滷肉飯帶少許濕潤,汁味香濃。另外點了鹽酥雞,鬆脆肉嫩,必定不容錯過。台式飲品可免費加配仙草或寒天等,簡直是絕配。此店出品甚具誠意,值得誠意推介。…Read More

許多朋友說海港城有一間中餐館,名字帶點古舊老套,但內裡裝潢華麗高貴,點心用料貨真價實,侍應招呼慇懃體貼,於是趁有空閒便到此店一試。先點了個玫瑰荔枝茶,呷啖清香的茶湯,隱約帶點微微的荔枝味,令人精神煥發。望着點心紙,細意思考究竟應選那幾道嘗試,真的費煞思量,每款皆想吃,奈何二人食量有限,唯有揀選友人及網友推介的點心。首先上枱的是海膽蝦春卷,兩條春卷一分為二,看到內裡的海蝦,吃下去感到蝦肉爽脆,帶有淡淡海膽鮮味,值得一試。跟著又是來個炸物黑魚籽蝦多士,比傳統蝦多士鋪了少許黑魚籽,蝦膠亦是同樣爽滑,多士則偏腍不脆,幸好不肥膩,尚算一般。松露野菌餃皮身薄,菌味濃,喜歡菇菌類的朋友實在不容錯過。至於必試的當然是黑金蝦餃,同樣皮薄蝦爽,跟傳統蝦餃只是顏色有別而已。三文魚子燒賣令人眼前一亮,雖然三文魚子應該當刺身,但此燒賣只是微微蒸過不太熟,仍然吃到三文魚子的鮮味,燒賣肉質爽滑,配合下帶來新鮮感覺。再來一個花枝米網腸粉,即是炸両內釀了墨魚膠,香脆之餘帶有墨魚鮮味,但感覺普通。接著來過金網鵝肝蝦卷,這是今天吃過最出色的點心,外層鬆脆,肉裡又有一層春卷,等於雙重鬆脆,更有陣陣鵝肝鹹香鮮味,搭配蝦肉甜味,簡直是絕配,沒吃過這點心就不要對人說來過這食肆。最後來個黑金流沙球,內裡的奶黃流沙配合淡味的包皮,再黐點黑芝麻,甜中帶少許鹹味,為這類午膳劃上圓滿的句號。如此美味可口的食物,再配搭無敵的海景,堪稱絕配,在疫情裡苦中一點甜,應該要好好珍惜,好好享受,絕對不要虧待自己。…Read More

今天途經太子花園街附近,發現有一間食肆名為“陳儀興”,跟我認識位於新蒲崗的那間潮州打冷店鋪名字相同,於是即興入內用膳。店內布置古雅寬敞,富中國色彩。甫坐下侍應即奉上功夫茶,印象分已提升,再送一碟小食醃芥菜頭,肯定正宗。菜式方面必試鵝三寶,包括有鵝肉、鵝肝、鵝腸三樣招牌滷水食品,鵝肉來自潮汕正宗獅頭鵝,肉質鮮甜;鵝腸爽脆帶少許肥膏但絕不肥膩;鵝肝鮮嫩軟腍絕對不容錯過。再來一客二十年老菜甫燉鮮豬肚,湯底清澈,味道鮮甜,豬肚軟腍,老菜甫咬口感似瓜類,與平日吃的菜甫完全不同。然後來個香煎冇魚烙,對呀,真的叫冇魚,平日吃的是蠔烙,今日轉口味試一試,香脆可口絕無腥味,再蘸上魚露,更添惹味。侍應再送上肚肉苦瓜煲,苦瓜只留少許苦味,吃後帶甘,肚肉是五花腩肉,鬆軟可口,煲內更有數隻冬菇,非常入味,爆香的蒜頭更是非吃不可。最後再試招牌水晶白桃粿,鹹中帶少許甜味,非常配合,透明的外皮內裡包裹著鹹甜饀料,特別吸引,必須一試。今晚的餸菜真的使人感到滿意,下次必試那些需要預訂的手功菜。…Read More

久聞荃灣工廈區內有一私房菜,性價比高,食物質素頗佳,同窗好友相約一聚,二話不說舉手贊成。進入工廈後乘搭電梯到食肆,格局完全是工廠食堂布局,但地方寬敞,座位舒服,略嫌嘈雜了少許,不過大家都不會介意。內裡已坐滿食客,沒有訂座根本是沒有可能吃到,預約時揀選好喜愛菜式,價錢按人頭計算。店員先捧上西洋菜陳腎豬㬹湯,用料充足,湯味清潤,有“家”的味道。脆皮坑腩果然名如其實外皮鬆脆,肉質鮮嫩。冰鎮鮑魚則略嫌韌了少許,但口感還算不錯。豉油皇大花蝦非常惹味,蝦頭有膏,肉鮮爽脆。薑葱炒蟹同樣出色,肉質飽滿,香味濃郁。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇,味道可口,粉絲完全吸收汁液精華,實在不容錯過。再來一道脆皮芝麻雞,賣相吸引,同樣外皮香脆,不過肉質稍為過火乾少點兒。至於清蒸海魚,可說是這頓晚飯最出色作品,魚嫩鮮味,火喉恰當。清炒時菜簡簡單單,菜心腍軟帶少許甜味,果然夠清。是夜酒醉飯飽,樂聚歡朋,惟一美中不足的是欠缺甜品,如能提供則稱得上圓滿。…Read More
