跟朋友去開灣仔,黎到駿景酒店Monkey cafe醫肚,見食評都唔錯所以試一試,果然非虛,半自助形式加主菜,又有水果又有甜點,啱晒我,正!冷盤有蝦、煙三文魚、各款火腿、沙律菜,配搭任君選擇,熱盤有炒蟹、炒蜆、炒飯、炸春捲,慢慢揀選,仲可以食多幾轉,同朋友一邊傾一邊食,十分寫意!主菜都有好幾款可以選擇,我就揀左烤肉眼扒配燒汁,七成熟剛剛好,唔會太老又唔會太生,牛扒很嫩,肉汁流出充滿香濃的油脂,配上燒汁,一絕!最後我們還吃了水果及芝士蛋糕作甜品,還沖左杯熱檸水消消滯,非常滿意!…Read More

市面好多快餐店、燒味店貨源一般是攞貨售賣,新唔新鮮、肉質靚唔靚、餣得好唔好都無法穩定控制,但深水埗呢間開業十幾年的快靚正燒味茶餐廳,於元朗自設廠房燒製燒味,一手一腳由買貨餣製燒烤至售賣都是親力親為,可見餐廳對燒味的認真同執著。快靚正茶餐廳位於西九龍廣場附近,燒味可以斬料外帶亦可以選擇堂食,堂食就有更多粉面飯供選擇,真係明符其實快靚正就可以醫飽個肚,而且仲非常抵食!今日一家人開飯,買左半隻燒鵝、一斤乳豬同半斤叉燒,燒鵝本身大隻,肉質非常嫩滑而且肉汁juicy,肥美的外皮非常甘香,配埋酸梅醬,啖啖肉好好味!$190/半隻乳豬皮非常脆口,餣製入味,$175/1斤,非常抵食,又新鮮,熱辣辣忍唔住偷食,開飯時已經無左半盒,好好味!不得不提半肥瘦叉燒,肥肉剛剛好不會太多,餣製入味,肉質新鮮唔會鞋唔會硬,重點是全部熱騰騰的,回到家仍有餘溫,即刻開飯趁熱食,非常味美。燒味又何止以上三款呢,仲有燒乳鴿、燒腩仔、燒鴨等等,經過深水埗值得考慮斬料之選。…Read More

成日經過QRE都被電梯旁的火鍋廣告吸引,今日相約老公黎渝味曉宇試試重慶老火鍋的麻辣滋味,餐廳裝修雅緻企理,坐位寬闊,我地被安排坐於卡位,空氣流通,感覺舒適。湯底可選擇兩款,老公食辣就挑戰下普通麻辣湯底,而我就選擇清清地的野菌湯底,火鍋個鍋已經夠晒大,而且麻辣味已經急不及待地刺激住我們的嗅覺,辣椒一隻隻於火鍋浮浮沉沉,見到都覺得辣,果然真材實料。至於火鍋食材,我地點了黃喉、鵝腸、肥牛、鮮滑牛肉、即炸豆皮、毛肚、茗粉、娃娃菜,海鮮則有美國肥桶蠔及白鱔片,食材賣相美觀,望落已經非常吸睛。一向打邊爐一定要點的莫過於肥牛,今次更點埋鮮滑牛肉,相比之下,原來鮮牛肉係可以咁滑咁林,一點都不老不硬,細細碟有好多件,喜出望外,當然肥牛都非常新鮮,牛味十足,但最快被我地清空既竟然是鮮滑牛,呢個必食推介。不得不說的一定是美國肥桶蠔,餐廳食材全部可以揀一份或半份,桶蠔半份有兩隻,超級超級超級肥大肉厚,新鮮又無腥味,每隻建議淥五分鐘你就知有幾大隻,淥完夾番起都唔會縮水縮太多,咬落去依舊咁肥咁厚肉,蠔味充斥口腔,非常推介。至於黃喉對於我呢d從來未食過既人來說都非常特別,白色一片片整整齊齊地端上桌,本身黃喉無乜味道,放落麻辣鍋到拾下拾下,沾染住紅紅橙橙既辣油,非常惹味,咬落非常爽口,新鮮。毛肚一片片鋪成小山丘,看上去似灰色的刨冰,賣相特別,毛肚薄薄的,不需淥得太久,十五秒剛剛好,爽口彈牙,又唔會太硬,辣椒配上新鮮牛柏葉,感覺好夾。鵝腸非常新鮮爽口,鮮味十足又乾淨,份量又多,最後剩左少少食唔晒。叫埋娃娃菜同茗粉,菜叫半份都有一籃,二人份量已足夠,非常新鮮爽脆。茗粉即是平日食既闊身薯粉,要淥耐少少才完全林晒,索晒野菌湯底,非常入味,個人認為茗粉放麻辣湯非常刺激,好麻辣,要邊食邊狂飲洛神花茶消消辣。即炸豆皮好脆身,一客都有幾多塊,賣相精美,淥林左同枝竹差不多,但薄薄的一片,唔會太硬,淥三至五分鐘可食得,索晒麻辣湯,正啊!點餐紙每款食材都有列明建議烹調的時間,非常貼心,而且侍應服務態度友善,招呼周到,渝味曉宇,值得再來。…Read More

今日黎到現祟山Olive ERA, 看似格調不錯,餐廳有戶外或室內餐桌,我們不吸煙所以選擇室內,店內外都差不多爆滿,好在我們不用等位,就被安排坐於近門口的二人桌。餐牌食物款式琳瑯滿目,有湯、扒、PASTA、PIZZA、漢堡包、沙律、甜品乜都有,我地湯揀左野菌忌廉湯及龍蝦湯,野菌湯上枱時比較特別,面頭鋪左層氣泡並用咖啡杯上,驟眼看好似泡沫咖啡,味道偏淡味,清清地。而龍蝦湯則味濃,龍蝦鮮味重,好味!頭盤點了四隻焗蠔(分芝士煙肉及白汁菠菜),每款兩隻,芝士煙肉焗蠔味道非常夾,芝士焗到少少燶,非常惹味。相反,白汁菠菜焗蠔較淡味,清清地,非常開胃,而蠔本身大隻厚身,亦非常新鮮,可以一試。主菜點了蜜糖芥末烤咸豬手及1855肉眼扒,兩款主食都非常大份,烤豬手皮脆肉嫩,大小適中,又不會太硬,烤得剛剛好,配上蜜糖芥末汁,甜甜地好醒胃,成隻豬手都俾我地消滅晒,正!另外肉眼扒有10oz,要了七成熟,不會太熟而令肉質變硬,食落好juicy有肉味,配上洋蔥汁,又係三兩下就清晒,而且價錢不貴,性價比高,值得推介。甜品要了意大利芝士餅同法式焦糖燉蛋,好好味,又不會太甜,啱晒女士口味,其實餐廳有好多蛋糕及甜品款式,下次可以試埋其他,不錯!…Read More

今晚輪到老公要ot:(,咁辛苦!就去食好d 啦,揀左駱克道間組長放題。價錢中間$208再加一,另加$38就可吃到極上美食,都ok ar!每台仲有鍋物送,有韓牛壽喜鍋、芝麻雞鍋同埋海膽花膠鍋可選,另外配料仲可以任叫添。我地揀左壽喜鍋,韓牛肉與脂肪均勻,肉味鮮,湯底濃!不過我地都唔叫配料喇,留肚吃其他鵝肝雖少,但煎得恰到好處,其實是塊面包大姐刺身要來了!首先當然要吃極上長腳蟹啦,我就好鍾意啦,另外珍寶帶子都好好食嫁!好鮮唔腥嫁!我老公最欣賞呢就係個安格斯牛柳,encore再encore!係揀野飲隔離仲有花膠元貝水蟹粥同粟米魚肚羹可以任飲添,我當然就係揀水蟹粥啦!材料咁豐富!都好多元貝嫁!我就最欣賞芝士焗帶子!芝士好rich!仲有燒鰻魚小薯仔同燒菠蘿!最特別有香蒜豬仔脾,食放好少見呢。當然唔少得壽司🍣啦,我就鍾意食火炙,鍾意濃味野😬😬整體黎講都幾好食,會再encore!…Read More
