今日同朋友去咗元朗嘅野川拉麵の深燒食堂食飯,環境幾有日式風味,坐得舒服又唔迫。頭盤叫咗三文魚腩刺身,一上枱已經見到塊塊三文魚腩好厚實,色澤鮮艷,入口真係好滑,油脂感十足但唔會膩,咬落去嗰陣,魚香味好濃,感覺到好新鮮😋。跟住試咗油甘魚刺身,肉質偏嫩同軟,入口有種淡淡嘅甘甜味。油甘魚嘅油脂分佈好平均,咬下去嗰陣依然有啲油香慢慢散開🧡。之後叫咗甘蝦刺生(8隻),蝦肉好彈牙,咬落去嗰陣鮮甜味即刻爆出嚟,夠juicy🍤。煮活蜆一上枱熱氣撲鼻,啲蜆真係好大粒,肉質厚實又嫩滑。用豬骨湯底煮,湯汁帶點咸香同海鮮嘅鮮味,蜆肉吸咗湯汁,湯底濃而不膩,暖笠笠好舒服🥣。牛肉壽喜燒份量幾多,牛肉片切得薄薄,油脂分佈平均,煮熟後好嫩滑。湯汁咸甜適中,配咗豆腐、粉絲同椰菜,吸滿咗壽喜燒汁,味道好豐富。牛肉入口有陣淡淡嘅肉味,配生蛋一齊食更加滑溜🍲。自家制叉燒贊岐手打烏冬係今次嘅主打,烏冬粗身彈牙,咬落好有嚼勁。蕃茄湯底酸甜開胃,自家制叉燒份量夠,肉質軟腍入味,肥瘦剛好,配烏冬一齊食好有滿足感🍜。蒜蓉燒聖子燒得啱啱好,外層微焦帶蒜香,聖子肉質厚身又juicy,蒜蓉份量多但唔會蓋過聖子嘅鮮甜。🦪。燒安格斯牛肉串肉質好質,燒得外焦內嫩,牛肉嘅油香好突出,好有滿足感🥩。…Read More
