是晚下班後,跟同事們乖車到旺角夜宵~上司說要推介位於旺角瓊中心5樓的富記飯店的冰鎮芥蘭,即管試試看=P環境不錯,燈光帶點昏暗,令人感覺有點寧靜=)侍應給我們帶位,坐在鄰近街景玻璃窗。點餐由上司,皆因我倆也不懂選擇,便由上司介紹吧!!上司二話不說便先點了冰鎮芥蘭和醉雞=P其他也是由她發板-3-之後再點了孖寶::豉椒少花甲,薑蔥焗蟹煲。而我則只點了一道菜枝竹椒鹽豬肚=P這裡就像茶樓一樣是跟一壺熱茶上桌的=)等了不到五分鐘,醉雞到了=P雞味鮮嫩可口,略帶點酒味,酒味洽到好處=P而我這熱愛雞的人當然是手不停口也不停吧XD只是略嫌份量不多...=(::豉椒少花甲有點辣,但份量不多=(薑蔥焗蟹煲因本人對蟹敏感所以沒吃,同事說很好味=)很多蟹膏=O枝竹椒鹽豬肚胡椒的味道不大,但渴到底部會比較辣一點=P冰鎮芥蘭口感十分爽脆,賣相也不錯,像個雪山上的小樹林似的=)朋友說原來造樣是會保留靚味,真的有點鮮甜=P吃罷...上司再多點一道醉乳鴿=P,想不到,這也是蠻多肉的A_A味道鮮甜!!點了六道菜,結帳309,也算不錯吧~…Read More

是日放假,找老朋友一同吃晚餐=)是晚目的地是位於灣仔巴路士街的家賀屋刺身壽司專門店=P首次光顧,當然是由老朋友推介吧!我看看餐牌,有圖的,我被那櫻花三文魚丼定食滿碗子的三文魚吸引了=P其他的都是老朋友點的~我們二人共點了七碟!_!↓↓↓櫻花三文魚丼定食是三文魚加蟹子的飯=)三文魚是厚厚的,入口鮮甜有口感,我的最愛>O<跟飯的有麵豉湯加蟹子沙拉=)照燒鯖魚魚味不會太濃,有點兒鹹=)炸蝦卷雖分了三節,但入口還是內脆外軟=P飯雖是軟腍的,但配上穌脆的炸蝦,口感甚佳=)特上蒲燒鰻魚丼定食是老朋友的飯。我吃了一片鰻魚,味道濃郁而且還是熱燙燙的=P芝士鰻魚卷不知道外表的是什麼醬汁,味道不錯。一口吃下去通常只會嘗到鰻魚味,但細嚼下是會嘗到淡淡的芝士味=)炭燒雞串肉汁鮮甜,入口嫩滑=)唐揚嫩雞這個是炸雞來的!是把雞皮炸脆了,雞肉依然是濃香的雞味=)但個人認為不炸會惹味點=P燉蛋是飯後甜品吧-3-看似普普通通,但內裡原來是那麼豐富的餡料@@有冬菇粉絲日本魚蛋(即那個像太陽的東西)蟹柳...等等=P說是燉蛋,倒不如說是蒸蛋吧!!口感似蒸水蛋=)吃完了,結帳時老朋友拿出了她的會員卡,原來是有九折的=)二人點了七個菜,也只是220!!在灣仔區怎能找到這樣的價錢的日本餐呢-0-廉價^O^吃得二人也捧腹離去=)PS:::::要說明一點,如果怕臭豆腐味道的人,那這裡便不太適合了..因為在旁的店子日間是在賣小食的,也有臭豆腐。我剛進店子還能吸到臭豆腐的味道~太強勁了=O…Read More

今天下班晚了,乖2X回筲箕灣睡昏了,到了總站愛東。下車時已是12時多,原想慢步回家,走了不太傳來一陣陣濃香的牛腩味才嚇見都已夜深了原來在這屋邨內竟然還有粉麵店還在營業時間!!熱愛吃麵的我當然想也不用多想就衝進去了=P地方不大,但這時間來吃也有位子,但也不是清靜啊~是燙門的,有幾張卡位也有圓枱子。望望桌上的餐牌,牛腩麵也只是開價17大元@@相比起那些在東大街鼎鼎大名的牛腩粉麵店是廉價之選啊=P點了一碗牛腩魚皮餃麵加一碟油菜芥蘭全走。想不到,同是在筲箕灣,只是一街之隔,在這裡的麵比東大街的還要多!!不單是麵的份量,連牛腩的份量也不少!!!看賣相是OK的,再嚐嚐味道...WOW~很香濃的牛腩,入口不會太腍且有咬口又不會UN..本人不太懂是分腩的部位,看樣子我想應該是爽腩吧因為有薄薄的"皮"=P比起在東大街某某記的腩,這裡的是肉汁鮮美不太腍但不會UN=P真想不到在筲箕灣也有宵夜市場的粉麵店=P真的名副其實,說是牛什專門店,果真是有材料的!!說回份量,麵的份量相等於東大街那些索價二三十元的牛腩麵...這裡的單點牛腩麵18元,雙拼的都只是加5元。這裡的麵就等如那些的加底份量,而牛腩也不只是三四件,而是起碼有七八件,而且我點的是雙拼啊!!對於我這些胃口比較大的平民,這裡的牛腩麵實在太體貼入微啊>33<二十餘錢便可以飽肚,在筲箕灣的粉麵店真是特價了!!以夜市來說,廉價價錢!!但以地區來說,筲箕灣雖然有一條名為食街的東大街,但始終也是平民區,這樣的價錢是頗為可接受的。…Read More
