HEA左一段日子,終於暫時停止過早既退休生活,踏實地開始新工作。難得友人在同一處工作,早幾天已經約埋一齊食飯。北角一帶都幾多野食,個腦諗左一陣就決定黎呢度食。喺呢度食既原因,除左咁多年耐唔耐都會路過外,幾年前佢地喺銅鑼灣曾經開過一間分店。當時我仲幫襯過一次,味道仲相當唔錯,所以今次特登過黎試下。撞正食飯時間,等左陣就有位。入到去一坐低就同收銀個中年女人落單,見佢完全冇寫單,不過有重覆我地叫既野,咁就當左佢落左單啦。之後等左成5個字都冇野上,其他人遲入黎都有野食上,心諗實漏單啦。一問之外,果然係。結果得番20分鐘要快快趣趣食埋佢,話之D野幾好食都冇下次啦...講番野食,叫左糖醋排骨同埋蔥爆牛肉,兩樣都相對好食。糖醋排骨既排骨係新鮮炸完去上汁(所以侍應話遲左D上),而個汁又唔會一味死鹹。蔥爆牛肉個味亦較得相當好,係有少少蔥比較生,不過整體都好好。豆漿飲得出有渣,都算有誠意既。個負評純粹比個SERVICE,食物就幾好啦,負責人睇到既話麻煩改善下啦!…Read More

不是樣樣滿分,但在銅鑼灣已屬抵食之選

FACEBOOK上曾出現過一張相,指"價錢平,質素好,效率高"既市場營銷手法根本冇可能出現。而在銅鑼灣食野既話,價錢平可以話係死證。無奈又受友人所託,要決定晚飯地點。要性價比高既話,實在冇乜太多地方可以選擇,所以又黎到榮記。(用"又"既原因係因為當冇曬頭緒時,而又要搵個唔會趕人走,又要食唔貴既野,就即刻黎左呢度。)7點10上到去已經滿曬,好彩等左5分鐘就等到一個路口位坐。由於食過好多次既關係,已經知道邊D唔係主打,又或者同人比會冇咁好食,所以來來去去都係叫同幾款野食:1) 椒鹽九肚魚 ($58) - 椒鹽類既食物喺榮記真係冇試過失手,而九肚魚往往比鮮魷受歡迎 (起碼4分1枱都有叫)。新鮮炸完上碟既九肚魚熱到燙口,而入面既水份仲KEEP得好好,又唔會過鹹,VERY GOOD!2) 生炒骨 ($48) - 偶然會叫下既菜,貪多人食。新鮮炸完既排骨上汁後仍然保持脆口,而且份量足,真係物有所值。3) 西蘭花炒斑片 ($58) - 以前食過D魚質素幾高,今次番黎食諗住冇死。不過入口D魚冇上次食咁鮮,可能唔夠新鮮或者調味重手左掛...4) 黑椒牛仔骨 ($48) - 以前都係穩陣之選,不過今晚就失曬色...份量雖然多但係全部都LAR到冇曬味之餘仲要啖啖梳打粉...睇黎都要OUT左個必叫名單啦....白飯4碗 ($8/碗), 總數$244, 4人食每位$61$61....算係咁啦....…Read More

到青衣補習前,先到葵涌廣場搵野食,見到呢度有擔擔麵說馬上坐底,諗左冇耐就叫左個唔辣既擔擔排骨麵加豆漿,3分鐘之後就上齊D野食啦!咁快上既話,排骨好大機會係番炸,不過細鋪仔邊有得要求咁多,夠熱已經好好。肉味都夠,係份量少左D。個湯底都係花生底再溝上湯,不過呢度較特別既話加上肉鬆同少少酸菜,都幾惹味既。而麵係難得咁彈牙,個人覺得同詠藜園差少少。豆漿喎,都係普通貨色啦。見其他人都有食生煎包同鍋貼,應該都值得叫,下次會試下既。…Read More

適逢好兄弟既屋企人去左外遊,馬上約佢食飯,收工後馬上去尖沙咀搵佢,見到面都成8點半啦。行左半個尖沙咀,發現間間鋪都收成五十幾六十蚊,茶餐廳都要收4字尾,物價真係升得驚人啦…結果朋友話去星林居食米線,橫掂都未食過,一試無妨。上到去間鋪成間CAFÉ咁,一D都唔似食米線既…坐底左之後就TICK左個小鍋米線,配牛展同蟹籽丸。料就冇咩好評,係要讚下個湯底,比到我當初食譚仔個FEEL。個湯底濃得黎又會搞到我想食多幾啖,唔洗十分鐘就食完,之後再同朋友傾左成個鐘先走。如果想經濟慳d又唔想食快餐既話都係一個好選擇!雖然近排見呢位兄弟都幾密,不過真係唔會厭架,因為真係有大把野可以傾~有係呢個兄弟真係三生有幸!…Read More

朋友到左日本玩幾日,番到黎香港就派手信,由佢話事到小菜王食飯。7點半到左,差唔多滿曬咁滯,好彩仲拎到位。一坐底朋友就即刻派手信,係香蕉味既酥餅,食落同蝴蝶酥差唔多啦,係多D蕉味。由於有朋友稍遲,所以等左一陣就先叫幾味:黑椒牛油炒硯(冇曬聖子),椒鹽九肚魚,金銀蛋浸莧菜,豉汁蒸鱔。朋友到後再加碟生炒骨。黑椒牛油炒硯先上,炒得相當乾身同入味,份量尚算可以,話咁快就清曬。金銀蛋浸莧菜好難煮得唔好食,所以冇乜好評價,純粹整碟菜冇咁寡。豉汁蒸鱔,對魚類並非十分鍾情既我,都係冇乜好評價,魚肉有彈口,豉汁夠,合格有餘。椒鹽九肚魚,係全晚最高分既菜。對於喜愛炸野既我,對椒鹽一直有高要求。而呢度既九肚魚外皮炸得好乾身,唔會過火,話之佢幾熱都快快手清左佢先。最後上既生炒骨,以呢度既價錢黎緊算係比夠足料,即炸排骨去掛汁真係冇得輸,青椒洋蔥都落唔少。4個人食,加多2支鴻X堂清補涼同3碗飯,合共399,以同區或者大排檔角度去睇算係貴少少啦,不過食物質素唔錯,性價比都可以既。人手同服務都唔多得,不過黎食大排檔都預左架啦~…Read More
