呢餐原本食咗一段時間,可惜身體唔好,工作又忙,搞到而家先寫到。因工作關係,有日經過北角堡壘街,因地處偏僻,唔多知呢度有幾間食肆開咗。有中有西有素食有咖啡店有茶記有街邊檔,好不熱鬧。因我同女朋友都鍾意食西餐,因此我同佢講搵日上去試下。由於早到咗嘅關係,餐廳未開門,我打電話去扮訂枱,順便問下開門時間。原來下午開6點。未夠鐘喎,行下囉。據我所知緊連住西餐廳嘅賣進口食材嘅舖頭係同一個老闆開,我諗開得間食材舖唔多唔少都會睇到一陣個餐牌嘅菜色用料啩。入到餐廳,望望餐牌,既失望又歡喜。頭先我嘅諗法錯晒,原本以為可以試嘅菜式唔見而要試其他。咁代表乜嘢?代表老闆嘅誠意。我哋照舊開咗支酒,聽聞係佢哋自家品牌。其實普通一千幾百一餐嘅餐廳都願意做自家品牌嘅餐酒頗難得。因為至少要過到老闆關、佢覺得值得推介先會入。因直接入酒關係,出面普通餐廳賣3-400一支嘅餐酒一般來貨都只係數十蚊,賺你十倍八倍都只係等閒事。而入口嘅一般都係連鎖超市貨色。自家品牌就可以將中間人直接剔除,將同樣嘅價錢去入比較優質嘅貨添。嗰晚我叫咗支意大利酒,意大利屬於舊世界酒,同法國一樣,佢哋都會溝提子釀酒,因此入口豐富複雜而厚身,配上紅肉就極之對版,對飲開平價酒嘅我呢支分數可以話破晒頂。而成晚我哋都只係叫咗煎蟹餅沙律、帶子雜菌薯蓉、西班牙黑毛豬扒同Brownie。依美味程度排名係黑毛豬冠、帶子同Brownie次之、蟹餅尾隨。想強調,唔係話蟹餅唔好,因蟹肉本身味偏淡,就算呢度個蟹味已經好出,但特色唔多夠。而帶子本身嘅嫩就只要烹調時小心啲已經好好,而帶子嘅伴碟雜菌薯蓉我想一提,我差啲想叫多份,細滑又霸道,好嘢。而Brownie可以同樣好味嘅原因係呢度嘅唔係一般Brownie,Brownie本身嘅質哋應該係喺蛋糕與曲奇之間,配以朱古力嘅香,一般都比較大件。呢度係將大件嘅Brownie壓縮,再結實一啲,加上濃濃嘅dark chocolate,令人回味。而黑毛豬冠就唔需要多介紹,市面早已將黑毛豬放咗上神枱,又話肉質結實而有口感,味帶堅果香而營養更豐富⋯。講真句,我都覺得係廢話,你整得唔好食就嚟自火星都係假。呢度整嘅唔可以話係滿分,但以呢個價錢食到已經好超值啦,仲想點呢?有靚酒、有美食、價錢合理,我對呢度評分都好高。…Read More

約咗舊同事喺尖沙咀食lunch,尖沙咀晏晝時既人多,好嘢食又冇,不過是但啦,都約咗。問佢有咩好食,佢介紹咗佢樓上嘅泰國菜。其實我同佢舊時就成日去公司附近嘅泰國餐館幫襯,而似乎佢想重溫舊夢。以前食間餐館嘅海南雞飯同凍齋啡走甜,水準唔錯。既然今日係重溫舊夢,就照舊咁樣叫啦。吓,估唔到呢間都幾有水準,一碟海南雞飯,應該雞嘅咩部位都有佢都跟足,雞滑且鮮,只嫌油飯唔油,浪費雅興。凍齋啡就水準一般。成個餐加凍飲都係$55,超值。…Read More

我好鍾意食炸雞。小朋友年代,目睹某某炸雞連鎖店快餐店登陸香港,簡直驚為天人。佢強調以11種香料做配料,增添咗佢嘅炸雞嘅神秘感,令我一直以為炸雞要好味係唔可以好似中國人炸雞咁生炸就算。今次食嘅呢間,喺好多年前已經登陸過香港一次,以前個名叫“祖樂堡”。經營唔夠幾年就退出香港,只留中環主店,到早幾年先回歸,連中文名都改埋。佢當年嘅炸雞已經係誇啦啦架喇,回歸後再試又竟然仲一啲退步都冇。雖然,當年其餘出名嘅Aloha同漢堡扒飯都已經落架或退步咗好多。但唯獨炸雞係少少退步都冇,抵讚。早排仲突登帶女朋友試,佢都認同一啲都唔會比某某炸雞快餐店尊美。仍然係嗰點,好味嘅就寫食評讚下,希望佢唔會俾香港高昂嘅成本淘汰。味道普通嘅但有啲食品做得好嘅就以示鼓勵。差嘅就一定要公開俾其他人知等佢哋有心理準備係我喺度出現嘅原因。…Read More

可能我見識少,我成日覺得香港地真係好好食嘅嘢唔多。就算曾經好食過嘅,一係就做起咗忙得濟而保持唔到水準。一係就雖然好味但唔夠多人幫襯而搞到做唔住。兩種都好可惜。我成日想將自己覺得好味但唔夠多人幫襯嘅食店寫好佢,希望有多啲人睇到而去試下;但矛盾嘅係佢做旺咗後食物水準又驚會下降,搞到兩面不是人。但莫論點,好味嘅食肆應該支持嘅方向應該係正確同值得鼓勵嘅事嚟嘅。唔再廢話,跟住要寫嘅呢間其實可以話係傳奇。由於我專一嘅個性,我接近只食過佢一兩款飯餐。但呢一兩款飯餐就支持住呢間店由大排擋(好似)上舖、由上舖成功後開好多分店到而家。其實佢開嘅咁多間分店我大部分都食過,坦白講,分店水準始終冇總店水準咁穩定。又係星期日、又係同女朋友一齊,我決心帶佢嚟呢間總店試下佢招牌飯雞藕天成。雞扒唔係普通煎,因為一件雞扒有薄有厚,比較難煎得勻循,所以佢將雞扒切薄,保持住成塊都一個厚度去煎,可見廚師心思。另外佢嘅藕餅係將蓮藕切粒,混埋鱆魚粒同豬肉攪勻,跟住去炸,第一次食唔慣,之後就覺得係咁食先叫正宗😁。當然主角都介紹晒啦,仲有咩好講?查實係有,而且更可比主角更搶,就係每碟飯就會落經調製過嘅菜葡粒、蔥油、椰菜,將佢哋撈勻配飯,野味十足。今次都差啲忘記同碟飯影相,點解?好味到忘記咗囉。…Read More

上星期日因去柴灣整啲嘢,見有時間剩就同女朋友喺柴灣間新戲院睇咗場戲。睇戲後順便喺戲院間餐廳落腳食晚飯。老實講,小弟對柴灣嘅餐廳冇乜寄望,一個老化咗嘅區,唔太難食就可以。而呢一個西餐廳算係其中一間。當然,呢間嘅水準,有讚有彈就梗,如果大家都去幫襯嘅話又即管睇下小弟嘅評論中唔中肯。首先我哋叫咗兩個餐,我嘅係燒春雞拼魚柳,而女朋友則叫咗豬仔骨。特別嘅朋友點係你需要好似快餐店咁走去Cashier 度order。而我哋嗰晚都想飲酒,而我又唔太愛飲甜味嘅餐酒,因此問待應紅酒甜定係白酒甜。殊不知待應聽錯咗紅汁同白汁,後尾先知道原來我哋係呢間餐廳開張以嚟第一枱叫餐酒嘅客人,果然係柴灣。其餘嘅服務態度都唔多講喇,一間快餐店級數嘅西餐廳已經係合格。餐冇餐湯,嚟到嘅係蒜蓉多士拼吞拿魚長通粉沙律。我哋食咗兩啖就冇食。正餐嘅春雞同豬仔骨嚟到,味道又幾唔錯,依次序排係豬仔骨、春雞、伴碟沙律、薯蓉。豬仔骨入味,春雞夠嫩,沙律夠鮮夠開胃。彈嘅有吞拿魚長通粉沙律、魚柳、伴碟愛爾蘭薯條。吞拿魚長通粉沙律冇嚟聞味,魚柳用鹹味遮住佢嘅唔多新鮮,薯條凍同淋咗。整體而言最值得欣賞係價錢非常經濟,一個餐只係一百蚊至一百鬆少少,以呢個價錢計食到呢個味道其實叫相當抵食。…Read More

其實小弟覺得自己人品相當唔錯,唔係特別麻煩我都唔會點出聲,呢個風格亦體現喺我寫食評上。但今次真係唔出聲唔得,我唔係為咗自己,係衷心希望該食肆能夠聆聽食客聲音,改善食品質素。若能成功嘅話,咁該食肆就能夠長做長有,而亦係我等食客之福。今次要講嘅係一碟銀芽肉絲炒麵。我係睇餐牌時俾佢吸引咗,佢奇特嘅造型的確引起咗我嘅食慾。等咗一段時間後,炒麵上枱⋯,我想問大家有冇拆過模型?真不知道如何入手。堅嘅,靚就係靚,但講到食就另作別論,正宗係撬口摻手,自問我個口已經頗大,都食到成個咀都係油,咁試問啲淑女又點應付呢?其實如果唔係未飽、又或唔想浪費,我一早就會放棄。我完全冇諗過食餐晏係會變成搏鬥,真係食到好攰。老實講,師傅原意好好,奇特嘅造型係出位嘅。但只要試過一次就以後唔會再點又係唔係啱呢?仲有一點係味道,完全冇特色。見呢間餐廳越開越多分店就證明佢哋係想越做越好,越做越大,希望佢哋會聆聽食客意見,改善一下食品質素啦。…Read More

又係一直想寫,而又一直冇時間再去幫襯。平時食日本嘢,除咗刺身外,最吸引我嘅就係豬扒丼。可惜香港要食靚嘅丼並唔係講咁易,就算搵到呀,價錢都唔會點平。而我食開呢間就集齊平靚(即好味)正於一身,但另一個問題就嚟喇,食飯時間條龍係超長。咁點?唔好食飯時間去食囉。我通常嘅幫襯時間係4-6點,一枝公,貪佢快有位。我最愛呢度嘅滑蛋豬扒飯,有分size,以我嘅食量,揀梅就剛剛好。至於咩叫梅呢,係代表豬扒嘅份量,梅一件80克、竹一件110克、松兩件80克咁解。而我愛呢度豬扒嘅其中一個原因係,鬆化、肥瘦均勻,再配上滑蛋同香噴噴嘅洋蔥,更加上$50就食到,你話係幾咁乎復何求呢!…Read More

呢幾日都病都矒下矒下,又冇乜胃口。尋日晏晝唔係好想食嘢,就求其搵間魚蛋麵食。人人都話元朗多嘢食,但我附近要搵間有啲水準嘅粉麵都相當困難,因個麵要冇、或者係少鹼水味係一個好大難度。我係好憎鹼水味,有鹼水味就只能落醋去中和。由於鹼水能增耐麵嘅保存期限,因此越少鹼水就代表個麵越新鮮。估唔到咁好彩俾我食到呢間,個麵係一滴鹼水味都冇。魚蛋夠彈牙,雖然冇筲箕灣嗰間咁出色,但已經相當好。正宗size(即只係傳統大小、一定唔會飽嗰隻),對我嚟講剛剛好。不過就唔係完美,至少佢個湯底唔夠層次,雖然佢強調用金華火腿大地魚,我係少少都飲唔出,浪費。成間舖嘅客好少,喺嗰一區好輸蝕。或者佢定位配對唔到嗰區嘅客,就正如我食完後路過再早之前幫襯嘅粉麵店,勁多人,要比嘅話係我剛剛食完嗰間高班啲。可惜魚蛋麵始終係平民嘢,唔係俾得起錢嘅區都唔可以高尚得去邊。…Read More

難得公司一班人放工後約埋一齊食飯,緊要搵啲好嘢食。同事極力推薦一間由藍帶廚師主理河鮮嘅餐廳,大家都好有興趣,雖然小弟對河鮮冇乜喜好⋯⋯。間餐廳開喺工廠區嘅酒店,環境十分好,因客流唔多,所以應該唔會好似旺區咁有人催你交返張枱出嚟。嗰晚我哋點咗六餸一湯,食完後我又真係想像唔到個味道遠超我想像以外。第一個嚟嘅係個燉湯 - 宮廷御用鮮螺頭燉雞湯。不得了,我明明狀態麻麻,一飲成個精神晒(唔好笑、唔係廣告),個湯燉得好清而味濃,食個螺頭時竟然係鬆軟唔韌,而且佢仲有個椒絲豉油你點,陣陣嘅青椒味留喺口中,正。當然,如果你唔好青椒又另作別論。跟住陸陸續續啲小菜就上枱。千島大蝦球、啫啫西芹魚卜、太子成名脆皮咕嚕肉、蒜子生扣珠江花錦鱔王、特式籠仔梅菜蒸菜遠、銅盤蒸污糟雞。呢點唔似西餐一道食完先下一道,中國人食飯就係鍾意成枱都係餸,熱熱鬧鬧。我喺度將每道菜嘅食後感講一講,同大家分享一下。先講蝦球,好大隻、爽脆、唔韌,伴碟青瓜菠蘿能夠平衡到千島醬嘅heavy 感,高明。咕嚕肉,出奇咁脆口(講明,佢每道餸接近都可以用脆字形容,但每一種脆都係相對嗰種食物本身,而唔係同薯片比,留意!),果然係脆皮咕嚕肉,而且脆嘅不單係外皮,肉質本身都有另一種脆出現,精彩。到魚卜,一般魚卜係先爽脆內軟身,佢就掉轉,係先軟內脆,問待應呢種係咩魚嘅魚卜,佢話係啜魚卜,難怪咁特別啦。再嚟係鱔王,呢個精彩,又肥又爽又脆,食多兩件已經好漏,但都係會不其然咁夾多件食。嚟緊係污糟雞,好奇怪,晏晝時食海南雞飯時先彈緊佢嘅雞胸搵兩個猛男都扯唔開,夜晚食嘅同樣都係雞胸就可以輕輕一咬都咬得開,真係天與地嘅比較,不愧為得獎菜色。最後係梅菜菜遠,或者係之前嘅太出色、太好味,令到呢一道菜顯得平凡咗。唔係唔好,要做到嘅梅菜嘅甜、菜遠嘅嫩佢都做得好好,再加上用籠仔蒸吸收咗籠嘅香味,非常好👍🏻。最後大家都食剩咗好多,唔係味道唔好,係因為份量太大,我區區一個胃,隊唔晒。尤其個鱔,太肥,食幾舊已經頂住。真心推介同老人家一齊嚟食,味道好,又唔會迫,而且我相信呢種味道更係佢哋想重溫嘅味道,因為香港其他地方要食到呢種味嘅餐廳已經唔多喇。…Read More

一段時間冇寫食評,因耿耿於懷喺二月食咗餐非常之咁一流、咁高水準嘅一餐,但由於啲相唔喺我度,要個朋友send 返俾我先出得post 而pending 咗喺度。好喇,而家啲相俾咗我喇,我決心要寫一寫佢。講真,咁大個仔第一次自己行入去高級西餐廳食嘢,唔多唔少都會有啲期待。行入餐廳時佢基本嘅一啲高級餐廳應該都會有嘅景觀呀、擺設呀、服務呀咁我都已經有晒心理準備。但佢第一度攞出嚟嘅食品我就幾打個突,係幾塊薄片卡咗喺舊雲石上面,有啲好似pesto 嘅醬俾你搽嚟食。食-係唔錯,心思亦見。由於係檔次唔同嘅關係,食嘅時間相對都長咗,大慨幾個字後佢攞咗啲麵包嚟,另外仲有舊鯉魚形嘅檸檬牛油,好得意,味道都唔錯,但老實講,去唔到呢個餐廳應有嘅高度。又隔幾個字,頭盤嚟喇,鯔魚片配海膽,不得了,正到不得了,原來海膽可以咁新鮮,絕對冇出面食嘅臭味、即明礬味。但對於一間有級數嘅餐廳,唔用明礬係好合理喎。跟住又隔幾個字,普羅旺斯小麥窩.時令蔬菜.香草醬出場。呢個可以話係我咁大個仔食過最好食嘅素菜!味道我唔識講,只知當中落咗好多香料香草,配合出嚟又絕對和諧,做到你中有我、我中有你嘅境界。成日唔明北歐嘅飲食節目做嘅菜湯有咩好飲,而家我終於明喇。跟住又隔幾個字馬賽魚湯送到,其實叫佢做湯係有啲過份,佢本身材料嘅豐富已經可以做主菜。或者我唔識啦。整體魚肉非常新鮮,魚肉質地亦分明,有結實彈牙嘅、有較鬆軟綿薄嘅,十分不俗。正當由當初驚唔夠飽到原來已經飽到十之八九時,聽聞呢度好出名嘅 Whole Camembert 金文畢芝士上場。Waiter 攞住圓圓一餅嘅芝士時,我仲以為係Cheese Cake 添。切到落碟時初嚐味道好好,淡淡嘅鹹香滲滿口腔,配以紅酒,一絕。可惜人力有時盡,食到一半已經再食唔落喇。你以為完?梗未啦。之後上一個西柚雪杷中和一下Camembert 嘅漏,跟住再嚟個法式冧酒配香草忌廉。呢個問心我覺得麻麻,或者我唔識飲冧酒,有啲苦。再再再之後送上一個小小嘅貝殼形蛋糕仔,正式為嗰晚嘅晚餐劃上完滿嘅句號。對呢間西餐廳小弟評價十分高,由於係公司請客關係,我唔知價錢。但我相信平時食開呢類餐廳嘅朋友或者會評得更嚴謹。…Read More

最近發現咗土瓜灣有幾間新嘢味道唔錯。早論都未有決心要寫食評,所以都不了了之咁錯過咗。但近來發現有啲食肆你唔寫唔介紹,佢明明質素非常唔錯,但就會因為小人推介下抵唔住租金而結業,甚為可惜。因此小弟決心出返少少綿力,希望能為有誠意食肆加加油外,亦可為自己做番個紀錄,作為留念。入返正題,此食店小弟新年已食過幾次,今次同朋友去發現餐牌已換。本想推介嘅牛油少雜菇已經冇咗。但另一推介羊架就仲存在。佢嘅羊架肥瘦適中,表面有少少脆口,伴菜有超級食物椰菜仔、紅蘿蔔、甚為爽口嘅炸薯塊,水準甚高。而另一個味道唔錯嘅有牛油果沙律,醬汁係精粹,但唔好問我係乜,我只知幾好味。較為普通嘅係牛扒,唔係話佢唔好,但特色不足,下次我未必會再order囉。整體唔錯,可惜菜式選擇唔多,試幾次算有驚喜,但多幾次就會悶。裝修甚有格調,相信店主係愛車之人,四圍嘅poster 都同車有關。最後想讚嘅係成間店都好乾淨,如果店主係男性嘅話,呢店就十分難得。…Read More

去咗幾次附近嘅西餐廳,今晚決定去另一間試試,希望同之前食嗰間咁有返咁上下水準。入到餐廳得一枱客人,因為我同女朋友先到,所以都習慣叫嘢飲先。都未決定飲咩時女朋友嘅父母都到咗。Drinks list 上有得飲嘅酒已經唔多,啤酒有3款,有普通啤、黑啤、白啤偏偏就係冇普通啤。雖然兩老對白啤麻麻,但由於黑啤唔係人人鍾意飲,相比下就唯有飲白啤。餐酒就只得白酒冇紅酒。喺飲品上唔齊嘅呢點要扣啲分。我同女朋友飲白酒,但就用香檳杯上,算。嘢食方面就叫咗龍脷意大利飯、牛扒、豬梅頭。另外小食就有水牛城雞翼、白酒青口、煎鵝肝。除青口太細、鵝肝過熟外,其他都偏重手。唔可以話差,但同上次同區嗰間比就明顯兩個層次。不過服務尚算唔錯,會同你換下骨碟、問下你餐後感咁,都見佢係有心經營嘅。整體評分只能夠講中規中矩啦。…Read More
