令人驚喜嘅有誠意茶餐廳

我住喺大角嘴,某日一家四口落街搵食,行過大同新邨見到呢間嘢試業,於是膽粗粗貢入去試吓新嘢。(原來佢哋24/12號先正式開張,而我哋就早咗兩日去幫襯佢個晚餐)以下係嗰晚晚餐嘅內容:窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯牛肉好香嫩,美中不足係隻蛋熟咗少少,應該係上檯時先至打隻蛋落去,咁先至做到「金鑲銀」(蛋黃蛋白包住每粒熱飯)嘅效果,依家咁只能當熟蛋咁撈飯。 豉汁白鱔煲仔飯鱔肉食落口感好鮮,唔似雪藏或隔夜貨。唔錯! 臘腸排骨煲仔飯又一唔錯嘅煲仔飯。請留意!最重要係佢哋伴煲仔飯嚟嘅豉油,乃自家調製,絕對係點精之作,不能不試! 功夫湯海南雞飯套餐淨係睇陣容就知有誠意。其實佢嘅「功夫」係指個湯,或者有人覺得用個功夫茶壺嚟裝湯,仲要用功夫茶杯一口一口咁飲,會唔會過份姿整?但我就十分鐘意!一來佢的確可以令湯有保溫作用,二來佢個湯嘅內容唔係講笑,非一般例水之流,值得用杯仔慢慢㗳其滋味。----------同場加映:過咗兩日開張去食個午餐。焗豬扒飯 我不嬲對茶記嘅焗豬好抗拒,不過睇匀嗰日啲午餐冇乜對到口胃,就即管試試佢個焗豬...... 哈竟然出奇地唔錯喎!芝士同茄汁配得夠香,用上幾好味嘅吉列豬扒,唔係咬唔郁嘅柴皮豬,再加分,只係個人嚟講就嫌個飯乾身咗啲。但整體我覺得係有驚喜嘅,推薦!---------服務嚟講,個主管俾人感覺好緊張,好崩緊,可能係老闆都唔定,某啲員工或者係新做,有啲蝦碌,不過總括都唔差,而且又唔需要對佢哋有太高要求,都係茶餐廳嚟嗟。最後想講,喺大角嘴開茶記,仲要喺條人流唔多嘅街裡面開檔,要發圍真係唔容易,不過呢間嘢啲出品睇得出係幾有誠意,對於一間茶餐廳嚟講,啲食物竟然可以令人喜出望外,都算係大角嘴之福,所以我特地將佢哋提交嚟「開飯」分享俾大家,更第一個幫佢哋寫食評,希望佢哋可以保持甚至再提高到個質素,繼續為區內區外添口福就好嘞!…Read More

阿驊佬 再補充:如果您想外賣個煲仔飯冇問題,只要加多$12,佢會將個燒完嘅飯原煲幫您包好報紙攞走,路程唔太遠的話,當返到家打開份報紙,嘩個煲仲滾熱辣!如果家裡有生蛋,oh my~~~ 金鑲銀啊!食完記得洗乾淨個煲,攞返去會退返$12按煲費俾您。

唔錯的半自助葡式晚餐,但有點瑕疪要嚴正改善

今日一家大細突然興起想出外食蒲飛,本來想去大角咀某酒店的自助晚餐,點知該處臨時問話爆咗冇位,立即上網摷料,終於搵到小飛象葡國餐廳原來依家有半自助,個接電話的男仕"好老實"咁話今日(星期日)天氣唔多好,仲有位可以訂咁咁咁,好熱情的感覺,於是訂咗七點開餐。("好老實"係佢自己講的 )門口個水牌寫話佢新張冇耐,咁又好似係,因為我記得好耐以前去兆萬小飛象係要撳電梯上,依家只要沿手扶電梯上到三樓,一個U Turn就見到。我哋一家三口搵埋我老友一行四人喺1900前去到,即刻可以入座。一坐低我就問佢啲任食出得快唔快,個女侍話:好快咖放心啦!(都果然幾快,可能唔爆檯有關吧?)其實佢係有散叫,咁當然試下佢個半自助係咩料先,至於呢個半自助原來係點玩法呢?佢個半自助餐限時90分鐘,有所謂任食鵝肝生蠔,另外包一個主菜,因為費事涉及商業機密,所以唔影佢餐牌,主菜係有共十一款,其中有:燒乳豬炒飯,燒葡式豬手,煎龍脷魚柳,燒肉眼扒,燒羊架,葡國雞,辣非洲雞....等等,而你的單價就視乎你叫咩主菜而定,例如你叫豬手,咁你單價就係$188+10%,如你叫雞(兩款一樣價),咁你埋單單價就係$158+10%,如此類推。至於個鵝肝生蠔任食,實情係同之前有人講的類同,即係一檯人只可叫一種任食,咁到時就共識要揀定全體任食生蠔,抑或全體任食鵝肝,如果想雙拼其實亦可以,但就冇得任食,變咗每人只有六件的限額,例如我哋四個人,即係總共可以任意叫24件,冇咗任食。老實講其實任食都食唔到幾多件,因為個主菜都咁大份,況且個我估係經理的"好老實"男仕話齋,佢哋想啲客人樣樣都試吓佢哋的食物,唔好全攻一兩味,咁我覺得又係道理,所以我哋都揀咗雙拼。生蠔比較瘦,唔係好大隻,但都算鮮,應該係即開的。個鵝肝就唔算肥,少少乾,叫做不過不失。自助部份有兩個湯:菌類白湯,及龍蝦湯。個人覺得個龍蝦湯好味,龍蝦頭精華出哂,但其他人就覺得個龍蝦湯偏淡,反而個菌湯好啲,各有各口味。仲有壽司盤同埋沙律吧,及有類似天婦羅的炸物,好似仲有個飯定意粉,及生果。三文魚要落柯打,每次每人叫四件,四人合共十二件,食完再叫,因為佢用冰鎮關係,唔夠碗用吧?(一笑)另外有張紙仔可以剔幾款任食的食品,似係即叫即製,個芝士燒帶子我覺得係最好,芝味濃,帶子唔會靭;芝麻雞全翼少少乾,但都幾入味;個好似叫海鮮酥盒的乒乓球大小的小東西,一啖一個,出奇地好味!至於個燒秋刀魚就燒得太乾啦,兩條擺喺碟上好似兩把"尚方寶劍"咁挺直硬淨,難以入口。炸馬介休球整得唔會好肥漏也唔太鹹,OK!講到主菜,四人分別叫咗一隻豬手,乳豬炒飯,非洲雞,龍脷柳。龍脷柳開一邊,都好大條,有十吋左右咁長,但偏乾,口感一般;隻燒豬手真係大件!塊皮Lok lok脆,帶點脂肪的肉也唔會好漏,值得一試;乳豬飯個燒乳豬仔就真係冇得頂!皮脆肉嫩,香口到不得之了,跟個炒飯都好大兜,也好香口惹味;至於個非洲雞..........先講吓我坐個位比較昏暗,個女待一嚟放低只講:"雞嚟了",我見幾件雞一些配菜及大量汁的焗兜在面前放下,就奇怪點解非洲雞乜唔係深色啲咩?點解個汁咁淺色?黃黃白白咁,覺得葡式的非洲雞的確有點令我失望而唔係好想食,於是決定先繼續攻其它食物,諗住轉頭再慢慢處理,點知過咗差唔多廿幾卅分鐘,到我終於拿起支叉撩咗一吓個底睇吓個"非洲雞"有咩配菜,扁咀究竟食唔食好的時候,突然有個女侍走埋嚟問我哋隻非洲雞嚟咗未,吓?乜我面前呢兜唔係.....咩?佢話係葡國雞!原來係上錯檯.........上錯檯成半粒鐘先知?咁我又"好老實"話我用叉撩過,我驚一陣撩過佢又攞返入去,轉頭俾咗第二檯客咪食我口水尾?橫豎價錢一樣就唔換啦。而事實上個葡雞我唔係好識欣賞,因為我本身真係唔係好鐘意,所以最後剩咗要攞盒拎走,味道如何我也不便評價。甜品我唔知係咩(據聞係雪糕),因為食得太急,臨走竟然忘記了;然而我好在意我至愛的西瓜,其實我見就只有蜜瓜及西瓜,每次出都唔係好大量,點知有兩檯客次次一砌好攞上檯佢哋就衝出去搶,攞親就一大半,排到我攞時只剩兩三塊冇乜肉的西瓜皮。西瓜都要搶,真係唔明白。夠鐘前半小時就會有人嚟問仲有冇任食部份要落單,所以想食多啲就要注意一下;而主菜部份就唔限你食的時間,你可以坐到食完先走都冇問題。個女侍講的。…Read More

總括而言:時不與我,望食輕嘆

我本身住大角咀,成日行過見到呢間泰屋喺酒店樓下個招牌,話試話試都冇上過去,卒之喺食之前的早幾日,路經團購網見到有推佢個自助午餐,用餐時間為1200-1430,於是喺26號星期六晚膽粗粗打去問吓翌日有冇位,有就即刻上網買團購券,一問之下竟然有位,仲點知原來佢本身都做緊同一個優惠,即係$128+$18(星期六日公假之的價錢,$18話係原價之10%),另外每人送燒大虎蝦一隻,包一咖啡或茶,同團購完全一個模樣,咁洗咩印團購券?即訂位!地點在酒店上2字樓,一上就見到,門面唔算好豪華,大玻璃窗吸取自然光,座位檯數唔多,我諗日日滿客應該唔難;佢前身係意式餐廳,冇乜大改動,似西式餐廳多過泰式,想食泰國氣氛?搵第二間吧。1200準時開餐!先攻傳聞中最滋味個冬蔭湯,是日係冬蔭計(雞),畢竟唔係用功(蝦)去煮,少咗份蝦頭蝦羔的味道,但都果然好滋味,成個餐我總共隊咗佢四個碗!另外仲有一個中湯,不過因為冇飲,已經冇留意佢係咩。再嚟係沙律吧,一般嘢,火箭菜生菜茄仔青瓜粟米。。。等等;三個醬汁:香草汁,千島醬,沙律醬。小食有三款:泰式沙律,泰式牛肉沙律,泰式鳳爪。是日精選熱葷只有下列幾款:炸雜菜天婦羅,炒雜菜,泰式炒青口,青咖喱鴨胸,燒一呎爭兩吋秋刀魚,花生豬腳,炒麪,白飯。可惜小弟咀刁,除咗炸南瓜天婦羅同炒雜菜,其它全部唔!啱!食!囉! (說好的咖喱牛腩...泰式炒蜆...甜酸煎蝦...肉碎生菜包...泰式燒雞...香茅雞翼...炭燒魷魚/椒鹽鮮魷...琵琶蝦...炸魷圈...蝦醬炒飯......呢呢呢???)個即製湯河粉有兩個湯底:清湯及勒沙湯;粉有金邊粉及河粉。至於啲配料我唔記得全部了,大概有六至八款,有:蝦肉,魷魚,肥牛,蟹柳....仲有的,不過冇咩印象囉。講真個勒沙湯係好濃好惹味,但不及用清湯加調味料咁正,啲咩糖呀,九層塔呀,指天椒粒呀,浮幾粒紅辣椒的白醋汁呀,炒蒜粒呀咁,自己認為適度地將之加落個清湯河粉度,竟然可以整到個幾泰的湯河粉,有返啲feel,而且幾好味!甜品有西瓜,兩三款切到一般麻將咁大件的糕點(好似有芝士糕,馬豆糕,椰汁糕咁上下嘢),兩款用白咩氏冰糖燕窩...個樽咁款的小玻璃瓶,裝住的奶凍物體,一白一啡,都唔錯。(你就想囉有白咩氏冰糖燕窩俾你食哩~ )可能要分開燒一檯一檯上的關係,個大虎蝦到差唔多臨尾先出嚟,都有成約莫七八吋咁長,不過燒蝦啲肉始終係有少許鞋鞋哋,也算係咁。最後咖啡或茶冇乜好講啦吧?成個自助午餐就係咁。------------------------------總結:係有點失望囉,其實間間都係每次喺餐牌入面精選幾款食品上檯,而我明白地方細人唔多的餐廳,自助餐出太多款式係會浪費好多食物,但佢出完一款唔換第樣的話,咁我只好慨嘆嗰日唔係我的日子,因為我想食的泰式美食都冇出,大部份都唔啱食,之所以點解冬蔭計都啪咗四個碗。服務員招呼都可以啦,話哂酒店背景,服務有返咁上下。至於個價錢公唔公道就見仁見智,我遇唔到想食的美食,自然覺得唔抵了,也因此令我有點唔敢再去,寧願貴少少去正宗泰菜館單點,起碼食到我想食的泰菜。…Read More
