今晚食連續七年榮獲日本丼聯盟天丼金賞獎既「天吉丼」!由好鍾意食天婦羅嘅朋友介紹!呢個朋友仲有一個,就係好鍾意食飯,佢話依度嘅飯可以自由添!椰菜沙律配秘製有胡椒沙律汁,清爽酸酸地開胃!椰菜沙律係一大碗咁上,我分碟左。天幕御膳 $168黑虎蝦蝦、石斑魚配紫蘇葉、軟殼蟹、雜錦炸物:洋蔥同魷魚、茄子、南瓜、炸紫菜、四季豆。依個係超飽超滿足!Ready?!總共有三種食法!第一個鮮蝦同紫菜嘅天婦羅,就好似平時咁點天婦羅汁食!佢依度嘅蘿蔔蓉好企身,味道重d。紫菜好脆,同唯一係show自己個樣,哈哈!第二個石斑魚(我揀左黑虎蝦,蝦蝦兩重奏)、四季豆天丼要加秘製甜醬汁先好食又濕潤d!虎蝦爽口彈牙!石斑魚我另外一次食,紫蘇葉同佢出奇地夾,有香葉配肥肉魚,爽!第三個天茶泡飯用洋蔥魷魚飯加紫菜芥末同埋秘製鰹魚高湯食!其實都食到第三個食飯已經開始飽。但見佢嘅飯係北海道七星米,所以都係享受埋依個食法。鰹魚高湯重味但唔咸,泡飯咁樣既!如果本身覺得芥末辣嘅人,食呢個就冇辣嘅感覺,反而提一提米味。本身淨想食天吉丼,但見有香港限定嘅軟殼蟹丼 $178就佢啦!軟殼蟹雜錦炸物:皇帝菜同櫻花蝦成個餅咁大!櫻花蝦又係平常嘅3倍!如果本身覺得皇帝菜嘅味道好大好「腥」,呢個就係俾你試皇帝菜嘅機會 - 無乜味,係菜味咁。但如果你本身好鍾意食皇帝菜,可能未必鍾意,哈哈。茄子、南瓜、溫泉蛋炸溫泉蛋 - 炸蛋,混合飯食又嫩又多蛋汁!茄子大外,南瓜係粉粉嫩嫩同厚,唔錯!麵豉湯比較多豆皮外,仲有紅蘿蔔紅蘿蔔白蘿蔔蔥花!炸物點秘製天丼醬汁好夾!除咗飯之外,佢嘅前菜都係可以無限供應!牛蒡茶同埋牛蒡漬多食!女士減肥好物!牛蒡好好食,漬過無左d泥青味,有啲似食菜鋪!必食!蘿蔔同埋椰菜沙律清味蕾!…Read More

好耐冇出去港島區啦,所以今日專登嚟咗銅鑼灣行吓。近日喺社交平台見到好多人都介紹呢間,火鍋隨意門。咁既然經過就要試吓!一坐低佢哋湯底都好多款,不過我哋就叫咗,特色卜卜蜆湯鍋同埋招牌花膠雞湯鍋。佢個湯底蜆肉有超多,食極都食唔晒咁!原來花膠湯嗰個係招牌嚟嘅,花膠都有兩大舊,我哋同行四個人,每個人都有四五舊㗎!湯底原來係用新鮮雞去整!佢醬汁都有九款,其中仲要有木耳同埋青瓜,真係好開胃㗎 !右下角嗰個係佢哋自家製嘅紅蔥頭醬汁,必食,好香!呢度好似出名食牛肉,所以我哋叫咗清酒鮮牛肉同埋本地牛肩脊。職員會喺上菜嘅時候先會係你面前倒清酒!清酒味真係好濃郁,下邊仲有啲芽菜,杞子。本地牛肩脊骨,我就非常建議大家一定要試吓,牛肉入口即溶,同埋好新鮮,花紋好靚!另外其他配菜我哋叫咗餃子拼盤10粒,生根,蓮藕。餃子拼盤我認為都係必食嘅,因為佢有好多款唔同口味,包括有韭菜,芝士,仲有蟹肉添!重頭戲嚟啦,就係呢個鹹蛋黃炒響鈴!雖然職員建議我哋趁熱食,但係我哋選擇咗淥一淥先食,果然都係咁好味呀,佢鹹蛋黃嘅味道好重,好濃郁,好似黃金蝦!由於食物唔係太夠,我哋仲叫做薯粉同埋南京鴨血。薯粉佢都係好煙銀嘅,份量都有啲多。鴨血都好新鮮,唔會有好多腥味,同埋有少少辣,都值得一試!總括來講,疫情之下少咗好多機會打邊爐,趁而家限聚令放寬至四個人,我認為大家都可以約埋朋友去試吓呢間火鍋店。同埋佢呢度嘅裝修,音樂,都令人好舒服。佢係走一個土耳其風,最重點係,職員會喺比餐具你之前,係你面前將餐具消毒,咁就安心好多啊!…Read More

今日見唔開心,就怒吃一波。近近地去咗大圍嘅發哥粥底火鍋,因為之前朋友介紹過都幾好食。我哋叫咗個海鮮套餐,裏面有鮑魚,顯肉,象拔蚌,全部都好生猛,仲有牛柏葉,而家又好少地方得牛柏葉啦。呢度全部嘅嘢都好易熟,大概都係最多10分鐘,鮑魚好新鮮,又大粒,建議大家一定要切細少少先食啊。牛柏葉就通常煮兩三分鐘就得,咁就會比較爽口,佢呢度嘅牛柏葉俾你出邊嘅好乾淨,冇漂白水嘅味道。我哋仲叫咗啲手打墨魚丸,滑牛肉同埋魚片等等。呢度嘅牛肉一開始都冇太高嘅期望,點知食落真係好入口即溶,而且魚片都冇骨,最適合我呢啲又驚有骨鹽又想食魚嘅人。其實個燉湯一早就嚟咗,因為我習慣關唔會一開始就飲燉湯,佢呢度嘅燉湯真係好入味,冇味精嘅味道,而且好足料,入邊有雞腳蟲草花等等。順帶一提除咗啤酒之外,佢呢度嘅嘢飲都係全部免費,任飲,汽水我哋就飲得多啦,茅根水就比較少飲,所以我都飲咗兩三支!我不嬲都好鍾意食海鮮,大顯肉呢啲如果冇咗呢個工具嘅話就會散晒好難食到,佢呢度餐廳都好貼心。最後一定要食佢呢個湯底粥呀,入面嘅精華入晒去,雖然係咸左少少,但係你食得出係有晒唔同海鮮嘅甜味同埋鮮味。最後,一開始我以為呢間餐廳好難搵到但其實原來都好容易搵到,都係喺路邊,所以大家有機會嘅話都去食下啦,CP值好高㗎。…Read More

今日去咗大圍行吓,順便舒緩下依家社會上邊唔開心嘅心情。我哋去咗間叫發哥粥底火鍋。一開始以為地點會好難搵,點知好容易搵到啦。首先就嚟咗一個燉湯,入邊有鳳爪,蟲草花,幾好飲架,係咁乾燥嘅天氣,其實係幾潤。我哋叫咗個龍蝦餐,當中有好多新鮮嘅海鮮,例如蜆,鮑魚,當然梗係唔少得龍蝦啦。煮蜆佢有一個特定嘅模具俾我哋,務求令到我哋啲錢用唔會周圍分散,鮑魚佢仲郁㗎,好新鮮,大概煮五6分鐘就可以啦。我哋另外仲叫咗一啲牛肉,牛柏葉。全部都好爽口,入口即溶,宜家得好少地方可以食到牛柏葉咋,所以我哋都好開心可以食到,而且佢啲牛柏葉好乾淨,唔會話好多泥。肥牛方面佢有好靚嘅花紋,入口即溶就唔使講啦。不得不提要提一下佢嘅自家製墨魚丸,墨魚好足料,亦都好有香味。最後,個粥底火鍋真係好入味,有唔同海鮮嘅鮮味,但係我略嫌佢咸左少少,但食完個粥之後就飽啦。順帶一提佢嗰度啲嘢飲係完全免費架,任飲,汽水,仲有佢哋自家製嘅茅根水。總括來講,大圍都算一個地方別去嘅地方,大家如果好想試吓粥底火鍋嘅話,不妨去呢間, CP值都幾高嫁。…Read More

好耐冇食過日本野啦,今日心郁郁所以你都要試一試。一嚟到,裝修是非常好的,間隔亦令人很舒適。我和朋友都十分滿意。我叫了$420的午餐,是吞拿魚御善。佢成個套餐都係以吞拿魚為主題,當中包括吞拿魚嘅唔同位置肌肉,我就認為中間嘅部份係最滑,同埋有入口即溶嘅感覺,廚師好細心,要用火燒嘅佢都會用手遮住,令我哋唔會話容易整親。而且佢每一件嘅frequency都會係等到我哋影晒相,食晒,佢先會上叻一舊 ,完全唔會話要我地快快食完就走。我朋友就叫安格斯牛柳嘅套餐,佢要全熟嘅,咁佢就嫌啲牛肉有少少難咬,但總括來講都普普通通。呢個套餐最好嘅地方,係因為佢會陪埋沙律,水晶蛋,俾我哋,二水晶打佢整得好滑,突變都係好足了。每一個套餐都會附送當日嘅甜品同埋熱飲,而我哋去嗰日就係咁啱我哋都好鍾意食嘅紅豆雪糕,同埋我就叫咗個熱檸水,咁全部都係普普通通,但係雪糕就好滑。總括嚟講佢哋環境都算唔錯,我就雷炎員工嘅態度可以有多啲進步嘅空間,除咗呢樣之外,我都覺得呢間係可以一試嘅。…Read More

今日去咗尖沙咀近期好紅嘅餐廳,大家有估到邊間嗎?就係六公館啦!佢成個感覺好Grand,有一條電梯落去。一坐低,員工就即刻問我地要飲咩茶,原來佢呢度嘅茶都好講究架,有好多唔同嘅種類同埋好出名嘅茶,例如係龍井,我哋就叫咗日本嘅麥茶。佢哋都俾咗一啲好開胃嘅小食俾我哋,好似木耳啊酸菜咁!係相片可以見到,佢哋嘅碗碗碟碟,同埋環境都係非常開揚,餐具亦都係好精緻。我哋叫咗一個酥炸蝦將骨,佢真係入口即溶,我哋同行有四個人,所以佢有六舊到,都係非常舊式到呢個骨好食都係你想會食好多碗飯去送呢碟!由於好耐冇飲過老火湯啦,我哋就叫咗一個鮑魚湯,同埋一個杏仁湯。我除咗落鹽佢哋味道好鹹之外,其他佢啲食材係用得非常非常之新鮮,而且鮑魚湯入邊係真係有鮑魚㗎,佢好貼心嘅位係佢會一路用蠟燭美味嘅熱力令到個碗湯保持係一個好亂嘅狀態,所以客人就算掛住睇出邊嘅景色,掛住傾計而唔記得飲,玩湯都唔會變到凍冰!估唔到佢呢度都有啲類似fusion菜,我哋就叫咗一個海膽紫菜煩到佢一嚟到令到我哋好驚喜係原來真係突然之間可以轉左去日本風到佢啲海膽入口係好鮮甜完全冇腥味,而且佢啲飯係用日本醬油煮過所以佢唔似普通米飯嗰種味道,反而係一粒粒質感好重之餘,仲有啲日本醬油味襯托着。我哋仲叫咗一個龍井茶葉炸子雞,先講佢訓係非常之多,啲雞完全冇骨,最令我哋大開眼界嘅事,佢啲龍井茶葉係之後先擺上去但係成碗雞都出奇地有晒龍井茶葉的味道。我哋仲叫咗一個鴛鴦蝦球,你讓大家真係一定一定要時,包你食過係返唔到轉頭!佢其中有一隻咪就係好似前嗰排星加坡好出名嘅鹹蛋黃薯片嘅味道,另外一隻就係黃色卡夫醬嘅味道,真係十分好食,同埋佢用嘅係呼哈,所以黑係非常之大隻,唔知其他餐廳可能淨係會比一隻好細隻縮水嘅蝦你!食完之後我哋就出咗去室內嗰度飲酒,佢呢度最出名就係驚美酒到我哋叫咗三款到我最想同大家推介嘅就係叫做醉拳,佢既aftertaste非常之好,由於佢係代表泰國,咁落去佢有浸冬陰公嘅味道,有啲辣辣地,真係非常之推介大家一定要試吓。所有野配合埋個夜景真係非常之好氣氛。我哋當晚仲叫咗唔同嘅甜品,有芝麻雪糕配朱古力,木瓜養顏嘅杏仁糊,我個人比較鍾意芝麻雪糕嗰樣甜品,但係同行嘅女仔朋友,佢哋就比較鍾意木瓜講個甜品,因為佢飲落真係非常之多嘅骨膠原,飲完之後皮膚真係一定會好好啊!總括來講,大家一定一定要嚟六公館試一次,你會好驚訝因為佢哋服務態度好到你根本出乎意料之外,同埋香港嘅夜景係真係可以好靚好靚!…Read More
