下奏staff打黎confirm booking果時極力強調要8點半前交枱。🛎
然後本身book左兩位,但臨時有位朋友想加入。
所以打去問可否加多位。

擺盤又奇怪,又斜埋1邊咁
所以放棄左幫食物影相


但朋友話個頭盤牡丹蝦肉他他幾好味!

但個鵝肝唔係入口即溶既感覺

入面仲要熟晒咁滯,omg

不過個焦糖係做得好好既!

Order果時,已講左塊扒要medium-rare
Staff都re-confirm左係medium-rare
點知上到枱!切開既時候!
發現根本就係well-done

咁就同staff講啦
我:我地叫左medium-rare, 但黎左well-done啊!
Staff: 就咁睇係medium-rare黎喎!
我:不如你試下食1舊先。。。。
Staff 拎走左
大隔半分鐘-1分鐘就拎返碟扒返黎
Staff: 我地岩岩睇過真係medium-rare黎
我:你不如試左先?
Staff 準備再辯解時
我:其實你估我第1次食牛扒?。。。又un又「唉」喎。。。

然後話整過塊~
期間,有幾個staff都去左試食依塊扒。


十分鐘後~
第2塊扒上枱啦~

就咁1睇!見到有汁都知1定同第1塊扒有分別~ 起碼1定唔係well-done先!
Staff黑住面咁講: 咁都係medium-rare啦!你地可以試下從中間切起,咁如果你地都覺得唔ok ge, 咁可能係依塊扒唔岩你地既style (黑人問號? Style?) 咁如果係唔岩既,我地可以換個第2個main dish俾你地。
我地:ok!


1切,中間是粉紅色的,咁先係medium-rare嫁嘛。。
起碼切果時有汁流出黎先啦~
Btw, 依塊扒真係唔岩我地3個既「style」,肉質差,冇牛味

係一田買和牛返屋企煎都1定好食過佢!

仲要$488。。。完全唔值!!!

不過我地3個本身都唔餓,又廢事煩,所以梗係冇叫佢地換main dish la! (話晒個staff都黑晒面!)
不過我地都因為依塊扒都決定左唔會再回頭吃依間餐廳lu~
