同個朋友黎咗「成都老碼頭火鍋」打邊爐🍲佢個門面好明顯,基本上喺旺角道街頭一望就望到👀一入門口已經有好大陣麻辣香味,入面裝潢都幾靚坐得幾舒服😙 -醬油、水果、圍裙等,全都以自助形式供應佢地仲有隻「特色老碼頭秘制香油」😋。-湯底方面,我地就揀左 (揀埋右今次真係) 全紅🌶同埋豬骨湯🐷的鴛鴦湯底,有辣有唔辣,我自問自己都OK食得辣 (譚仔中辣🌶🌶🌶),今次叫小辣都覺得好夠辣。下面係我地食完覺得幾正嘅大家可以去試下:1⃣爽脆牛黃喉 正,牛黃喉放湯後,脆卜卜,本身無乜味,點完佢地秘制香油就👍🏻好正2⃣澳洲雪花肥牛🥩,基本上打邊爐必點,呢間就正正常常唔太特別,不過都係佢地個醬加咗唔少分🥰3⃣老友鬼鬼👻,即係油炸鬼加墨魚滑,呢個記住唔駛淥太耐,大概一分鐘內🕐,同埋記住要墨魚滑向底呀!4⃣珊瑚蚌,非常爽口同埋鮮甜5⃣蛋餃,好大陣蛋香味🥚入面包左豬肉餡6⃣響鈴,基本上即炸散發嘅豆香已經無野好講👏🏻加分7⃣舌尖上的牛舌👅,輕輕涮幾秒就食得,肉質嫩滑可惜嘅係😢佢地咁啱無哂鵝腸,下次再去一定要食到😠 ☑餐廳有早鳥時段,只要於7:30pm前離座,就可享68折優惠。如果平時早放6:00pm 過黎食啱啱好。…Read More

人生第1次寫食評!因為太嬲!

見咁多好評,環境又好有feel🌃又想同朋友食好d, 所以就試下佢!經openrice訂位。下奏staff打黎confirm booking果時極力強調要8點半前交枱。🛎然後本身book左兩位,但臨時有位朋友想加入。所以打去問可否加多位。Staff: ok, 不過就要坐高枱我: 咁有咩分別嫁?~Staff: 其實都冇,就係張枱同凳會高左,可能上落會冇咁方便~我:咁絕對冇問題啦,ok ah, 唔該晒你。Staff: 不過都係啦,要8點半前交枱。我:ok!透過依通電話☎️,我覺得佢d staff都幾好呀, 同埋間餐廳應該都幾full, 因為個staff好驚我地交唔到枱咁🤣~點知!!!Book左18:30,然後18:35到。Staff安排我去坐啦。。。原來張枱係廁所隔離。。。全場得依枱係會對住廁所。。😞都唔緊要。。。見間野都幾乾淨就由佢啦~😆Staff就講解返through openrice訂座會有優惠既✅野飲8折(除紅酒白酒Set dinner 8折A la carte 9折我地1行3人不太餓,所以叫左1. Oyster platter2. Set Dinner 咩咩霜降西冷3. 野菌黑松露忌廉湯4. 黑松露薯蓉5. 焦糖低溫鵝肝6. 1枝白酒🍾1路等,1路期待~上左第1樣,生蠔生蠔就夠凍夠新鮮既!不過就細隻左d同薄肉左d, 不過$188@6,CP值算唔錯的!☺️Set Dinner果到因為賣相唔係特別好😅擺盤又奇怪,又斜埋1邊咁所以放棄左幫食物影相但朋友話個頭盤牡丹蝦肉他他幾好味!話食到好新鮮~我自己就冇食然後好快!我個焦糖低溫鵝肝都到啦下面果d米米脆脆係幾得意既但個鵝肝唔係入口即溶既感覺唔夠香,又冇油入面仲要熟晒咁滯,omg不過個焦糖係做得好好既!如果做到入口即溶又香,咁就perfect 喇!😳Set Dinner 個松葉蟹湯終於上喇~😋我本身都好期待!點知!個樣勁似中菜果d咩咩羹咁,仲要啡色既完全唔想影😖兩位朋友飲左兩啖都唔想飲,話好難飲其中1位朋友仲話好大陣木魚味~但見唔到木魚!Btw, 條蟹腳都好肉酸,總之依個湯好差😖然後就到我個湯啦!依個湯就不過不失啦。。又唔香,食到好少好少野菌蓉。。$88出面好多餐廳既黑松露野菌忌廉湯都好飲過佢多多聲🤣不過個texture夠稠!出面有d餐廳好稀的然後枝酒就到啦~酒就冇咩好評價的~都是朋友揀,都ok ge!但冇影相🤣主菜要到啦!嬲既位都要到啦!依張圖為第1次果塊扒。故事要開始了!!!Order果時,已講左塊扒要medium-rareStaff都re-confirm左係medium-rare點知上到枱!切開既時候!發現根本就係well-done咁就同staff講啦我:我地叫左medium-rare, 但黎左well-done啊!Staff: 就咁睇係medium-rare黎喎!我:不如你試下食1舊先。。。。Staff 拎走左大隔半分鐘-1分鐘就拎返碟扒返黎Staff: 我地岩岩睇過真係medium-rare黎我:你不如試左先?Staff 準備再辯解時我:其實你估我第1次食牛扒?。。。又un又「唉」喎。。。Staff 黑左個面然後話整過塊~期間,有幾個staff都去左試食依塊扒。十分鐘後~第2塊扒上枱啦~就咁1睇!見到有汁都知1定同第1塊扒有分別~ 起碼1定唔係well-done先!Staff黑住面咁講: 咁都係medium-rare啦!你地可以試下從中間切起,咁如果你地都覺得唔ok ge, 咁可能係依塊扒唔岩你地既style (黑人問號? Style?) 咁如果係唔岩既,我地可以換個第2個main dish俾你地。我地:ok!1切,中間是粉紅色的,咁先係medium-rare嫁嘛。。起碼切果時有汁流出黎先啦~Btw, 依塊扒真係唔岩我地3個既「style」,肉質差,冇牛味係一田買和牛返屋企煎都1定好食過佢!仲要$488。。。完全唔值!!!不過我地3個本身都唔餓,又廢事煩,所以梗係冇叫佢地換main dish la! (話晒個staff都黑晒面!)不過我地都因為依塊扒都決定左唔會再回頭吃依間餐廳lu~之後,我既黑松露薯蓉出場啦依樣真係好食既好香好滑好creamy真係好好食!見唔見到上面層油?嘩!依家睇多次張相都流口水呀!(因為我是瘋狂薯迷)朋友都話正!想encore多個!但已經好飽lu!!!最後個甜品都忘記影🤣🤣因為我不吃甜!但兩位朋友都話成餐最好味就係個甜品!梅酒啫喱奶凍(好似係最後,埋單$1400真心覺得不是太值。。可能咁岩我地又對正廁所毫無環境/feel可言不會再幫襯了,拜拜👋🏻多謝sky726今晚的款待多謝睇完我依篇廢文既人俾既耐性謝謝,這是我人生中第1篇食評。…Read More
